My office placed a delivery order today. First, we got a call that the smoothie we ordered couldn’t be made, then we waited an hour and a half for our food. However, 2 delivery people eventually got here with our complete order and were both very kind. The manager Melissa offered to take care of the meal and sent out a third delivery driver with coupons. They definitely handled this situation with exceptional customer service and because of that we will definitely give them another try! Thanks Panera Bread!
My family and I we are not frequent customers of Panera, however if we go we go to the one on Firewheel. My previous experiences have been quite average. Last night we experienced the best customer service by Sophia( hope I’m spelling it right) since the moment we walked in she made eye contact and greeted us warmly. Helped us with our order, and checked up on during our time there . We knew the place was busy , and yet she did take her time to visit and check with guests. We were impressed by her friendliness, care, and customer service. Thank you for a great experience Sophia & Panera !
I love the bread 🍞😋 great place
If you haven't tried the Chipotle avocado hot sandwich you should consider very tasty and the bread is one of a kind. It was my first time trying and it's pretty good
Me and my husband love coming here and just haven't been here for some time. We wanted to try something new and we had a bunch of questions. I know working the food industry can sometimes be frustrating with answering a million questions but I was just so amazed how HELPFUL and KIND Evelyn was. She had a smile the whole time, answered all our questions and recommended a few things. Just extremely wonderful customer service. I would love for her to be recognized for the outstanding customer service we received today. Food was amazing as well!(:
I've come here to eat after I get out of work several times and I've always been treated very well by all the staff. They've always been very friendly, welcoming, and super polite. The food is great, I usually get my favorite which is the tortellini Alfredo and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup.
The Strawberry Poppyseed and Chicken Salad was so tasty! All of the staff we encountered were super helpful and friendly! And I got my Sprouted Grain Flat! Sometimes they are sold out, but not today! I'm a happy camper 😊
i can confidently say that faith was one of the nicest customer service employees that i have ever encountered. even going through the drive thru, she was so so sweet, and her kindness 100% made my day. management, give her a raise!!!
I had a wonderful experience at this location this evening. I had some issues with some app and a promotion. The young lady that was checking me out with such a sweetheart. She had pretty red(burgundy)curly hair. I missed her name. She was so patient and kind she had to get Andrea(the manager on duty)who was super patient, wonderful customer service. I ended up staying a bit and talking to them. I was having a bit of a rough day. I appreciate the both of them greatly. Gives me hope in humanity that we can be kind to one another. Kindness is contagious. :)
A diverse array of food and beverage choices. With a free dessert for being a new MyPanera member, the price was right, too. Clean and bright environment, as I like it, during my visit at lunchtime.
Went to try their new baguette sandwiches and was not disappointed! So tasty. I got the pepperoni and my husband got the buffalo chicken. If you sign up for their new rewards program you also get free fountain drinks during every visit!
Excellent customer service and great food. The manager David's customer service is outstanding. He went above and beyond to take care of my family. One Saturday morning I stopped by to get breakfast for my family and they messed up on one of my sandwiches. I called David and he told me to come back and they will fix it right away. I told him that I couldn't make it back so the next weekend when I came back, David not only make it right. He comped my whole meal for their mistake. Now that is one great customer service. Go visit David and his wonderful staff. They will take good care of you. :)
Ordered through the drive thru everything tasted great. My half pepperoni melt was the size of a large, which was awesome and more than enough for 2 people. Both half salads could have a little more other stuff besides lettuce and 2 small cups of dressing or 1 large. We were not asked if we wanted half salad or whole when we ordered the picked 2, and I didn't think about until we got home. But everything still tasted wonderful. But everyone needs to fix their portion sizes again. Also, I know it comes with everything, but the bread is always too tough for me to eat that you give out. Need to offer softer than Baggett bread, for people with dentures and sensitive teeth.
je'nea (i think) was so sweet and knowledgeable. you can tell that she actually likes her job and enjoys being there. very rare in a lot of places and especially for being as young as she is. she made sure that all our questions were addressed and that we got everything we need. the food was fantastic, but the service was exceptional. thank you.
