God I love Arby's. They currently offer Greek gyros, highly recommend them. They have fun promotions quick service and cheap eats. Never had issues here.

Went through the drive thru. When I ordered the Team Member was very friendly, polite and helpful. Answered any questions I had. The drive thru line moved quickly. When I paid the Team Member was very polite and quick. Was very happy with using Arby's drive thru.

I always ask for my roast beef to be sliced extra thin. And they always deliver. Fries are always fresh. The people are always nice. I wish we had an arbys in Oswego

The meat was all clumped up and on one side of the bun and the cheese was all over the wrapper and not on the sandwich. At this point I don't even want to talk to the manager for a refund. I love Arbys Cllassic Roast Beef meal with the horsey sauce and Argus sauce on it...delicious. It was a stormy day and the drive thru was busy but we went inside and had our meals in just a few minutes. Today I had the fish sandwich with fries and a soda. It was delicious and at a great price. The restaurant is clean and the service continues to be great.

Love arby's... a bit pricey but well worth it. The beef and cheddar is always my go to sandwich. This location is always clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. The only downside is they now serve coke products. All and all you really can't go wrong eating here!

So a couple days ago i order a beef and chedder meal. It ended up being messed up so i called to ask for a replacement, she took down my name and everything with no hesitation. I went in to get it the next day and the guy who answered said theres no name and said he would text his manager and ask her about it. Told me to come back tomorrow. So the next day i called because i felt like he thought i was tryna scam him( he has every right to deny me if theres no name as thats his job so no hate) but i wanted to make sure 1 that i could get my sandwich and 2 i didnt like the idea that he may have thought i was lying. Anywho, called and same manager answered!said she wrote it down on a big piece of paper that was impossible to miss. Very friendly and patient. I just stopped by to scoop it and they surprised me with a free small meal for the “trouble” i spoke to a different manager on the phone but the manager working tonight was Anne and she was very friendly so wasnt the guy that credited my order! Really appreciate the kind gesture! Its beyond yummy!

I had to wait , as in pull up as my food was cooked up, and when they mistakenly only made 5 and not 8 poppers they fixed it before I knew it. They delivered a 10 pack of poppers and told me they only made 5 and not 8 but gave me 10 poppers because of it. They also gave a free meal my next visit!!! Very attentive and sharp staff.

Quick and fresh. Fulfilled my drive thru order accurately. Employee was friendly, polite and smiled. I ordered a small shake and slider buffalo chicken sandwich and both were great.

Every time I have gone the food had been hot and tasty. I did a pick up order and the food was ready within minutes.

Sandwich could have been put together a little better, more sauce is desperately needed. Barely any on it at all. I had the brisket sandwich and it was pretty good, imagine how much better if it had a decent amount of BBQ sauce instead of the half teaspoon that was on it.

Ordered inside the restaurant, waited like 7 or 8 min tops for food. Food was good. Never remembered having a beef n cheddar before but tried it and it was okay. This is coming from someone who doesn't like roast beef usually. If you don't like your sandwiches being sweet I recommend asking them to remove the red ranch sauce or whatever it is. Kinda takes the sandwich taste like vomit to be completely honest. Other than that no issues, just the sauce mixed with the cheese sauce is weird. Hope this helps someone!

Had a great experience here for a fast food place. Was here at lunch time and was very busy at the drive through. The line went Farley fast and the person who took my order was very pleasant and polite. When I got my order again the person was pleasant and helpful. For a time when people in lower paying jobs deal with the craziness of the people they serve I love that this was my experience.

Fast drive through, seating area is comfortable. Parking is free but limited and there is often heavy traffic when leaving the parking lot as it is on Rt 481.

It's an arbys, what else is there to say?

I was asked if I wanted anything else besides my two for one french dip sandwiches offer, as well as whether or not I wanted any other sauces.

Food order was accurate. Food was fresh and hot. Special order fulfilled correctly. Buffalo chicken slider too spicy.

We got the new burgers the burgers were good but s little messy with the sauce maybe not so much sauce next time.

