Burger King is really taking the lead over McDonald's their Whoppers are fresh are french fries are way better than McDonald's french fries and Wendy's french fries taste like dirt and they use sea salt which I think is stupid every time I go to Burger King it has been fresh and their coffee has been really good to people who I work with I do construction I got the supervisor a cup of coffee and he was surprised on how good Burger King's coffee as I think you should advertise more on how good your coffee is and everybody was really surprised on how good your breakfast was I think Burger King is taking the lead over McDonald's I think they have way better french fries and Wendy's

Congratulations pity for being kind to people even just as I treat you that man do not change that you are a nice person

Nuff said, its BK - drive through is fast and accurate. For some reason the night manager seems to get annoyed when you order too many 2 for $5 specials on their own without the money makers of fries or soda - lol. Anywho, consistent food and quick drive through.

Good experience overall. My order was cooked to order. My only gripe was in using the app they made an issue to use coupon when I got to window in drive thru.

Order inside or through the mobile app when going through the drive-through they frequently make mistakes. The food is pretty good consistently but that could be because I tended to go round the same time when I go.

I can't eat Burger King food anymore, but I do love their Hershey pie. The price for the pie is high, so only get one every 3 to 4 months.

Great if you need a quick fix. Food is consistently good and one of my favorite fast food places.

Clean location, they have a TV which was on the long island news channel, their soda is self serve for unlimited refils. Food was what you would expect for a decent burger king. Staff was friendly - they were able to scan my phone for mobile deals from the BK app without problems.

Okay, ok I got the throw back classic chicken sandwich which is actually pretty good and filling. The deal offered was 2 for six bucks. How cool is that. Ya can't beat that with a baseball bat. Get it before they change the deal. It's good. Peace.

So clean and clean. I was impressed by how clean it is. And you know what? Cleanliness is next to cleanness. And cleanness is a word. You don’t believe me? Google it. You’ll see! Once you know that I’m right you’ll believe me from that point on I assure you of that. I like Burger King‘s hamburgers. Sometimes it makes me sad when they’re closed. Why did they have to close at all? They’re open and they serve food and that’s good. Why are you not reading me a good review? You should be. That’s all.

It's BK,the home of the whopper. Good fast food place. Plenty of parking. Clean place, clean bathroom. Nice easy lounge look, with a flat screen TV to catch up on the news.

The service was fast and easy to work with. However, I had ordered mozzarella sticks and a 10pc chicken nuggets along with my usual order. When I had gotten home, i looked in the bag and i saw that they did not put the mozzarella sticks or chicken nuggets in. They instead gave my another small fries.

Need more help in cleaning eating areas. Soda machines got jammed.

Unsanitary work practices and they mess up the orders all the time.

It's decent, seems a bit under staffed. I have gotten food poisoning once from here. I don't go here anymore with Wendy's, Moe's and KFC/Taco Bell so close by.

Just commenting that the fountain drinks taste REALLY weird. I’m afraid the filters and lines haven’t been cleaned/replaced/rinsed properly. Am I drinking cleaning product or bleach?

I wasn't too pleased with the charcoal flamed whopper. I thought the burger was reheated and not freshly made and the fries were cold.

It’s Burger King. Nothing special about it. The service is poor, I went to wash my hands no soap, server fumbled my drink cup and it touched her shirt before she put it on my tray, she tossed my sauces on the tray and put cheese on something I didn’t want cheese on.

I went through the drive-thru to order a large soda. I paid them in cash (A five dollar bill and a 1 dollar bill) and Got back 2 dollars and some change. When I looked up how much large soda usually costs, it was $2.39. The amount of change given back would've been right if it was just the 5 dollar bill, but I gave them an extra 1 dollar, which they didn't give back to me. Another thing was, they didn't bother to ask if I wanted a receipt or not. And seeing receipts were usually handed to you along with the cash, we had drove away before we could've asked. (We had somewhere to be too.) Thirdly, I got a cola. When I tasted it, I thought that maybe they had given us a wrong drink or something, cause it didn't taste like cola. I realized it was because the lack of carbonation. Either the wrong drink was given to us, or the soda in the soda machines weren't being kept well enough to retain the carbonation, or they added water to the soda. Even if the ice melted and gave the cola a watered down taste, it tasted watered down from right when we got it. The time from when we ordered to when we picked up the drink was like, 30 seconds, and I doubt that ice melts or soda decarbonates within 30 seconds in an air conditioned area.

The restaurant says it’s closed at night way before their closing hours stated here. Don’t follow the hours .

Burger King is the trash bin of fast food. I have yet to be in a good one, and would eat White Castle for a week before you would catch me there buying anything besides water.

Worst burger king i have been to, slow service sat on the drive thru waiting to order at the screen for 15 minutes, had to go inside and by the time i got my food it was barley warm, absolutely awful

This location always gets something wrong. They literally has almost never gotten my order right, even the most simple order. When it has been right, the food was stone cold. I tried to give it multiple chances. Yet every time, they steal my money by giving me less food than what I order and get it wrong. Today was my last chance. I highly recommend any other local option for food.

I suggest you avoid this location at all costs. I’ve lived in the area for over 6 years. And not once have I left that place with the complete order. There’s always, and I mean always something missing or just not what I originally asked for. It also doesn’t help that nobody in there understands English very well. Idc what language people speak or understand. But when you’re handling somebody’s food, it should be required that you understand the common language your customers speak in so they don’t end up upset when it’s time to open there bag and check the order. You’re putting fries in a bag, why is more complicated than it needs to be ? Ridiculous

I stopped in for a quick croissant bac/egg/cheese sandwich meal ($8) and was shocked to open the wrapping only to find a flattened soggy “smash burger” type breakfast sandwich. The cashier was shocked that I insisted on a refund. Apparently, this location has a new prep standard of what they deem acceptable by the company.

Such a shame. I feel badly for the manager as I understand there is no competent help on Long Island but this team takes the cake! Horrifically stupid. Pay no attention as they stand around talking amongst themselves. Confused my order with another and made no apologies. Were not even busy. Just did not care. Will never be back to this one either. Seems I have to drive to CT to get an Impossible Whopper MY WAY.

This is the 4th time already out of 5 times that my order is incorrect. Either I am missing items or the food is different from what I ordered. If I ever do reconsider coming here again, I will need to double check my orders here from now on until they start providing more steady and reliable customer service.

Terrible drive through staff. This location used to be courteous and thorough but they have become rude and inattentive.Im talking about something as simple as remembering to put a straw in a bag. wake up and pay attention. People choose the drive through for a reason and should not receive sub par service because of that choice. Unbelievable!