Had my beloved autumn squash soup tonight- it’s how I know fall is here! It was piping hot, and the bread was fresh. Staff was friendly.
I've been here over 10 times and they have consistent excellent customer service. Employees are friendly on the intercom, patient with your order, and knowledgeable of menu items! Food quality is usually great and I love that I get a free bagel everyday for the month of August. That promotion alone has supplanted Panera as a reputable company in my mind, don't know why more companies don't due gimmicks like that. :)
I wish I could have found link or a website to visit to fill out a survey but I guess I lost my receipt. I normally wouldn't go out of my way to leave a review but this one was special. I went through the drive thru this past Saturday and while the food was perfect I have to give a shout out to the woman who was working the drive thru. She was incredibly sweet and I don't know if she could tell what a bad day I was having but she really turned it around for me. So if you see this Faith, from the lady who was too short to reach her drink without opening the door, thank you for making my day with your sweet words and kind smile.
We used to frequent here. Now we don't and it's not because the food isn't decent enough, it's because they no longer make the pizza that my son loves. He even went so far as to send in a suggestion to try and get the pizza back. I didn't have the heart to tell him that the "suggestions" on a corporate website go absolutely nowhere. He just wanted them to know how much he missed their pizza and wanted it back.
Ordered at drive-thru and food was out in a few minutes. All ordered items were there and the my food tasted great! Food and customer service is back on point, but the real MVP? Faith. She’s super friendly, attentive, and made sure MyPanera reward dollars were counted...just made the whole vibe awesome.
Very nice place to plug in work for a little while. Nice and quiet and the Sip Club offers free drinks daily for a low monthly subscription fee.
Their food is always good and I order from this location regularly. They always get the order right except for one time when they missed some extra items on my sandwich that I paid extra for. The manager was very great about resolving the issue without any hesitation. Their management is a lot better than other similar food places at making sure their customers are satisfied.
My wife and I love Panera! From Fresh baked goods to soup, salad, and sandwiches you cannot go wrong. I especially like the Vegetarian Sandwich & Mediterranean Salad vegetarian combo. The combo came with a Chocolate Chunk/Walnut cookie and drink. Teas are always a great variety. Following your meal you can refill with an Iced Coffee to hit the road. On the weekends, order a dozen bagels for pick-up to eat throughout the week.
Great place for quick bite. Quality food at reasonable prices.
Nigh manager very nice. A couple of days ago they didn’t put an item I ordered and call to let them know and went back to get it and manager was so nice he gave me an extra item and dessert.
This Panera Bread location is good, bread was super fresh, everything tasted delicious.
I love their coffee and bagels!! Unlimited sip club is a blessing!! But sometimes they give ambient temp coffee’s
Best Panera in Dallas!! They make the BEST Chipotle Avocado Chicken Breakfast Sandwich!!! Lots of protein, and perfect amount of eggs!! And if you want egg whites they do an amazing job at customizations, I love getting a little more sweet peppers and cilantro!!! Absolutely love Panera!!! Join the club, you will not be disappointed!!! ♥️♥️♥️
I usually like eating Panera as I've actually had some pretty good sandwiches there before. I decided to try a bacon and tomato sandwich that was new or something. I could appreciate the sun dried tomato on toasted bread but the crust was way stiff and there wasn't much by way of actual ingredients on the sandwich. Overall it just didn't seem like a good value since it was such a simple meal but still was so underwhelming, at least during this visit.
First time here. Bought a dozen specialty cookies for a church fundraiser. They were excellent according to those who carried them home. Staff here was friendly and accommodating. Couldn't fairly give 5 stars, since this was my only experience, but I'll be back!
I was very pleased with this location. Tried a breakfast sUAS age, egg, and cheese cinnamon muffin. I was pleasantly surprised. The price of the food is a bit high for the quality but my overall experience was pleasant. Overall, I would recommend this location.
Use to work panera, heck I even worked this one a few times when. It first opened so I know the standards The cashier was so focused on her little joke about how many pastries I wanted in the end she didn't ring up the correct amount Good thing I checked before I left to ensure I had my 3 pasties. I could have been a pita and insisted the 3rd one be on the house since my order wasn't correct per the policy but I just paid the 3.80 and left. No real engagement even when I mentioned I use to work at Panera. Store was clean, music had good volume.
