Never disappointed for my breakfast from here Susan cashier is always nice in general all staff are friendly and professional unlike McDonald’s black lady argueing with customers I choose taco bell breakfast over any other fast food breakfast! Love it here and all Taco Bell’s tend to hire more professional polite young kids food always fresh and warm!

Isreal greated me immediately was extremely friendly, cordial and encouraged me to take my time ordering. Hospitality should be his middle name. In this day of hurry up Isreal was a breath of fresh air with his patience and kindness. The food was prepared excellent and fast. Has been a long time since I have enjoyed taco bell so much. I ordered a seven layer with tortillas grilled on both side. they were busy and the tortillas weren't grilled. The manager immediately had someone grill them for me. Good customer service. I go to Taco Bell for their hot sauce :)

I had a mishaps with a few of my items not in the bag but when I brought it up to Manger Jose he was so nice about it and gave me the intire meal even items I got. Thank u so much most managers barely give u what u missed if they trust u . Great job Jose. I've even been back since all items in bag

All the employees that's are on shift at 6:00 - 6:30 on April 28 2024 were very kind and very attentive they valued the customers and the place was very clean .My order was right no mess ups and it was a big order Thank you for the awesome service. 😎

Solid...pretty much same old taco bell but what made a big difference was how fast they serviced my meal, seems to me that they are very well staffed. Come over and eat until you explode.. good luck!

We stopped going to taco bell because the one in Paris was just trash. A bunch of racist kids talking crap about other races back in the kitchen (manager too), filthy place, just the worst. However, today we happened to be passing through Ennis. We thought, why not, it's pretty far removed from Paris. We were surprised to see how clean this location was, even after the lunch rush on a Saturday. The cashier was a friendly fellow and was projecting a really good mood. The food came out hot and crispy. This was the first time that my wife had one of the Mexican pizzas that was crisp instead of placid. She said that it made ALL the difference. Ps. Don't forget those Cinnabon doughnut holes!!!

I Have NEVER had a good thing to say about taco bell food BUT this one rocked!! Not only was my order correct but it was made with fresh ingredients. Employees were efficient and fast plus there wasn't a lot of useless talking between employees. AND for my cleanliness fans - This place was spotlessly clean. The soda area wasn't sticky. Dining room supplies stocked and neat plus you know one of my issues - Yup light fixtures and vents were dust free. You could tell the employees took pride in their jobs.

I just had a Taco Bell experience that's worth talking about. Usually, it's just a quick stop for a Crunchwrap Supreme, right? But today was different. First off, the place was spotless. Like, actually clean, not just surface-level stuff. Then, the person who took my order, karol, was super friendly and patient while I decided between the usual and trying something new (I went with the Nacho Fries, and no regrets). But here's the kicker: my order was perfect. Seriously, every sauce packet, every modification I asked for – spot on. And the food? Hot, fresh, and exactly what I needed. It's like they actually cared about making my meal awesome. So yeah, if you're looking for a Taco Bell that goes above and beyond, Ask for karol, and prepare for a surprisingly great experience.

I’ve gone to plenty of taco bell’s before, but at this one I’ve never felt more welcomed. Alexia The worker that attended me made sure everything was perfect and went the extra mile to give me the greatest experience I’ve had at Taco bell. Alexia’s amazing personality and work ethic really outshines any of the fast food experiences I’ve had, truly made me feel as if I was in a restaurant, even tho i was in the drive truh. I will for sureeeee be coming back, and hope alexia attends me any corporation would be lucky to have her, I hope she gets compensated for the quality of work she does. it is a litwelly 100/10 recommendation from me.

My children are amazed by Taco Bell. It's actually the first time they've ever had it in their lives and they are 13 and 16 years old. I guess I've just never exposed them to it. They were really impressed and want to go back.

I liked Taco Bell even as a teenager in the 70's. I was not happy when they got rid of the Mexican Pizza and the Bell Beefer (many, many years ago). Still a nice change from burgers.

