Collin is a fabulous server! I was starving and still needed to get research done for my home buyers. He found me a quiet corner, answered my questions to help me choose food and margaritas, and checked in on me often.. yet not too much! He knows the right amount, which is rare lol! In my recent visit to the Chili's in Highland Village we were courteously greeted and promptly seated and served by our waiter. The appetizer of chips and salsa were crispy and fresh. My burger cooked and prepared exactly as I had ordered it. Everything was hot and tasty. I highly recommend Chili's for a great family meal at a reasonable price.

Service was amazing!! Our servers Milly and Violet were absolutely fantastic. Millie and Violet are both very sweet and fun people to talk to!! I do recommend to come again and if you get Millie or Violet you’re in luck!!

I would say pretty good food for being a restaurant with fast service. The Cajun pasta is one of our favorite dishes but tonight I decided to try their 6 oz steak and it was very good! Not to mention the server was a very sweet and friendly young lady.

Had dinner with my best friend and her daughter. Although service was very slow, Of course due to staffing issues, which I am fully aware of as it exists in my business as well. The food was excellent, the portions were amazing, and the server did his best to keep it all going good.

To Go: We ordered the 2 for $22. Chose dry rub ribs (both of us) and 2 salads. Everything is fresh, though they were closing in 15 minutes. The presentation just for to-go made our mouths water. If this is how they treat you ordering to go, I'm interested to see in house dining. The waiter/bartender was really nice and looked us in our eyes while talking to us. You don't find that often these days.

My server Braeden was phenomenal, he came over to take my order and I was having a horrible day and within an instance, he was able to lift the weight of the world off my shoulders.. I really enjoyed his uplifting conversation and his brilliance. Very mature and professional and showed a caring side that can't be measured. Very pleasant and delightful gentlemen. When I come back I'll be looking for him to serve me again. Keep up the fantastic job, at work and within. You're great!! 😊

I came with my family for lunch, had never been to this location before, and Martin and his supervisor were absolutely outstanding! Amazing service, great attitude, happy atmosphere, definitely coming back!

Had one of the best meals out in a long time. The surf and turf was perfectly prepared. The loaded taters were divine and the broccoli was fresh and crispy. My baked potato soup was the best I’ve had anywhere. Silky smooth, with just the right amount of cheese and bacon on top. The restaurant was slammed all at once and the staff didn’t miss a beat. Great food and an entire staff of friendly and professional people.

I had a combo of steak Fajita and shrimp with rice and black beans. It was very good. Our server was very attentive. We had a good time.

Great time! The steak and shrimp fajita was delicious and FRESH. The hamburger slider was yummy and FRESH. The fries were hot and salted wonderfully. Definitely go for a crispy hot meal. Also, the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. Black Approved!

The food is awesome, and the customer service is too, but the food is very delayed after we ordering. Even whenever the store is empty almost the order takes forever for it to come out. We only order 2 things and it takes 30 minutes to get out. I understand it's hard to make great food for tons of people with limited cooks, but maybe hire more people to get the food put faster.

Danielle was amazing. We needed my daughters order to come out immediately, even though she had not arrived. My wife and I ordered minutes later. Our daughter arrived and her order moments later. Ours arrived right after. Food was great, very tasty. Danielle just smiled and continued to pamper us. Thank you Chili's and Danielle for a wonderful experience.

My experience in this Chili's is actually pretty good. This is the second time being at this location and I've yet to have any issues during the second visit before we sat down someone besides our hostess went ahead and wiped the table off for us and our seats just to make sure everything was good. Our hostess made sure that we got everything in the timely manner and she was easy to connect with if we need anything else

New review: I had a minor hiccup last night. My food was supposed to be ready at a time but it was not. They also ran out of chips. The manager and the two guys at the to-go counter were very professional. They handle the situation as best as they could. Thank you for the professionalism. My wife , son, and I stopped by for lunch, and we were greeted, served, and treated wonderfuly. The food was awesome and the environment was busy but not over whelping. Over all we had a great time.