That staff keep the place clean. A bit dimly lit for the interior dining area but then i was told that customers get the best of both worlds - less light if should one prefer or full glass exterior with unfettered light. There are few tables outside the premises too. The front display of desserts and bread is well organized for impulsive decisions. The service, for dine-in, was quick and prepared exactly as illustrated in the menu. Since this place is on the commute route, it may provide another dimension to Happy Hour.
EAT! GO! SOCIALIZE WITH FRIENDS! This is a fairly new location in the Firewheel area. Clean and friendly staff. Normal Panera Bread stock items, which we are know are scrumptious. Went here during the Memorial Day extended weekend, and they were well staffed and the food was hot and good quality. Definitely give them a visit if I the area.
Usual breakfast spot on the way to work. Sometimes I order on the app and sometimes in drive thru. Very convenient! Every once in a while they manage to mess up my egg and cheese on ciabatta and put bacon. But overall nice customer service and fresh items. Coffee is not my favorite and try to get it elsewhere.
While the food was delicious, the convenience and accuracy was NOT. I ordered through Uber Eats since I do not drive. When the food arrived at the house, it was packaged perfectly and securely, but my entire order was NOT. When I called the restaurant to explain I was missing two meals out of my order, the girl was nice but the offered a credited voucher for next time. Since I have two people not being able to eat since their food was not included, that option was not helpful. The girl, Abby, suggested I drive to pick up the food but was not included, but if I was going to pick up food to begin with I wouldn’t have wasted my time with Uber Eats. And despite the fact that the website says delivery is available, it was not suggested nor offered. My husband, who has been working outside, offered to pick up the food despite having to stop everything he was doing and was inconvenienced. Again, Abby was gracious and said that I could pick out pastries to compensate for the error. But when my husband arrived to pick up the food, he was denied the pastries and only give them the food that was missing from our order. I will no longer trust in the fact that the management and staff receive or deliver my order correctly...and when Panera attempts to correct an error in order to satisfy customer, they should follow through on what was promised.
Been to the Garland location many times and have had fantastic experiences. Albeit, the last few times I have ordered the Napa Almond Chicken Sandwich, there has been significantly less chicken salad in it. Don’t know if it is new staff making mistakes, new management trying to save on food cost or corporate implementing smaller portions for the same price to compensate for inflation. Either way, the last few experiences have been disappointing when it comes to consistency. Hope it changes or we will take our business else where.
This review is for Panera and not this location. Your tomato basil bread have no flavor of basil whatsoever.....
Every time I order they never put the chips in the bag.
Ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel with a delivery and specified not toasted. They toasted it, then just THREW IT in the bottom of the bag with napkins, no pastry bag or container. The top half melted to the napkin, it was facedown in the bottom of the bag, so the bottom half was directly touching the box for the soufflé I ordered, which had touched a counter and hands of an employee, so basically they manhandled my bagel with bare hands and then ruined the top. Really boggled because I’ve otherwise had good experiences here, but very bummed this morning. Also uber eats only refunded the bagel, not the useless cream cheese I also paid for. So probably don’t order bagels for delivery.
Ordered $50 worth of food through drive through. I got the bag I didn’t check because usually no other banners forgets to put the bagels in the bag. Drive 40 mins away to the office, opened the bag no bagels. Called up, they said sorry and told me to come back for a refund. $6 I’m not worried really. But I know they used to give out refunds or gift points through the phone. Just be more careful.
So I decided to eat here because I haven't had panera and wanted to do something different. I looked at the menu and got a little excited because they had alot of good food to offer. I ordered the French onion soup in a bread bowl and when I got it they forgot the bread bowl. I asked the staff and they gave me a whole loaf to be used for the bread bowl. Got a desert pastry and it was rock hard so I just tossed that out after the fun time along them for a bread bowl. The staff seemed like they didn't want to n deal with customers other than to hand them food. I'll try them again probably and hope it's a different experiences
I've eaten at Panera many times and this trip was not very good. I went through the drive-through and got a grilled chicken BLT with avocado. The avocado was not ripe and quite hard, which kind of ruined the sandwich. Otherwise, the sandwich was ok, but the chicken was sliced in small pieces and kept falling out. I also had a blueberry muffin, which was good. On another note, the woman working the drive-through was super nice. It was not my favorite trip to Panera food wise, but the service was great.
