I drive all across town to get my pizzas here. The best one in the area!!! Never had an issue with the food, or having things ready. This place never disappoints

Just want to say this pizza place knows,What thy are doing awesome and very well mannered. Thy are always happy and always willing to help the customer. RANDY IS AN AMAZING MANAGER WHO ACTUALLY TAKES THE TIME TO LISTEN AND NOT GIVE YOU A 1-877 number to call. Cause thy can’t help for not getting the pizza how you ordered it. The one on Morgan said call door dash about the pizza. Door dash didn’t make my pizza. ROLANDS employees DID UNLESS HE DID BAD NASTY. Hot and ready? I asked for 3 extra mostest, cashier says is not ready is a 10min wait , ok than let me have 3 hot and ready, sorry there's a wait for that too. So , what do you have ready.. cashier said , nothing , all the pizzas are in the oven . So here we are 20 mins and still waiting. But at least food was fresh and delicious

This Little Ceasar's Pizza was Rocking on Friday, at 5:00pm. The drive thru line extended out the street, now, THAT'S a GOOD sign that their Pizza is in demand, & HOT fresh baked. I parked & went in. Packed inside too, however the workers are a superb team. Service is bar none! Fast, friendly, courteous, & assuring that my order would be out, IN 15 minutes!!!! Before me was an order for 6 pizzas. What a "well oiled machine" WOW!!! These young people are Motivated by their success, baking, talking, guiding each other, & getting ALL those Pizzas prepared from scratch, and like an assembly line, not one minute waisted. I had my order, fast-fast, delicious, 3 ingredients exact, with cheese hot, oozing out, very well prepared & handed to me as if I was the most important customer there. I know good service and good food, and these guys & ladies are amazing. I gave a nice tip to the worker who helped me, because even if its a "to go" drive out place, this business is booming due to the excellent team work that makes it so!!! Try this place on a Friday night, and watch, then enjoy the most DELICIOUSLY prepared piping hot, cheesy, yummy Pizza , made exactly to your liking. By the way, I'm picky and rarely eat drive thru pizza.......well.....this place and pizza have definitely changed my mind. I love this, and savored this. I'm in!!! Fast, friendly and awesome service! You can't beat the price and the food is always good. The entire family love stopping in not to mention they are excellent for birthday parties and church gatherings in essence to grabbing something inexpensive, good and filling for a crowd. The staff is a motivated team with very High Spirits. The facility is very nice and always clean whenever I go.

I had a great visit at this location. Our pizza was delicious and hot. We got our order fast. The staff was professional and polite. Will be coming back to this location!

Quick cheap bite when feeding kids that can't wait for dinner to be cooked at home. But if you have the time, frozen pizzas take better.

Ordering was fast, but receiving the food took quite a while. Although I am sure it was because they were closing in about 9 minutes. The food was lovely.

The pizza was fresh. And it was really good. Only thing I didn't like is I waited a while and I still had to reorder at the window when I had ordered at the speaker already.

Placed app order for 3 pizzas. The pepperoni pizza was dry & over baked. The pretzel pizza with pizza sauce did not include the pizza sauce.

If you order a pizza they're awesome! The hot and readys are good but they generally don't have that fresh taste.

We enjoy the fast service and the pizza on the go. Haven't tried everything they offer but enjoy the extra cheese and pepperoni pizza. The employees were friendly and helpful. Will definitely return fir more.

Had to wait about 15 minutes for a "hot n ready". Paid 20 something dollars for 2 "hot n ready" pizzas. I thought those were supposed to be cheaper but also hot n ready too. Additionally, "Customer Service" isn't what it once was. Nowadays you're not welcomed when you enter, thanked for your service or asked to come back another day. & that's just basic "Customer Service". SMH

They've come a long way. Their pizza is much better than it use to be years ago. I think they are better than Dominos and Pizza Hut. We did a build your own with a stuffed crust and extra cheese with pepperoni.....delicious! Affordable pizza with a great taste! Who could ask for anything more.

It's ok if you need some super fast pizza for the kids. They do have wings and crazy bread which is also good. Most people love their crazy bread. I do too.

Service was good, but if you have a custom order, be prepared to wait longer than the quoted time. If you are fine with the standard hot and ready / extra most bestest pizzas they always have plenty on hand.

Fast, convenient, cheap and not too shabby. I've been to some other Little Caesars pizza's in the past and the pizza was so soggy and greasy that you could see grease puddling in the pepperoni but this one hasn't failed me yet when we don't have time to cook.

