I'm loving it. Come on people. Do we need to rate McDonals? An other great experience. Everyone has been really nice at the drive thru. I know it's their job, but haven't had a bad experience at a McDs drive through yet.

The staff at this location are excellent , and I must give spectacular mention to the female manager who was working this evening between 7-8 when I was there. The drive through line had apparently become too much for a newer employee to handle from the looks of it. He was trying to do his best and accidentally rang me out for the wrong order. He immediately did what he was supposed to and got the manager, and I'm sure he was stressed out on a busy Friday during a rush. I could relate myself working in a bar as a server. She promptly corrected the error, which was no problem, and discounted my food, to my surprise, for any inconvenience. That manager is a pro when it comes to customer relations and she deserves the respect of the company. She cares for customer retention and satisfaction. She is an excellent staff member and great manager who relaxed the frazzled new employee and helped him carry out his newly acquired duties. Despite his lack of experience you can tell he wanted to do the right thing by everyone and I wish him well there seeing everyone deserves a chance. Thank you folks! <3

Very nice. Good service, actually McDonald's service is so streamlined that you forget that there are people involved. We thanked after we had our coffee and they were surprised; hope they don't feel like they are automatons.

It's a great McDonald's location, sometimes rarely the order gets a bit messed up but this location overall is convenient to many people and it's clean and modern enough to even eat inside comfortably as well. At the end of the day though it is a McDonald's there isn't much else to say.

This is the nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! It was clean, the workers were friendly and helpful, and I got my food quickly. They even had someone walking around and asking how things were or if we needed something. I wish they were all like this!

I love my Fishkill location. It's great when I'm heading to Home Depot or traveling south to Westchester. Service is good, sometimes it gets wicked busy but they make use of the drive thru waiting spots if your order takes a bit longer than usual. I get consistently good service and food, I will say that even this brutal inflation has brought a stop at McDonald's up to $25-$30 for a family of 3.

Love the app and mobile orders. Always great deals and curbside pickup is awesome. Staff always has 100pct accuracy to order and napkins, condiments in bag. Just sit in your car and they bring it out. No need to scream into drive thru speaker and slowly creep to windows for payment. Just sit in your car, relax and food is on the way quick!

Our go-to McD's as it is in our typical route. They're fast and accurate; we've never had a problem with them. Make sure to use your app for coupons and deals. Drive thru persons are always friendly even when there is a problem.

Fine spot and after the renovation better faster hotel food but yall got them people working to dang hard. They best be makeing the $$$ cause they are earning that.

Ordered a happy meal and wasn’t the toy my kid wanted. The server was so nice she took the time to go and look for another toy for him. This lady was so wonderful. Thank you so much you made his day.

All is well and you know what to expect. The Micky-D's in my area (3 of them) are consistent in all the right places, however, over $10 for a double QP is a bit much in my opinion. Something's different about the fries, I'm not sure what, but I won't be ordering them again.

It's McDonald's- but, gave food 5 stars because it was served hot, cooked just right. Service was fast at window with both employees polite and friendly. One order was customized and done correctly. Last few times here I remember service was good, food hot and correct.

Staff is friendly and food is quick to come out. 10 years of living in the area and I can't remember a single time they goofed up my order. Usually use the drive thru but the few times I've been in the store it's clean. 10/10 would burger again.

After a ridiculous wait at a different fast food franchise nearby, my wife and I left and came here. She used her app for the sweet deals they offer, and we got a big bag of food for super cheap. Everything was hot and delicious, and yes, nowadays they pull you up if you order any sandwich with the quarter pound patty, but even that wait was super minimal. Back in the day this used to be the McDonald's to avoid, but now it's always hot and fresh, always quick, and (due to its location) always has short lines. Fantastic.

Relative to other McDonald's. This McDonald's is customer friendly and they usually don't ef up orders. Definitely one of the better McDonald's.

