I had an excellent dining experience at H2O cafe recently, where the food was divine, the waiter David and manager James, were professional and very friendly, and the atmosphere was just right. The pasta left me craving more, even though I was stuffed and took some home. Very friendly to my pup, brought her water without me even asking which was very much appreciated, and got us a spot where we had plenty of room. We had some laughs with both server and manager, great food that came out quick, and good conversation with Mica (diff server) who was very friendly when i first walked in. 10/5 will be back again. Ask for David and say hi to James, these are good ppl that will take good care of you.

We had a great experience at H2O Café. The service and attention were exceptional from start to finish. Special thanks to the manager James, and our bartender, Hans, for going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We started with the Polpo Alla Grilia (octopus) appetizer, perfectly cooked and flavorful. The Linguine Vongole pasta was delicious, fresh, and well-seasoned. I’m not usually into sweets, but we tried the chocolate lava cake dessert and it was a pleasant surprise! It was warm, rich, and really good. Highly recommend!

My friends and I visited HO2 Café with no major expectations—we just wanted to finally try the place. Upon arrival, service seemed a bit slow at first, but James, the manager, quickly stepped in. He greeted us warmly and made sure we were taken care of until our server arrived. Though she seemed busy initially, she caught up quickly and was very attentive. We started with a few appetizers, which paired beautifully with a Chardonnay. When our main dishes arrived, we were surprised by how generous the portions were—we expected them to be small, but they were huge and absolutely delicious! I even had to take some home because I couldn’t finish it all, but it was too good to leave behind. To top it off, James treated us to dessert. Unfortunately, they didn’t have my favorite Amaro, but I really appreciated that bartender Hans personally came over from the bar to apologize and offer other after-dinner drink options. That level of attentiveness made a great impression. Their lunch menu looks great deal to start with if it’s your first time. Overall, our experience was fabulous. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Our server Mirian was sweet and attentive, and the management and staff were impressively organized. We’re definitely coming back, and I’ll be recommending HO2 Café to all my friends. A well-deserved 5 stars!

We had the good fortune of having H2O Cafe recommended to us by a local on our last day of vacation in Sunny Isles. And, wow, just wow. This was the nicest restaurant experience that I have had anywhere in a long time. The atmosphere both inside and out is lovely. The service was friendly but very professional. Elian was our server and he made us feel so welcome. He explained things on the menu and helped us make some of our choices. I had the Snapper and shrimp Oreganato. A very sizable plate of food, it was absolutely delicious. My husband had the Chicken Parmesan and declared that it was as good as it gets. We topped it off by splitting a key lime pie dessert which was so big, we could not finish it. This place is well worth a visit. 5 star food with 5 star service.

New restaurant alert !!! Excellent place !!! My wife and I have been in Miami ( Sunny Isles) for the past week. We wined and dined a lot in the last few days.. Tonight we decided to try something new for dinner (around our hotel,) we googled Italian and H2O came up, we asked a few people about it and no one knew anything about this place .. since it’s Very New… When we arrived, we were greeted by a very pleasant smiling hostess, tables with white table cloths, beautiful ambiance, beautiful soft music.. then the drinks came,I had wine and my wife ordered a cosmo ( the waitress noticed it’s a little too strong for her, she came with a new drink which was perfect) … then the food arrived, amazingly delicious … and the dessert ( Tiramisu) perfection!!! Wait staff is great.. food is amazing .. I wish them luck !!!!! Hope it does very well !!!! Tourists from New Jersey And you can dine outside too, also a very nice dining area ;)

The owner is a gentleman, and the food is unbelievable. I got the bolognese, and it was to die for. Service is also excellent. They were kind enough to give us a tiramisu made in house. It was fluffy and light like you would hope for it to be. I cannot recommend this organization strongly enough. We were blessed to have found them, and I sincerely thank them for a wonderful evening. Don't visit Sunny Isles without dining with them! Wonderful experience! 👍🙏

One of the best restaurants we’ve been to in the Miami Beach/Sunny Isles area. This is comparable to some of the better Italian restaurants in NYC. Quick shout out to Tanya, who was our server and recommended the restaurant, as well as Alex, the manager. Highly recommend getting the calamari and the shrimp risotto, which was cooked to perfection. The chicken parm was also amazing…perfectly pounded and cooked. We can’t wait to go back!

Went last night on a whim- but this is now my new fav restaurant in sunny isles. The food is amazing (calamari and grilled octopus are both maybe the best I’ve ever had), and the entree portions are massive. My leftovers will also be tonight’s dinner. I got the fettuccine with mushrooms (yum), the BF got linguine di mare. There was so much seafood on his plate we could barely see the pasta (while other places skimp on the seafood- often only a few pieces mixed in). It wasn’t just massive, it was delicious. Bummed we didn’t save room for dessert. The service was perfect. They have indoor and patio seating, free parking. We’ll be back. :)

This restaurant completely surpassed our expectations. They have by far one of the best eggplant Parm’s in Miami. The Papardelle bolognese and the vodka pasta were exquisite ! Make sure to save room for dessert, as it too was fantastic.I highly recommend you try this restaurant . 5/5

Outstanding Italian food, excellent service nice atmosphere. Don’t let the name fool you it’s not a cafe nor a health food store. It’s a wonderful upscale Italian restaurant. Eggplant Parmesan, veal milanese, penne vodka some of the best outside of Italy. Desserts are outstanding! Wine selections are small but very good.