This is my typical Chili's location that I visit as it's right in the middle of the shops at Highland Village, which is perfect for me as I love to shop after eating there. The service is good, although sometimes slow on a busy night. The food is always delicious and hot when served. The drinks are good, albeit a little watered down. I do love that they offer coupons through their app though! Definitely would recommend this location to a friend!

Delicious food at a good price. Waiters and hostesses are friendly, professional, and fast. Management is excellent, I had a small miscommunication where we were brought the wrong appetizer because the waiter misheard the order, and the waiter immediately fixed everything. The manager came over and took the appetizer off our bill, we were brought the correct appetizer with our meal and a box to take it home. They absolutely know how to treat their customers right and not to mention their food is amazing, I've never really had an issue with ordering something new off the menu because it was just as delicious as my typical order there.

I recently visited Chili's and found that it just isn't the same as it used to be. I remember when their burgers were much bigger and packed with flavor. This time, the burger felt smaller and not as impressive. The overall atmosphere remains friendly and casual, which is nice, and the staff was attentive and polite. However, the food quality didn't quite meet my expectations based on past experiences. Chili's still offers a decent variety on their menu, but it seems like some of the portions and flavors have changed over the years. It's an okay spot for a casual meal, but I miss the days when their burgers really stood out.

Our local Chili's has improved it's service and food quality significantly over the past few years, so we have returned as customers. We miss the chili, but the 3-for-me deal is really good.

It's a nice restaurant. The bar is great, however the bar servers in the evenings do not bring in the typical neighborhood bar flavour. They are short on attitude and short on kindness. It's obvious they can't wait to get off work. I've been going there for 10 years and I don't know anyone who works there. It could be so much more but the management have to make that decision.

Went on a busy day and ordered the three for $10 combo. They forgot my soup and the waiter was very difficult to get his attention, so I just ended up taking it to go because we were already done eating. Food was good otherwise but it looks like he may have needed more help.

This place was total chaos.. the menu still had someone’s spilled sink and straw wrapper stuck in it. The bar was struggling to pour a beer and it took over 10 minutes for a drink. Food was ok. The Veterans Day menu wasn’t great. Not to be a complainer but really? Cheapest food on the menu, and the 3 piece chicken strip they offered was even smaller than the smallest strip meal on the regular menu which was 4, so a kids meal, cool ok. Grown men can’t survive on 3 chicken tendies.

We were seated quickly. The server was pleasant and efficient. The food came for our party of six reasonably quick. But steak fries were dry, rice and beans were room temperature, and my requested well done steak was actually rare. The server quickly responded and took my plate back. Unfortunately, it took twenty five minutes to bring out the steak, by which time everyone else was done. They also forgot the rice and beans which had been on the plate when it went back. They didn't charge for the steak, and the server was very apologetic and helpful. But overall, the experience was not good.

Had not been here in a while, and this why. We waited for quite a while after we placed our order. When our food finally came out, the manager (I think) brought it to us and indicated "they were sorry for the wait but the "to go" orders were backed up 35 pages, not that that is an excuse" he said. The food was good, we were just so hungry. Dessert took a bit as well. Overall we give it 3 stars for service and 4 stars for taste.

I ordered the Ribeye medium rare and it was cooked well done. I had one piece on the side cooked medium rare. Was a disappointment. Steamed broccoli was soggy, and potatoes had the skin in them. I hate that. 😒 Thry didn't have much flavor either. It was super crowded. My friends who were with me drank their drinks quickly and probably went half an hour to 45mins without a refill. We didn't get menus. We had to order from our phones. So if you don't take your phone you'll be lost with out options. Checking out was also a Hassel. Not a great experience. 😕

The food was good but service was terrible. It took awhile for someone to take our drink orders and it ended up being another server. The app took forever and when a manger brought it I asked if we had a server to order. The server came out with an attitude and said she was busy doing something in the back. Don't order the crispy chicken sandwich. It used to be nice and crispy but this time it was "mush".