As a deaf person, and having to use the drive thru service due to physical limitations, I must say the staffs are exceptionally helpful, courteous and friendly, and I’ve never had or experienced negative interactions with any of them for the past 14 years being a regular customer. It seems like McDonalds either trains its employees to perform on a professional level or they are just good at hiring well mannered employees as to why I’m always impressed. As for the food: Unfortunately, there were times when I wasn’t happy with the quality of food. I’ve been served saggy chicken nuggets, old fries , and funny tasting burritos. But that was only a few times; I’ve enjoyed and continue to enjoy their food otherwise. As long as the employees remain respectful and friendly, McDonald’s will always have my business Oh, one last thing: They have offered me free breakfast a couple of times before. That was really nice of them!

Me and my friends stop here every summer on our way to Pennsylvania on a road trip and there's a reason for that. Food is good, service is fast, and the staff are some of the nicest people we've met. One of the employees was very kind and showing people how to use the mobile app to get deals and discounts, was telling jokes and keeping people entertained and happy while waiting for their food. She was probably one of the best employees at a fast food restaurant I had ever met. Love this place and will keep coming back here every year!

Not all commercial food chains are the same. This McDonald's restaurant is extremely clean, accessibility, plenty of free parking. Friendly and professional staff, which I may add NOT all are kind and professional. I always get sweet tea and the staff at the register requested I should try it with lemonade. I asked her I never had it, and she commented it was delicious.

This is the first McDonald’s I went that they staff walked by my table and ask about the food and anything I want, just like a waiter who usually did greeting customers. A young gentleman greeted all the customers on every table, and bring stuff that they need, such as straws and napkins. This McDonald’s doesn’t have the soda station that you filled your soda and refill. Also, no condiments station for ketchup, sugar, and napkins. It may be the reason a staff walking around to help customers’ need. Not to mention, they clean the table once the customer just left. Hopefully they keep doing this, not just the time I went.

Typical Micky great food. Who does not like Micky Dee! Anyway, located in a small tourist town next to the Groundhog. I went at 900pm so the service was fast. I do not know about other hours whether service is fast or slow but it is a tourist town.

My husband and I often stop at this location in the AM on our way to Westchester. It's clean, personable, and serves a good breakfast. The manager, Jay, is always bright and pleasant.

I typically visit this location 2 times a week. In my experiences, whether dining in or pick up at the drive through, service is good. Staff is friendly, the food is consistent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Clean establishment including restrooms.

Overall ok. Poor cell service data and all making it rather difficult to use the app. Customer service is poor on ground level but good on middle management. If half stars I would've gone 3 and half . I rounded up as a benefit of doubt it seems like they will improve and I only went a handful of times before the review .

I was visiting a friend who lives in Fishkill a few weeks ago and stopped by this McDonald's for a travel break. The place was very clean and staff was super friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend for a bit of rest at a recognizable fast food restaurant. The food was decent and edible.

It's McDonald's....ok don't get too excited. But here is the difference ...the staff and service was exceptional! I've never had anyone come to my table to check on me before....I ordered to go! It was clean...let me say again.....clean. Even the bathroom.. I was caught off guard. There is some special people at this location as they take ownership of the business and execution. The fries were hot and the MCDouble freshly made and the Coke tasted like Coke, not the seltzer water mix of carbonated drink with color. Hey it was McDonald's....but I would go again to this location.

The McDonald’s was clean and efficient, and the staff were kind. My order was put together properly and nothing was missing. It tasted as everything should and was all and well. The reason for 4 stars is that there seemed to be way too much reserved parking for the drive thru and mobile pick up for what was needed. Peak hours may give a different story. But regardless, parking was still fine. We stopped here on a road trip from CT to OH. It being right off the highway was perfect and efficient.

Every single time at least one thing is messed up and then I give it back to be fixed and comes out messed up again, the food is good though WHEN ITS CORRECT

Love this place, sometimes a long wait during peak time so go early or late. Awesome they have gluten free options.

Definitely hit or miss with this place. Last visit they forgot to give me my large fry with my meal, i had to hand them the receipt because for some reason they didnt know what I had ordered and they still didnt give me everything. Sometimes the service is perfect but other times it's purely awful and any attempt to reach them through customer service complaints are dead ends.

The dining area was clean and uncrowded. The staff was uncaring and uninterested in taking orders. A GRILLED chicken became a CRISPY one. We had to go back and re-wait for a proper order.