Pizza is a hit or a miss. Sometimes it is decent and others it is skimpy on the toppings or obviously hurried and looks like they just dumped a handful of toppings not really caring where they land. They have a bit of an issue with keeping track of online orders. I've gone a few times and they didn't realize there was an online order and have to rush mine; after the app told me it was ready. Employees are generally friendly and seem to try to help out most of the time. Seems to be more of a managerial issue.

I went in person to order a customized pretzel crust pizza due to the website making it unable for me to customize the pizza or order a custom pizza with pretzel crust. Since I couldn't redeem a t-mobile Tuesday app coupon for a free crazy bread with order of any pizza online due to the issue previously described, I asked if the coupon could be redeemed in store. I was told by the employee he would get his manager to come over and tell us in a moment. We waited 20 minutes for our pizzas (understandable due to the custom order) and we had to ask once again about redeeming the code. We reminded him that he said he would get the manager. The manager came over, and without trying to help simply stated that we'd have to order another pizza online. We had paid for and ordered two large stuffed pretzel crusted pizzas and she told us to buy. Another. Pizza. Horrible response after forgetting and having to wait 20 minutes for her. Guess you can't get what you want at Little Caesars.

Waited almost an hr for a regular hot and ready pepperoni pizza I order on the app. It passed the time it said it would be ready, never got an update on the app. Then when I went inside I hear the employee's just yelling and cursing. They all seem young and immature. Had to pick up my order in the counter after waiting for the next pizza to come out. Instead of the assigned waiting rack where you put the code they send you that they never bothered to update. And the pizzas were ready (the person in front of me was also waiting on an online order and had not received an update) and they handed him the pizza from their regular rack that are for regular walk ins like the person before him bought

Normally, this is my favorite LC in Harlingen... but my pizza today was just sad. I called in my order (1 stuffed pepp, 1 supreme), and when I picked it up, the pizzas were on the counter in the back. The girl opened one of the pizzas several times... idk why... but after 5 mins, I paid and was given the pizzas. 5 min later, I get home, the supreme looks great; hot, fresh, cheesy... the stuffed crust, not so much. The top was burnt, and the pizza was not even hot/fresh. The "stuffed crust" was cold that I questioned if it had any cheese at all due to its solidity. I regret not checking the pizza before leaving (something i do at all the other locations for freshness)... Hopefully, next time is better. Photo of both for comparison on how horrible the stuffed crust was.

Was craving some pizza and didn't want to spend over $20 so of course the first place that popped up was good old reliable Little Cesar's Pizza. Afterall, you can't beat the value and bang for your buck. Didn't order ahead of time, so I walked on in. Place wasn't too clean. The cashier, ha, in the middle of ordering just decided - I'm going to start talking to my co-workers. Sad, just kids though, but customer service, needless to say, was a negative experience. Pizza was good, Crazy bread hit the spot as always. That was my experience this day. Hopefully better next time.

Always Short Staffed and always never have any, "HOT N READY" Pizzas on location. Never go inside, better off going to the Drive-thru and wait in your own car seat.

This place is going down hill, idk what happened to that manager who was on the ball with everything and knew how to run a crew. Now, they park you because the pizza isn't ready even tho there's no cars. And you would expect since they park you your pizza is going to be hot, NOPE. False advertising it's not Hot&Ready! I ordered ahead of time and food was tem minutes late From pickup time. I was told it would be 5 longer i didn't want the order and was told to wait. I had no option but to wait. Not the first thing me it happens.

They always take so long, expect to wait half to an hour in the drive through everytime. It's ridiculous and the pizza wasn't well done either. One forth of it didn't even have sauce on it.

I normally get wings here and they’re ok, not like a Wings Place, but last nights wings were barely wings. They were so small and tasted like they were warmed underneath a heating lamp. Very disappointed!

We have Little Caesars a few times a month, it is usually pretty good however tonight it was awful. My pepperoni pizza was burned and the hamburger (seasoned beef) well let’s just say only had beef on half the pizza. Definitely not their best. I can order pizza from anywhere, I think I will be ordering from somewhere else next time. Between one pizza being burned and one only being half cooked and only having hamburger on half of it (which is not was ordered) this is less than acceptable. The entrance to the drive thru is TERRIBLY designed as you have to come in off a one way street & immediately go the opposing direction when pulling into it. I spent 15 minutes in the drive through & just ordered a hot n ready with bread & a drink; finally got to the window & wasn't even acknowledged for a few minutes. When I was charged, I got my drink & bread only to be told the pizza wouldn't be ready for another 10 minutes. So disappointed.