I came here for lunch three days in a row since it’s close to where I’m working. My experience was great until my last visit. I order a 16oz cold brew lite ice with my sandwich to perk me up on my 70-hour workweek. The kid in the back made an honest mistake and gave me a small. Not a big deal things like this happens. I ask him for the correct size. He took my beverage, poured it into the right size cup, and filled the rest with ice. Maybe he was having a bad day, but it’s no excuse to take out your frustrations on a paying customer. A word to the younger generation, if you’re not happy where you’re at in life, nothing stops you from bettering yourself but yourself. Many people are still looking for work, and anyone with a steady income should feel privileged in this pandemic. I know I do.
Like others say, they left off a sandwich.
All new. Ordered the steak and white cheddar sandwich as I always do at different locations and it had so much horseradish sauce that I couldn't eat it. I told the manager and she said, "next time ask them to go easy on the sauce." I did not get asked if I wanted it exchanged for another one as that's the right thing to do. They should keep the quality the same no matter how new the employees are. Also, the place was dirty and messy. 5 coffee pots and only coffee in 2 of them. Will not be coming back to this location until that changes. Do not recommend.
I ordered a cesar salad with extra chicken and the order was wrong. No bread and no chicken. I call the manager of the place and she said I will get one for free because that is their business slang. So I go and pick it up and when I got home again the order was missing croutons and cheese. I have never had a problem with any other Panera bread. Never again ordering from here.
Routinely out of food items. Rarely able to get what I order.
I’ve frequented this location for over two years. The inside dining is not recommended. It’s not one of the better locations but it’s the closest to me. Coffee always hit or miss as to whether they have it. They’ll get it replenished but it’s 7:50 am and they’re seeming out of the light roast. Its a repeatable pattern. I dine in about once a week as I like the quietness of the place. Today I was surprised when my order was walked out to me. The past three visits, I get up and go to the kitchen where it’s been waiting to be run out. That’s a bit frustrating. I recommend the rapid order which they do very well if not the best. It’s not all bad here; it just needs a little more customer service experience. Just meet basic expectations described here in this post. This morning I walk in to see a big preparation area of a slew of stacking chairs, paneleda catering boxes, a new tack board in its packaging and other prep items staged commandeering the front dining space. Customers are talking around me about how it sends a message that they do not care about the store appearance. These folks are strangers sharing this common perception. And they’re right.
Was charged for coffee I didn’t order and they gave me bread after specifically mentioning that I wanted chips. After they gave me the coffee I said I wanted sweet tea instead and they gave me unsweet. Staff is friendly but should be paying better attention.
1 star because I enjoy the food 2nd star because they're usually ok. -3 stars because whoever made my food today sucks at their job. For mgmt, Order# 6051715881043294 on 3/17. Ordered on the app and paid for extra chicken and avocado and they didn't put it. Paid over $4 for these extras. I usually get extra chicken and this is not extra. It's like they just threw together the basic menu item without paying attention to the 3 details of the order and threw it into the bag, the bag wasn't even closed. Someone needs to be retrained because messing up this simple order is ridiculous. The customer service rep I spoke to about it seemed like they were just shooing me off the phone.
Very disappointed with my bacon turkey bravo sandwich. The cheese was no where to be found. Totally destroyed the taste of the sandwich.
The last 3 times I went to Panera, I walked out without buying anything. The menu keeps shrinking while the prices increase. I used to look forward to going, now it's almost completely off my list.
