I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the best service. From the moment I walked in, the staff, provided amazing service that exceeded all expectations. The attention to detail and genuine friendliness made it the best service I've ever had. Not only was the service exceptional, but the food surpassed my expectations as well. Each dish was not only delicious but also reasonably priced, making the overall dining experience truly outstanding. I can confidently say that I will be back without hesitation. Today, my husband and I came in for lunch, and Emily was our server. She did an amazing job. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and helped my husband pick the scorpion burger. Our son ended up joining us, and his order was at the table when he arrived. Emily was an attentive server who had an awesome attitude. I'm definitely coming back just for the service. My husband devoured his scorpion burger and coleslaw. Was a great recommendation.

We went in with family to celebrate my son's birthday and Fathers day. The food and drinks were great. Si was our waiter. He was amazing! One of the best waiters we have ever had. He stayed on top of everything and made sure we were taken care of. The manager checked in on us several times and was helpful.

First time customer and I can't wait to go back. I had the Veggie Burger with steak fries. I loved this veggie burger! It was a great size patty and with all the toppings it had it was a nice big meal. This was by far one of the best in my opinion and I am excited to order it again. Staff was very friendly as well. I appreciate their late hours for a Sunday since I happen to work late on Sunday too. It was a great meal to have at the end of the day.

The black bean burger is pretty good, but like at most places, it falls apart easily. we get to go from here often, they do have a really high upcharge if you want an impossible patty. wish they would get some vegan cheese and sauces selections.

I had my group of ladies return this year for a lunch and again it was perfect! 2025 I held a large group of ladies luncheon there 2024 and it was outstanding. The service, food, location were all exceptional. Servers did a great job in keeping our food, drinks, and bill all figured out. Mike, one of the Managers, was so helpful, kind and easy to communicate with. Great place. Steve, one of the owners, was so pleasant and appreciative of our business.

It was my first time going to Red Robin, I didn't know what they even sold but after my experience I will be going a lot more! My mom and I went after work and they were super attentive, the manager even came out and introduced himself and asked if we had any questions. I also saw him serving food a long with the waiters and I feel like you don't see that anymore. Our server Karina gave us recommendations and we were absolutely satisfied with the food and service. Red Robin made us a customer for life!!!

Love Red Robin! The most recent time my family and I went we had an amazing server. The food was great as usual. I ordered the Smoke and Pepper burger. Amazing! I also got the Sand in your shorts drink which I would definitely recommend for people to try!

This Red Robbin's was fantasic!!! Our waitress, katlain, was very professional and made our experience that much better! We had a party of 15 and the entire operation of this establishment was effectively managed. Food was hot, delicious, served timely, and the appearance was mouth-watering. Even the price for all the food was reasonable. There's no play area for kids, but the crayons and coloring pages kept them amused. Restrooms were clean too. We will definitely be returning!!!!

This is my go to when I can't decide what to eat. Burger quality is great. You get more deliciousness with unlimited fries or side salad with your burger. Great buffalo wings, fish and chips too. Hard to decide when you know it is all going to be good.

Great place! Staff was friendly. Staff was fun! Staff was accomadating! Staff was fast. Food was Hot. Prices were decent! Place was clean. Rest Room was clean and had hot water. I do not normally give 5 stars. However, the experiance my family and I had here was nothing other than memorable. I will Definitely recommend this location as a restaurant. Devices are also available for children to play games while waiting for food. Again, the staff at this location earned the 5 stars!

First off, this place has the best birthday club special. A free burger and bottomless fries is a great way to celebrate. I always like to test out if the server asks me “would you like more fries?” Matt was prompt and on point to offer us more fries, and was very friendly! We went at lunch, and would expect it to get less attention during the dinner hour, but we loved this location. We will definitely go back! Also, their rewards system is really easy: linked to your phone number. So, there is no rummaging through emails. Just enter your phone number, and you Birthday burger is taken off your bill! Wonderful place. Great business!

I havent been to Red Robin in years, our server Emily was very attentive and nice. The food was very good, pretzel bites were a great appetizer to start, and the burgers were juicy. I got the garlic fries, I love garlic, and they had ALOT of it! I found out they had unlimited root beer floats, I couldn't even finish the first one! We came here for my daughter's 6th birthday (her request) and didn't realize they didn't do happy birthdays anymore! I reached out just to ask why/if they don't do it anymore... they invited me back...and I was in aw and tears (of happiness) at how they handled it. I couldn't believe all they did for my sweet girl! Balloons, party hat, party decor, a card signed by everyone, RED came out.... I mean she felt like a true princess. And one of the managers said he was looking forward to this day! And they plan on changing how they respond to birthdays going forward. If ever there were a billion dollar response to an inquire ..... Red Robin would win that prize! WOW!!!

