Mixed experiences at this Taco Bell. Some praise late-night service and well-made burritos, while many complain about long wait times, order inaccuracies, and poor customer service, especially regarding the manager Dana and the use of AI for ordering.

This drive thru is the best experience I've had since covid. They are fast and all the staff are friendly and professional. I have not had any problems with them at all. I have been thru alot of drive thrus since covid and staff doesnt listen and you have to repeat order 3 times and wait in line for 15 mins or more and then food isnt good. This taco bell is great. All the staff deserves a raise. Thank you crew for your doing a great job. Keep it up!
Dude at the drive thru was nice but 2 of my tacos had little to no sauce and the last one had too much.
This taco bell was actually decent I've been to other taco bells and I don't care for them due to skimpy food fixings and sloppy service and products. But this one in Gainesville georgia was excellent and they were at the top of their game with products I received and service.
I'm not joking when I say the night staff here are some of the kindest employees. They're always respectful and if something isnt in stock, they make it right. They always take care of my order and go above and beyond. Thank you
I love Taco Bell, anytime, day or night. The service is fast, the food is fresh and inexpensive, and cashiers tend to be friendly. Maybe not the place for a birthday or anniversary dinner ... but otherwise ... go grab some tacos!
I went through the Drive-Thru and ordered 2 Grilled Chicken Soft Taco Supremes. Now this used to be one of my favorite things when I first started eating Taco Bell somewhere around 1985. A while back... exactly when , I'm not sure...Taco Bell started using the shredded chicken. And at the time there was something about it I just didn't like. So I paid the upcharge for the grilled chicken, which used to be perfectly seasoned. Now it it just plain old bland with no flavor. I imagine I should try the shredded chicken again before completely giving up on one of my all-time faves. Now on to the Service. I don't recall ever having any kind of service related issue here at this particular store. It has always been at least good to great.
food was good and the workers are always so sweet! Percy was very kind as well.
We have a decent size family with a lot of picky eaters. An on 2-17 at around 830 p.m we chose this tacobell for drive thru. An although we had to wait a few minutes until our order was taking the man at the speaker Ivan was so kind an nice an put all of our accomodations in on the screen correctly an he didn't seem aggravated or anything like most people do. So THANK YOU IVAN, for not only putting all the accomodations right but for having great customer service skills keep doing what your doin! An thank you to the workers for getting everything right as well most of the time 3 or 4 items are wrong. Will definitely be back to this location.
Its a fast food restaraunt. Not a eomantic setting. But the food and service are always good.
This was first time in over a year that I have had taco bell and it was so good. I got a crunch wrap sausage with breakfast salsa and it was hot and good. I also got the exact amount of breakfast salsa that I asked for. Also the service was fast and friendly. I don't recommend trying to eat it and drive but other than the mess in my car it was the best taco bell I think I have had.
Kristy and Tanner were killing it tonight! Even though they were the only employees there and they were handling all of the delivery service, and drive through orders by themselves, their service and commitment to the customers was unmatched. I hope their boss realizes what amazing people they have representing the company!
I've never received a Taco so hot that I almost had to spit it out. It took a long time but they were short handed and only taking small orders. I also enjoyed talking to the lady at the window. She still had a good attitude as frustrated as I know she was.
I would actually eat at this location vs Oakwood.
Today I visited Taco Bell the food looked good and fresh. The cashier Israel J was helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my food thank you.
Out of state guest and enjoyed everything about this taco bell
Service was quick. Much better then some of the other locations in the area. Definitely worth the detour if you want taco bell but don't want to get stuck in a 30min line
This Taco Bell store is located on Jesse Jewell Parkway in Gainesville, Georgia, USA. It is part of the simple and affordable Mexican style fast food chain. However, this one was surprisingly good. The food was fresh, and the service was very friendly on the drive-thru. It is nice to stop by a food chain franchise and see them working as the company intended them to when the franchise was granted. Good job, everyone!!
