I've been here many times and they never get my order wrong. I order online for a walk in and it is always ready when I show up. I specifically cant have cheese so I other my sandwiches without cheese and they always get my order correct which is so relieving. The workers are nice and always busy, the restaurant is very clean, and food comes out fast <3

Standard Dunkin drive thru location. This one is built into the side of a large gas station and truck stop, so I can get busy during rush hours.

Its a clean place with over priced coffee and breakfast items. Its still cheaper then starbucks with better quality then mcds. Its the middle of the pack kinda place.

Really like the atmosphere of the newer Dunkin's, the food is okay, but the coffee is really great.

Friendly people. Decent food. Only complaint is that my bagel was extremely hot and my egg and meat were cool.

Slow. Too slow for what it supposed to be. Sadly it started out good when it opened, but went straight down from there.

Female who seems to be working the late shift (closer) is not very friendly. She seems unhappy and seems to not like customers. Others have been great.

Don't know if anyone one else is sad about this but we just went through here yesterday and they no longer sell vanilla chai??? I don't get it the Dunkin up the street still sells it but I'm sad to find out the new Dunkin in town doesn't sell it anymore. Am I the only one sad about this? and is this soon going to be at all Dunkins? or just this particular store?

There doughnuts just were not fresh enough you can tell they have begun there a bit, and not a big selection! Step it up Dunkin, now there coffee was great, I will give them that...

They aren't the best doughnuts but they are predictable and consistent. If I want the BEST doughnuts I go to Tops Market.

Three stars this visit because of 1 employee who apparently didn't like her job yesterday. She was snappy and rude even to other employees. She was the person who made our lattes also ..need I say more about those?? I feel bad for her co-workers.

Leaving 4 stars because I love to get 2 everything bagels with butter and cream cheese and they always forget the butter. Ok changed it to 3 stars now. Still continuing to mess up my orders, this time I ordered the usual, 2 everything bagels toasted with butter and cream cheese, got my order and they only gave me 1 bagel and charged me for 1 instead of giving me what I ordered. Went Inside was brought another one, left and went to eat them, first one was perfect, the second wasn't even toasted and no cream cheese. I understand mistakes happen, Please try and do a little better. Will update if there's improvement.

A gas station Dunkin. Coffee there is lousy nowadays. Employees don't care about the job, and it shows.

I got a large almond milk chai and it was filled enough for maybe a medium. Nearly 2 inches of room left in the cup and was very light. I asked about it and said it wasn’t filled and they said “it is full, the milk is just foamy.” There was literally 2 inches of empty room in the cup. It was nearly a $7 drink :/

Got got the food out really fast. The drink took forever. After waiting a while, I look in the window and saw one of the employees playing games with the server. I don't have time to wait for employees to play games

I'm not entirely sure which dunkin this is for. The service is hit or miss, the one in Leroy insists on waiting on one vehicle at a time and not taking the next vehicles order until the transaction at the window is completed. I have mentioned this to management and they're ok with this, so they're ok with me going to Avon and not patronizing this different corporations place. I get ice coffee and 50% of the time it's how it's supposed to be the other 50% its dark roast or watered down because we are too lazy to make fresh. The same for the hot coffee, consistency varies from location to location, it depends on who is working I have discovered.

Order wasn't right, asked for cream cheese on the side and got it on the bagel. I had to ask for my donut they forgot it. The coffee my wife got tasted like something chocolate was made in the pot before they used if for coffee. This was at the dunkin' donuts in Quicklees in Lakeville, New York. PS. It took the girl forever to get her order right over the drive-thru speaker.

I just had the worst customer service experience in my entire entire life today with this dunkin. We went thru the drive thru & told the person working the drive thru that we had a mobile order & she said “okay?” like in the rudest tone & i asked if i could make a seperate order & she mumbled “well that’s complicated to do things” like are you kidding me? It honestly made me laugh from how rude she was.

Coffee is good about 1 in every 5 times I go. They can’t seem to get food right. I ask for american cheese and always get cheddar. They can’t seem to remember to put bacon on any sandwich. Bagel is never toasted. Workers are rude and slow. Coming from someone who has worked at a separate Dunkin location for 2 1/2 years, this is embarrassing for Dunkin. It’s really not that hard of a job to make things right and be nice.

I have gone there 3-4 times since they opened and I have never gotten my order right. 2 large coffees, 5 cream on the side. What is difficult about this? Apparently VERY! Well this last time I threw a major curve ball and asked for 1 of coffees to have a shot of Irish cream. This literally confused the person and literally wasted 5 cups of coffee. I will find a different place to get my coffee.

Stop in this morning for coffee and bagel breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was a 10 minute wait, and it was cold inside. Didn't get what I ordered either. The place was busy, but I've been in DDs all over the country that have been busy and service was good. You would of thought it was opening day for this store. But I was informed it opened in November last year. Someone needs to reevaluate the operation.