It was my 3rd time at this Red Robin location in Flower Mound. It was my GF's 1st time at this location (celebrating her birthday). And I've yet to be disappointed. The place was busy on this Saturday. Our server provided excellent service. The food arrived timely and hot. We started with piping hot onion rings with ranch and campfire sauces. I ordered the Jalapeño Heatwave and bottomless fries. My GF ordered the Blue Ribbon with sweet potato fries. Our server made it extra special by presenting ger burger with a candle. It was worth the drive from Carrollton.

Nothing better than good old Red Robin. I haven’t had a single thing there I don’t like. Plus, I love the all you can eat fries. We always ask for fries as an appetizer (basically bring them early and keep bringing them)! Speedy service. All the staff have masks on. It’s clean and everyone is really friendly. I forgot to take a photo of our food it’s so good.

As with any chain food joints its hit or miss on the service, however our vist to the flower mound location was great. Service was fantastic and every employee we passed or encountered was super friendly. It's such a good uplift for the day to enjoy food with such friendly staff. Great job to the whole team at the flower mound location!!

Great place to eat for different varieties of burger styles. Not very much choices for vegetarian. Our server was wonderful, he did a great job. And the atmosphere is really relaxing comfortable.

Bottomless steamed broccoli...Gotta love it. Okay.. so I *may* have also snarfed some of my mom's bottomless fries.. but I digress. We went there for their Tuesday Cheeseburger deal, as an alternative to our regular Taco Tuesday outing, and it was a refreshing change. The Cheeseburger was exceptional, for what it was. Tasty, without the need for loads of condiments that make burgers messy, and not ominously large. The staff was friendly, attentive and fast. The manager came to our table to ask for feedback. Scant few restaurants care, much less ask.

We arrived early, before the rush on a Friday night. We went for my birthday burger. We ordered burgers and a shake. Our food arrived timely but the server didn’t come back to the table for 15+ minutes. I had asked for ranch for my fries but didn’t get it with my meal. I had to borrow some of my wife’s ranch from her salad. I also wanted additional fries, which they promote. I even stopped eating for a few minutes hoping she would stop by. She finally did stop by and I got the fries and ranch. I guessing they were spread thin but who knows. I was hoping for a better experience.

Had a great experience here on a Friday late afternoon. Surprisingly, we had no wait time and were immediately seated (could have been a case of luck). Our server was very friendly and attentive, and even educated me about ranch with mozzarella sticks as opposed to the typical marinara sauce. Apparently, we were the first table the server has had that questioned it. And to my surprise, it was actually pretty tasty, I'd recommend trying it. They have a nice selection of gourmet burgers that are sure to appeal to everyone at a table. The bottomless fries are a nice touch as well. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and will definitely return.

Wow this was one of the best restaurants I will ever go to the food was great. I recommend going here, the restrooms were kind of dirty. Overall this was a very nice restaurant the severs were kind and great. I give this place a 4.5 stars

We sat in the bar area, no wait at all which was awesome. Our waitress had a shadow who was doing a fantastic job at customer service! My mom and I ordered a classic shake and asked them for a second glass since we were going to split it, AND THEY SPLIT IT FOR US! Whoop! I ordered the Bruschetta Chicken with a lettuce bun, I've always been nervous about doing that and how it would taste and I must say, ***amazing***! I ate the whole thing and I didn't have that way-too-full feeling in my stomach. They also wrapped it in this easy to hold foil so that made it all the better. TIP: Try the campfire dipping sauce for your fries, it's delicious!

This is a good place to get a burger! The burger was good and juicy! Beard was fresh and fries cooked just the way I like them. They offer endless French fries! The decor is average and I think outdated.

My family came here for Mother's Day. My experience was great. Our server was really friendly and informative. The food was good. I recommend trying their prickly pear lemonade it's more sweet than tart. Also I had the hazelnut bliss shake and that was amazing. If you love nutella you'll probably like that shake.

I like this Red Robin. We all got a different type of burger with a variation of fries and they were all great. I also got a Oreo milkshake was pretty okay. Nothing special about it but would probably get it again sometime. The service was decent. It was the end of the night and we weren’t rushed so that was nice. Casual dining in the front bar area is my preference as it is quieter than the main dining area. Pretzel bites with cheese dip appetizer is great. Good variety of burgers - cooked up pink or no pink - but I have to say the COD is my new favorite- FRESH FLAKY and delicious. Don’t think I’ll ever have another burger here! And there is unlimited fries…hot and crispy - awesome with their seasoning. Boozy milkshakes are decent. Not a good dessert selection but never have room for that anyway!