Taco Bell always has excellent food at a good price and has significantly improved their quality over the last several years. I wish they would make their menu a little bit larger print. For someone my age it is a little bit hard to read and they have so many items with names that you don't really understand that this makes it difficult to decide what you want to eat. I also suspect that that slows down the process of ordering food there. They are probably the best of the Texmex fast food restaurants Except that they don't have margaritis. I read the extensive wall menu by zooming in on it with my smart phone. I just don't know what some of the catchy Mexican names are that they have for some of their meals.

Taco Bell is Great.....even Late. However my only complaint is that they stopped making double decker tacos amongst a few other items on the menu that was some of the only reasons i used to Love them.

I buy bean burritos w/o onions every once in awhile at Taco Bell, and this is the only one that has been consistent about leaving off the onions for me. They are also really fast

Food was good. The place looked clean, but I noticed the floor in the preparation area was not. There was a lot of lettuce & cheese on the floor. I don't know if that's common at Taco Bell, but that's what kind of turned me off. Prices were good too.

The only reason I’m leaving a four-star review is because of a little girl named Valerie. This place is run by teenagers. I did not see one adult while I was there. This was the only person acting like one if she’s not a manager you need to make her one and if you’re not paying her like one you need to do so! I all I saw, was a bunch of crybaby teenagers hanging out in the lobby, complaining about their jobs

Easy access drive thru or walk-in, take out available. Pricing is good, quick service and friendly people. Great for adults, teens and younger children.

Like most fast food places, it’s got highs and lows. This locations had a young girl running the drive-thru and royally screwed up our order. Like we peaked in the bag as we drove away and got confused. We parked and I walked it back in to ask where the rest of our order was. She peaked in, realized it wasn’t ours, told me to wait, walked back to the window, then after a moment…. handed it out the window to the next car! Haha WHAT? My hand was all in the bag examining, spilled the twists, etc. I felt bad for the unknowing customer! After glanced and whispers it was obvious my family’s 2 big bags of food had gone elsewhere or disappeared entirely. The slightly older gentleman (not sure if manager or not) was kind, assuring, and helpful! The stoned teen wasn’t enough to make us not return to this location — but I’d recommend double-checking the order!!

Cinnamon Twists are stale and have bitter aftertaste. Mobile order was incorrect. The toilet paper was not placed in the machine, and I had to pull and tear it off the floor.

I went in front counter they can see me no body cares they keep talking between them and after 10 minutes they take my order finally I get my food it was delicious they just have to improve the costumer service.

It's Taco Bell it's not good it's not bad but it can get the job done when necessary. You know the trail be ready to be in the bathroom for a while couple hours after consumption. All in all if you're broke need some food and need to clean out your digestive system it's worth it cuz you killing two birds with one stone and it's cheap. You can get some vegetarian options but let's keep it real. Even though you got the vegetarian snack it still bad for you.

People in this town are rude! I will never go back to this town or this Taco Bell, the lady at the window was rude and threw my bag of tacos for my son at me and when I said I want 3 soft tacos with no tomatoes she said they don't come with tomatoes, well, I said do they come with Beans and she said yes.. then she didn't put it down.. well come to find out she said BEEF.. who the heck calls it beef! it's meat! anyway, she got an attitude when I told her that she just said it had beans on it.. anyway, then I almost got hit 3 times.. WHILE SITTING STILL.. the people in this town are rude and can't drive!

The people are great, food is ok for fast food, but when the receipt said take a survey the company should have made certain that their website worked. Too many fake sites make it misleading however when I found the right site it didn't work. It said my receipt was invalid. That's the reason for only 3 stars. Don't ask people for their opinion and not allow them to give it. If you don't want to hear "how are we doing " then don't waste customers time by not having a working site.

Messed up a simple order I picked up on my way home, had to drive back across town to get the rest of it. When they actually give you exactly what you order, it's as good as Tex-Mex from Taco Bell can be.