The service was actually pretty good. However, the food was very poor in quality. I ordered the chicken crispers tossed in the Nashville hot sauce. What was brought to me was chicken covered in (I assume) flavor enhancer (msg), which disappointed me as I usually get sick from msg and it didn’t taste good. It was just inedible unless I took the skin off of every piece of chicken. This is the second time I’ve ordered something “spicy” at Chili’s only to find it loaded with flavor enhancer (cajun pasta). Flavor enhancer is not the answer to making something spicy.

Carry out time was listed at 5:45-5:49pm and at 6:20 we were still waiting. I called and was told they were very busy so pickup times were inaccurate. I understand a busy time but if the delay is 30 min the pick up time needs to be adjusted. Also after all that the food was cold so it had obviously been sitting out awhile before being brought out. I rarely have problems with Chile’s carry out but not a good impression of the way this location handled their busy time.

The service is excellent (which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars). However, the food quality has gone down hill. It now reminds me of a cheap Applebee's or a roadside diner. I don't know if all Chili's locations are this way, but if so that is sad. They used to be good food at fair prices. Last several times wife and I have gone to this location (over about a year timespan) it has maintained the poor food quality. If you just want great service this is your place. If you also want to enjoy your food don't bother going here. We will not be back.

I go to this location quite often with my family. It’s hit or miss but Saturday night it was a miss. The chips and salsa were good as always, including all of our side salads. When our entrées arrived, they were full of salt. Almost to the point where we couldn’t even eat them. I think the next time if we go to this location will be sure to ask easy on the salt or no salt.

Here is my second one for the night after me and my family were trying to go somewhere for my son's birthday and having a bad experience. On the positive side the kitchen did a good job and unlike the last place we visited, our drink orders were taken soon after being seated. Now, for the service related issues on this visit: (The majority of the waitstaff seemed to be doing well, so the problems with our service was on the account of our own server) 1. We were rushed through our drink and food orders 2. When inquiring about a menu item, we were informed it was the same as usual and referred to the menu instead of having our question answered. 3.We had to ask for drink refills and in turn, we were told they would be taken care of when she had the time. 4.The food and drinks were rushed onto the table and there was no acknowledgement when an issue with one of the orders was brought up. 5.We were never thanked for our visit once the bill was paid and the receipt was left on the table 6. We had not completely left our table before our server took the signed receipt and began cleaning up the table for the next customer. I do not usually write such lengthy reviews, but this experience was a good example pf what a server should NOT do. All in all, it was a very rushed and very non personable experience. Makes a good case for staying home and saving your money.

I ordered two bowls of chicken enchilada soup and this is what I received. I don’t even think there was a cup of soup in the bowl. I ordered two and I could pour one completely into the other to make a full bowl. I paid over $10 for these and I expect the bowl to be full. We are very disappointed with this order. Bill

This was the absolute worst dining experience I’ve ever had the host that greeted us just had this mean look on her face and didn’t smile not once and our server Kayla we only saw when she took our order, never again did we see her and to make it worse I ordered a drink before my dinner and they just began making the drink 5 minutes after I had finished my dinner only because I stood up and asked. there was no sense of urgency here. the management needs to hold the employees accountable to give their best service and make people want to come back I repeat WORST DINING EXPERIENCE AND SALAD WAS A KIDS PORTION IT SEEMED LIKE DONT COME HERE !!!!!

Service was horrible. I forgot the servers name but she had like purple hair and was training another server. But we ordered the triple dipper appetizer which took 15 minutes to get to the table. So we decided to order our fajitas when the app got to the table since we figured it was going to be a minute befor it got there. After we got our apps the server never came back to talk to us or check up on us. We had dirty plates on our table and she never came by to pick them up. She was checking up on other tables and never checked on us. 40 minutes passed and nothing did not even let us know about our food and why it was taking too long.so we just left the money for the app on the table and left. We would’ve been cool if she just let us know or check up on us if we were doing alright. We were just really hungry and it didn’t feel right that we were waiting for so long without knowing what was going on.

