Old stale coffee. Welcome to the new Dunkin Donuts, I am at 1 DD or another daily and 99% are now serving old coffee! Disgusting, and Dunkin corporate doesn't seem to care as long as they get their money! I strongly recommend finding a different coffee brand!!

My sister and I attempted to use the promotional advertisement for a free coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts on 9/29/25. Upon arrival, the cashiers and store associates did not acknowledge us and continue to work as if my sister and I weren’t standing there. I attempted to place a coffee order and a sandwich order and my sister inquired if Duncan rewards number or card was needed for this transaction. We said that we were here for the free coffee day promotion and wanted to know what was needed to be able to get a free coffee drink. The cashiers were extremely unhelpful and began to speak in their own language amongst each other while ignoring our request. We tried several times to get our question answered however they were very unhelpful, and very dismissive. In addition to this unpleasant experience, they completed my sister’s online order incorrectly. This location has had a history of completing our orders incorrectly or treating us with poor customer service. You’re better off going to a different location. The ladies that work here have such a horrible attitude to you if you’re a POC but had no problem addressing a White customer with respect. Smh.

The location is very under staffed. They have a single lady in the morning rush. Its super slow and the bathroom has been out of order since the beginning of time

This place is horrible! Don't know what happened with the quality but they can never get you order correct and the ice cream is always melted. Avoid if possible.

Be aware this place violates the health department codes and is selling left over donuts pass 3 days touch food and money with same hands don’t wear gloves dig nose and touch hair with out washing hands or wear gloves be aware of this place if you love your health

had horrible service this morning. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant and a wrap for pickup. I got there 15 minutes later, then waited another 8 minutes before anyone even noticed me. When they finally did, I said im here for pickup. All she did was grab the bag from behind the counter and hand it to me so my food been sitting there the whole time I was waiting for nothing. As I left, I checked the bag and saw they were missing the wrap. I went back inside, and as soon as I walked in, she said, “We don’t have any more wraps.” So you knew you didn’t have half my order and still let me leave without saying anything or processing a refund? She ended up making me an extra croissant sandwich, but when I got to work, I found both sandwiches were burnt and hard.

I have really weird experience over here, I got 24$ ice cream from them, I gave them 100$ bill, and returned the employee was saying that I will keep the rest of the change 76$, since the other employees left, try to avoid this place if you don’t want to get fooled

Female employees busy gossiping . Laughing. No attention on customer… minus- customer service. They need to be supervised. Owner money is being wasted…. Non focus on work

I am extremely disappointed with the management at this Dunkin’ location. The manager is incredibly rude and has no respect for the employees. She speaks to the employees in a demeaning and unprofessional manner, Instead of leading with kindness and respect, she talks down to employees. Dunkin’ needs to do better in hiring managers who actually know how to treat people with respect.

I order a three scoop sundae and there’s barely any scoops and I just basically got liquids foamy ice cream. How is it possible for ice cream to be liquidy in the end of December? That ice cream is too much money for them to be serving it like that.

And I will never go this place ever again. They're rude unprofessional, they have a sign on their door the bathroom is out of order. One of the employees specifically told me it's not out of order, but it's only for employees. Mind you, I'm a customer who had a medical condition and needed to use the bathroom. I immediately had to use Uber service to get home immediately to use the bathroom, and they physically told me. No, their sitting area was only open until 9 o'clock. After that, you're not allowed to be there that to me is very unprofessional rude. I hope the owner makes changes in this place. If he put down this type of rule and order he needs to correct himself. I used to go here all the time, but I will never go again. I will find another Dunkin. ' donuts open twenty four hours and I'll go there, but I will never go to this place again

Horrible service! Today I ordered 2 sandwiches and asked for a couple of Jelly packets. (everywhere else this is a courtesy and is free). The lady behind the counter said I would have to pay .15 cents per packet! Then she proceeded to charge $1.09 on the register and took my credit card. I immediately canceled the request for 2 packets of jelly and told her this is outrageous! Charging for something that should be a courtesy and FREE! She replied "I know". It's the principle! I don't know if this is a cultural issue where the Indian or Arabian ownership doesn't understand the need to offer courtesy within a predominantly black and Caribbean neighborhood that expects a fair price and good service; or they're struggling with other business or financial issues. Whatever it is...I won't be going back.