They are always friendly and helpful +doordash orders
Speedy and friendly.... definitely recommend them
Went through the drive through at 1am. I placed a mobile order and The store was out of large drinks, kinda sucks cus I did pay the small upcharge online for large.. so I wish they had a way to tell the app when somthing is out. HOWEVER, the employees were very nice, (mind you it's 1am) VERY NICE ,CURTIOUS, ETC. my food was sooooooooo good and FRESH and unlike other taco bells I was NOT missing a single item. I'm very pleased. And those young men working the night shift need some recognition..
Has always been nice just don't like the system where it's not personal much anymore but you have to fill everything out on a computer ahead at time
I stopped into this location on Thursday night, 2/19/2026, and the staff was so friendly and professional. The three ladies I spoke to at the front counter were all so very pleasant and accommodating. Thanks!
Picked up some lunch, order was correct, service was polite, food was warm, pretty good I'd say.
Waited in line in the drive thru for 26 minutes. Update as of 08/29/2025 at 9pm. Service was great. I never leave a tip at a fast food place but the young man who took my order was very professional and knew what he was doing.
I got food after the bar tonight and even at 2 am the food was awesome. the burrito was wrapped beautifully and it was the best one i’ve had in a while (beefy five layer add rice). We also got the grilled cheese burrito with chicken and they labeled the burrito and everything. i think the burritos were made with love (if you know what i mean;)). it was so nicely done and whoever was in the kitchen at 2 am today absolutely crushed it. also, the customer service was great because we pulled up to the window and it wasn’t even ai!! the sweet guy back there took our order very patiently. we love this taco bell and WILL be back.
Went to TB on Brown's Bridge Rd. Food is excellent; service as well. I didn't like the " order here" screen as I wanted to order what I wanted or not wanted. The cashier was very open to accept my verbal request.
I usually eat in at this time it was takeout. Their tacos are my favorite but they have awesome burritos and great menu items. I highly recommend them to anyone.
I didn't give it a 5 since boxed items were balanced on top of burritos in an oversized bag. The boxed items fell over and the items leaned over to the side and we're stuck against the cardboard box by the time I got home. Other than that it was good.
Automated ordering may be more efficient but impersonal. Food was good. Seemed understaffed
Fast drive thru and friendly people with a good attitude. Good tacos and a good burritos made to specs. Provided enough sauce for my order. Most just give one or two pics of sauce. They gave me one per taco and two for my burritos each. Exactly how I like 👍 👌:
They've messed up orders a few times, but it was taken care of right away. I'd say my biggest gripe is burrito displacement. It sucks when all of the rice and tomatoes is on one side and all of the beans and meat are on the other side. Like someone literally just threw the ingredients into a tortilla, wraps it, and sells it. I feel like that's a pretty standard issue for Taco Bell's though. Stat away from burritos and you'll be alright.
I come there pretty much every day for lunch. This is a question for you who work there. Why do you call your customer to the counter when their order is not complete? It's not just me but it is consistent with me every day. That is the only person to person contact most customers have since we have to use the kiosk all the time so why do you want to mess it up?
The food used to be poor, but they have improved it back to the way it used to be. They also have very courteous employees now. However, I don't like how they're going to the orders only being done by a kiosk when you go into the dining room.
It's service is better than most during the day It's food like all other is bad and to let everyone know it's boiled bag meat not so great
The food was good and the order was correct once I arrived to the counter the employees there were at the kiosk told me I needed to order my food the the kiosk. No questions asked no can I assist you or anything and yet there was no other customers in the restaurant. Regardless it took longer than expected being my first time using the kiosk but I wouldn't go back here.
Food was mediocre, they skipped on the meat in my crunchwrap and didn't even bother with cheese. They completely forgot my entire grilled chicken quesadilla, the main food for one of my orders. The tacos were good, though.
Food was undercooked, still cold. Staff was SUPER friendly and it was VERY clean inside.
I would prefer to place an order with an actual person but the food was good at least
Don't have the gronda meal there. So I don't think I'll get back there. They did have a inspection display of 100A on the window. Update 8/26/23 Went in to order. After 5 minutes the employee says order by kiosk only. No sign stating that. I'm not a mind reader. But if you can't find help to take a personal order, you can bet I don't trust you with my personal food. A big NO THANKS to this company for now on. Pitiful.