Wed/ April second Hostess was extremely dismissive and rude. Didn't say hello or anything to us when we walked in. Walked is to the table and left before 2/3s of our party could even make it to the table. Slapped the menus down and walked off. Mean mugging everyone looking like she was wanting to be fired. Watched her do it for an hour to every other table unfortunate customer enough to enter the restaurant while she was hosting. We all have bad days. Go home.

The first-time visit here was spectacular with our server Brayden( I hope I spelled it right). Visited with my loved one, and the service and food were excellent. Served in a timely manner, and our beverages were never empty. Even the night shift manager came out and checked on us, ensuring everything went well and I complemented our server. Unique night. A few days ago, we visited again, and the service beyond the greeter was not pleasant. Our server was Camille. Aside from the food being A1, the service was slow and lacking. We waited quite a while for some beverage refills. Our server was nowhere to be found after our food was brought. We were waiting awhile and even wanted to walk out because no one would bring our check, and we wanted to leave since we drove half an hour to get here. It took a while before the manager saw we were the only diners left inside. I understand we came within the hour of closing, but I do not believe that should account for that nights service. I hope next time will be better since I do love the food.

Amazing deal for my wives smaller fish & chips, my bacon cheeseburger was to die for. Her fries soggy and clearly pretty old, my garlic fries were better but def still tasted older.

This place never fails. I love the feeling of familiarity no matter which you walk into. The server we had was pretty good and the food was well prepared.

There burgers are average. They do have pretty good fries, but it's not that inexpensive & not sure the cost is worth it. They do have some decent items like there onion ring tower but overall it's average & I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.

Vibes of a Fridays, food was all frozen and/or drenched in grease. I didn't even touch the overcooked greasy mess that was the $17+ dollar "A1" burger. My wife had two bites. (If you like drenched in grease "burgers" get the 9.99 special) Grease doesn't = flavor. What a waste of calories. The only reason we came in was the school promotion and my kid read some books for a "free" kids meal. Best part was the staff. We will not go back to this franchise.

Ordered a Dr pepper float and the royal cheeseburger. The float was cheap and delicious with unlimited refills, and was a great start paired with the fries. I love cheeseburgers with eggs, so I definitely wanted to give this royal burger a try. But I made a mistake when the waiter asked if I wanted the burger with a little pink... Now usually I am fine with that, and often order it as so, but being a chain and my first time at this location, it's best to ask for well done. My burger was pink all the way through and some parts were a little too rare. Halfway through the burger, my stomach was already turning in knots. I was picturing it to be medium well, but that was definitely medium rare to almost rare hamburger I had. Moral of the story for me, unless you have already been to the restaurant before, play it safe and order things cooked more.

This visit wasn't the best that it could have been. Took a little time for a server to get to us. Ordered a starter and drinks but that took some time too. When we were ready to order, it was simple but took a little longer than it should. Food was great and no issues. But our server never checked on us during our meal for refills or if we need anything. We had to flag him down to get napkins, refills, and just get the check because we were done. The rating of 3 stars is for the food only, everything else needed work.

I rate it two stars simply because the food just wasn't that great and that's what the establishment is for. The place didn't seem too short staffed and it was really slow when we went in, but it took a long time for us to get really any attention such as refills or anything. My coworker and I each ordered very different burgers and cut them and half and traded a half. They just weren't very good. The French fries were cold and soggy. But, all the wait staff were very friendly and nice, just sort of scarce. It was crowded or busy so there was no wait and the place was relatively quiet. That's a bonus, but the food is a no.

It is absolutely ridiculous that I can order jalapeño coins on a triple dipper, but I cannot order jalapeño coins as an appetizer!

We usually enjoy coming in to this location but tonight has made us not want to go back. At least not for a while. The food was good but the service was not to be desired. Our waitress didn’t seem to really want to be there and it took forever to get a fry refill and a chip refill for our chips/guac/salsa. She almost seemed put out that we asked for some more. We had to actively seek her out to get any help from her. We noticed other waiters and waitresses promptly serving their tables and going above and beyond so we figured that she may have been new? However, she was super quick to take our payment for the meal. We asked the hostess upfront if there was a card that had a general managers information so we could reach out but a gentleman came out and offered us the stores phone number instead saying they didn’t have cards. Also wanted to know if the portions for fries and chips have changed since the last time we were there two months ago? Because the fry refill we got was probably less than an entire potato and the chips we had with our appetizer were definitely not enough for both the chips and guac we ordered. Either way, it’ll be a while before we go back again. I know it’s hard times for food service industries but we wanted to spend our hard earned money on a dinner that we thought would be a nice reward for our family considering the rough week we all had.