This Panera Bread has the same wonderful pastries and coffee as all do. Staff is friendly. However, they have a few issues. They are trying to keep it cleaner. Yea! As a matter of fact, they were cleaning windows with spray and a feather duster over some carry-out boxes which were open and being filled gradually. I suppose there is no other room other than the front booths for filling the carry-out boxes? Actually there was so much room at the rear of the store for packing. It's freezing back there so I hated to move there, but wanted to get away from packing boxes and loud, but friendly, manager type who was packing. And when I went to the restroom, there's a stench in the hall, not so much the bathroom itself. Sewer lines? By the way, i just heard management discussing that a guy is coming back to finish drain work. Good! Also there was delivery of linens through the front door. There is a rear door! Well, sorry Panera, gotta do it. Usually 4 stars, but not today. I'll bet back and hopefully give a better report. Photos attached.
This location cannot get a simple order correct. I'm never going there again. Last week we ordered, and they forgot my wife's drink. She had to make a second trip later in the afternoon between work calls to pick it up. Ordered again today, they remembered the drink but forgot to put the sandwich in the bag. This is ridiculous.
I ordered caffe mocha and mentioned that it’s for dine-in. The cashier acknowledged it. However, when the order came, it’s was in a to-go cup. When I asked why it’s in that cup, I was told I should have mentioned I need it in a mug! Seriously? They should have asked me my preference while placing the order. Luckily, one of the sensible employee,Michael, who I must say was so gentle and friendly, walked by and heard me and immediately jumped in and took the coffee back for rectification. The customer service highly needs to be improved. Not very attentive nor friendly enough! In addition, the hygiene level is VERY Poor. The cashier who took the order was not wearing gloves and used the same hands to hold nearby mop to clean the floor. 🥱 Never returning here again!😡
When it took over 20 minutes to get 2 bowls of soup a couple of weeks ago, I thought it must just be a fluke and the staff had an off night. But I went back in this evening, and it took 20 minutes to get 2 cups of soup. I noticed that several tables that had come in after us and had more complicated orders (which is just about anything other than soup) got their food before us. When I asked to speak to the manager, it took him a few minutes to come out, and when he did, I asked him if it generally takes that long just to get soup, to which he replied “Tonight it does.” No apology or even any attempt to correct the problem. It took him 15 more minutes to refund my money and scribble the customer care phone number and his name on receipt paper after not being able to find any business cards. This location needs some serious changes in management and customer service!
We placed a delivery order through the Panera website, which meant that our delivery should have been handled by Panera. Remember all those Panera commercials with the friendly neighbor Panera driver? We were also charged a delivery fee through Panera. I mention this because when our order wasn't correct, the manager tried to blame it all on Door Dash. If we'd placed the order through Door Dash, we would have had free delivery, known who our delivery person was, and been able to contact them about the missing items to have them fix it. Instead, since the order was through Panera, we did as the receipt instructed and called Panera to "ask a manager to make it right". There was no effort put into making it right and getting the missing items delivered to us. At first, they said they would just send us out a "customer voucher", which I'm guessing is a coupon or gift card. (Why can't you deliver the order if you are going to deliver a voucher? Why would we want a coupon or gift card for a future purchase if you're losing us as customers today?) The best they could do was remake the items and tell us to pick them up. (They swore the items had been put in the bag and checked, but there was no signature on the checkoff list and my lunch was missing.) The whole reason for ordering delivery was that we couldn't go in due to work. When I pressed for them to send the items we had ordered and paid a delivery fee for, the best they could offer was to call Door Dash and maybe they would come back to pick up the missing items. Then, she hung up. No plan to call us back after speaking with Door Dash. No real apology. So, I have no idea if I'll get my lunch. I've worked service. This is not how it's done. You don't blow off customers when you make a mistake; you fix it and give the customer what they paid for.
I know things are difficult, but my experience wasn't what i expected today. I got in drive thru line at around 10:20. Made my order and when i got to the window. They were out of one item. Which is ok. But they had me wait and pull over for my order. Just a simple sandwich and bagel. 18 minutes later they brought my food. It was cold. The coffee was cold and my order was wrong. I was already late, so i had to go. Maybe next time they will do a little better. For the price they charge... i hope so.