Ordered a large 10 piece and they gave me a medium, very disappointed. I was looking forward to enjoying, and filling up on some nice McDonald’s, but three stars because they were nice.

Fries were good, chicken nuggets were dry and chewy, it took a long time after we placed our order on the self serve kiosk to get the food.

I have to be honest, as soon as you walk into this McDonalds, the store is immaculately clean. This goes for the restrooms also. The store has some nice landscaping, which helps overall. The service was friendly, and prompt. They are handicap accessible, and there is ample parking. Other than that, it is still McDonalds, with its tasteless food.

For some reason, Google keeps wanting me to review McDonald's again, so here we go. I'm in a NY state this time, so that's one thing. It tastes pretty much the same as a WA state McDonald's. It has burgers and fries and other things too. And as much as I like McDonald's, I'm only giving it 3 stars because WHO CAAAAARES!!?? It's so standard and I'm pretty sure everyone and their cousin's sister's daughter knows if they like it or not.

Took twice as long to get our order. Chicken nuggets were over cooked or old, needless, they were hard. Large fries had no delicious flavor they are famous for. It was a true disappointment at this location 😔.

My drink tasted like mold. They probably need to clean their drink lines better/more frequently. Went through the drive-through; the service and fries were fine.

My wife and I were eating inside. No problem with food or service. My problem was an employee was cleaning tables walked by a napkin on the floor looked at it and just walked away leaving it on the floor.

They seldom get the orders correct. I have ordered my burgers well done; they tried to alibi why they couldn't do it!

Nice staff, can't get an order right. Ordered 2 medium meals: 10 pc nuggets with bbq - no sauce in bag when I got home. 2 cb meal: got 1 cb and a fry. Had to wait and ask for the 2nd cb and the drink. Mind you, I was the ONLY person at the drive thru.

SLOW!!! As a delivery driver, this is unacceptable. Poor communication, lines backed up tremendously. Waited over 15 minutes for DoorDash order.

We only go here if desperate. It's not aesthetically pleasing at all. In fact it's like eating in a subway platform. Most times people are respectable but more often I'm noticing some really skeevy people hanging around here. Really not attractive. Chases people off...I mean you feel like your not safe so who can eat?

Went to the drive thru to get my children the advertised dinosaur happy meals only to go home and find out there was Spider-Man toys. We were not even told of the replacement. Very unhappy children.

Don't get go after 7PM, it's like not alot of people there to keep up with the food getting to the customers. Too much salt on the fries, when in a rush to get the orders they don't heat the bun just sent it out as is. No thank you for coming to McDonalds or come again, you walk in ARE YOU READY TO ORDER? newburgh is definitely better then this one, I ordered on the app and put that I was already there because I know how they are. I went there 30 minutes after I ordered and it still wasn’t ready, there was no line and it’s always like this at this one.

Horrible first time experience 0 stars. Did a mobile order with extra pickles and onions on my burgers and when I opened them up there were none of either when the made to order sticker clearly says extra. My bf went back inside and they called him a liar but gave him the pickles and onions on the side as if they thought i was going to make my own food how i wanted. I'm not gonna fix something that could've easily been avoided if you paid attention. its my job to eat the food not make it. So I had to speak up and showed the lady my order and she says "well that's not what the screen said"..okayy first you werent making anything and second why would your own system print out what the correct customizations were? In the end i got a refund and my order remade but the cooks want to have an attitude and make my burgers with extra extra stuff falling out of the buns. so i threw it out bc anything could've happened after i turned my back. I was as patient and as understanding as could be with the whole understaffed issue but the assumed manager was getting aggressive and i wasnt having it. Very unprofessional

I've just come from this place and found the service to be completely despicable. The server, a mature woman clearly had other personal things going on as she failed to listen to my order and then walked away from the serving area. The manager tried looking for her to find what happened and after a period she resurfaced! I don't frequent McDonalds much but because of a good experience in the Highland Falls McDonalds I thought I would try this one as it was nearer to me but clearly not! The manager tried her best but when the staff are clearly not educated in social skills nor basic instructions on how to fulfill an order, what else can you expect!