They don’t let you order with a person and make you use the kiosk. I personally don’t have a problem with it, but I saw a group of older people who came in, waited for someone to help them, and then left because they didn’t know how to use it. They also royally screwed up everyone’s orders while I was in there. Poorly run.
The service here was fast and friendly. I ordered a 5 layer burrito. It was horrible. They laid out 2 flour tortillas, spread on a little cheese, then put out on a tablespoon of beans then rolled it up. I felt like I was eating flour tortilla and nothing else. I know times are tough but this was ridiculous.
Tried to order a beef burrito with shredded cheese and the cashier just insisted it couldn't be done. It took 10 minutes until she finally got a manager who put it in the system in a second. Always a problem here and never fails. Not one customer in line and it took over 10-15 min to receive the order. Training is highly needed here.
This location can't seem to get it right. They forgot the TACO MEAT on my TACO SALAD. I got all the way home and realized I essentially had a giant tostada, no meat. When we called the manager explained they everyone is new and that they are also new. What a serious disappointment to get home and realize your dinner is ruined.
Food’s decent, but be ready to sit in the drive thru for 5 minutes with only one car ahead of you before you hear a word from the attendant. Look, I come through the drive thru regularly at 1am. It’s one of two places open after I get off work. I know there are usually only two employees scheduled, so I don’t mind waiting to put an order in, or to get my food made. But it’s insane to sit for over 3 minutes in front of the microphone without a single acknowledgement that I’m there. A simple, “Hi, just one moment please,” goes a LOOOONNNG way with me. I’ve waited an additional 5-10 minutes to order MANY times just because I get that y’all are likely short staffed and closing. But come on. Y’all HAVE to get a better system for your employees. Hire a third person for closing, teach your closers how to multi-task or be more efficient, I don’t know. All I know is it’s getting old waiting forever just to get an order in when I’m literally sitting in front of the menu.
I have had one too many bad experiences with this taco bell and the crew is not concerned about the presentation of the food. The quality was poor and cold food was given to me twice in a row. They manager did not give any refund or reasonable explanation for the lack of knowledge the people preparing the food had. I literally know the menu better than they do.
Need to check your food before leaving. Make sure chalupas are fresh. Been several times and half the time the chalupas are like hard shell tacos hard and old. Pay too much for a chalupa for it to be hard and not fresh.
The guy that gave us our food forgot our drinks. When we told him, he told us he’d get the iced coffee we were missing in a bit, and then disappears and doesn’t come back for a good 10 minutes. Multiple employees then walk past the register and ignore us standing right there until a nice lady came and gave us our iced coffee in only about 2 minutes.
Order nachos Bell grande hardly no meat cheese or anything on them for the price it's a rip off
Yall messed up my order twice but i didnt want to send it back to kitchen the second time i asked for no sour cream no guacamole extra chicken rice and beans thats it how did yall get the order wrong twice never going to that taco bell location ever again
First off, the 2 ladies that are working the night shift are rude and displayed poor customer service. We sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before I had to say “hello” to place my order. Once someone responded and we told them what we wanted to order, we were told they can’t do the order this late at night because they have a lot of doordash/ubereats orders but we are paying customers in your face wanting to order. You have to wait for door dash to pull up. They laughed at us and got smart about it. If they can’t handle their job, they don’t need it or hire more people. I shouldn’t have to drive all the way across town to a different location who fulfilled the order right away. Just pure laziness.
We went through the drive through and we were trying to place our order and the girl in the drive threw had a TERRIBLE attitude. This was at 2:00pm on Sunday 10/4/20. Every time we kept trying to add to the order she kept making a hissing noise. And every time I added something she kept giving me my total like if I was finished. I didn't even order my water. How am I supposed to eat my food with Nothing to drink. Taco bell just lost two customers.
Rated it a one because the restroom was extremely dirty. There was no soap in the women's bathroom which probably means the employees were not washing their hands. There was also no toilet paper and the waste baskets were overflowing and paper and dirt was all over the floor. The restaurant was not overly busy, the employees were simply not cleaning the bathroom. I feel that in an establishment that serves food the conditions were unacceptable.
