Drive thru person was kind of fun for it being near closing time. She was also friendly and helpful. What's more important was that they still had Frostys that late! Make sure to check your app for coupons and deals.

Used carryout. The cashier was very helpful. I would stop there again. I got the $5 Biggie Bag and a chilli. They also did a good job of packaging so nothing spilled.

Went through the drive thru and got three jr bacon cheeseburgers. They were hot and fresh, ready to go as soon as we got to the window. What more could you ask for?

For fast food, easily the best option. Store itself is rather new and its kept its "new" feel. Great interior design. They have the soda fountain that has the touch screen and a bunch of selection. Never had an issue with parking. Drive through can be busy at times, but that's expected. Staff is always great, never had issues with that. Seating never seems full. Food is ready promptly.

It got the crazy make over. I used to live in Elmsford back in 1995 to 1997 and it was NOT looking like THAT. It's nice! Nice and clean. I didn't use the bathroom though. But the drive thru seem lit. It looks bigger from the new design. I gotta take some photos and video next time I go there and update this.

When they remodeled I didn't know what to think, but after finally checking it out, it is a very nice fast food dining experience. Very nice looking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Always seems to be someone cleaning when I go inside. Waiting on them to bring that vegetarian burger to their menu here.

Food hot. I ordered thru the Wendy's app, which was a first. It was ready upon arrival, they handed it to me and i was off. Very simple. Would return there in future. They have good service. The employees are friendly. It is very clean. It is wheelchair accessible and has wheelchair accessible parking as well. The only complaint we had was with our orders. We asked for particular toppings for our burgers but got all of the regular toppings.

We asked for a half and half frosty and it literally looks like it's split half and half down the middle. Very cruella deville and very much giving me life. Update: it is split down the middle like that all the way through to the bottom.

Got the grilled chicken wrap and it was THE BEST I ever had. Full of tender cut up chicken pieces which is unbelievable. Sauce delicious too. Best healthy fast food I ever had. GO WENDYS, and DO NOT CLOSE ANY STORES PLEASE!!

I'm not a big fat food waste, but when looking for a replacement for M*Donald's to satisfy the kids, we wound up here. The fries are great, love the frosty, the kids enjoyed the meals, and the toys are WAY BETTER. I only had the frosty because I have to eat gluten-free, so I can't comment on the adult fare. The seating area is clean with different types of tables and booths, including an electric fireplace! The staff were nice and didn't look miserable [absolute bonus]. The road and parking lot are busy, but it's not a hindrance. We've returned multiple times, and everyone gets well prepared food in a nice, clean environment.

Good drive thru timing- inside has been renovated so it's nicer than you'd expect. Only reason it's lacking a 5th star (for a fast food joint mind you), is that they have occasionally made my order incorrectly- not so easy when you can only exit away from the restaurant by right turn legally, preventing an easy swing back thru the drive thru lane in those cases that they mess up, which is a bummer.

What can I say, typical fast food. BUT Wendy's is better than many of the other places with drive thru's. When I do go inside it's always clean including the restrooms. Not my preferred meals for health reasons but convenient when in a rush or late nights.

The food is very good most times and the place is mostly clean. The service is good even if they are crowded. The menu selection is decent. Some of the food could be cooked and prepared a bit better though.

This is a very busy Wendy's so be prepared to wait, and be prepared for the car queue to extend into traffic on both sides to get into one entrance in a busy street. There is a but of parking (20 spots or so). When it is as busy as I mentioned above, your best bet is to go in to order. This time, I stayed in drive-thru because I had little ones with me. The service was good; good hot and tasted fresh. I'm disappointed Wendy's changed the 4 for 4 to where you have no choices-- it's bacon burger only. Anyway, love the new add of Strawberry frostie (wish they added some real pieces of strawberries in our have an option for it). Overall, our food was great and well packed in the bag. The outside of the restaurant was fairly clean. Some of the Wendy's staff (2 makes) came out for break and/or to take the garbage out, and I observed one seeing a piece of litter and picking it up...excellent!!

Recently renovated Wendy's, offering the usual menu of fast food. My food has always been consistent with every other Wendy's. Even at a busy lunch hour (and this location does have quite a line around noon), the food is prepared very fast. The employees I've interacted with have all been nice and professional.