Several times I've gone and been given old, hard pizza. Or I'll ask for the Extra Most Bestest and be given a regular Hot and Ready. Once I was given semi-cold wings. Just overall poor experiences. I've started to drive out of the way to the other Little Caeser's in Harlingen.

Its nice, but I don't like how it has a higher price than the other two locations within the same city.

They have a selling strategy that I do not like!! When you pull up to order they ask you what you like...as soon as you say that you would like a "Hot and ready pizza" they say " Sorry we just put some in the oven it will be a 10 to 15 min wait..but we do have the" Extra most best pizza deal" pizzas available right now.... Cause they know when you come drive thru you want to pay for a pizza and leave in a hurry...I pull around they take the pizza to the car and I only waited about 5 min..they do this ALL THE TIME !!! So annoying.

Went to go get 2 pizzas one hot and ready the other meats I also ordered one 2-liter drink and a 20 ounce they gave me 2 hot and ready and charged me for 2 two- liter drinks then when I called they said they needed to check cameras what happen to customers always right and another thing after I told them to forget it they didn’t say bye or anything just hung up never coming here again

Waited about 25 minutes after i was told 8 minutes when i ordered. They simply forgot about me. They told me to park in the front and they would bring it out. When i finally went inside they told me I thought you didn't want it. Why would I pay and leave my pizza there.

This place is a joke. Took 41min after ordering for food to be done. A manager had to come out and see what everyone ordered. There was at least 8 other people waiting that ordered after us. My daughter wished them well and good luck as we were leaving. Get home and the order was wrong. Super disappointed

If I could put zero stars I would this store is the worst! This is the second time we have gone and have waited more than 40 mins for pizza that are "hot and ready" their staff is under trained and rude to say the least.

Has the be the slowest little Caesar on earth. The window gets priority even over online ordering. They received the order at 1210. It's 1233 and it's not even in the oven yet. Pick up time was 1236 - 1241. Doubt it's going to be true.

Bad customer service. Before I paid they should've explained to me that I was going to have to wait more than 5 minutes. Not just me the rest of the people that started to come in for their online order. Still made them wait. Bad service.

Please don't say pizza will take 10 mins and then take 30! Also, they tell you to wait in the front, they're supposed to take it to you, and then they forget! Little Caesar needs to fix those problems. Don't bother getting a specialty pizza.

This location has horrible customer service. I placed my order via the app and my order was not ready when I arrived even though I received the notification. Their was no apology or attempt to resolve the problem swiftly from either the staff or manager. Will never use this location again.

The pizza was over baked dry and the pepperoni was hard. It took me as long as it would have if I had picked it up from the drive thru.

I wouldn’t recommend this location, they stated ordering online doesn’t send them a notification so the order is never ready. email stated food would be ready by a certain time and I still had to wait another 15min.

This location is horrible. Over an hour for a pizza I ordered online. No one in the establishment seems to care if you are in there. Second and last time I order from here. The last time was a horrible wait too but I thought that was due to the football game. I guess not.

I don't usually post a review and I consider myself a patient person but the wait time for my order was ridiculous. I sat in the drive thru for at least 30 min just to order 2 hot and readys. Not so ready today I guess. The line inside was just as awful. It's a Sunday evening about 530. Terrible

Do NOT order from here. Whomever is the franchise owner needs to have their franchise pulled from them. This location is run horribly and consistently produces subpar service and food. The personel are incompetent and lazy. But with no oversight, manager, ever seen at this location it should come as no surprise that this is the case. If you are expecting the level of service and quality of product from the locations previous personnel, when they were next to office depot, then you will sadly be mistaken. This is the third strike and I will never order from this location again. You should go to the Morgan location. It looks a lot oder but they know how to run a business with pride of service and a quality product. I've tried several times to give them the benefit, at the Harrison location, of the doubt but over the last three months. I've had about six orders and each has failed to meet a baseline of goodness. My last order from today was a reheated pizza that also got trash from previous pizzas on it. No one answered the phone after multiple tries. I will be contacting little ceasers hq and complain to them. Have A Nice Day.

