The busiest yet fastest chickfila ive seen.

Mobile thru, literally anywhere else, should be the way to go. It's supposed to be (and usually is) the FASTEST. It is not the fastest here. You sit in line watching several cars move through the normal drive thru. We can't even pull up all the way to the window because I guess they're also expecting drive thru to go faster. The workers have to walk all the way out to where we're stopped, and I don't see how that is supposed to be efficient, either. Other than that, good location (but could be better).

Food was delicious as always. The staff was kind but overall very slow service. Missed the coffee half/half.

Not for dining in. Unless you like tables for elves and visiting with your neighbors while eating. Very Small dining area with tightly spaced tables

The good: It's Chick-fil-A, so we all know the food is fine. It has a play place, not huge, but at least they have one. Now for the bad: It literally took 30 minutes from the time I pulled into the parking lot to me leaving. And I used the mobile app. First time using it too. Probably the last. The order was lost. Had to eventually go in. They finally found the order but it wasn't made. Had a van full of hungry kids and a wife and I thought since I have the app this will go quick. They were nice. And there could be a lot worse things happening in life than waiting 30 minutes for fast food. But it's still frustrating a bit, especially since we all know it's not cheap either.

Average CF food thats good, but 10 bucks for a chicken sandwich with a small thing of waffle fries is just too much. I hate that the cheese isn't even melted when you get your sandwich. Hardly gave any waffle fies with this meal, as well Service was very good & efficient, and food came out quick, though. Dining room was small, but clean.

.So after ordering and waiting in line some guy with pretty eyebrows waves me over.. I noticed it was exiting traffic and let him know I didn't have my order. He makes me move to parking lot and I had to wait and finally got my food and had to make my way through the whole parking lot to get out!!! He needs a different job with that attitude of his!! P.S. My lettuce is wilted in salad!! So much for a new location!!

Dead environment outside workers don’t want to be there it seems. Jacob in drive through was literally the least friendly chic fil a worker I’ve ever experienced. Wasn’t greeted by anyone there with a smile. And the food was mid at best.

I love Chick-fil-A and the workers are always kind but mobile order is entirely broken now. It took me 27 minutes from check in to get a frosted coffee. 10 minutes to receive my coffee and 17 additional minutes for the car in front of me to get their order which was one bag and 3 drinks and they were already waiting when I got there. I thought it might just be an off night but talking to others it sounds like everyone has similar issues with service taking forever for mobile orders now.

pulled into the drive thru at 9:56am , got our food at 10:40 . we ordered a breakfast and lunch meal , we were told that it normally takes a few extra minutes for a lunch meal around breakfast time but 40 minutes is a bit crazy . our ticket wasn’t on the bag so we’re guessing the ticket got lost , which is fine , but we weren’t offered any discount cards and the apology was rushed . one of us is also a former employee so we know this is out of the ordinary for it to take this long with zero compensation .