Service here is usually pretty good. I gave 4 stars because they always ask if I want sauce and most of the time they forget. Might be more helpful to ask for sauce at the window and not while ordering.

Was door dashing food took about 15 minutes at such a late hour place looked like it needed to be cleaned and 3 times was asked who I was there for tho I answered them not even a moment ago not bad for service but it looked like there was more tension in the air and I didn't like to be the relief effort

Logan took our order. Informed us that there was a wait for our chicken. Totally worth the five extra minutes. My chicken club wrap was tasty. My kids loved the chicken sandwiches. No complaints.

Clean store quick and courteous staff, food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was "fresh." No complaints, good experience. I would recommend stopping in and trying the Nashville hot fish. And always stopping in between 2-5pm because you have some nice $1 deals like their small shakes only $1.

Always like their food, I also always like the curly fries. I have yet to have an order wrong, when I go through the drive-thru. Employees always seem professional and courteous. The only complaint I have, which is the reason I only gave four stars, is because no matter what sandwich I order, the meat never seems to be hot enough. In fact on one or two occasions, it has actually almost been cold in the middle. Other than that I don't have any other complaints. I'm just curious if anybody else out there has had the same issue?

The food was made fresh but there were absolutely no healthy options. It was good and the condiments were a plus. Nothing grilled. They did have a turkey sandwich but I wasn't feeling deli meat. It would be nice to have a grilled chicken option for the healthier minded people in the group.

For a fast food sandwich, the classic roast beef is really good. Our server had a great attitude, was full of smiles, and quick. We had our food in a snap.

I ordered the $ 7.00 double the meat deal that comes with fries and a drink. Well, Arby's, should do this all the time! The sandwich was full, the fries will filled to the top and the Dr. Pepper was amazing. It is Dr. Pepper afterall.... I would much rather buy an Arby's meal deal than any other fast food restaurant. 💯 Arby's should keep this deal on the menu.

My 3 star is for half the service I did get. For my cashier jennifer she did a professional job with taking our order n read it back to us perfectly.. Let me start with I have worked for Arby's before in my life... But who ever screws up " 4 Classic BnC "... Wut we got was mostly perfect except those 4 BnC's I mean come on I Kno wut I ordered... we got them no cheese or the arby's sauce... Red ranch sauce wut ever... Theres no quality left in the world... A pandemic hits n ppl get lazy even on the job... I will not spend another dollar at this establishment... The food is usually pretty decent there. my only issue is the last two times I've been there I've asked for the Arby's sauce and then this time specifically while at the window I asked if the sauce was in the bag and was told yes of course it is. I should have checked while I was there but lo and behold I got home and there wasn't any sauce once again. My GF actually has stopped going there because she has found that Her orders are never right and I have been witness to that myself. Perhaps a brush up with the crew on accurateness and customer service.

Ordered the new steak, cheese and peppers sandwich. Looked delicious but absolutely no flavor. Obvious the meat is not seasoned and there was no sauce packet offered or in the bag. A little seasoning and this review would have been much better. Expensive and tasteless. Disappointed. I generally like Arby's sandwiches but they're not much without adding the sauces.

Most of the time they’re great, food is fresh and served quickly. Well I don’t know what was going on tonight. Went thru the drive thru, no one came on over the intercom to take our order so we drive to the window where we clearly see about 5 people, manager included just looking at us like we have 3 heads or something. So, not sure what’s going on but if you’re closed you could have had the brains to come tell someone, especially the manager.

Drive throigh attendant pratically threw our food at us. No hi, no thanks, just shoved the bags at us and closed the window immediately. I yelled "have a great day" to her.

What happened to Arbys? I remember long ago a decent steak and cheese sandwich, with curly fries, for a good lunch. It seems now it's all bread, little meat, and a drop of cheese. The brisket sandwich is just a greasy mess. They should get back to basics and offer a great shaved steak sandwich that fills up the bun at a decent value.

Stood in line 10 min at lunch hour they had someone new on the register. Slow. Wrong time to train. Two other standing behind her that should have jumped on the register to get the line down. Some people need to get back to work. I can understand training but at lunch rush? When the line gets backed up that much jump on a register and take a order. Just cause your management does not mean you can't run a register.