Went in for some food. The person in the lobby started sweeping under the table I was eating at and when I asked her to stop, she wouldn't. I was wearing sandals and could feel the crumbs getting flicked onto my feet. Asked her to stop and she said "I'm sweeping the other side of the table" she kept going and then wouldn't stop staring at me so I left. This store constantly makes you wait once the order is placed. They make you pull into a stall and wait a long time for your order. They even show up with the wrong order.

They make you pull around to a parking space when theres no line behind me. Ask for sauce they said they would put it in bag... got bag.. no sauce and im on the road again.

Fishkill, NY - ordered a deluxe crispy chicken and large fries. Fries were cold and the sandwich roll was burnt and there was no bacon on sandwich when advertised. Not a good experience.

Incorrect orders, food not prepared correctly, place is dirty and not cleaned frequently. You get one napkin per order. You are frequently asked to go park in a waiting spot. People use those spots for regular parking then they can’t find you. It’s a mess. Go up the road to Wappingers instead.

I ordered at the Drive through. When I went to pay, the person said he didn't have any money in the till. This is something he should have said BEFORE I placed my order. This was the same person, when I ordered my burger well done, told me he didn't know if it was prepared the way I ordered it and he gave it back to me. Terrible service. Unfortunately, it is near my home and that is the ONLY reason I go there. In my last 6 visits only 2 were satisfactory!

I was alone at the drive thru and ordered a seltzer water. For some reason it took 5 minutes to complete this simple order. Then after I drove away I took a sip and it was sprite. Big problem as I’m diabetic. They put me in huge danger. Couldn’t even get a basic order correct. They need to be better.

Been here 4 times, have had proper service/correct orders 0. I order a double quarter pounder with cheese plain and have failed to get that on the first attempt all 4 times. First was a regular non plain, second was curbside pickup where after waiting a 15 minutes the app updated to say the order was concluded, I didn't receive food. I went in and they forgot to bring it out. It was still not right after that. Third time it was missing a second patty. Fourth time they outright handed me the wrong order, then informed me my order was never even entered into the system and they had to retake my order, then I had to wait (at least this time they got it right) will not be returning under any circumstances.

Slowest McDonalds I've ever been to in 42 years of life. Why even have a drive thru if you're sending every single car to the parking lot to wait. I waited 15 minutes for a mcdonalds breakfast...... . You're better off going to a farm, getting eggs and driving home and cooking them. It would save you time rather than this location. All 3 sandwiches delivered cold too after what felt like an hour. Won't be back, unfortunately.

Horrible....I ordered a #7 with no cheese. It came with cheese on it when I tried to exchange it I guess it was the manager that came outside. I explained the issue to her her and she started explaining that the meal comes with cheese. I told her that I asked for no cheese. She continued to tell me that it comes with cheese. We kept on going back and forth with each other. At this point I just told her to keep the food, We had some choice words with each other then she flipped me the middle finger.....it was cute....don't really eat fast food....after playing 3 games of softball just wanted something quick for the long ride home....should of pack my own food like I usually do....thats what I get.....never again...

I got an iced coffee at a different location as I was doing a road trip and the coffee I received was so terrible so I came to this location to ask them if they could remake it, as I have worked In fast food in the past and always been told if something like this happens you make it no questions asked. But this location tried telling me to drive back 2 hours to bring it to the previous location to remake, after a bit of talking the did remake it but point be told this manager at this location needs to learn how to talk to customers better.

I normally don’t write reviews regarding fast food restaurants as you get what you pay for but honestly after three years of working down the street and going here for lunch I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this McDonald’s is the worst fast food restaurant I’ve been to in general in my entire life. The only time I was ever given satisfying food, was literally when I went inside and asked for them to make the food fresh, and have even witnessed staff reheating nuggets despite my request. This McDonald’s consistently gives customers food cold, or reheated, and almost burnt. I literally ordered a mcchicken today to avoid cold nuggets that been sitting there for God knows how long, for me to get a dry ass, cold mcchicken that literally they just splatted mayonnaise on which was evident by the lack of on one side and globs oozing out on the other. I don’t know if this franchise location business practice is to save as much food as possible because out of the 3 years of going to this establishment I have NEVER received satisfactory food. Do not eat at this McDonald’s !! There’s a bunch of other fast food restaurants in the area. I highly suggest visiting one of those establishments. I noticed that management does not respond to customers complaints if I do not receive some sort of response, I will be taking my complaints to the corporate level.