They have a German roach infestation, there was a live one on its back on the countertop by the sink in the men's restroom. Our server was sweet but the food was very mediocre, sloppily prepared, and definitely overpriced for the quality received.

I was thrilled with our waiter (Ethan), he was fantastic! I ordered a sandwich with onion rings. The sandwich was pretty tasty but the onion rings looked and tasted awful. A couple of them we're obviously burnt a extremely greasy. The other two or three were cooked okay but the batter tasted like I was eating crushed gravel. Very disappointing 😕

I usually come here often with my family, was kind of disappointed with the service we got last night. Me and my boyfriend walked in and waited 15 minuets to be seated with nearly no customers in the restaurant.. people would look.. people would come up to the booth and then walk away without even a greeting.. ( me and my boyfriend are used to this type of behavior from staff since we are young adults and typically don’t get treated as fairly because of the misconception that we “don’t tip because we’re young”, anyways that wasn’t the issue, the issue at hand is we’ve come here before together and we have constantly been neglected by the staff.. one time we got seated right away but it took the waiter 30 minuets to come introduce himself and when he did he walked away and didn’t take our drink order. He was busy talking to his friends (with nearly no one in the restaurant) we had to get up everytime we needed something and track down the waiter and ask him if he can take our order as well as anything else we might need.. at one point he even yelled across the building saying “yall good?” While laughing about it to his buddies.. just because we’re young doesn’t mean we don’t leave a good tip. We tip based on how good the service is and how fairly we are treated and quite frankly it’s bad.

Staff is beyond rude. I've never encountered staff at a restaurant be so aggressive toward paying customers.

I thought I had a good visit this past Sunday but that all changed when my bank notified me I had left a $35% tip. My bill was only $32 and the young girl with short brunette hair decided she’d change the tip I left. So whoever that was working Sunday morning should be fired immediately. We had been here many times enjoying the brussel sprouts appetizers with a cold brew. The last time we went in, the Brussel sprouts were no longer available. Nevertheless, we were seated and waited for service. Around us, folks who came and were seated 5-10 minutes after we were seated were able to order and received their food, but nobody came to serve us---so after nearly 20 minutes we left. We came for the sprouts and good service, and had neither, so we don't feel any need to return to this location

What a terrible experience. Server was awful. Our drinks stayed empty. Worst ever. The manager kept walking around and was looking around and never once asked if we even needed refills. Kids bacon cheeseburger the bacon wasn't even barely cooked. Not one of us out 6 finished their meals. Absolutely Terrible.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service my mom received at Red Robin in Flower Mound. She placed a simple to-go order, but Jason, the manager, treated her with a shockingly bad attitude. Instead of being helpful or courteous, he was dismissive and rude throughout the interaction. He spoke to my mom in a condescending tone and made her feel completely unwelcome. To make matters worse, he attempted to overcharge her for items she didn’t order. When she politely questioned the bill, he became even more condescending. It was frustrating and completely unacceptable—especially coming from someone in a leadership role. I called and tried to address a simple concern about our order, but rather than listening or offering help, Jason escalated the situation with unnecessary attitude. It was frustrating, especially considering how polite and calm my mom and I was throughout. Customer service should be about respect and hospitality, and unfortunately, this experience was the opposite. This experience left a really sour taste, and we won’t be returning. I hope the management takes a serious look at how customers are being treated.

This restaurant manages to get worse every time we go there. First their service went down, getting refills started taking forever, and finally getting a table became a challenge. We were told there was a 20 minutes waiting, we waited about 25 minutes and still no movement. I went to check to see how crowded it was and only to see half full. Wow, they had 2 greeters and not enough servers??? We decided to go to Chili's and were promptly seated when the restaurant was almost full. We got the food within 15 to 20 minutes. I think I am done with red Robin for awhile.

We came in to grab a bite with the family and ended up waiting 15–20 minutes without anyone greeting us or taking our drink order. Several servers walked past our table, but no one acknowledged us or checked in. It was disappointing to feel overlooked. Definitely won't be back! 🤷🏾‍♂️👎🏾

The food looks amazing but taste was not there .The burger did not taste of anything when usually they taste great ,the cheese sauce tasted old . Now I have never had issues with red Robin before so this could be the one off .I left the one star sadly due to this experience.
