First time trying it out, first impression walking in? Clean and organized layout! I was impressed by the wide variety of veggies and fruits you can add in your salad! The customization is really was made me like it the best and of course how it tasted, which was pretty good!! Definitely will be back and the peach lemonade is amazing!😍

This place has excellent food and this extremely healthy. The customer service is great and the atmosphere is great as well. No complaints at all and will definitely be returning here again. Great atmosphere and congrats to the owner and their team for the wonderful job they have done.

This is my favorite place to come and get fresh salads. They mix them for you there and there's a ton of things to choose from. Highly recommended...

Drink dispensers need replacing…they don’t work properly. Usually clean…during rush hour, tables need to be wiped more frequently. Quick service at the salad bar though. Pricey protein.

I love the choices for a great salad at Salata. The cost to add a protein is a little steep for the amount you get. Really enjoy the choices though and it’s always fresh!

I go to salata a lot, and after being their multiple times I feel like I can finally give an accurate review, the place has a great atmosphere with lots of choices for the base, proteins, and other foods, The employees are friendly, and nice. My only complaint is the price of the food noticeably going up now costing around 15-20 dollars per person.

This was my first time here. The food was fresh and the employees were very helpful. I got the small bowl with a scoop of everything. And I was stuffed. My wife had salmon added to hers. Said it seemed a little fishy for her taste. But it didn't stop her from enjoying her whole salad.

The place was clean and they had all the choices you'd want from beautiful mixed greens, arugula, spinach and romaine to many veggies and fruits (yum I personally do a mix of both) plenty of choices of protein(may fave is the pesto chicken) and lots of complimenting dressings to go with. I always get a large and double chicken which just means im set for two filling salads. Now it's salad but it's not cheap, I come out paying near 20 bucks w tip. Definitely don't feel guilty eating my very filling salad. The pic is what was left over, my second salad. Btw, I gave them 4 stars because the chicken pieces are so big, they should be bite size, like I shouldn't have to open my mouth so wide as to eat a big mouth burger. The pieces should be more like the rest of their toppings. Now Go get your grub on and happy eating

I used to love eating at Salada back in the day. We visited today after 2 years and I’m not sure if they raised the cost or I’m just more frugal these days but I was shocked that it was over $30 for two salads. They taste great and have an awesome selection. However, to me it’s just not worth the money. Especially considering all the ingredients are so cheap. We went to hillside down the street a few days earlier and got an appetizer, two full meals, a soda and alcohol for $38. So $30 for two salads was a bit much. Personally wouldn’t go back. However, if you want a good salad and don’t mind the cost, give it a shot!

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The service is consistently awful, the portion sizes have been cut to the bare minimum, and the staff seems completely uninterested in correcting any of it. We’ve brought our concerns to both the manager and the team multiple times, and it’s made zero difference. We visit several other Salata locations and never have these problems. The contrast is unbelievable. From now on, I’ll be driving from Flower Mound to Coppell, because this location has clearly stopped caring. Do NOT recommend.

I’ve been to this Salata multiple times, and the customer service has consistently been disappointing, but today was the worst experience yet. One of the employees working the salad station around [3pm on friday ] had so much attitude and was extremely rude. She even prioritized customers behind us instead of serving us first. When I politely asked for more dressing because she had barely put any, she responded very rudely, insisting that it was extra—even though there was no sign indicating an additional charge. On top of that, I witnessed a completely unacceptable food handling practice: some of the vegetables fell onto the table, and instead of discarding them, she put them back into the serving containers. I have asked for dressing on the side multiple times in the past and was never charged, so this sudden change in attitude was frustrating. With service this poor and food being handled improperly, I will not be returning. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