Ordered the 2 for, got grilled cheese and tomato soup. I had a $4 off coupon for the 2 for meals, The cashier didn’t know how to ring that up so it took $3 off not 4, and was offered a drink. I couldn’t eat it at home either, the bread was not grilled as you can see, and the soup tasted like marinara sauce! Gross!!!! I wish we could give it zero stars!!! I stopped eating here due to the quality of the food and started going back recently. No more!
I went to the Firewheel Town Center Garland location yesterday 4/4/2021. I ordered a Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich. I was very disappointed there was hardly any chicken in it and for that matter it was just the onions/tomatoes with the spread and the sandwich was cold and small (This was my favorite sandwich). I guess there cutting down on there portions and they went up on there price as well. It was not worth the price either. They don't make it like they use to and didn't even look like the picture on the menu. My husband ordered Chicken Tortellini Alfredo they said they didn't have it and then changed it to the Cuban sandwich they don't carry it anymore. WTH! So, a few months ago we experienced another situation. When they ran out of bread, soup, desserts and other items on the menu. People were walking out because they didn't much to order from. I think I will not be returning there anymore. I love this place but it's just gone down hill. Friendly staff overall.
I'm really picky about tuna salad Every other place I've gone to will let me have a sample taste. So I was really bummed and surprised when the kid at the register told no and that I'd have to purchase something first. Sorry, I just really want a tuna sandwich or salad It's all good Panera, your food is overpriced anyway!
I got charged for food twice. I order at the store on the tablets and the device started glitching, I called a manager over they said it was a problem with my bank even though it was their screen glitching. I got charged $32 and then was offered a “discount” bc the manager said it was still an issue with my bank. I want my money back for the inconvenience, my money over spent and my time wasted.
I came here the other day (using the drive through) and the lady working the speaker was very clearly not having a good day. The rudeness in her voice was matched by her lack of ability to take my order correctly. I repeated myself many times before I was sure she was able to handle her job, but instead I received nothing I asked for. Not only that, the employee working the window, told me I needed to pull out of the drive through line after handing me the bag of items I hadn’t ordered, even though no one had given me my card back or my beverage. Very very rude staff who lacks attention to the customers. For $40 worth of food, at the very least, I expect to get what I am actually paying for. Then maybe I wouldn’t have been so upset about the fact it was clear, no one wanted to be taking my order in the first place.
I ordered the Garden Caprese Melt. It was terrible - my lettuce was old and brown…. The bread was looked like it was toasted but it was wet with the balsamic vinegar dressing making it fall apart in my hands so gross and messy. I called Panera and asked for a refund but was told I would have to drive back to Panera to get it. You can see that I took only two bites of my sandwich! Not going to return back to Panera anytime soon!! Used to be my favorite sandwich place - not anymore!!
Walked in yesterday only to see no one at the counter and a woman with her small child having difficulty figuring out the self order tablets. After a while of trying they left. My wife and I stood around waiting for someone to come to the counter to attend to us. 5 min later we decided to just try the self order tablets, we then discovered why the lady before us was having trouble. The tablets weren’t taking payment, something was wrong with the card readers and they all kept declining the sales. Finally after much frustration we went back to the counter, at this point there was someone by the bread ovens who could clearly see us and when I called out for help several times to this person, they just stared at me and ran off around a corner. This was terrible service and poor management of a store. Panera I’m not gonna stand there and beg you to take my money!!!! Needless to say we left and just went to McAlister’s. Won’t be going back. Do better!
I ordered an item from the bakery and drove over 15 minutes to this location. After I pulled into the parking lot and parked into the curbside parking space, my cell phone rings. It's the store saying they do not have the item that I purchased online. When I went inside, the manager was unapologetic and not concerned at all. He simply said, "we tried to call you to tell you that we didn't have it." Not recognizing the fact that they called me after I arrived, nor an explanation as to why they have items listed on the website that they know they don't have. This is not my first experience with poor customer service and issues at this location. They are always out of most menu items throughout the day, mornings and evenings. I love Panera, however this is the closest location to me and it's by far the worst. That's the only reason I've visited the store again. When my job's office reopens, I have no plans of coming back to this location. Too bad you can't enter 0 stars.