Waitress was not very good. Checked on us once. We ordered appetizers way before our food and the salad. It all comes out at the sametime!! My husband steak and potatoes were wrong. They did get fixed, but still when you write it down and still can't get it right. Took me awhile to come back from last experience, but now it's not any better it's getting worse. And only oh I'm sorry about that. Not acceptable at all. Something needs to change cause I won't be back.

Hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The waiter took our food and drink order, then never came back once to check on us, nor did he bring out the food. I had to go grab the manager just to get refills, and the waiter even apologized when he brought our check for being inattentive and not checking on us. I ordered the new steak and shrimp special...I know it’s Chili’s and I ordered a steak...but this was inedible. Rubbery and tasteless. The shrimp were frozen popcorn shrimp from a bag. I am not the person who ever complains over their meal because I know how difficult the service industry is but the manager thankfully took my meal off our ticket since it was uneaten. Long story short - we should’ve gone to Shoal Creek Tavern for the same price and way better food.

Never ever eat here got delivered 3inch eggrolls for $15 then they wouldn’t refund my money and let me bring them back so I told him I would burn them on the survey. I hope nobody ever eats at this restaurant ridiculous.

Went here with my wife and son at 230 in the afternoon. Multiple members of staff just looked at us or walked passed us while we we’re waiting to be seated. No greeting no we will be right with you just completely ignored. We sat there for 10 minutes until we were done waiting and just left. Luckily there are many other good food options in the area and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Lisa if she was the manager was rude. Never greeted me as I walked in but greets her co worker when she walked in. She also was not welcoming at all zero customer experience which sucks since we are there all the time. I had multiple issues in the past using chills gift cards so I asked her nicely why is there a problem with gift cards when checking out and she replied back real dry I don’t know and walked away. Not professional at all please gather feedback and look for patterns not the 1st time. She does not represent the chillis brand.

I live nearby this Chili’s and have given it several tries in the past 8 years. I regret it every time. Today was the last time. It took 50 mins for us to to get our food while on our lunch hour so we had to get a to go box immediately when it came out. When I asked the waitress if it normally takes 50 mins to get your food during lunch she laughed and said no. An apology would have been nice since we didn’t get to eat the lunch we paid for. We eat out a lot in the area and in 8 years I’ve never left a bad review for any restaurant except this Chili’s. There are many great restaurants to choose from here. I recommend any place but this Chili’s.

I have been going there regularly and with each visit the food quality gets worse. The brisket quesadilla was all cheese and soggy and only a few very small pieces of brisket and although it says the sour cream comes with it they came and wanted to charge it as extra. This will be the last time I will visit that chili's. There are better restaurants and chili's that are much better.

Thursday 06/07/00 review. I’ve frequented this location for the past 14 years and Thursday lunchtime was by far my worst experience. I fully understand that the store was severely understaffed and that it was an unexpectedly busy lunch. I accept that. What I don’t accept was the cold food and the mediocre service. My chicken sandwich had a cold center and my daughter order of honey bbq chicken crispers arrived without the basting. The food took a long time to get served which meant woofing down our lunch. To top it off I tried paying my bill on the mobile point of sale on our table which froze twice causing more delays. All in all a very bad experience. Will I be returning to this store? Yes I will. This review is aimed at the management and staff to review their approach to a situation like this. I’m not looking for a free meal but a better way to have resolved my situation would have been to perhaps have given us a meal voucher or alternatively to have comped our bill, instead of apologizing every 5 minutes. Please do better next time Chilli’s!

Waited 20 minutes for anyone to even come to the table, had to flag the hostess down for that to happen. Ordered drinks and food and asked for water.. which we also had to wait 20 minutes for.. Then they messed up the drink order 2x and we waited another 20 minutes for our food. The food was what you expect from a chilis, been to better chilis, and been to worse. Definitely won't be going back here though.

We have been loyal customers for 20 years but this one has gone downhill this year. They changed chips suppliers and they taste like styrofoam. Something is wrong with the fajitas. They taste rubbery. And the kids meals hardly serve any fries. And the app to pay is broken and you can’t apply your rewards any longer. I’m not sure if any of this will change but we will not be back until it’s resolved.