Got a late night meal from here on May 2/3 around 11:30 midnight. The food smelled weird and didn't taste very good. Got up in the morning and felt strong stomach cramps and a bad case of the running poo's. I think the food was bad and just past the point of good to serve. DO NOT EAT FROM THIS STORE!
If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I had to call the police on the night of 04/05/22 because one of their employees verbally assaulted me at the window. After all the team leader on shift let her go thru the window because they saw we were calling the police. I haven’t been reached yet from the store manager even tho I left multiple voicemails and was told she couldn’t make it that night because she leaves far and this isn’t really important. I ordered a burrito with no beans because I am allergic came back to get my order fix because of course it had beans and that’s when all madness started. Was told to F myself and why I wasn’t at the ER then? Like how is that even an answer?
It was absolutely disgusting. The beans had hard burnt or uncooked pieces all in it. They didnt have any mild sauce. So I had them change my order to the chicken burritos and they didnt have hardly any sauce on them they were so dry. This taco bell is by far the worse I've ever been to. I'd recommend you keep your money and go hungry.
Can't say anything good about this place. Went today and tried to order at the counter and one of the ladys that work their flat out said that we haft to order on one of the screens whenever you walk in the doors. That it takes away from making food in stead of good customer service. After we ordered on the screens still waited on our food for about 30 minutes. On top of everything we ordered 4 bean burritos with extra sauce and extra onions and none of them had exta sauce or extra onions. Plus people were walking out as we waited on our food.THE EASIEST FOOD ORDER EVER TO MAKE AND THEY STILL MANAGE TO SCREW UP THE ORDER. IF TACO BELL WANTS PEOPLE TO ORDER ON THOSE THINGS WHEN YOU WALK IN THE DOOR THEN IT NEEDS TO BE POSTED ON THE FRONT DOOR. But you are going to lose business and people are going to go elsewhere and so are we. WE WILL NOT RETURN TO TACO BELL.
We went to eat and when we got there there was only another family waiting we ended up waiting 25 mins to get our food and when we got a coffee we asked for sugar they said "we are trying to find it" but kept walking around ignoring us just ro tell us they didn't have none and my order had chips which i never got. But at least the food was good
Worst visit I have ever had to any Taco Bell anywhere! Taco shell was stale, chalupa wasn't cooked correctly, the meat was "wet" and "soggy". And I literally just saw a worker sweep a bench instead of wiping it with a soapy rag! This is the worst Taco Bell anywhere! If they are that nasty in front of the customer, imagine what they do in the back away from sight!
On June 4th, my family and I had went through the drive thru to order some things after leaving the boweling alley. We had made it home. keep in mind our drive home was about 30 minutes. We had ordered a 7 layer burrito that we have ordered more then once from different taco bells. the burrito wasnt even made right. it had all kinds of different things on it beside the things that had went on it. I called to make a complaint a lady had answered the phone, and I proceed to ask if they woukd fix my order. first thing she said was, "we don't have any beans so we put Guamole (sp) on it. what if my fiancee was allergic to that. the manager who was our cashier didn't notify me of that. next, I asked if she could fix the issue the next day because it was already late her words to me was, "I ain't fixing f***ing s**t for you. i asked her name and asked when the store manager was going to be there. she didn't tell me her name and she didn't tell me when her store manager was there. she asked why did I need to know that information? well you are speaking to me rudely first of off and secondly i want my order fixed. she hung the phone up. i proceed to call back and talk to the manager. she hung up on me. my fiancee had called back and asked for the district number and they said 1800 taco bell. thats not even the number to a district office. On top of the burrito being wrong and not even the right thing and the customer service being crappy our naked chicken bites were cold! They don't have no respect for their job or their customers! my first time ever eating there and ill never take another foot onto that property after I get my order fixed and notify the district mangers and store manager!
*this is for the owners* two employees in the building is not sufficient for a Saturday night we waited 40 minutes for drive thru food. You guys are insane.