So I accidently ordered from here again last week. And absolutely nothing has changed. It took 45 minutes for my order to be ready. Which was on top of the 20 minutes that the original order. But it's still exactly the same. Poor leadership, bad customer service, and an utter lack of understanding on how this place is still in business

Placed online order @8pm and did not get any updates on online app. @845pm I decided to go the the store, walked up to the counter (4 people were just standing around doing nothing) expecting order to be ready-not! Spoke to the guy at the counter and he states, sorry we are just now placing your order in the oven! So, I did not get my order until 920pm. Unacceptable, you lost my business (lazy punks)!

Orderred my pizza online 45 minutes prior and still wasn't ready for pick up. Had to wait 20 more minutes until it was ready. Horrible service!, this is the only pizza restaurant where they take an hour or more to even cook a pizza. There was no apology given at all. This is why kids should not be working in the kitchen. I guess when you hire slow employees, you get mediocre performance.

I attempted to call and pre-order my meal….I was left on hold for over 10 minutes. I attempted to call back and could not get through…the staff is consistently clowning around inside and doesn’t bother with good customer service. I’ll just drive from Harlingen to La Feria to purchase my pizza from here on in. I’d rather spend the extra $$$ and time driving out of my way to a place that actually provides great tasting food and good quality customer service.

I came by they were not busy at all and said there was a 35 min wait for a regular hot and ready which makes no sense . I don’t know if they do that on purpose, just to make more sales or what but this is the third time in a row. They need to be prepared. I don’t know what they call it hot and ready for for nothing

I love Little Caesars, I'm from Michigan ffs. I was all about the original $5 Hot N''Ready. But this had me doubting ever going there again. Lady at the drive thru window clearly hates her life, wouldn't answer or verbally acknowledge anything I said to her. It was pretty aggravating to receive such nasty attitude when I just politely ask for napkins. Thank God she gave me some, because the pizza was almost pure sauce, had heavy gobs falling from every vomit inducing slice . My wife ate 1 piece and proceeded to dry heave the next 1/2 hr. Really a shame, it hurts me to post this. But if I don't share with my fellow "caesarians" how will that lady Gremlin ever learn anything?

Such a shame that this Little Caesar's is so poorly run now! When they first moved to the new location, pizzas came out well-cooked and carefully put together - and immediately! Now, we're LUCKY to not be asked to wait. And the pizzas/crazy bread we usually receive are undercooked with skimpy sauce on the pie itself. There are far better locations to frequent. This location has lost my family's business.

We called to order fresh pizza and they gave us pizza that was probably sitting there for a while because it was stiff and old. When we ordered they didnt even know their own menu and we freaked out because we always order the same way. How could she not know their own menu?The service is bad and they never answer the phone when u want to place an order. U should hire a new crew.

Hello! I placed an order for a store on Harrison! (Harlingen Texas) order number 825. I’ve had so many issues with this specific store. Very old pizza was given to me. I’m talking dried out! I have placed an order and called 10 times with no answer before. Most recently(today) January 24th at 314 pm, I placed an order. I called multiple times until I reached someone to cancel. The employee told me she could not refund me or cance my order? That I had to do it online. Which was not available to me or I would have done that. She told me to go pick it up. Again I told her I needed it canceled. She continued and I asked T speak to a manager. She told me she was the manager and I quote “I already told you to come pick it up”. We went back and forth, I am not picking it up. I need it canceled and refunded. While I was asking questions on how else to get that processed, she hung up on me. I was still talking. I called back and she hung up on me another 2 times! Finally I got an answer and she would not provide her name to me at all. She was very rude. I told her I had all day to find out her name. When she finally provided it, she yelled it at me. Apparently her name is Felicia. Again she hung up on me. I need something done about this ASAP. If this is how y’all’s business is run, it’s very sad and unprofessional.

Ordered just a regular cheese pizza with some wings and got the most nastiest pizza! Was so salty all around the crust with actual salt and there was NO tomatoe sauce! Top of that we were missing a chicken wing.. Unfortunately I couldnt take it back cause it was pouring rain and was already home. What a disappointment..

