Asked for no tomatoes and they gave me tomatoes on my tacos. Cashier rude. Took a while to receive my order and my order was still wrong. Tried to call the location multiple to speak with management about my incorrect order but they never answered & just kept getting the voicemail. Tacos was soggy

Supposed to be Chicken taco cantina Nothing but sauce and vegetables maybe 3 small stripes of chicken. Never get a descent meal from here always skimp on the meat. They're tacos are really sad..

Worst service I've ever experienced made us wait at the speaker nobody was in line and nobody answered so I drove to the window and they wanted to be funny and tell me I need to drive around and do it again I said nope u can take it here mind u I counted 7 people standing around at the window doing nothing there ride food is never right worst service yet

This has got to me the most stingy Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. My chips and queso, the chips are half gone. The cinnamon twists have no seasoning on them, just a bare twist. Are yall using one cinnamon bottle a year? Good grief. My idiot self keeps coming here so I deserve it I guess.

This place is ridiculous. No front counter person to greet or take order. No customers in restaurant except me and my gusband waited over 20 minutes for our dine in order. Seems their only concern is drive thru. As we waited more customers came in and crew has just let them stand at counter. Bad managerial people

Tacos were stale, chalupa was hard and all of our food barely had any meat , full of lettuce and sour cream no meat , the drinks had no flavor , horrible

I just recently moved to Ennis and the customer service here is HORRIBLE! Ariel B doesn't know how to talk to customers. She is very rude and because of her..I would never return to this location. I asked her to give me a second to view the menu and she said "What". I took a deep breath to control myself from getting mad. I repeated myself and then she said "Do you need help finding something on the menu" she's very very rude.

Anything I asked the workers it's like they didn't like their jobs well enough to know their job properly instead of just saying use kiosk or that's a only online offer to build ur own bundle deal on burritos so their services all around was so degusting. Ordered 10 items. Only received 5. Nothing was labeled correctly. I live 45 minutes from this location so when I got home realized half my order was missing. I have attempted to call the restaurant 10 times in a row and no one answered the phone to rectify the situation. I am missing over $10 worth of items and since i live that far, i could not drive another hour and a half for my family's dinner. Also, service was incredibly slow. It took almost 10 minutes at the window to receive my bag. I would like someone to resolve my problem. This was ridiculous.

Almost every experience I've had at the Taco Bell in Ennis, Texas pales in comparison to other Taco Bells. While the service is always friendly, there is always something wrong with my order. Whether it be missing items or items not prepared correctly, there is always an issue. And I'm not talking about complicated customized orders! I'm talking about items as they come on the menu. This is a picture of the Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco with Chipotle Sauce I ordered today. It's missing the tomatoes and chipotle sauce and there is very very little cheese.