Normally a good place to eat but today the contents of my burrito are piled on each end and in the middle and not even close to being uniformly mixed throughout. Lettuce on one end and cheese potato and spicy sauce all piled on the other. Very disappointed with my purchase today 😞

Not the best Taco Bell out there but it's okay. My kid's food was burned so she wouldn't eat it. On a plus, I didn't set my toilet on fire after! I mean, it's Taco Bell, what do you expect? It's not fine dining, it's quick grub with a hint of mexican influence (in name only)

The food tastes just fine, but the kitchen about half the time will forget items, or not pay attention to modifications made to items through the app. Also the frozen drinks are regularly out of stock. This is my regular Taco Bell location.

Chalupa was dry and hard. You had to really chew it and chew it. My 5 layer burrito was good and hot. But that chalupa! Come now, you can do better.

Second time I've ordered and there's barely anything in my chalupas this time I asked him to make sure that they made it the correct way and it still came this way two nights ago I ordered a taco and it didn't have half of what you see in the chalupa inside of it it was very disappointing

Taco bell needs to take all of their chicken menu items and cast them into the fiery pits of hell. It's bland, tasteless and disappointing.

The service was fine but my burrito Supreme was horrible. It was mostly sauce. I found a very small amount if sour cream at the bottom . The taste alone made me nervous to ingest.

Got breakfast and it was just ok.. not worth the time or money.. crunch wraps were thrown together..we were only car in line... Now we know why. When u pull up..theres no breakfast menu to even show what options are or the sides or anything else for that matter..

The people at the window are really friendly. There is usually a problem with my order. The taco shells are broken, or the soft tacos are cold? Pretty common at this place Also their grill machine must be broken they don't grill the quesadillas at all.

Usually Taco Bell offers good attention, a clean environment and a hot meal. Not the franchise at Enis, Texas. All the contrary, the attention lacks of quality in the communication with the customer, the kitchen is dirty in extreme. The food is warm at it's best. A very unpleasant visit to an institution that has work hard to become an icon in the fast food industry. Perhaps management could invest time training the personnel at this location.

The wait in the drive thru was very long for only two cars. (Once on a weekend it didn't move for 10 real minutes....left without ordering that time.) I can't rate the food this time as I picked up the food for another person.

Update: Today meal was fast however the chlupa shells were STALE. Not sure what the deal is with this Taco Bell but they need to step it up. It was a 3 ring circus tonight. The line did not know what they were doing and couldn't keep it together. Finally the manager stepped in and started getting them to focus on one ticket at a time. It took at least 15 minutes for me to get my food and then it still wasn't right. The Nacho Bell Grande only had meat beans and cheese nothing else,and it was all slapped in one spot just totally disappointed even the free churros that they threw in there for the wait was not worth the wait. I don't know what's going on with Taco Bell but it sure has gone downhill. 9/4/24 Ordered 2 Mexican pizza with no tomato, add onion. Received two Mexican pizzas no tomato add sour cream. How does onion sound like sour cream??? Also ordered loaded nachos and everything was in one spot. Placement of the ingredients need a lot of work. Also employees didn't seem to give a care no please, no thank yous, no is your order on the screen correct. This place is really going down. What happened to caring about what you do for a job???

I went in Ennis store and ordered supreme taco combos to go. Friendly polite service with reasonable wait time, but the tacos had an aftertaste, maybe meat wasn’t fresh even though the order was at 11:48 am.

I ordered a taco Supreme. You charged me .80 but gave me a regular taco. This is not the first time.

I come inside. No one ever comes to greet me. No sign that says you have to use the kiosk. No one ever gave us or cups. When we asked we were ignored. Bathroom smelled horrible. Employees rolled their eyes at me.

Took forever for someone to come take our money. Food wasn’t made correctly and fell apart. The chips for nachos very stale. Looked at us like we where dumb when we asked for cups for our drinks.

Drive thru stood their with their backs to us while we were waiting for our order. Handed us our drink without the straw. Very rude and unprofessional. Like every other place in Ennis, TX rude and uncaring. If your looking for a good dining experience don't come to Ennis. The service is lacking and it is obvious that they don't care about customer service.

Food was not good. Chicken quesadilla was all loaded into 1/2 the tortilla and the chicken was dry to the point of being hard to chew. Tortillas on my son's burritos were cracked from being stale. Every table dirty. Don't eat here.