We went through the drive thru to order a pizza at around 9:30 p.m. on a Wednesday. It was slow, no customers. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and the young woman (who was clearly under the influence of drugs because I could smell the weed and alcohol on her breath) rudely told me it would be a 13 minute wait, so when I responded that I didn't mind waiting, she then stayed silent and changed it to "We don't have any cheese". Wait what? You're telling me you ran out of cheese 3 hours til close? Not to mention the other employee in the back was playing some rap music cussing out and talking about how she couldn't wait to smoke another "BIG FAT BLUNT" once she got off work. S..M...H 😒

Horrible service...we never got acknowledged at the drive through (7 minutes). When we got to the window the girl asked what we ordered and we explained to her that no one ever took our order. We then went ahead and placed the order with her and she told us to drive to the front of the store and she would bring the order out to us shortly. We waited over 30 minutes and two other vehicles pulled up and got their orders before we did. I had to get off and asked what the hold up was and no one knew what was going on, I then got upset and asked for my order and the manager then gave me a refund and still gave me my order...it's not about free food, I am happy to pay for my meal but have some organization and train your employees better and have them know what you guys have in inventory. I had asked for a "cherry" Pepsi and was told they did not have any...when I went inside I saw at least 5 of them in their refrigerator.

Ordered a cheese pizza right now 12/31/2022 and there’s cheese missing all from the center.

Order was placed, was not told there was a wait time. Waited over 30 minutes for a pizza. Attpted 3x to call, but the phone just rang and no one answered. There were no walk in people, and no one in the drive thru to say they were attending someone to not be able to answer the phone. Walked in to inquire how much longer. They just stood there and acted like they didnt see me at the counter. Once they decided to acknowledge me, I kindly asked how much longer was it for the pizza. The lady was very rude. I will NEVER go to this location again.

First time at this place I went through the drive thru. They said it would be a 12 minute wait and to pull up in front.. No big deal.. But after waiting over 20 minutes I had to come inside and get my own pizza. No point of the drivethru if i need to get down. The second time I called it in to carry out. Went to pick up and they couldn't find one of my pizzas and told me they may have given it to another customer and would make a fresh one. Keeping the other "warm". After waiting 20 plus minutes again AFTER i called it in my pizza already came out. Then pulled the other one out of the warmer after it was made over 30 minutes ago this point. The cashier tried to make it right and offered to give me a free crazy bread.. he turned around to grab me a crazy bread there weren't any and said it would be a least 10 more minutes for more if I wanted to wait. RIDICULOUS. They were more efficient at the smaller location.

This location is full of incompetent, lazy, and rude employees. Called in an order for 2 pizzas and was told it would be 10-12 minutes. 30 minutes later and the order had not been started and was meet with employees that just made excuses all with a rude and entitled attitude, not to mention an empty waiting area and empty drive thru lane. Not one person was wearing a hair net and the place looked like no one had been keeping up with routine cleaning. Run from this place and management really needs to evaluate their staff and clean house on lazy employees. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

Absolute horrible experience every time I go there. All the other locations I've been to have always been significantly faster and efficient. I waited 35min in line before me and my children lost patience with this location and went else where to get food and had our food drove by the same spot and only 2 vehicles had left. For a place that sells hot and ready pizza they're absolute garbage at being efficient for a low population city with more than 1 location here. (The other location does a great job by the way) better off going to Domino's better pizza and faster service. Hopefully the company does something with this location on Harrison and puts some pep in their step. 35mins in line that's worse than waiting in line at whataburger.

Wasted 45 min. Pizza was super thin. Ordered extra most bestest well done. The pizza was so thin most of the center was soaked in grease. The bottom was soggy. I called them and told them I needed a replacement. The girl on phone was nice but after I return the pizza the second was the exact same way. I got a refund and went to whataburger. It was obvious I was unhappy. Each time at window was a new person. Never had problem before. Only guess is new guy making crusts. Could have been salvaged if someone had said sorry we'll make sure it's right. Tried it again. Mistake. Ordered well done. Waited 10 min like they said and it was just a regular super white pizza. Told cashier and she took it back and 4 min later gave another pizza that looked exactly the same.

I order them online to do a pickup, I'll give them an extra 10-15min more than the time it says it should be done. I still end up having to wait at least 20 minutes for the pizza to even be put in the oven. Waited 15 minutes to be attended to. My pizza was ready the whole time just not put in the portal. The building is nice though.

First time ever leaving a restaurant review, but felt compelled due to how awful this place is. I ordered one regular hot n “ready” pizza and nothing else, and had to wait nearly 25 minutes for it. There was also a long line of customers waiting an absurdly long time for their orders. As I was waiting I walked in because I assumed they had forgotten my order, to which I heard an employee frantically calling someone, I assume the manager, on the phone complaining about how overworked they were and the long line of angry customers. Shocked by the poor management, I recommend driving to another location, you may just get your order faster.