I love taco Bell in general. I always order Mexican pizzas. And the first time I came to this location was okay, but the second time I tried it today, both my Mexican pizza was filled with beans instead of having a balanced ratio of the beef. Not even exaggerating, it was maybe 5% beef. I should have went to the one at Mundy Mill where they do it perfectly every time. Nice and warm with lots of cheese and a great ratio of beef and beans. Definitely don't recommend this location
One of the worst stores I've been to. No wonder the inspection score was so low. The absolute rudest staff, unprofessional - even for fast food, and unhelpful. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I asked for help with an order, and was told "not my problem, figure it out", ... that's YOUR job, what the f---? I was being polite even up until the moment they shrugged, and walked away. That's after waiting for 5 minutes at the counter for anyone to acknowledge me, and I waited another 20 minutes after they left expecting for them to come back with ANY type of information or help. They didn't ask what my problem was, why I needed a refund(wrong order) or if they could remake it, which I would have been fine with as I would then have been receiving the correct order.
I went through the drive-through got three Chalupa boxes, and I asked for three drinks with no ice they added ice. I had no problem with it. One of the drinks looked like it was just carbonation so I asked for a different drink with no ice just that one then as he handed us the last drink with ice, “he said our cheese is molded we had to throw it out” which I assume he just said to make me disgusted, but that’s terrible customer service. i didn’t get his name but it was very inappropriate
waste of time. nobody working the drive thru. worker outside on her phone
The absolute worst encounter ever. EVER. There needs to be a “Zero Star” option instead of just one. I ordered two bean burritos, and a steak burrito with no sour cream. So simple. The young lady that took my order over the intercom was already talking to me in a passive aggressive way like she was mad I was ordering food at a restaurant and it was inconveniencing her, but I brushed it off assuming I was making a bad judgment call. Anyway, my bean burritos were FROZEN, and the steak burrito had sour cream in it. So, me not having eaten all day, drove back and informed the young lady once again through the intercom what had happened. This time she sounded hopeful and told me to pull up. I got to the window and explained what happened. A woman then asked for all three items back (?), and I handed them to her. She proceeded to feel around my burritos as if I were lying. Then she said “I mean I can understand the sour cream problem, but the bean burrito…” and I just looked at her. I was so confused. Am I being thought of as a liar? About a $1.81 bean burrito? So I waited and she brought out a bag of new burritos. I took the bean burritos out first, and they still had FROZEN SPOTS. I just was over it at this point. They then proceeded to argue with me and all I could say was how incredibly unprofessional they were, and as I went to drive off, the young lady who took my order said have a nice day in the rudest way imaginable. I cannot believe this was even a real encounter. Replace the entire staff of the Taco Bell in Gainesville.
Stopped by there tonight and the employee literally said “due to short staff we are limiting each order to 5 items”. He even gave examples like if u get one of the boxes with 5 items you would be maxed out. I sure hope no one was counting on bringing Taco Bell home to the family. I understand being short staffed and maybe closing early but that has to be the dumbest thing I ever heard. Guess I got food at home 😂
Very bad service constantly serving the wrong food. Two separate entrances to one drive through causes many problems. I personally have had two separate occasions where people have threatened to ram my vehicle saying they were in line before me. The last time it happened The workers inside refused to serve me when it was my turn and made me leave the line after I waited patiently for my turn to go. They only have one good worker a nice lady who’s been working there for years. I feel sorry that she Is surrounded by workers that don’t care if the business continues. by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to.
Service was okay. I had an easy time ordering at the drive through. I didn't get any sauce even though I asked for it and it was on the receipt and my food was lukewarm at best. What I really don't like is that after I handed my card to the cashier she asked me to move back, but she didn't hand me my card back. I honestly thought that my card info might be stollen so I monitored my bank account and still do. Call me paranoid but she held on to my card for a long time before I could pull back up to get my food and card. I honestly haven't had a experience as bad as this one at any other Taco Bell. I will not be going back to this Taco Bell.
Hi, missing items and rude customer service for being a , karen'. I just got off surgery, and my brother went to pick up the food. Upon getting home, we noticed missing items with our online order. I asked if we could get the whole order redone, and the person who answered the phone said he would only redue the missing items. Mind you. The chalupa I got was stiff , cold , and missed sour cream. It looked like it was stale. We had to drive 2 times just to get a half order. There was also other missing items.
