Great place very consistent with service and food. I've never had one of their burgers just the cod 🤷🏿‍♂️ maybe one day lol update I had the impossible burger today and man it was amazing. They changed their rewards system up but it's all good still love it here

We really enjoyed our visit. The food is always great, bottomless fries yum. The fried cheese spirals were amazing. Everyone loved their burgers. They also have a great bar selection. Overall fun environment, and service was great.

Nothing better than good old Red Robin. I haven’t had a single thing there I don’t like. Plus, I love the all you can eat fries. We always ask for fries as an appetizer (basically bring them early and keep bringing them)! Speedy service. All the staff have masks on. It’s clean and everyone is really friendly. I forgot to take a photo of our food it’s so good.

I like this Red Robin. We all got a different type of burger with a variation of fries and they were all great. I also got a Oreo milkshake was pretty okay. Nothing special about it but would probably get it again sometime. The service was decent. It was the end of the night and we weren’t rushed so that was nice. We all ate every bit of our food and had no complaints.

Casual dining in the front bar area is my preference as it is quieter than the main dining area. Pretzel bites with cheese dip appetizer is great. Good variety of burgers - cooked up pink or no pink - but I have to say the COD is my new favorite- FRESH FLAKY and delicious. Don’t think I’ll ever have another burger here! And there is unlimited fries…hot and crispy - awesome with their seasoning. Boozy milkshakes are decent. Not a good dessert selection but never have room for that anyway!

Vibes of a Fridays, food was all frozen and/or drenched in grease. I didn't even touch the overcooked greasy mess that was the $17+ dollar "A1" burger. My wife had two bites. (If you like drenched in grease "burgers" get the 9.99 special) Grease doesn't = flavor. What a waste of calories. The only reason we came in was the school promotion and my kid read some books for a "free" kids meal. Best part was the staff. We will not go back to this franchise.

Ordered a Dr pepper float and the royal cheeseburger. The float was cheap and delicious with unlimited refills, and was a great start paired with the fries. I love cheeseburgers with eggs, so I definitely wanted to give this royal burger a try. But I made a mistake when the waiter asked if I wanted the burger with a little pink... Now usually I am fine with that, and often order it as so, but being a chain and my first time at this location, it's best to ask for well done. My burger was pink all the way through and some parts were a little too rare. Halfway through the burger, my stomach was already turning in knots. I was picturing it to be medium well, but that was definitely medium rare to almost rare hamburger I had. Moral of the story for me, unless you have already been to the restaurant before, play it safe and order things cooked more.

This visit wasn't the best that it could have been. Took a little time for a server to get to us. Ordered a starter and drinks but that took some time too. When we were ready to order, it was simple but took a little longer than it should. Food was great and no issues. But our server never checked on us during our meal for refills or if we need anything. We had to flag him down to get napkins, refills, and just get the check because we were done. The rating of 3 stars is for the food only, everything else needed work.

I was thrilled with our waiter (Ethan), he was fantastic! I ordered a sandwich with onion rings. The sandwich was pretty tasty but the onion rings looked and tasted awful. A couple of them we're obviously burnt a extremely greasy. The other two or three were cooked okay but the batter tasted like I was eating crushed gravel. Very disappointing 😕

I usually come here often with my family, was kind of disappointed with the service we got last night. Me and my boyfriend walked in and waited 15 minuets to be seated with nearly no customers in the restaurant.. people would look.. people would come up to the booth and then walk away without even a greeting.. ( me and my boyfriend are used to this type of behavior from staff since we are young adults and typically don’t get treated as fairly because of the misconception that we “don’t tip because we’re young”, anyways that wasn’t the issue, the issue at hand is we’ve come here before together and we have constantly been neglected by the staff.. one time we got seated right away but it took the waiter 30 minuets to come introduce himself and when he did he walked away and didn’t take our drink order. He was busy talking to his friends (with nearly no one in the restaurant) we had to get up everytime we needed something and track down the waiter and ask him if he can take our order as well as anything else we might need.. at one point he even yelled across the building saying “yall good?” While laughing about it to his buddies.. just because we’re young doesn’t mean we don’t leave a good tip. We tip based on how good the service is and how fairly we are treated and quite frankly it’s bad.

This restaurant manages to get worse every time we go there. First their service went down, getting refills started taking forever, and finally getting a table became a challenge. We were told there was a 20 minutes waiting, we waited about 25 minutes and still no movement. I went to check to see how crowded it was and only to see half full. Wow, they had 2 greeters and not enough servers??? We decided to go to Chili's and were promptly seated when the restaurant was almost full. We got the food within 15 to 20 minutes. I think I am done with red Robin for awhile.

We came in to grab a bite with the family and ended up waiting 15–20 minutes without anyone greeting us or taking our drink order. Several servers walked past our table, but no one acknowledged us or checked in. It was disappointing to feel overlooked. Definitely won't be back! 🤷🏾‍♂️👎🏾

The food looks amazing but taste was not there .The burger did not taste of anything when usually they taste great ,the cheese sauce tasted old . Now I have never had issues with red Robin before so this could be the one off .I left the one star sadly due to this experience.
