We arrived around 12:15 and beat the rush. Found easy parking, and an open booth. Food ordered and it was ready quickly. Very tasty. Staff cleared our table. Very polite. Highly recommended. Stop by for a quick and tasty meal. Cheese burgers and shakes five star

They Blow Mc Donald's out of the water. There Burgers Are well made and consistency is unbelievable! I've been to many an In Out Burger and its the same quality! I Love it! Great Food!
Not too long of a wait though there is always a line. We hit it when it wasn't too packed. All tables filled but opening by the time we were ready to eat. The staff immediately rushed to hold the door open for my mother who uses a walker and was entering. The staff are friendly and I like being able to order with special requests (e.g., the Secret Menu) which allows me to enjoy a guilt-free burger wrapped in lettuce without a bun. They know how to crank the orders out pretty quickly.
Given the drive through line was long, I parked and went inside. The attitude and behavior of the person serving was excellent. Yes in-n-out is generally friendly, this gentleman was excellent (Emery?). It made our day

Made a pit stop here on our way to Sac. Needed a little in n out cheeseburger. Decided to go through the drive through. It was a long wait to order and get the food. But what in n out doesn't have a long drive through line? I can't speak to the inside or cleanliness. We ordered with someone outside and that person who took our order was friendly. I Ended up just getting one double double and one cheeseburger, no sauce or extras. It definitely hit the spot.
Long line ups in evening but serviceis fast. Took me about 10 min in total. Food is amazing.
They totally got my order wrong. My flying Dutchman was so wrong. I'm so disappointed and to think these workers get more hourly rate than other fast food workers in the area is pretty sad.
In n out is always busy so expect long lines but the food is worth it. We were stationed overseas for 3 years and the one thing we craves the most was In n out , since being back we have ate here 5 times in one 2 weeks! Great burgers at reasonable prices. I grew up eating at in n out and every time was delicious. They have never messed up my order and are fast. Highly recommend if your visiting California and want to try some signature burgers. Drive thru line was long. Free hot cocoa for the kids. I ate in the car. Actually all of the food was hot and good. Customer service always on point.

Quality you can taste... well, you're not looking for healthy food but extremely fast food and cheap here. It will fill you up and keep you moving. All for it, the cheap price let you eat here often if you're on a tight budget. Overall, fast, cheap, and will satisfy your hunger.

Compare my receipt to what I got. Totally wrong. Employees who took my order and payment were nice as usual, employee handing me my (wrong) order was rude. I told her I had asked for to go as she handed me a box, she asked if she could cover it with a second box, and I said that’s fine. Because it was boxed and she got my drinks right I took home the wrong order. Said thanks before leaving and she just ignored me. Also the drive thru line has gotten ridiculous, I’ve lived in town 20+ years and only recently does it go out to the street and take 30+ minutes. They used to be way faster.

Very disappointed services, no humanity here!!! My son came here with his key clubs for dinner, before he left, I bought him a gift card, and turned out the card didn't work, so he called me to pay for him over the phone, they said they won't take the card over the phone, so I jave no way to pay for him. My son end up going home with an empty stomach, this place show more of the $$$$ than humanity. Ps if I was a manager on Duty, I would not let this happen to my customer!!!
VERY DISAPPOINTED with this location. Avoid if possible! Young teens arrive at the back of the line only to handshake their friends at the front and cut everybody! The line cutting is atrocious and it feels very UNSAFE to say anything about it. The energy feels dangerous now with the new line policy. It's so unfair to those who arrived first and you will wait even longer than usual if management allows this to persist. I can't recommend this location anymore and I'm very dissatisfied with their service.
Usually when I go to in-n-out burger, i get “quality you can taste”. This is was not one of those times. My experience first started to go downhill when I got to the second window to get my food, I asked the question of “Can I have extra napkins?” The associate than replied with “You don’t have napkins at home?” This is the first time I was genuinely shocked at this location. When I got home to eat one of the three burger I ordered, I finished about 75% until I bit into a piece of hair. I ended up throwing the rest away and felt like throwing up. Don’t know if I will be returning to this location.
They really don't care here. 10x1 drive through vs walk in. Food was terrible. Fries were burned. Took 30 minutes and I was called after ten number ahead of me. Had to remind them to make my shakes and and a guy with make up was acting like I was looking at him as I was looking at my wife and kids through the drive through window. Can I help you? Yes get me my food and atop looking st me. Burned fries. Never again. $50 wasted.
I will not let this location ruin my experiences at inn and out because I would love to own one in the future, but I had to post a video because no one would believe my pictures, it was disgusting.