Waited for 15 minutes at the call box without being acknowledged by the employee at 12:30 when they close at 2am very sad, when I pulled up to the windows the employee seemed to be on his phone. I guess whatever was on his phone was more important very sad. Didn’t get my order left and had to go to a different location that was out of my way. And spent my money twice. Why?
I just want to start by saying that if the dollar tree had a brand of trash bags this Taco Bell would be equivalent. Honestly not sure how this “restaurant” is even open. I can’t even gather the words to describe how awful this place is. So I will at least say this much. Also, please change your settings to where the actual reviews are visible. Not the three that are most likely the foul young lady’s that work there.
Pulled in to this Taco Bell 30 minutes before they were supposed to close. However, they told people in line that they could only take online orders or doordash. Problem is I tried to do a mobile order and it said they were closed. So for the last 30 minutes they didn't want to do anything at all for anybody because they were in the process of cleaning. Yet they're supposed to be open until 2 AM on the weekends
Ordered two crunchwraps without nacho cheese and sour cream and a cheesy Gordita crunch with chicken. After I checked the bag, what I thought was the Gordita crunch was a 3rd crunch wrap supreme. All of the crunch wraps had cheese and sour cream on them. I wouldn’t be so upset if food prices were cheaper. I was also the only one there!!!
They took 2 hours to make my food and were so rude especially the manager, I think his named was Ryan. He was complaining about me complaining about my food. Hr need to fire him.
Just bought $27 worth of food. Was given the wrong order and when I tried to get it corrected I was accused of lying about my order being wrong and was handed the wrong order again. A manager finally came over and corrected the issue but not after arguing with an employee for a few minutes and be called a lier.
Paid for 2 larges and was given 2 smalls. asked about it and was rudely told off. A worker then also told a girl "Umm little girl that is not a leaning wall" for leaning while waiting for food. she is 20, not a little girl. never coming back 💗💗💗💗 The taco bell is also not clean.
So apparently they only do online orders after 10pm and they don't like it if you order online from the parking lot and when I took it back I can't have my money back until I talk to corporate do after working 15hrs today I still have nothing to eat!!!! Management is a joke at this location
Very rude workers. Tried giving a homeless man money who was inside the store, and asked the manager to break up a $100 bill into two $50 bills. She rudely responded and said “this is not a bank there’s one down the road.” She then said we would have to spend more then $50 in order to split the $100, after we had just ordered 4 meals. Very rude.
This place should close for the safety of the people of Hall county. There are two other locations within reasonable driving distance that are amazing. Skip this one unless you want to gamble with your health. This was the 3rd chance I had given this location and it was a disaster again. I'm just going to pretend they are no longer an option.
I waited at the register to place an order. No one spoke to me. I finally spoke up and said I would like to place an order. The person just pointed to the kiosks. You must use the self ordering kiosks. The order was made wrong, hardly no meat in the tacos. No friendly service at all.
Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Took 15 minutes to get my cheesy Gordita crunch and a soft taco. I was on my break and was crunched for time which they had no respect for.
Don’t go here late or order off the app. You might get half of your order if you are lucky. Triple check your order before you leave.
There was a guy, hispanic mix maybe, heavy set checking me out in the drive thru late at night and did not say anything to me other than gave me the drink and my tacos with such a miserable face. I told him thank you I hope....then he closes the window on me before I can finish the sentence. It has happened 3 TIMES recently! Not sure if he is a manager or just a team member but customer service is NOT for him especially being rude to people. He DOES NOT need to be working there. The food is horrible. Got 3 tacos one day and there was barley any meat not even half the taco. I definitely got ripped off
Horrible, slow service. They also decide when the want to close. Every night is different. Depends on the employee. I showed at at 11:50 pm on a Wednesday. They said “closed”. Worst Taco Bell!
STOP USING Ai!!!!! Only been here a few times for lunch my food was always fine despite all these negative reviews. My main thing is they us Ai for the drive thru and I hope by leaving a review they will get rid of Ai as it is taking away a position.
