Not everyone likes Starbucks, but I do. I love the mobile app and being able to order ahead. As a single mom of 3, I'm often on the go. It's convenient for me to be able to order ahead at many locations. I also find that their espresso doesn't upset my stomach like some other shops around the are.

excellent service as always. still good service. however, they are changing lately. no stores but this one had Soy milk in stock. seems like kinda basic business to keep a stock of items that don't go bad, but are popular.

I’m so glad I stopped by this morning to get my coffee at this Starbucks location, I was greeted so nice by the Barista Yvette. She was cheerful and she made my coffee perfect and delicious!

Breanna and the entire crew were incredibly helpful. I needed to buy coffee for 300 people, and she recommended using a Cambos instead of multiple travelers. She went above and beyond to source the Cambos from other stores, and the coffee was fresh and hot. Thank you for everything!

This is the best Starbucks location. They have the best staff, very friendly. Nothing is better than giving my caramelaki out with warm welcome, a smile and a thank you

Friendly and good location. The four star is because I ordered from the drive-through, but it took a long time even though there was only one car in front of me. Hopefully to try again next time.

The music was a little loud. Also, they did not have the condiments like cinnamon or chocolate powder to put over my hot cocoa. Service was prompt and friendly. I may bring ear buds to play my own music.

Standard good coffee, but the service, wait and cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Windows are filthy, restroom is out of order, employees are more concerned with what they are going to be doing over the weekend vs. serving customers.

The food was adequate but overpriced. Latte selections are becoming limited. Service was courteous. Music was too loud. Starbucks breakfast sandwiches are too dry so I contented myself with a banana "loaf." The outlet where I attempted to charge my cell phone did not work. It appeared broken. This store no longer offers newspapers. I was not hurried to leave which is a Starbucks hallmark.

I've had multiple bad experiences here... seriously the most incompetent Starbucks I've ever been to (and I've been to a lot). Most recently, I walked in and ordered a breakfast sandwich on my way to work. I went outside for 10 minutes and waited, then walked back in and waited for 5 more minutes as people picked up their mobile orders. I was watching and nobody was near the oven where they heat the food. I asked the lady when my food was going to be ready (I was on the cusp of being late for work at this point). She rudely retorted it would ready when they called my name. I asked if it was in the oven and she lied that it was. I then saw another barista go and ask the kid in charge of food orders if it was, it was clear he had forgotten about it and hastily threw one in the oven. At this point I just asked for my money back. She didn't apologize or even appear to want to refund me. In the past they've gotten my order wrong, and even tried to charge me when I asked for more cream (now that you can't add your own due to covid)... seriously the worst management EVER.

If your looking for a friendly, helpful customer service associate then bypass the register! It's always awesome dealing with someone that obviously hates their job and doesn't want to be doing their job. The cashier, a heavyset older woman with short hair, acted put out that she had to do her job and take people's orders. She was rude and impatient. The rest of the staff was awesome and had the upbeat attitude I've come to expect from starbucks workers.

I went in to cafe and the barista named Karen took my order off my phone and visibly rolled her eyes in front of me and looked annoyed that she had to do that. I didn’t say anything to her but I felt very unwelcome at that moment and made me feel like I was an inconvenience.

Horrible service didn’t even care if I was there half heartedly said welcome in when I arrived, but it’s really really clear that they could not give a… That I was there. It’s just gotten to the point where probably every third or four Starbucks that I go into the staff seem to be resentful that I’ve even arrived. I don’t know if they treat every single person who comes in like this, but I’m not sure why this company stays in business when they treat people this way.

terrible experience! just went in for a quick pit stop, and despite arriving at 19:50, there was a rude lady who declined to share with us the bathroom code because "we close the bathrooms at 19:30, or 30 mins before close per our manager policy" this "policy" wasn't written anywhere actually and her attitude was unacceptable and very disappointing. that's not a way to treat your customers starbucks!

Had to finally walk out after paying and waiting for food. While I watched people who came after me place orders and get served quickly Then went up once again to ask about my food. They said they'd get right on it and then walked away from me and went in the back by the kitchen. No apology, And no acknowledgment of me as a customer. Even though I paid for it, I just walked out. Miserable experience ever

Mobile orders are drowning this place. The staff needs to be trained in how to handle a rush. There were 60-100 drinks made waiting on tables. The barista was being constantly crowded with questions so she could never call out a name. Create more tables label them by time so when people ask for a certain order time go to that table. I also ordered mine at 943am. They were calling drinks for 850am.