Looks like they tried to commit arson on my breakfast sandwich. Loved the 5 dollar brick I got to eat. Thank you dunkin.

When I was shorted one of the ice coffees the cashier said I wasn't charged and had to pay for another one . I said $12.37 for one ice coffee and four egg and cheese wraps . she said yes . Drinks are almost always made wrong when I go here, staff are rude when you try and correct them

I got a large Hazelnut ice coffee right before they closed and it tasted so bad I couldn't drink it. Like burnt coffee. I called and they said they are closed and come back tomorrow...sad.

I am recurring customer and the service is horrible , they don’t give you what you order at the drive thru ! The snackin bacon is cold and chewy !! I don’t know what’s going on but I won’t be going there EVER AGAIN!!

This is the third time I have been there and ordered the Same drink, everytime it has been wrong and tastes horrible. It's NOT that hard to make coffee the way it's ordered. My food was burnt and their munchkins were horrible.

Slow, rude, and irritating. I've been here a few times. And all of them was just because I was in a rush and didn't have time to run to the other one. I got a sausage, egg, and cheese and 2 donuts. That's it. And it took 5 minutes. A girl cut me off while I was talking (she wasn't nice about it in any way). Food was cold. And I know they can't help this but the location isnt ideal. Maybe for the people that work in the same plaza but not for everyone that drives into it. With the busy road turning into it is nearly impossible unless you want to hold up traffic, or drive down a little more just to turn around. But by that point you should just go to the other location at the gas station.

Donuts have very little filling in the cream filled ones. Sprinkles on most, dye allergy can't eat certain colored food. Dunkin donuts has Definitely changed over the past 10 years. It's too bad.

Went to the drive through on Saturday to pick up an mobile order. Received part of the order and after waiting a couple min I said excuse me to try and ask about the missing drink. Instead of responding she shuts the window in our face.

They are totally rude, wanted to add to my order, they refused. I wanted to give them more money and they refused. So I drove off and took my business elsewhere. Whenever I order online they always forget my baked goods. There are 3 other Dinkins within 15 minutes, I'll go there before I try this one again.

Who manages these places...(BOTH IN GENESEO, NY) I live in town and this is the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. Literally all over the east coast. Every time, literally every time, they are out of something, give you the wrong order, or you wait forever in the drive thru. I’d rather make my coffee at home than stop here.

Tried to go through the drive through with 2 fussy babies in the back 45 min before close and nobody replied. Proceeded to have my husband run inside to order because they were in fact open despite the silent drive through. And when he left, they locked the entrance 40 min before close (7pm). Ridiculous.

Ordered a coffee, was told they couldn't make it cause their machine was down, and was refused a refund when I told them to cancel my order. They also had the audacity to tell me they couldn't print a receipt for my order, until I asked them to give me the piece of paper they attach to all online orders (also known as a receipt), to which they begrudgingly complied cause they knew I was gonna complain, and rightfully so. Their corporate knows about their shenanigans, and is working on getting my full refund and MORE.

11/30/24 I normally enjoy the coffee here but on this day it was not that . Ordered three coffees totaling $19.35 . All three came out lukewarm at best . Sent it back to the unhappy girl at the window . Second time came out hot but they never put the flavoring into the coffees . I guess that was my punishment for complaining . Be careful of this Geneseo location as weekend staff are a problem . I plan to try Tim Hortons again .

The slowest Dunkin in the area with the most unhappy staff. Sat in line for 10 minutes waiting on an iced cold brew I ordered ahead on the app that was watered down and no longer had any cold foam at the top.

Order is always wrong, coffee never tastes like anything but water. The staff is some of the rudest women that its even been my displeasure to interact with, and the group of creepy old man that sit in the corner and shout obscenities at the college females that come in the store is frankly disgusting. Really wish Dunkin was a chain restaurant so that something may be done about this, but management in this area doesn't care and I doubt that there will ever be improvements.

I watched this lady throw a cold slice of cheese on my sandwich after cooking it. She looked around first like “is anyone watching!?!” the glazed donut sucked it was maybe 25% glazed I could not even taste it. The crossaint was not toasted either. This place has failed me like 10 times now and yet I keep coming back cuz it’s the only dunkin around. But for your own sake find another place.

I ordered a Coffee Cake muffin through the drive thru. When I arrived home i discovered that it was a Pumpkin muffin ( I don’t like Pumpkin ). If they didn’t have the item I ordered just communicate that, please don’t allow me to pay for something that I won’t eat. Drive thru worker was very impatient and kept asking anything else constantly trying to rush. Messed up our order by not giving us our drinks and had to go back for them. hashbrowns were burned and they were out of most bagel selections. Only one person was working while others were dragging around.

I ordered 2 large frozen mocha swirl coffee. They gave me 2 medium and charged me $9.78. When I questioned the price , one woman shouted "you can blame your government for that" How rude. When I got home I discovered the cups were only about 80% full. I'll never visit that store again.