Irritated when the cashier felt the need to hit on my husband with me standing right there. Then my beef and cheddar had almost NO cheddar and there was NO ketchup but the staff sur had time to stand around and chat . Annoyed at the over all experience

To update my review, husband got the mac n cheese with steak as the advertised picture looked delicious. Nope. No where near the picture at all or worth the money. Very little meat, whole thing was cold! drink nachine was in better shape, but 30.00 got 2 is just too much for fast food. . Prices have increased terribly. Fulton drink machine is a leaky mess.

I don't like being the one to complain about fast food as someone who use to be in that line of business. To keep it simple: asked what's on one of the sandwiches, they failed to tell me everything, luckily my kid isn't allergic to anything. Had to wait 10+ minutes for Luke warm food. Figured I'd get fresh fries!! Had 3 other cars get served before us.. we ordered two meals. One of the orders where bigger than ours! And wanted to try the boneless chicken wings and... they looked abit more than pathetic. I was expecting abit more wing.. alittle less scraps..? (The small pieces are the size of my pinky nail) BUT Arby's food always taste good so it would be wrong of me to put only 1 star.

I went there to order food on their app, it wouldn’t work, the manager said there was nothing he could do, I asked if they could place the order the regular way, they refused to, they told me to leave so they could wait on other customers, I was treated like dirt , on Christmas Eve no less , after a 20 hour + trip, I had nothing to eat, everything else was closed, they don’t deserve anyone’s business

I ordered the 2 for 6 fish sandwiches that they keep promoting, and it was the worst fish sandwichthat I have ever had. I ordered them plain, so it clearly wasn't the tarter sauce or cheese that made the sandwich bad. It smelled horribly fishy, and the taste was so strong, I threw them away! Fresh fish does not smell that strong or taste that strong and rotten. I don't know if they are using Carp, or some other sort of garabage fish, but just pass on it!! You'll find fresher fish in Onondaga Lake. # polluted

Sandwich was gross. Had a weird taste to it. Didn't finish it since I thought it was bad and didn't want to get sick. Employees surly at best. Didn't know how my sandwich was made and said "oh I don't eat that so I don't know". *Shrug*

The two most MISERABLE workers on tn. 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing. No reason so such disgruntled workers who can’t acknowledge when a person says “thank you” and give no issues during services. The girl on the speaker was so short and rude as soon as we came up. The middle aged man who brought our food was angry and didn’t even acknowledge our thank you. Just shoved the bag at us. Disgusting honestly, we’re nice damn people. Underserving of your resentfulness toward your job.

I went to Arby's today. Got a sandwich and crinkle cut fries. Got home and food was there,but no sauces(including ketchp), no napkins, nothing but the food. Poor service. 2. Went back today after a year. Double meat French dip. Bread improved greatly. Meat did not. Dry, overcooked, and definitely not the double meat I paid for.

If you go inside, expect about a 20 minute wait, but watch endless drive up orders - same items, go out the window because it's more important. One sandwich prep person stated she doesn't care how long counter orders wait.... if someone has time to come inside, they can wait. Happened to us more than once. IF we go back, we will order at drive through and after getting it quickly, will park and go inside to eat it. Easy enough. Tables were sticky, ketchup pump empty.... each visit. Krinkle cut fries are nubs....but still better that curly.

We ordered on the app and was given a specific time it would be ready. We went in at that time. Waited 15 minutes before anybody asked what we were there for. I stated an online order. They grabbed a bag from by the bagging area. The order had been ready for 5 minutes or so. They did not put it in the area where the online orders go. When stating that it was 15 minutes late they said "We were busy, you can cancel your order!" Then as we were leaving several employees laughed because the manager stated "Have a safe drive" sarcastically They do not care about their customers there.

The food was terrible I think the meat on my sandwich was going bad and look bad and the service was awful they were not busy and it took 10 minutes for the guys to get to us and take our order. The whole place was like a retirement home.