On 7/29/2024 at approximately 1255pm the lady taking the order was HORRIBLE i ended up driving away because she couldn’t understand freaking English. Now I have 2 upset kids without happy meals because you have no bar when it comes to hiring, freaking disgrace. She could barely speak English herself. Adjust your hiring. Ill drive to wappingers for now on, that was such a turn off. Same on you McDonald’s and all the “supervisors” at this store.

They were too busy and lazy to push coffee's into the carrier, spilled three coffees cause I was too busy to notice before putting it down. Attacked me for having the nerve to go back and buy three more coffees and let them know I didn't appreciate it. $16 in coffee and who knows how much more for detailing, maybe I should sue em for making the coffee hot.

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches on the app a sausage, egg and cheese bagel and a baccon egg and cheese bagel. I went inside to get my order and the recept on the bag matched the items I had ordered. I get back to my car get in and while we are driving away I go to gt one of my sandwiches out and it is a biscuit sandwiches. I check the other sandwiches and it is a steak egg and cheese bagel. I can't eat red meat for medical reasons so this second sandwiches was completely useless to me. When ordering at this McDonald's check your order before leaving the store. I will avoid visiting this McDonald's from here on out.

This experience was absolutely horrendous!!! I felt taken advantage of… it took us 45 minutes to get our food!!! Customers coming in and out but not us. Diabolical. Thought I was trapped here. I know it’s spooky season, but I didn’t realize this was a haunted house. It took FOREVER. and no one even cared…. Do they know who I am? What I’m capable of??? The days of hard work I just spent sitting here chained up. I might as well go to Arby’s at this point. And I am not leaving. Did I mention fries were four dollars?? I worked for this 16 bucks. I know that is order I'm asking how to pick up from app parking space for when I return next time. No reply? Another employee there young woman just stands there looking confused and apparently doesn't understand English? My coffee wasn't hot and I drink it black. I never write bad reviews but this was necessary. I love McDonald's coffee and stop wherever I'm traveling.

Horrendous. I always question myself when I find myself ordering food from McDonalds, and this is one of those times where I was correct. It took several minutes to get a response at the drive thru, and when I finally did, the total appeared wrong on the screen. I questioned the total and was told to pull through to the window with no explanation. The person at the window was polite, but after I paid and pulled up to the next window, there was a teenage kid with a black hoodie sagging his pants who clearly did not work there who asked me, “whatchu order?”. After I told him, and eventually received part of my order, he told me, “you good”. When I looked in the bag and found that I was missing the fries I ordered I reversed to the window, and the woman who came to the window proceeded to argue with me and told me I didn’t order fries. I told her to check the order, as I did, in fact, order fries. After a minute or so she returned and told me to pull up and wait and informed me that the fries were cooking. After about 5 minutes she came out with maybe a half order of small fries, presumably in spite of me. Absolute trash.

I went thru the drive thru and ordered med fries, quarter pd w/cheese and a 6 pc..they then send to a number that id not available and when I get my food, the fries look over cooked and NOT FRESH..went inside and i got overcooked fries again and super salty..you would think that at 11:30 every thing would be fresh

We ordered two big Mac and specifically mentioned to replace the beef with chicken for one of the big Mac from the order. The person who requested for replacing the beef with chicken was strictly because of the religious reasons but this attitude from an intolerant manager was completely unacceptable and unforgivable. They gave both beef big Mac to us and when we brought it to the attention of the attendant at the counter, she called the manager. The manager did not even apologize for the mistake and started arguing over the money that needs to be paid to get the Big Mac with chicken. Eventually we ended up paying for the same order one more time. Apart from this, the shop was not at all clean. They had fries on the seat and they didn't even clean it. Extremely disappointed with McDonald's for the first time.