Love Wendy's when I am craving fast food. This spot has the best staff who are usually willing to appease my kids preferences. The place is clean and the staff is efficient. Wendy's burgers taste the freshest compared to it's two competitors and has the best nuggets hands down

Decent fast food that's fresh at almost all times. Cheap prices. Clean, warm interior. New soda machines with over 50 drink options. Rest room is usually clean. Drive through is quick as well. Wish the bill board menu was easier to read, and actually had everything on it, instead of the lcd screen which flashes the specials and occasionally the full menu.

On 4 separate occasions I've asked for no tomatoes in my order & they put them on anyway. Once instead of making it fresh, picked the tomatoes out of the salad which I didn't notice until my coworker had an allergic reaction!! Luckily she had her medication. They need to pay closer attention to what they're doing b4 someone ends up in the hospital or dead!!

Good by drive through standards but once you go through the drive through it's tricky if you plan on eating there because you don't have much room to circle back to the parking lot. You can only make a right turn unless you have skills and there aren't cars parked in the spaces adjacent to the window. Then you can pull out and back up. The safest thing is to exit which means right turn only as it's a busy street with commercial traffic.

Enough variety to choose from for late nite fast food snacking and eating on the run. Easy parking or drive through available. Courteous and friendly staff to assist in ordering. Clean seating, booths and tables to choose from. Capped off with a half & half frosted flurry. Will definitely return when in the area again.

This is one of the most consistent Wendy's when it comes to the quality of food and customer service. I appreciate their chocolate chip cookies for being nice and soft no matter the time of day ☺️☺️ The bathroom could have used some care tonight.

The food is good. Spicy nuggs are indeed spicy. The fries are a little peppery. They stand out a bit from other places. Always a bunch of people here during lunch and dinner rush. I usually plan on going in rather than drive through, it's quicker.

Wendy's is my favorite fast food burger chain. The quality of their "fresh, never frozen" beef really shows. The burgers are delightfully juicy and are made to order. I've been a fan of their one-offs like the jalapeño cheddar melt and the ghost pepper chicken sandwich. The Big Bacon Classic double is my go to sandwich otherwise. Pair that with a JBC and a Vanilla Barqs and now you're talking!

The food was hot. I love triple classics. But they gave me cold coffee. It was cold as the fountain drinks. I don't understand how does anyone serve cold coffee. They probably gave me someone else's coffee that was turned down. Must have sat there for a good hour.

Depends who is on the shift either great or comes with a extra side of Grease... And when I say an extra side a grease I mean everything down to the paper wrapping around your burger or french fries is dipped in Grease. Staff always seems hurried, drive-thru line was backed all the way into the street and moved very slow. The young man at the window handing out food didn't say a word and when I asked fir a spoon for ny frosty appeared to be put out by the request. Order was accurate and food was hot and good.

Order from the app if you can. The cashiers can be a little bad with English so ordering can go wrong. There is no inside dining or place to sit outside. The drive thru can get pretty backed up at lunch time. The inside is clean and they still have the self serve drink machine so you can get the drink you want. Outside parking is limited.

This location was recently remodeled, it's very clean inside. Staff here is friendly, but if you go to the drive thru and have a special order you must check it before you pull off. I always have to special order due to an egg allergy, I can't have mayo or sauces that are mayo based, and even though I tell them & have them repeat the order to me & it's on the receipt, they still mess it up.

I mean, its fast food, so expectations shouldn't be very high. Still, I was disappointed: Bathroom was not clean, the stall I went into had no hook for me to hang my things, and the roll of toilet paper was propped on the back of the toilet and soaking wet instead of in the toilet paper dispenser. The automatic sink ran the whole time I was in the bathroom and was spitting out way more water than I imagine it was supposed to. Cashier had a difficult time taking our order, which still came to us incorrect. I don't like complaining, I just figured I'd say something so that maybe some of it could be corrected. Mainly the bathroom.

It's big, it's clean, and it's spacious and bright. The food is always good because it's a busy place. I stop on the way home from the gym and sometimes have lunch. I really can't go wrong because the surface is good and I can always get a table. Parking is easy. The bathrooms are very clean and I'm just a cheeseburger and french fries person with iced tea. I love their French fries. It's a great place to take the family as well and yes it's reasonably priced because it's fast food and even that's expensive today. So if you're in Elmsford, and you want a quick bite, this is the place to go. They need to fix some benches that people sit on. The staff is an army of fine workers including management.

The former manager Patty was always a pleasure along with her staff. There is a new manager here. They're not as hands on, with regards to greeting customers but the staff is still friendly. They also stopped giving trays to customers that wish to stay and dine-in. You're told to use napkins instead. Definitely not what it used to be.

