Almost 5 minutes to get my order on the screen and aprrox 10 minutes to get 2 bags of ice and a small drink with no other cars there

3 star would be average. This location is below average. I've come here several times over the last four years out of convenience but the experience is always the same. 1. Incredibly slow service even for just drinks. 2. Customer service is abrupt, they have trouble understanding orders and are not very pleasant very often. 3. Orders are often incorrect or missing items. 4. Numerous stalls have speakers or payment systems out of order. Avoid this location if possible.

Most definitely just got food poisoning from here yesterday after eating only chili cheese tots. It’s been 24 hours and I still feel horrible. Will not be eating here again

I came here and waited literally 20 min for my order that consisted of two drinks and a sandwich by itself. My sandwich tasted like garbage and was super soggy so please do better it wasn’t even that busy .

It should be mandatory for every fast food restaurant to wear hair nets! I found someone’s grey hair in my coney, very disgusting!! The hot dog and chili were cold. Who eats cold food with hair!? Every thing went in the trash!

This place is awful. Just went and got food, and this is a super sonic breakfast burrito. What a shame. If you want sonic, do your self the favor and just to grapevine or even driving to Dallas would be more worth it

Just received a door dash with the wrong candy in my sonic blast. My husband got the small with oreos, i ordered a mini with chocolate syrup and m&ms. They put oreos in both. Checked my receipt and definitely ordered it correctly. Door dash offers a $1 refund. Super annoying experience.

It’s DISGUSTING!!! My order was wrong and everything was over cooked and hard !! Extremely hard ! Nobody answers the phone when you call and they act like they don’t care too much about THEIR JOBS ! Please don’t eat here. Your taste buds will be ruined

This is the sonic patty melt I received after waiting 20 mins for them to tell me they had no onion rings and shorted my order a order of tator tots. I will not be back to this spot. My food was thrown together as you can see. Burnt on one side and not even toasted bread on the other side. Is this what you serve your customers sonic?

Raw chicken sandwich my wife almost ate no stars will never go here again. Called and talked to manager he was apologetic and told me to come get a refund. When I showed up he had left for the day and the new manger tried to give me replacement meal bc I didn’t have receipt even though other manager told me to just come up and refund. Also treated me like I was the problem so I went home and pulled the bag out of the trash and showed him how raw the chicken was and gave him the receipt he was then apologizing.