The night shift drive thru employee has a sarcastic and very rude attitude. He has no customer service skills whatsoever and the quality of this location is definitely on the decline.

We came here and ordered 4 large sweet teas and I didn't even sip my drink till I got home but once I did, I was furious and unpleased with how the workers just dump a colossal amount spoon of sugar into the cups without stirring them!..I mean, there was just a mountain of sugar at the bottom of my cup.Talk about, how to make sweet tea! Ordered $58 worth of food. Came all the way home, two towns over and a lot of food was missing!!! So some people didn't eat. I called 6 times and no one would answer. Enjoy the money you made off of me. Won't be back.

What has happened to this Taco Bell. The last 3 visits have become progressively worse. This time I drove 35 miles home to discover I was shorted $23 out of $60 purchase. Items poorly wrapped, and bean burrito was the size of a taquito. Have receipt to proof it.

How you forget the cheese sauce for the cheese fries…??? The inside is nice and clean and they have two order kiosks, but can’t afford a decent frozen drink machine, every time I come up here they say it’s not working, well then upgrade the damn thing or keep it fixed.

Its pretty much guaranteed your going to get your order wrong during the night shift, every time you have Ennis teenagers working behind the counter with no supervision, its just a recipe for disaster. This has happened a couple times to me, not following food instructions, wrong orders, missing orders, getting denied a certain order because, I assume, they dont want to make it. If you want TB, order from doordash before you pick up, this way when your order is wrong, and it will be wrong, at least you can get your money back after you've left the store. 1 star for lack of accountability and leadership.

This Mexican pizza is about as dry as the desert and I might as well be vegetarian with the tacos they gave me because they’re literally was only lettuce and cheese. Sadly this isn’t the first time.

Don't expect any sort of decent service here. Sat in the drive thru waiting to order for 5 Mins (saying Hello?? And honking) before one of us got out and saw there was no one at the window and pulled up. And then got to the window to just deal with Aleyah T and her awful attitude at the window. She says she was changing her battery (which doesn't take 5 Mins!) and then was just being rude AF when we wanted to order at the window. If she had been kind and apologetic for the mic issue it would have been fine but she was very rude and rolling her eyes when we wanted to order and then had to honk and get her attention again to get sauce to go with our order!

They only take exact change or card. They ask you to round your order up which they can't even make right. They toast the bean burritos and put onions when you clearly ask for no onions and it's even on the receipt. They use tostada shells for the Mexican pizza when it's normally the fried flour tortillas and they take forever to make it so when you realize it's wrong and try to call them don't answer the phone. The management has gone to nothing and nobody cares about what is happening there

This taco bell is clean and the food is good. But the experience was aggravating. They asked for a name for the order and we gave them a name. Then when our food was ready they said bean and cheese. Nobody knew who's food it was and they just went on about their business. Turns out the food was ours. We ordered several items which did not all have beans and cheese. And the order before ours they used the mans name.

I just recently moved to Ennis and the customer service here is HORRIBLE! Ariel B doesn't know how to talk to customers. She is very rude and because of her..I would never return to this location. I asked her to give me a second to view the menu and she said "What". I took a deep breath to control myself from getting mad. I repeated myself and then she said "Do you need help finding something on the menu" she's very very rude.

Ordered 10 items. Only received 5. Nothing was labeled correctly. I live 45 minutes from this location so when I got home realized half my order was missing. I have attempted to call the restaurant 10 times in a row and no one answered the phone to rectify the situation. I am missing over $10 worth of items and since i live that far, i could not drive another hour and a half for my family's dinner. Also, service was incredibly slow. It took almost 10 minutes at the window to receive my bag. I would like someone to resolve my problem. This was ridiculous.

Almost every experience I've had at the Taco Bell in Ennis, Texas pales in comparison to other Taco Bells. While the service is always friendly, there is always something wrong with my order. Whether it be missing items or items not prepared correctly, there is always an issue. And I'm not talking about complicated customized orders! I'm talking about items as they come on the menu. This is a picture of the Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco with Chipotle Sauce I ordered today. It's missing the tomatoes and chipotle sauce and there is very very little cheese.
