Always great service and great food!!

What's not to love about Chick-fil-A. We tried the deluxe spicy sandwich. Not real spicy but good. Love their waffle fries. Service outstanding. Nosy but place full of happy kids.

We basically keep this place in business, ha! Chicken is always crispy/fresh and dare I say addictive. I love the new mobile thru line and that there’s still a little play place for my little guy to run around in. Loving the new location!

I love Chic fil A Nacogdoches, The people are very friendly, they are very helpful, I really like everything about that restaurant. I go there to eat at least three or four times a week, and sometimes I have breakfast there too; I love the Spicy Jalapeño Ranch—always with a large lemonade, no ice!

Normal, everyday chick fil a experience. Food was fresh and drive thru was fast even though line was pretty long. Jacob in the drive thru was nice as well, very kind and polite guy who took my order quickly

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, the food came out fast (within about 5 minutes), and everything was fresh and delicious. The building is brand new, with plenty of parking, and it’s very easy to access from North Street. It’s also conveniently located close to SFA. Based on my visit, this location definitely deserves a higher rating.

I guess I'm like everybody else. I overrated this place. It's just chicken.

Mobile thru, literally anywhere else, should be the way to go. It's supposed to be (and usually is) the FASTEST. It is not the fastest here. You sit in line watching several cars move through the normal drive thru. We can't even pull up all the way to the window because I guess they're also expecting drive thru to go faster. The workers have to walk all the way out to where we're stopped, and I don't see how that is supposed to be efficient, either. Other than that, good location (but could be better).

Food was delicious as always. The staff was kind but overall very slow service. Missed the coffee half/half.

Not for dining in. Unless you like tables for elves and visiting with your neighbors while eating. Very Small dining area with tightly spaced tables

Now for the bad: It literally took 30 minutes from the time I pulled into the parking lot to me leaving. And I used the mobile app. First time using it too. Probably the last. The order was lost. Had to eventually go in. They finally found the order but it wasn't made. Had a van full of hungry kids and a wife and I thought since I have the app this will go quick. They were nice. And there could be a lot worse things happening in life than waiting 30 minutes for fast food. But it's still frustrating a bit, especially since we all know it's not cheap either.

Very slow drive thru experience to the point where food gets to you already cold.

I placed a mobile pickup order 8:41pm (89 minutes before closing time). My husband was in line to pick it up at 9:07. Not only did the employees say they couldn’t find the order and that it “wasn’t real” after my card was charged & received a confirmation email, they also had him read off every single item in the order. Despite that, and after waiting 30+ minutes in line (he returned home at 9:41. we live 2 mins away from this location), the mac & cheese we ordered was forgotten. No big deal, I call and let them know we will come back for it. My husband swings by again and lets me know they charged him for it. So not only is our original order cold by the time we get it from the long wait time, we have a forgotten item that we are then CHARGED AGAIN for. I call back and am again told my order “isn’t real” DESPITE READING THE ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER that was in the email sent to me after my card was charged. Based on the many other low stars for this new location, it seems like some retraining needs to be done. Julie Walker would NEVERRRR. 2 stars only so it cannot be removed.

My market salad had 2 sliced strawberries and two little blueberries in it. So pitiful. They forgot 2 of our medium fries, and then gave us a completely different sandwich than we ordered. They got it right on the receipt, but it was all wrong in the drive-through bags we received. Not a good experience. We didn’t notice all this until we got home to eat. Lots of disappointment.

Dead environment outside workers don’t want to be there it seems. Jacob in drive through was literally the least friendly chic fil a worker I’ve ever experienced. Wasn’t greeted by anyone there with a smile. And the food was mid at best.

It took me 27 minutes from check in to get a frosted coffee. 10 minutes to receive my coffee and 17 additional minutes for the car in front of me to get their order which was one bag and 3 drinks and they were already waiting when I got there. I thought it might just be an off night but talking to others it sounds like everyone has similar issues with service taking forever for mobile orders now.

food was amazing, service and atmosphere was TERRIBLE, whoever that BIRD was in the drive thru who told my man he had pretty eyes (when i was right there and we were clearly on a date) i hope u know we laughed at you, bird. that's embarrassing.

pulled into the drive thru at 9:56am , got our food at 10:40 . we ordered a breakfast and lunch meal , we were told that it normally takes a few extra minutes for a lunch meal around breakfast time but 40 minutes is a bit crazy . our ticket wasn’t on the bag so we’re guessing the ticket got lost , which is fine , but we weren’t offered any discount cards and the apology was rushed . one of us is also a former employee so we know this is out of the ordinary for it to take this long with zero compensation .
