Taco Bell

Took a drive down from Ottawa since they brought back the Mexican pizza but apart from the tasty food, the big highlight was the staff. Very friendly and very welcoming and they had my big order ready in less than 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this location and will be back since it's not far from the border at all!

Great service and food was what you expect. Lobby was in need of cleaning but that could be bad timing on my end. Over all a good place to get some lunch.

This is the cleanest, quickest, and quietest taco bell I've ever been to. I typically go to them in Canada where they're a disaster but I've been to this location three times and it's always very pleasant. The food is prepared with more care than my local ones (there's not sauce on every side of the item), the staff is more friendly, and the restaurant is always tidy.

Just wanted to shout out to the front cash guy that served us on Sunday June 12th in the afternoon! He is demonstrating world class customer service and handled our crazy Canadian crew! We asked for fries supreme (which is only offered in Canada) and it worked up quite the laughter! Thanks for being a force in the customer service world! We will stop every trip!

Used the kiosk to order rather than wait for the busy kitchen staff to come to the front counter. Food was good but took a while to get. Tables in the dining room were all dirty and it seems to one comes out to wipe them down.

Nice, brand new restaurant. Food was good and plentiful. The bathrooms were nice and clean with one wall full of fancy decorative tiles - so much nicer than your standard bathroom. Thanks Taco Bell!

The beefy five layer burrito was to standards, and the ice cold Pepsi Cola was a real thirst quencher on the warm Spring afternoon of this visit. One complaint shared by myself and my friend: the printing of the prices and calorie count on the electronic menu are way too small for older eyes.

Would give 5 stars as the food is great at this location but I was there yesterday around lunch time and one of the employees smelled so bad. I noticed the smell when I first entered the restaurant but I thought maybe it was just something in passing but when I sat down and the employee who took my order walked by, I knew the smell came from him. It was disgusting and I could not finish my meal due to the smell. If you work in the food service industry, I think personal hygiene is really important. I won't describe the employee but I'm sure management will know who I'm referring to as the smell emanating from him was quite prominent. Please address this.

I also ordered chips and cheese that I had to go back around to receive, and a steak chalupa but got chicken instead. The food was still decent but it would be nice to get what I ordered, especially the money I spent on four people. Just a heads up for the future to please check and make sure you have everything correct! It was also 11:30 at night, I completely understand that the employees were tired, still good overall.

But as a corporation Taco Bell was about as far down in the gully as you could get before all the price gouging and I was shocked they could actually sink lower. Prices have doubled and even tripled on somethings and the quantity of "meat" in their items has shrunk as well. Definitely wont be a repeat patron. Again, due to corporate NOT this restaurant specifically.

While sitting and having my meal with a friend the manager/supervisor came out and sat at a table with another employee. She berated this employee infront of customers which is VERY unprofessional and should never be done. If you have issue with an employee you take them to a private area and address the issues. Her tone and body language was disgusting. She appeared to need to be knocked down a few begs. Do better when dealing with staff. Take the conversation elsewhere, where no one else can hear.

My wife ordered two Cantina bowls, and it came to $29 and some change. I waited in the drive-thru for like 7 or 8 minutes. For the proportion size we received, we could have gotten more for our buck elsewhere. Very disappointing to say the least. I took pictures of the bowl to refer to later.

I think the staff there needs to be trained better. Just a thought. Thanks for not being to able to reaching the low bar I had set for food from this taco bell.