Excellent environment, friendly service, great menu choices and amazing food. Asha our server for the night, offered us different options and answered all our questions regarding the menu, always trying to find solutions to our concerns with different plates. Also, the general manager Alexander pass by the table making sure everything was going well. Ordered “Pollo Marsala” and “Pasta E Fagioli Toscana Soup”, and to finalize the dinner Tiramisu as desert. If you looking for an Italian restaurant, I highly recommend to try this one.

We are here opening night. Food was very very good. Congratulations to the chef on 1st night! App we had Zuppa de pesce. Had such a great experience at H2O recently. James, the manager, was super attentive and made sure everything felt seamless from the moment we walked in. You can tell he really knows how to run the place—everything felt relaxed but on point. Hans at the bar absolutely crushed it. Every drink he made was spot-on, and he had great recommendations depending on what we were feeling. Definitely one of the better bartenders I’ve come across in a while. Also—do not skip the desserts. We tried a couple and ended up ordering more because they we that good!!!

H2O italian cafe in Sunnyside Florida. Go see them if you're within 100 miles of them. Alot of places say they will treat you like family, this place will literally. I have ordered chicken marsala alot of place around thisncountey I came back for theirs......twice....in a few days. We will plan a vacation around this restaurant, from George the waiter to the gentleman behind the bar, to the management they made us feel at home. I would drive 100 miles in the wrong direction for lunch.

My first time visiting and my experience was very positive. I sat at the bar where Hans served me the best cocktail. He was attentive, sociable, and professional, consistently checking in to ensure my experience was going well. The Branzino was served hot, juicy, tender, and flavorful— I ate the entire plate! The establishment itself was clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend it.

We discovered H2O this winter in Sunny Isles and have returned many times. The owner and staff are so friendly, warm and welcoming. The food is outstanding and the portions are very generous and easily shareable. We have recommended H2O to several of our friends and they, too, have returned. We highly recommend it!

We came here not expecting much due to it being sort of hidden in the plaza it is located in but we were very pleasantly surprised. The food here was delicious and every dish we ordered was stellar. The portion sizes were very generous and each dish was filling, meaning that one shouldn't order a lot here as each dish counts for a lot. Moreover, the waiters were very kind and attentive and the atmosphere was authentic. It is such a shame that this restaurant is not as popular as its competitors on the plaza and I hope it will get the recognition it deserves.

This place was a great find!! The food is not just good, it’s excellent. I had the shrimp risotto and it was loaded with shrimp, not like most places which give you just a few. And save room for the key lime pie-it’s a must! The service is great-they even let us try 3 different wines to help decide what to order. The manager is a gem! Nice Italian restaurant in Sunny Isles. Friendly service and nice ambience. The restaurant lights were dimmed with lamps on the tables. The food was pretty good. We had frutti di mare, chicken parm, shrimp with oil and garlic, pasta pomodoro, and a Caesar salad. For dessert we had a key lime pie and a chocolate lava cake. The key lime pie was very good.

The food was fresh and yummy. I wouldn’t classify it as authentic Italian, the penne ala vodka was delicious but not vodka sauce. Tasted more like a pink cream sauce that had a chicken stock flavor. Again, we enjoyed it, but didn’t taste like what you would expect. Pretty setting and terrific service.

All was perfect I highly recommend this restaurant! George a fantastic waiter ! Very courteous polite a gentleman. When we stood to leave, he even accompanied us to the exit and held the door for us 👍

The Owner is extremely rude!! We've been to this restaurant several times before and this was Valentines day. When we walked in the entire restaurant, both inside and outside, was empty. It was early, 5pm & we asked if we could be seated at a 4 person table. The owner insisted they were booked and we had to sit in a corner in a 2 seater. We sat in that corner for an hour with a lovely view of the wall, had our meal & drinks and only 2 people showed up and sat outside. The only reason I didnt leave and give him a piece of my mind was because it was Valentine's Day. We left & the restaurant was still empty!! Never going back there!!

Very disappointing experience. I parked in the plaza lot near H2O for only about 1.5 hours during the day. When I came back, my vehicle had been towed. There were tow-away signs at the entrance, but no visible warning near the specific parking spot where I left my car. It cost me $210 to retrieve it. Walking back and not finding your car is extremely stressful and upsetting. This situation completely ruined the experience for me. I understand businesses may not control the towing company, but the aggressive parking enforcement around this location makes it very uncomfortable for visitors. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

This place is closed, there's still under construction they have not open yet. All reviews up until this point are all fake. I will provide my review once they open. It seems like a good place, but when you see nothing but five star reviews, two one star reviews, and one four star review, you really need to question the legitimacy of the reviews. The place seems really overpriced for pasta and chicken. I would expect there to be at least some mention of that in the reviews.