We came in at a very non busy time even got front row parking if that tells you anything. We were seated and then never helped. However when a large party came in they immediately helped them. I’m a very visibly pregnant lady that was so looking forward to some chicky fingers. Unfortunately the terrible service has caused me to never go there again. My husband reached out to try and rectify the situation and management just said oh sorry. 😂 Prices these days are way too high for this type of service.

My wife and I eat out often and really have never given a bad review even with average to below average service. We have been to this location several times. One reason, it happens to be our grandson’s favorite restaurant. I know the last three times we have been there including today, the service has been well below our expectations. From forgetting to fill our drinks, taking forever to take our order, food being slow getting to the table and even not coming back by the table towards the end of our meal to offer to-go boxes. Today was the proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back. We have an hour for lunch, and we arrived with 50 min to eat. It took better than 5 minutes for the hostess to seat us. It took approx. 10 more minutes to get our chips and drinks to the table and order. We told the waitress we were ready at that time, but she had drinks in her hand for another table and as I watched she decided to take their order first. By the time we ordered, and our soup/salad came out some time later, time had slipped away when we realized we had 12 minutes left and we were still waiting on our food. It was two lunch sized sandwiches, and the restaurant was maybe 30% of capacity. We chose to get to-go boxes and expressed our concerns on the time it took to get our food. The waitress offered no apology and was, actually, very rude. Not only were we still hungry and knew our food would be cold by the time we got home, but we were also both angry at how we were treated as paying customers. There was no offer to have the manager come to the table for “service recovery.” We paid the bill with a tip (20%) and we called on the way home and spoke to the manager. It seemed like she understood but by the end of the conversation, we looked at each other and felt she did not care either. Again, no offer to recover service for their business. When we looked at YELP, we realized this must be typical due to the 2-star rating. Since there are so many great places to eat in this area, I would not recommend this location.

We have been customers of this chilis location since they opened close to 20 years ago. Like most restaurants, it has gone through highs and lows over the years. But today showed us we will not be back for a good, long while. As per several recent reviews, the wait staff could have cared less that we were there and wanted to order. No one was there to greet and seat us, bartender no where to be seen, so we sat ourselves. One kid finally came over and told us he "wasn't on" but he'd get our drinks and give us over to someone else. At least 4 different employees came and went. There were at several other customers, most being in the bar. I get it, at 4pm on a Wednesday, you aren't expecting to be busy, but this was ridiculous. My husband finally went over to an employee, who also told him she wasn't on duty for another ten minutes. We waited close to 20 min total and finally walked out. Went over to Red Robin instead. Three nice teens met us at the door, promptly seated us, and we had the most attentive and respectful waiter. Everything came out quick and hot. If this Chilis remains this slow and with this kind of service, we sure won't be back ever. Way too many local restaurants to choose from these days!

Worst experience ever!!! Was not greeted for 20 minutes! The other reason we did get acknowledged was because I had to ask for the manager. The 2 female servers working this section didn't want to greet us. I came with my friend and her son and the 2 waitresses just kept walking by looking at us not greeting us. Even another table said she felt bad for us and saw how no one was helping us. One of the waitresses is Amber and she just walks by and rolls her eyes. This is not a way to be a server. We are currently sitting at our table for over an hour and still don't have our appetizer. NEVER RECOMMENDING THIS LOCATION

We stopped going to this chilis months ago because it either takes WAY to long to get our food, or they manage to mess it up. We went back last night despite my better judgement. My beer was totally flat, food took FOREVER and they served my son COLD MAC AND CHEESE. This place is a waste of money and time. With Red Robin, Snuffers, Buffallo Wild Wings, and many others down the road this is the mcdonalds of the block. Actually McDonald's would probably offer a better experience. Dont waste your money here.

Consistently leave things out of orders. Bartender has To many tables to keep up. Waiting for 20 mins for a refill on drinks. No one helping run drinks for them. This is at every chili's we have been to, it's a running joke, let's go to chili's and see what they mess up today. SMH, checking in every hour is not sufficient for a restaurant. Orderd regular corn, missing frys and sauce. No refill on tea, had to get a guy in orange to refill my drinks after another patron flagged him down for me, yelled sir many times before I was attended to. Horrible experience. 20 year resident.