Date of visit: August 26 Bad experience with online order for drive thru pickup. Order took 15min for app to notify the order was ready vs. 5-10 estimate. When app said order was ready, pulled up to drive thru and gave name for the order. Waited another 5 minutes for someone to tell us the order actually wasn't ready and to park and they'll bring it to us, no apology or offer to comp anything. Woman just said they were processing other orders, though nobody ahead of us in the drive thru and didn't seem busy inside. After 10 minutes parked (now 30 minutes after ordering 4 soups and a sandwich) the order was delivered. Upon arrival at home, discovered none of the customization we'd ordered had been applied (for e.g. there were no croutons for the soups). Someone didn't QA the order.
If you order carry out or drive thru, check your order for accuracy. We ordered carry out and once home, a sandwich was missing. It was a small order too! On top of that they were not busy. We called and they remedied by having the sandwich delivered via Door dash. If you really want an accurate order, go next door, your order will be accurate.
This young ladies preparing the food were very rude when we were showing them we were missing extra ingredients that we added to our plates. They were not friendly, making annoying faces to us. Plus one of them was using her phone with plastic gloves on and going back to food preparation.
Ordered a sandwich and 2 Bowls of Chicken Wild Rice soup. Received a great sandwich but only received 2 CUPS of Chicken Noodle Soup. Tried calling the store and Uber. No luck with either of them. Not the first time this has happened.
It’s Panera So to me it’s never a 5 star but you know what to expect. This location however deserves one star or less and the reason is the incompetence and unwillingness to provide good customer service. The employees are lazy. I always order on the app but using the drive through does not help and usually takes 10 min per car .. they have 2 parking spaces to direct drive through to wait for their food while it’s made .. while continuing to help those who pre ordered and only need to pick up. I have never ever seen them be used before. I have asked employees and they said the manager does not want them to use it. I think they just don’t want to walk outside so they make everyone who pre ordered wait. I went inside the other day after waiting in line 20 min They would not serve my food by pick up and said it was at the drive through window and I had to go there .. wow !!!
Chicken Bacon Rancher was terrible! This was my first and my last experience with Panera Bread
Horrible attention to detail.. no plasticware given to eat the food!!! No napkins and forgot items. Ordered pick 2 with Green Goddess salad.. was told at the window they they're out of the dressing. It would have been nice to say that while ordering.. That's like having a ceasar salad without ceasar dressing! Also, the container was skimpy at best. Filled a quarter of it. Very dissatisfied, will never come to this location again. Staff is very young and unprofessional. Sloppy and careless..
This location always does something wrong. Wrong sandwich, no sandwich, no baguettes, wrong size soup…you name it, it’s happened to me here. Every time I come it’s one of these situations. The night manager George always makes the situation right with refunds and so on, but HOW is the food coming out wrong each time? And don’t even get me started on waiting in the window at the drive through for 10 or more minutes before someone even talks to you, and it’s just to hand over your food with no good customer service. I wish I didn’t like the food at Panera so much because this location drives me crazy.
Every time I come to this branch I order an iced coffee, and every time for 6 months it is always watered down. Now I have to drive to another branch just to get coffee
Third bad experience I’ve had here. My family loves coming to Panera Bread but when they mess up you order they want to argue with you. Then you explain to them what happened and they still don’t make the food so your family will sit there enjoying their meal and they still haven’t started making yours properly. Also, the manager on duty refused to make eye contact or address people standing in line to ask for drink cups. When I asked to just refund my money and forget remaking the order, they still wanted to argue with me.
Food was ok - not worth the outrageous price we paid. Drinks were flat - highly disappointing when they're charging over $3 for a small. There is a sewer smell. Many tables look as if they have not been cleaned well. Our table and the walls around our table were absolutely disgusting. Stuff crusted all over them. Most frustrating is my kids were trying to work on their homework and the people working in the kitchen were hollering, joking around, and cursing. It was so loud, we couldn't even carry on a conversation. This used to be one of our go to places, but I doubt we will return.
My sourdough bread was so soggy with mayonnaise I couldn’t eat the bread, just the crust. There was hardly any steak on the bread and the mozzarella cheese that should’ve been melted was a blob of cold cheese, that I did not eat!!!
