This place was great! The staff was very friendly and greets you as you walk in the door. They had a huge variety of different food options! Definitely vegetarian/vegan friendly. Nice and clean and the food was extremely yummy! Especially the bread that came with the salad!!! It was fresh and amazing! They do change their menu, so what you may have ordered a month ago may not still be on the menu. But don't worry, it will come back! My husband loves the Tuesday bagel deal and their bagels are definitely worth it!

Breakfast sandwiches were not marked on the provided sticker so they had to be opened to see what they were and be distributed. Why have the sticker if you arent going to use it? Also, when I asked if there were napkins in the sealed bag, person at the window snapped "yes" at me and slammed the window shut.

The food is good. The staff is nice. The app makes purchasing food on the go, super easy and you get special perks and rewards. Def recommend the Madagascar vanilla almond cold brew & the kitchen sink cookie.

I ordered a asian sesame chicken salad. It had NO chicken, NO sesame seeds. The only ingredients were iceberg lettuce and some wonton crispy noodles.

GET THE TURKEY BRAVO Sandwich w/ a cup of WHITE CHEDDAR MAC! It’s my comfort meal! I like Panera because their sandwiches are fresh and perfect for summer. Recently, I tried the Chicken Noodle Soup and Caesar Salad a.k.a The Duet. The soup was amazing, I’m never buying the store-bought Panera soups again! Always get the soup here! The salad was a bit disappointing this time around, not enough dressing was provided which made the salad quite bland. It wasn’t bad, but definitely not their best salad preparation. The guy at the window was nice, he brought me my order quickly. Inside is pretty calm, although I don’t ever eat inside as it’s pretty small and seating is cramped. Take-out is the best option for me. Also, the drive-thru is pretty fast so it’s never a bother. There’s plenty of parking out front and this location is near the Florida hub of stores and other restaurants. It’s not too far from The Hampton and other hotels.

Horrible experience! I ordered a Napa sandwich just to get like 5 Tony pieces of chicken. Honestly, every bite it was just bread and tomato . Plus the lady on the drive thru was beyond rude.

Decided I wanted to order through the app to make everything a little easier, turns out I was completely wrong. I got to the drive thru speaker and the lady asked me if I was using the app or not (already seeming to have a attitude) so I responded with “yes I will be using the app” she then asked the last name of the order in which I gave her the last name. When I got to the window it took about 2 minutes to open the window (not too bad) but she had a huge bag in her arms asking if I was another order but I couldn’t understand the last name she was trying to implicate. This is a tragic looking little white lady with glasses. Understandable as to why she had an attitude. Then I said couldn’t understand you can you please repeat, she then repeated it and I still couldn’t understand “is it blank (another persons last name)” I said I still couldn’t understand she then gets frustrated and says with the most attitude “what’s the last name for the order” as if she didn’t already ask me that at the speaker. So I reciprocated the energy SHE gave off and apparently my order wasn’t even made. (The receipt on the bag that was supposed to be ready 5 mins ago said ordered at the time I arrived at the window) another lady comes out I assume the manager since she wasn’t giving me eye contact and was trying to keep it professional then gave me my food. I said “thank you” and she just closed the window. All this because your workers couldn’t do their job right… at this point it doesn’t seem like they even like their job and need to take it out on customers instead ☠️. I shall be taking my service at other places like chipotle since the pickups are seamless there. Moral of the story come here if you want to get treated like a nuisance.

All their food is hospital premade food. Look on TikTok and there's a viral video showing how they never clean where the food goes, and food is heated up in a plastic bag. This is a location issue, it's a Panera bread issue. I'll never eat or support a business selling premade glop

Wow, this is the only Panera bread I’ve ever seen that barely has a four star reputation and the staff are definitely the reason why. What a rude lady that wouldn’t fill the dipping sauce container for a new sandwich they offer. We liked it the other day and just wanted enough of the dipping sauce for it. Then gave us one spoon for three soups. Like for real? How rude, it’s okay though, we have spoons here, and really, we will find elsewhere to go. Your food may be decent but your customer service is very lacking.

This site cannot handle catering orders 100+. They will bump your order if someone they deem as "more important" orders after you. They promise a delivery time then they ghost you after several confirmations if they are unable to deliver on time. When you order food for a morning meeting it's expected at the prearranged time. The food arrived over 30 minutes late and cold. The manager refused to accept calls on this matter and there has been no response from corporate. This is not the first time they fell through on a catering order. "Fool me once shame on you...fool me twice shame on me". Will not be ordering here again.

Went in at 10am. No bagels - actually only two types; plain and sesame only ( even just a very small number). Coffee was also cold. Lobby "sticky;" uncleaned. When asked if they had jalapeño begals, was told it was discontinued. This wasn't the first time, but the third. There is no delivery to the tables and you don't know if your order is ready until you go to the counter in check. Worse Panera we been to.