Very disappointed. Bill prices were higher than in the menu and an extra card fee was charged. The food lacked flavor, and desserts (tiramisu, lime pie, ice cream) were disappointing. Poor service and unprofessional manager. Worst experience ever. Not recommended.

My family and I visited this restaurant today and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, primarily due to the poor service from one of the staff members. I asked for his name but he refused. He was a slightly older, smallish man with grey hair. From the moment we arrived, he displayed a dismissive and unwelcoming attitude. When we were finally seated, he seemed annoyed by our presence and was consistently inattentive throughout the stay. The meals menu available at that time was hard to understand so we sort clarification. Our orders were being take by a more pleasant junior staff but we pointed out that we had hoped for a better option. He was more understanding and we decided that we needed to look nearby for alternatives restaurants and we stood up to leave. We apologised to him and he said he understood our reasons. When the older man saw us get up to leave we were met with show of bitterness and insult after my elderly dad decided to use the rest room before leaving and he expressed a lack of willingness to accept we had the choice to change our mind. He said we shouldn’t have used his rest room. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was shocking and completely unacceptable. This level of service is not only disappointing but also reflects poorly on the restaurant as a whole as a first time visitor. I believe in giving constructive feedback to help businesses improve, and I hope the management takes this review seriously. Improving staff training and emphasizing customer service could significantly enhance the dining experience for future patrons. I regret to say that this experience has deterred me from returning to H2O and recommending it to others. I hope there is improvements in the future.

This was one of strangest and rudest experiences I have ever had in my life. We came to this restaurant around 6pm with several friends of mine. We were party of the eight. Even though restaurant was considerably empty they told us that we cannot stay more than an hour. They didn’t even give us a chance to order our food. They asked that we should leave. Owner of the restaurant’s actions were so bad that even the restaurant staff seemed shocked. This was rude uncalled for and most importantly unacceptable. This is not a friendly place to enjoy your time. Do Not GO!!!!!

Zero Stars - Would Give Negative if I Could Okay, I'm still trying to wrap my head around what happened to me and my girls tonight. There were ten of us, we walked into this place that was totally dead—like, not a single other table occupied. A host sat us down, We just started to look through the menus when the manager marches over like he's on a mission. He looks at our group, gets this annoyed look on his face, and says, super rudely, "This isn't a coffee shop. You need to leave." We were all just... stunned. The place was a ghost town! We said we were planning to order, but he cut us off, mumbling something about having reservations *later*. But here's the kicker—he didn't even try to work with us. No "you can sit for an hour," no "can you order quickly?" Just a flat-out "get out." The worst part was watching the staff. They all looked so uncomfortable and embarrassed. As we were leaving, a couple of servers whispered "sorry," which just proved the manager was completely out of line. We told him on the way out we'd be leaving him some "glowing" reviews online. He literally said he didn’t care. Luckily, we found an awesome spot around the corner that was actually happy to see us and take our money. But seriously, what an insane way to treat people. Don't bother with this place unless you want to be treated like a nuisance for daring to walk in with a group of friends. Major ick vibes from the management. The staff deserves better. And we deserved better.

We had just started ordering drinks and food when an elderly manager approached us and said we had to leave because this was “not a place to have coffee with friends” (even though we were the only people in the restaurant and the entire dining room was empty). Apparently, he didn’t understand that we were waiting for more girls to join us and that we planned to order food later — but that’s not even the point. The real issue was the way he communicated with us and the complete lack of respect. We had made a reservation in advance and were really looking forward to spending time there as a group, but unfortunately, it didn’t happen. In the end, we found a wonderful, cozy place nearby where we had a great time and happily spent our money. This was my first experience like this, and it was awful. I will never return and would never recommend this place to anyone. After such fake polite smiles, you never know what to expect…

My daughter and I walked across the street after a long day (in casual clothes) for an early dinner. We walked into a nearly empty restaurant and were told they were only taking guests with reservations. We walked outside and could have made a reservation at any time 6pm -8pm. We walked over to FamFre and had exceptional service and an amazing meal. Shame on you H2O cafe!!

When we replied that this felt very unfriendly and that we were actually planning to order more food, he told us that they would no longer serve us and that we should leave the restaurant immediately. This is the first time in my life I’ve experienced such awful service. It was extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. We were already eating and drinking, and we had spent a reasonable amount of money. What makes this even worse is that he claimed the restaurant was fully booked, while in reality we were the only guests there. I do not recommend this place at all. If you value respectful service, stay away.

This was one of strangest and rudest experiences I have ever had in my life. We came to this restaurant around 6pm with several friends of mine. We were party of the eight. Even though restaurant was considerably empty they told us that we cannot stay more than an hour. They didn’t even give us a chance to order our food. They asked that we should leave. Owner of the restaurant’s actions were so bad that even the restaurant staff seemed shocked. This was rude uncalled for and most importantly unacceptable. This is not a friendly place to enjoy your time. Do Not GO!!!!!
