Drive thru line was long. Free hot cocoa for the kids. I ate in the car. Actually all of the food was hot and good. Customer service always on point.

Compare my receipt to what I got. Totally wrong. Employees who took my order and payment were nice as usual, employee handing me my (wrong) order was rude. I told her I had asked for to go as she handed me a box, she asked if she could cover it with a second box, and I said that’s fine. Because it was boxed and she got my drinks right I took home the wrong order. Said thanks before leaving and she just ignored me. Also the drive thru line has gotten ridiculous, I’ve lived in town 20+ years and only recently does it go out to the street and take 30+ minutes. They used to be way faster.

Very disappointed services, no humanity here!!! My son came here with his key clubs for dinner, before he left, I bought him a gift card, and turned out the card didn't work, so he called me to pay for him over the phone, they said they won't take the card over the phone, so I jave no way to pay for him. My son end up going home with an empty stomach, this place show more of the $$$$ than humanity. Ps if I was a manager on Duty, I would not let this happen to my customer!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED with this location. Avoid if possible! Young teens arrive at the back of the line only to handshake their friends at the front and cut everybody! The line cutting is atrocious and it feels very UNSAFE to say anything about it. The energy feels dangerous now with the new line policy. It's so unfair to those who arrived first and you will wait even longer than usual if management allows this to persist. I can't recommend this location anymore and I'm very dissatisfied with their service.

Usually when I go to in-n-out burger, i get “quality you can taste”. This is was not one of those times. My experience first started to go downhill when I got to the second window to get my food, I asked the question of “Can I have extra napkins?” The associate than replied with “You don’t have napkins at home?” This is the first time I was genuinely shocked at this location. When I got home to eat one of the three burger I ordered, I finished about 75% until I bit into a piece of hair. I ended up throwing the rest away and felt like throwing up. Don’t know if I will be returning to this location.

They really don't care here. 10x1 drive through vs walk in. Food was terrible. Fries were burned. Took 30 minutes and I was called after ten number ahead of me. Had to remind them to make my shakes and and a guy with make up was acting like I was looking at him as I was looking at my wife and kids through the drive through window. Can I help you? Yes get me my food and atop looking st me. Burned fries. Never again. $50 wasted.

They might had roaches🪳🪳🪳 I will never come back to this restaurant sorry, The head supervisor, restaurant manager, The team lead, The cooks at the location should be fired Now… also the french fries was fried until it tasted like bricks🤮 dont recommend
