Clean facility, well organized, friendly employees, nice selection of donuts and good coffee. What more could you also for.

Been a Dunkin customer since forever. Even though the prices have risen over the years, it still remains my daily coffee spot! Clean, convenient and always welcoming. Love the coffee, pastries and sandwiches. Dunkin forever!

Do yourself a favor download the app and earn. DD feeds me and the children every morning. Latte, Macchiato, with a shot of espresso any flavor, omelette bites, all of this...Has kept my weight down btw.

This Dunkin Dounuts has the best customer service around! Coffee fresh and the donuts are fresh! The Baskin Robbins section is awesome as well! Free parking in front. Place is clean and well kept! Great for a Quick pick me up on the tpke.

Always has the flavors I want, but the mint chocolate chip and the chocolate chip seem to always taste grainy. That is a big turnoff. Don't serve frost bitten ice cream. Yuck!

I love the fresh food and the short lines and how close is near the elmont public library. You people should really go there and check the place out. Cause it amazing and the food is delicious.

Breakfast sandwich on the sour doe bread is amazing. Also I highly recommend getting the sweet and flavorful tropical fruit flavored refresher drinks - it’s a bigger size and better taste than Starbucks for significantly less money.

There basket &rob in ice cream is the best. But for 2 scoops it should not cost so much almost 10.00 dollars. The prices are much to high these days. It should not be. People have been spending money since there ancestors prices should not be so high.

Do not get the sourdough sandwich. The donuts were fine and the croissant sandwich was good but the sourdough sandwich was weak!

Your basic dunkin' donuts. Parking is a little tight and can handle a few cars at once. If you are going to head west bound after your trip, you may have to wait for the traffic. But, basic DD. The coffee was good. They did put the wrong milk, but were happy enough to correct it to almond milk.

Ordered 50 munchkins for my class and mostly gave me glazed ones. Zero powedered and Zero jellyfilled ones. Students were disappointed.

Good food and great coffee. My only complaint is how small it is, so sometimes you have to skip on eating inside. It's open 24hrs and the selection of pastries is very poor in the evenings. Staff is usually friendly but sometimes I feel like I'm waiting forever for just a coffee.

The place usually seems busy. Prices aren't as low as they used to be. That's inflation for you.

Coffee is watery all the time and there's a younger gentleman behind the counter that allows his friends to skip customers and is rude to other customers. The ladies are great. Management is sweet.

The price jump on the quarts of ice cream jumped from 2 for $13.99 to 2 for $17.99 which is way to expensive...who is paying that much for ice cream! Depending on who you get, they will tell you 2 different prices smfh

Decent, could manage their baking times for fresher product but beyond that its good a decent amount of the time... Edit: apparently I can get a vanilla chai over ice at other dunkins but not this place and the employees were slow, management was taking inventory while a long line was going on. Also i usually dont care but im pretty sure its against OSHA to have a dirty fan blowing over the coffee area and sandwich station

Its a normal sized dumkim donuts with both a cozy seating area and parking lot. The store is open 24 hrs which also a wonderful thing if you want a late night snack.

Pretty good here. 1 terrible issue, so many non customers, they wont even let patrons use the bathroom. This is unacceptable!!!

Across from Belmont Park. The employees while the don't smile much they are friendly and pleasant. Some products tasted old and dry(munchkins) but the drinks were good. Way too sweet but good.

I go here all the time, especially in the nights, because I believe it 24/7 but the service and food got bad. The staff in the night is not very friendly. The coffee is always bitter or has a bitter after taste. I saw the cones being left out 8n the back and vowed never to buy a cone from here again. I used to love this location but not so much anymore.

They don't always have the donuts or ice cream flavors I like.

Need more people for customers, to crowded at the time I visited and just 2 person handling. It took me half-hour for my order.

Saturday evening and only one worker. Waited 40 mins to even order.

Don't bother with this location. The service is slow and when I asked for cold brew I was told they don't have it even though it appears on the menu. Another employee had to tell the person I was dealing with that they do sell cold brew. The thing that made me walk out is how snippy the cashier was when asking me how I'd like my cold brew as if I inconvenienced him.

Went there today to just get iced coffee and a donut. Line was very slow had to wiat 15 minutes to order and I ordered a med iced and got a small and never got a receipt to show what i was charged. They seemed very disorganized.

Wait time is incredibly slow and they take forever just to make your order. They can't even get it right when the order is right in front of them 😒 🙄

I walked in to place my order, she tried to tell me coffee isn't free with a purchase I said it is all of May 2023. She wasn't listening to me and I wasn't about to argue with her. I stepped to the side and placed my order on the app. I ordered a donut and received my free medium coffee. If I ever walkin there again. I will walk back out. I started to give 1 star but gave 2 because the other woman Shahnaz I believe that's how it's spelled, whom prepared orders was kind and worked as quickly as she could.