This is for the lady named Dana.. You should be ashamed of yourself, the way to talked to those kids/ your coworkers. The way you talk and yell at them is disgusting. You need to be fired. Maybe you have a miserable life and that why you are so cruel. Leave your ego at the door and do better lady. Smfh
Currently writing this while sitting in the drive thru waiting for my order. Already been waiting 20 minutes after ordering. AI is taking orders and they still can’t find a way to get food out in a reasonable amount of time.
Do not go to this taco bell I waited an hour in line before I just decided to leave . Other cars in line also left before getting their food. I could have ate at a sit down restaurant and got got my food fast than this . If this is an understaffed issue just close the damn place while there is no workers. this is pathetic . honestly i’m done with taco bell for good after this.
They have this stupid automated thing that takes orders. I ordered 2 meals for me and my daughter. Get to the window, some crazy lady in the back screams “they only ordered one, it’s too late now” literally wouldn’t take my order. I drove off. Never again. Worst experience at a Taco Bell ever, and that’s saying something.
I come thru drive thru at 3:20 am knowing they close at 4:00 am. They don’t say nothing in drive thru intercom I drive to side of building and they come to window saying they have no food. What kind of fast food don’t have food 40 min b4 they close? Why even stay open till 4:00 am? They should be ashamed! No business for them I take my orders elsewhere! This should be addressed immediately! I just go to cookout! They should be terminated immediately! This is sad what has Gainesville turned into lazy workers now we have no tacos in Gainesville!
We went the other night around 2am. Drive thru says it closes at 4. There were two cars in front of us and it wasn't a terribly long wait to get to the window. Asked for no lettuce on the hard shell tacos, cheese only. Guy at the window even confirmed it once we got to the window. Cheese only. Got our food and they walked off without our drinks. We waited for 5-8 minutes for someone to come back to the window just to make our drinks. And they knew why we were waiting because he didn't even say anything about it, just made the drinks and then handed them to us, not asking if there was anything wrong with the order. Then walked off again. $30 for the hard shell taco to be wasted because it had lettuce on it. Then, the drinks were nothing but syrup. Such a shame the people working there don't care about anything it seems.
I went took me almost one hour in the drive thru and never got my food the people that work there not fast enough about 5 cars drove off without food it was too long of a wait!!! I was very disappointed
“Closes at 4am” says the website we get there at the drive thru at 11 pm and the worker says “we can’t take no more orders. I was hungry after not eating all day and wanted some taco bell but hey guess they don’t want my money.
This Taco Bell is one of the worst and nastiest place to eat or have a family meal!!! Customer service is HORRIBLE especially coming from a manager or whatever position she is on ( diana or however you spell her name ) All i know is she is TOO OLD to be acting so unprofessional and disrespectful to customers For example i am a DoorDash and i respectfully came in the store to grab the order and they way i was greeted was TERRIBLE Not ONLY did she LEAVE me talking to myself but she told me that the store was to BUSY for her to provide customer service !! Like what the hell that got to do with me ? … i am here to do my job just like she was and everyone else there too. RESPECTFULLY if she doesn’t want to be there then she shouldn’t because things could have ended bad just because she DECIDED TO BE RUDE and stare people down along with unnecessary comments
I told them make it well done, but they always mess up my cheeses quesadillas, the whole crew is not serious just talking with each other and playing around. After 6-7 orders I file this review. Totally unsatisfactory. Plus we don’t have any near by Taco Bell. So guys go to any other restaurant to avoid this Taco Bell.
There needs to be a “Zero Star” option instead of just one. I ordered a veggie Mexican pizza , qesarito and craving box with Crunchwrap , chips and dip and chalupa and salsa verde burrito and a the whole order was messed up did not even receive one thing correctly The young lady that took my call over the phone was not even understanding and apologizing for the mess up and kept on saying ask doordash to get me a refund and this is the worst place to ever order food should get a whole new staff The pictures are what everything in my order looked like a burrito with no veggies nothing and no sauce where I was charged $33 dollars and again asked fo place the order so $27 and so I am not out of $60 no food My order number was 957295 and 957304 and I will for sure contact the district manager for this