The floors were incredibly slippery. Almost fell down twice. Didn't actually eat there since the person taking the orders took so long with the family ahead of me. A simple acknowledgment that he saw me would have saved the sale

Pro: The service was FAST. The tables were clean. Cons: The parking lot is beyond small and the drive-through line was LONG. They have a barrier between the customer and cashier, but the cashier doesn't speak loud enough to hear. One machine had ice but limited beverages while the other had ALL the beverages and NO ice. The layout is a little crazy so getting to the self service area where the beverages and utensils are is extremely congested. This is one location we will avoid in the future because fast food should be fast and easy.

A subpar Wendy's in the area. You cant even park and eat after you go through the drive thru because you cant make a left out of the parking lot to go to the parking lot entrance again. Truly a flawed design. What would Dave Thomas say?? I think he'd be disappointed just like I was.

Food was ordered through Grubhub however, the delivery was delayed multiple times although it was ordered an hour and a half prior to its intended delivery time. The food was cold upon delivery and was ultimately refunded by Grubhub in full. If you want better quality food my advice would be to go to the drive thru .

Cashier had a attuide and didn't even know how to put in the right orders. I understand it can be stressful dealing with customers at a busy time, Still it doesn't mean you have the right to act rude. Been to plenty of Wendy's by far this is one of the worst.

Gentleman in front of me had waited over 10 mins for his order. Ended up getting getting a refund. They couldn't get the machine to work right and ended up giving him a cash refund instead of putting it on his card. My order, a burger no bun, had to be entered twice because they forgot to hold the bun. Then there was a longggg wait. The only redeeming thing on this trip is that the burger was fresh and tasted good.

I showed up at 10:25 for breakfast. Breakfast stops at 10:30. There was 2 people in front of me. I didn't get to order by 10:38. The cashier and manager were dealing with issues and customers concerns. Once, I placed my order I was told breakfast is over. I was there by 10:25, my breakfast order should have been taken. The lack of organization, productivity and customer service at this location is total (Insert word).

Waited in line for 15 minutes because no one was working register. When I walked up to ask, the lady got up set saying she is working the register but is short staffed. So 15 minutes waiting to order and is currently still waiting for them to take my order. They seem to only he catering to the drive through.

I don't know what to say about this place. The workers argue and fight with each other, so if they do that imagine how careless they are about the food. Total chaos at this Wendy’s. They took a big order drive thru order before us and just made everybody wait, then had actually cancelled our order when we got to the window, because they couldnt keep track...with their computerized system. I had my order total - and it was correct on the screen even before driving around. They just don’t know what they’re doing. Finally got food (line waiting even longer) with the wrong sandwich, no sauces, no straws with kids meals. No apology. Cashier was rude both before and after they melted down. Avoid this mess.

After messing my entire order up they then send a rude manager out to try and fix what they messed up. Long story short they threw all items into a bag like it was a bag of trash. customer service was horrible like awful. i understand that with a lot of customers, the service is going to be a bit slow, but this was much different. workers were just standing around, and on their phones. they had ONE worker doing most of the work, so naturally, many orders were off, including mine. i ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with avocado and bacon inside(combo), a large fry, and a sugar cookie. We regularly buy from this Wendy’s in Elmsford. But yesterday , my mom got a nasty surprise along with her food. She found a huge rubber band in her burger. This is very disappointing. They apologized and made another burger. But, she wish the recovery was better than a simple sorry . So, we’re not going back. I am sure they could’ve have done something that makes up for the unpleasant experience.

Not Only Did I Wait In Line For Over 10 Mins, But When I Got To The Window I Wasn't Acknowledged And When Someone Did Come She Asked Me To Move Up For 30 Seconds Which Turned Into Almost 5 Mins Later. When My Food Finally Came And We Drove Off We Noticed Both Breakfast Meals Came With No Cheese & There Was No Condiments In The Bag. One Of The Fries Were Blazing Hot And The Rest Of The Meal Was Room Temperature. At That Point I Was Very Dissapointed And Won't Be Returning To This Location.

I was disappointed and disgusted to find a mosquito on my Krispy chicken sandwich well more like on the lettuce. Every time I went through the drive through some of the employees who take the orders would have their hands wet (probably from after using the restroom). I find that very disgusting, after you've washed your hands make sure you dry them very well and not half dried. Smh🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️. I don't want wet money !!