The experience I had at this Little Ceasar's location was awful. From trying to get somebody to answer the phone to going through the drive-thru for a hot n ready. By the looks of previous reviews nothing seems to improve. Not surprised because Little Cesar's doesn't even have anybody responding to the comments from customers that have had unpleasant experiences at their establishment(s). Gives the customer a feeling of "I don't care " about correcting customer service enough to get repeated cusomers for themselves.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at Little Caesar’s on Harrison Ave. After placing a large order at the drive-thru, I was instructed to park out front and wait for my order to be brought out in less than 10 minutes. However, I ended up waiting for nearly 45 minutes, which is unacceptable for a fast-food establishment. When I finally decided to check inside, I discovered that my order had been sitting in the warming oven for almost 30 minutes, completely overlooked by the staff. To add to the frustration, my chicken wings hadn’t even been prepared yet. The indifference shown by the staff was astounding. There was no apology for the delay, and they seemed completely unbothered by their mistake. When I suggested a small compensation for the inconvenience, like upgrading my 20oz soda to a 1 liter, the staff flatly refused, showing a lack of consideration for customer satisfaction. This experience was not only a waste of my time but also a clear example of poor customer service. The staff’s unapologetic and rude attitude was very disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve service quality and staff training. Customers deserve better, especially when they choose to give their time and business to an establishment.

ORDERED A THREE MEAT PIZZA . BUT THEY DIDN'T EVEN CUT IT , JUST TOSSED IT IN THE BOX & HANDED IT OUT TO MY DAUGHTER,, NOT ONE SINGLE CUT ON THE PIZZA , THEY WERE NOT EVEN BUSY, THAT I HAD TO WAIT UP FRONT FOR MY ORDER

Went for a Detroit style pizza and got an uncooked pizza. Dough was not fully cooked. Tried calling and they have the phone off the hook.

I know its late at night when I stopped by . But when I orders my food one pizza was fine but the other pizza was dark, alittle over cooked and also looks like it has been sitting there for a while. I don't like giving any bad review but this is not right, I understand like I said its late but this is not right when I pay $16 dollars for 2 pizza that im expecting to look decent but get home and see this. Please do better this is the second time ive gone and had a bad service .

As much as I tell them I don’t want sauce with my breadsticks, they still charge me it. And when I tell them I didn't want the sauce, they make it seem like it’s an inconvenience to refund the order and make a new order. Horrible customer service. Always charging me for more than I’m asking for.

I was in drive-through. They had me wait in the front of the restaurant for my pizza . I waited for over 20 minutes never came out. I had to go in and get it myself and it wasn’t even fresh . The staff Working on Sunday 11/30/25 We’re horrible horrible customer service. I wasn’t the only customer that went in for their own pizza , cause they had been waiting too long as well .

This place used to be the best, now it's horrible!! I specifically asked black olives on my thin and crispy supreme! No black olives again. This is the second time this has. I told the associate, I had asked for black olives. And she just said, "Oh it doesn't come on the supreme" No more, I give up.

Waited in drive thru for literally almost 10 minutes for just a ranch and buffalo ranch because girl never wanted to come, and she was so rude, no reason to work there if you don’t like your job, very ugly service, she should work at McDonald or something makiing the food

I ordereded a Detroit Style Deep Dish Supreme pizza and got half supreme and half pepperoni deep dish that wasn't even fully done cooking. The center was just raw dough. The only thing they did to make it right was offer a 25% refund from my order. Absolutely unacceptable! They need to stop hiring people that don't care about what they send out on delivery orders.

If I could give it no stars I would, thee worst location I have ever been too. The service girls were too busy on their phones to realize I was standing in line on top of that I waited on the drive thru lane 5 mins before walking in. This location needs to rethink on who they hired.

The employees are slow, rude and don’t care. They watched us at the counter for over 7 mins before someone helped us. Pizza was dry. We ordered online to avoid lines and still took over 10 mins

Pizza had brush bristles baked into it. Employee Oscar and Manager refused to answer to where the bristles came from and had pizzas falling on the floor. They weren’t trying to dispose of the pizzas either. Trash.

This place overall sucks. Too many little kids. Where are the adults. My order was messed up several times. This location is by far the worst. The manager needs to hire new employees and fire every single one of these kids. Really!! My pizza was so thin and nasty and puffs were so disappointing, and Burnt. Let’s not forget how hard they were. The sauce.. where is the sauce. Is there a low supply or what’s up, because it was also dry as hell.

This is the second time we have takeout at this location and there is no sauce in the pizza. I just paid $17 for a supreme and no sauce.... and this piece is the size of 25% of the pizza, smh.
