Its not bad, there are however some odd days. Today I asked for large drink no ice / combo meal, got a regular size with ice. After mentioning i guess it was easier to throw half away. 🫤 Since it's drive thru i can't just go back. I got places to go.

Jack in the Box, across the Valley have the best staff. Their food is always hot and tasty. The Coca-Cola has to be just right and Jack serves awesome Coke- though. One flaw- you charge WAY too much for soda. Still love ya though.

Went to the Hanford location on the morning of 8-24-24 about 7:45 and ordered two breakfast sandwiches. One was greet. The other I requested to have eggs on the side. I get 20 minutes down the road and open it to find it missing sausage. $6.99 for a breakfast sandwich it shouldn’t be missing anything. Do better.

I enjoy the food but the cook staff are too rushed and that causes inaccuracy. Hence why I find this assembly to be completely unacceptable even in a home kitchen.

Today I ordered my burgers through DoorDash and they didn't include straws in my order and the woman who served the person in charge of bringing my order was very rude.

Place was dirty, tables were sticky, no napkins but 2 tables. Service was worse. There were people working there we were standing there for 3- 5 minutes while they were walking back and forth. Finally the manager stops and says we could order on the kiosk and walked away. The food was cold sloppy and the price was ridiculous!!

Manager cooking w a staff member literally eatting less than a foot away from her while she cooks. Fries not full order a medium didn't even fill container. And half the time they will purposeful put ur order in correct then try to add stuff u never get at the window. And that's done by night shift management...

The patties of there burgers aren't worth the price that are offered I ordered the triple cheesy jack and received a pretty awful burger I'm sure it isn't the location but corporate but it was really disappointing.

Jack in the box is my favorite restaurant and I never had any issues until today. Drive thru was super packed, long lines. When I received my order I drove home and realized I didn’t get two items. I tried to calling them for 20 minutes to resolve but no one answering the phone. Wastes my time and money. Guess I’ll be going to a different fast food restaurant. *tip:double check your food before you drive away*