Server Josh was absolutely 100% RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I shouldn’t get an attitude from just asking for refills and the kid was rude to my husband and is lucky he didn’t cause a scene. I asked him to speak to a manager and he completely ignored me. I will be contacting cooperate and contacting tbac because he didn’t even ID us for our drinks

My husband and stopped in to have a late lunch. I have been dining at Chili's since the late 70's and the food is not the same. Our burgers were horrible. Very dry and the fries tasted like they were cooked the night before. Our server was nice but very slow. Don't think we will be eating Chili's anymore.

Service here is absolute trash. My wife and I were seated at 11:30am on a Sunday. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Two servers walked around in the section where we sat and made eye contact multiple times. Not once were we offered drinks. About 10 min later a large group came in and were seated right next to us and the server immediately started taking drink orders. My wife and I simply got up and left. This is why tipping culture is terrible. The servers were guaranteed a good tip with a large group and didn’t care about a two top. Never visiting this location again.

I visited this location to on Valentine day. When I placed my order I asked for the original crisper with the triple combo/ triple dipper. I had requested for my sauces be placed separately from the food. When I get my Togo order, I see crispy crisper with the sauces inside the box. It's very disappointing when you specifically state your order and get the incorrect order. When I get home I have 3 sauces that look like ranch or sour cream, no honey mustard and the ranch sauces with the order. Food has no season. This visit really ruined my night with the amount of money we paid. I definitely will not go back. The management should make sure food comes out correct or the staff making the orders. My food look like it was no effort made and just no care in presentation.

Chili's is not the same as the 80s n 90s those Years the Food n Service was, way better .I think it's time to call it quits ,I gave them 3 different chances at different times. We definitely not going back there anymore, you can remove Chili's and bring back TGI Fridays way better!

Waiter was condescending to us, as an elderly couple celebrating our anniversary He was dirty with I'll fitting clothes hair was unkempt the restaurant all in all was not what we were used to seeing. We will not be back

I went with my wife for lunch to Chili’s 9201 Sage Meadows Trl, Fort Worth Tx. on October 1st for lunch we ordered both the Big Smashed Burger. The meat was raw, there are a little diced onions while if we go to a fast food they put the hole slice of onion, the lettuce was diced too and old and exactly 2 slices of pickles.. Ordered a side salad they used the iceberg and it was diced and old , with diced tomatoes also😡 I always go to Chili’s but with this quality of food No I rather go to different restaurants even fast is better than what we ate. Honest opinion. Tony

2024: 1⭐: I would not recommend this restaurant location nor the work crew. I decided to come here for lunch with my spouse. I waited at the restaurant entrance and waited a while before someone returned to the entry door to seat us even though she saw us and the other guest standing there. The order came out to the table wrong and my spouse had to wait for the meal to be returned to the table. My burger arrived at the table as well and I noted (15) fries on the plate. That included the hard pieces that most people don't eat. I asked is this the correct amount of fries? No answer, but he commented that I can order a side of fries for you. He didn't wait for an answer...he just walked off. I sampled the fries and found that they were not crispy and kinda cool. The burger meat was so salty, that I didn't eat it. I asked on several occasions for a plate to go with the fajitas we ordered for the meal. I was advised that the plates were not available because they were dirty. We used the chips container until the guy brought over a plate. The lunch double burger meat was extremely salty. Hmmm, as opposed to answering my question as to the fries. The fries were somewhat warm and not very crispy as if freshly prepared for customer satisfaction. The server never returned to ask about our drink refills, if the meal was okay, more chips, if she could offer anything because she screwed up our entre order...nothing.  It seems to me, that this restaurant and personnel don't need your money nor patronage. 2019: 5⭐: This was a great visit. The server from the bar was watching and attentive to our needs. He didn't forget things and checked in on us by slowly walking by giving us an opportunity to grab him for our needs.