They need to get some hustle in their step. The workers are nice but super slow. Like the pour coffee like they are doing the manneqan challenge. If you give them a large order you should definitely check it before you leave. You will either not get a full order or the will screw up your order. Save yourself the trouble find other dunkin there are plenty on the turnpike

I used the Dunkin app to pick up, when I approached a worker and informed her that the donuts I ordered were not in the bag, she asked me which donuts, I told her, she hands me the donuts with a blank look on her face, making me feel like I was lying, on top of that she never asked me for proof of purchase....why??? If this is their practice, literally anyone who didn't pay for items can claim something they ordered was not their bag, and this place would give it then for free. Clearly I will never go this Dunkin again. The donuts were a little hard, the breakfast sandwich was good, the service was below average. My thought is if the worker assembled the order thoroughly all would be fine, except the slightly hard donuts. What's the point of using the app when Dunkin workers do not fully fill orders. The worst part would have been when after I left the store and open my bag and food that I paid for using Dunkin app is not there, that didn't happen...this time. Sometimes, I'm sure, customers don't have time to check their order, so they grab their order and rush out. They need to make sure whatever a customer ordered on their (Dunkin Donuts) app is completely filled.

In the past couple of years this place has totally took a turn for the worse. They never have any donuts and the ice cream is always melted. The older lady has a terrible attitude. I ordered a double scoop of ice cream and together it barely equalled to one scoop. They have terrible service. This specific location used to be my families favorite place to go to but not anymore. Whoever owns this location is doing a horrible job. The staff needs proper customer service training.

My cold brew tastes like water this morning. The ice coffee, ice latte and cold brew are hit or miss here. Sometimes it’s fine, but when it’s bad it really just tastes like coffee flavored water. I don’t have time to go back to ask them to fix it this morning, but this has happened several times. So I hope they improve the ice coffee here.

Every time i come the ice latte/coffe is always bad, the whip cream barely fill the top and when you ask to fix it they give you attitude. Managers should train their workers more in making the drinks.

The workers are rude. They didn’t mix my drink properly. And when I asked to use the restroom she said it wasn’t working. So I asked her what bathroom do she use working all day here ? she didn’t answer. She told me to go use the bathroom at the gas station.

There were three workers but a male and female sat in the back while the line was out the door. When the male came out I asked for the manager and he said we don’t have one and took his name tag off. They are very rude and unprofessional.

The workers are constantly too flustered, this morning I made an order and they somehow managed to get 4/6 things wrong. Everyone in the store was getting mis-matched orders. They need to up their game.

This Dunkin on Hillside They have a promotion from 2pm to 6pm, u pay $2 for lattes. Americano and cappuccino, anytime u ask for that promotion they pretend the machine is broken any other time the machine is perfectly working.

In usa this business belongs to indian people from india. The price is not the same everywhere. The one on atlantic and 102 you can pay a medium cafe til 3$ i don't go there anymore.

Dont like the guy who work in the night to the morning on week days...hes very slow no matter how many people are on line he's shirt looks dirty like he had washed it in a sink and his hat is always turned to the side like an idiot.. ps he never put out the donut on the rack ...poor service.

I’m full employee FedEx driver. I hardly find use public restroom and this place was nearby. I have asked them if I can use the restroom please. They refused! What the heck!

The other reviews seem to be right. Don’t even bother. I had to raise my voice and wave at the cashier to get her attention because her mind was lost somewhere else even though her eyes were open. I was standing there for enough time for her to notice me as I looked at the menu before approaching. The woman making my coffee seemed to also have an attitude when I asked her to remove some of the ice. Overall, the customer service was garbage.

They would not refill the Dunkin mug I purchased (I wanted to pay for the refill, just looking to be environmentally conscious) because it would mess with their assembly line. Service is slow here anyway so I don't know what is getting messed up.

Employee said the cash register doesn’t work you must pay by cash otherwise comeback later, after couple of minutes argument she started the the cash register magically. lastly give my incomplete order at early morning and when I call no answered.

Be careful when you use cash at this location. The cashier gave me the wrong amount, and I realized this to late. I don't think it was in error, I paid with a 20 dollar bill and she thoroughly made sure it was real and it was only one other person in the location, so she wasn't really busy. (I really want to give her the benefit of the doubt) I know it's nothing I can do on my end, but if you go to that location, make sure you double check your amount.

I came here in March, and was served BURNT coffee…said I wouldn’t go back to that location. In a rush, I went back last Thursday, ordered lattes with almond milk, and was given whole milk, and that caused a whole lot of problems. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning here. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

All I asked for was 25 munchkins and a donut, and the woman on register rang me up for a box o joe as well, making my total $50. Then claimed that she couldn’t refund me because the manager wasn’t there and she didn’t know how. Didn’t even ask for coffee, but she charged me, and couldn’t give me the refund either. Disgusting service . No bathroom available - even if medical emergency requires access to one . Upon request , formerly English speaking staff claimed only communicative in Spanish and no manager on site . Worse , filing a complaint with their customer service department yields contact by accrude , rude , heavily-accented female who proceeds to scream threats and challenges to the complainant over the phone . In summary , I find DD repulsive , from its executive level on down . And nutritionally , donuts are among the the worst things available to consume - filled with Transfat , Yeech

Very very disgusted with this location must be the worst dublin i’ve ever been to, and i buy from dunkin on a daily. None of the workers speak NOR understand basic english. If you’re going to open a food establishment in a predominantly english speaking area hire people who speak the language. I ordered a simple cocoa cloud latte and the workers could not even find the latte took 30 minutes to finish taking my order let alone another 30 minutes in there to make it. They could barely take my order and messed it up several times after. They have the audacity to ask me for the receipt and struggle to even read it. Terrible.

Old stale coffee. Welcome to the new Dunkin Donuts, I am at 1 DD or another daily and 99% are now serving old coffee! Disgusting, and Dunkin corporate doesn't seem to care as long as they get their money! I strongly recommend finding a different coffee brand!!

My sister and I attempted to use the promotional advertisement for a free coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts on 9/29/25. Upon arrival, the cashiers and store associates did not acknowledge us and continue to work as if my sister and I weren’t standing there. I attempted to place a coffee order and a sandwich order and my sister inquired if Duncan rewards number or card was needed for this transaction. We said that we were here for the free coffee day promotion and wanted to know what was needed to be able to get a free coffee drink. The cashiers were extremely unhelpful and began to speak in their own language amongst each other while ignoring our request. We tried several times to get our question answered however they were very unhelpful, and very dismissive. In addition to this unpleasant experience, they completed my sister’s online order incorrectly. This location has had a history of completing our orders incorrectly or treating us with poor customer service. You’re better off going to a different location. The ladies that work here have such a horrible attitude to you if you’re a POC but had no problem addressing a White customer with respect. Smh.

had horrible service this morning. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant and a wrap for pickup. I got there 15 minutes later, then waited another 8 minutes before anyone even noticed me. When they finally did, I said im here for pickup. All she did was grab the bag from behind the counter and hand it to me so my food been sitting there the whole time I was waiting for nothing. As I left, I checked the bag and saw they were missing the wrap. I went back inside, and as soon as I walked in, she said, “We don’t have any more wraps.” So you knew you didn’t have half my order and still let me leave without saying anything or processing a refund? She ended up making me an extra croissant sandwich, but when I got to work, I found both sandwiches were burnt and hard.

I am extremely disappointed with the management at this Dunkin’ location. The manager is incredibly rude and has no respect for the employees. She speaks to the employees in a demeaning and unprofessional manner, Instead of leading with kindness and respect, she talks down to employees. Dunkin’ needs to do better in hiring managers who actually know how to treat people with respect.

I order a three scoop sundae and there’s barely any scoops and I just basically got liquids foamy ice cream. How is it possible for ice cream to be liquidy in the end of December? That ice cream is too much money for them to be serving it like that.

And I will never go this place ever again. They're rude unprofessional, they have a sign on their door the bathroom is out of order. One of the employees specifically told me it's not out of order, but it's only for employees. Mind you, I'm a customer who had a medical condition and needed to use the bathroom. I immediately had to use Uber service to get home immediately to use the bathroom, and they physically told me. No, their sitting area was only open until 9 o'clock. After that, you're not allowed to be there that to me is very unprofessional rude. I hope the owner makes changes in this place. If he put down this type of rule and order he needs to correct himself. I used to go here all the time, but I will never go again. I will find another Dunkin. ' donuts open twenty four hours and I'll go there, but I will never go to this place again

Horrible service! Today I ordered 2 sandwiches and asked for a couple of Jelly packets. (everywhere else this is a courtesy and is free). The lady behind the counter said I would have to pay .15 cents per packet! Then she proceeded to charge $1.09 on the register and took my credit card. I immediately canceled the request for 2 packets of jelly and told her this is outrageous! Charging for something that should be a courtesy and FREE! She replied "I know". It's the principle! I don't know if this is a cultural issue where the Indian or Arabian ownership doesn't understand the need to offer courtesy within a predominantly black and Caribbean neighborhood that expects a fair price and good service; or they're struggling with other business or financial issues. Whatever it is...I won't be going back.
