Awesome food. Always a good deal on meals. Friendly service. You can't go wrong. They have the best chicago hot dog and italian beef. Yum!

The food was very good. My kids really liked their food. The services was very good especially as there was only one person working. The atmosphere was so so, there was a person in the place who was non stop coughing and I get it, people get sick or have issues/things going on, there could be so many things but he didn't even cover his mouth, that was a little icky. I would go back.

I love this place, good variety on the menu, decently priced, always friendly. I come here often and have never had a bad experience.

Background I’ve been going to Flippy’s since around 2017, and it’s one of those places I keep coming back to when I’m in the mood for comfort food. Food My usual order is a hamburger with fries, and I almost always try to take advantage of their daily specials like Euro nights or fish Fridays. The flavor has always been great. Can it be greasy? It can be, depending on what you order, which honestly comes with the territory. Not every item is loaded with grease, but if you order a burger, you should expect a little. The food is made fresh, and when it’s hot, it’s really hot, which makes a big difference. Atmosphere The restaurant has a cool, laid back vibe. It’s always clean, there’s usually a place to sit, and they often have a TV on. It feels like a classic neighborhood spot. Service The staff is friendly and generally fast, and order accuracy has been very good overall. On the very rare occasion something hasn’t been quite right, they’ve made the effort to correct it, which I appreciate. Delivery and Takeout I mostly order delivery, and that experience can be hit or miss. Sometimes the food arrives piping hot and perfect, other times it feels like it sat a bit before being delivered. If you want the best experience, dining in or doing carryout is probably the better option, especially during busy hours. Pricing Pricing can add up depending on what you order, but it makes sense when you factor in portions and quality. Specials definitely help. With my budget, if I’m planning on treating myself to a good, homemade type meal, Flippy’s is usually one of the first places I think of. Final Thoughts If someone asked me about Flippy’s, I’d tell them it’s more of a great dining experience than fast food. Your food is made fresh, not pulled from a warmer, and you can tell. It’s the kind of place you go when you want a solid, sit down style meal without dressing it up. If I’m in the mood for a really good burger and fries, or a solid fish fry on a Friday, Flippy’s is usually my first choice.

Gyro was quite tasty, definitely not oily like some people mentioned. The reuben was decent, a couple tough spots but tasty. The fries were delicious. Burrito was ok, nothing special. Reasonable prices, helpful staff.

Lots of food options to choose from. Good value and nice staff.

We recently relocated to Burlington and were in search of a new lunch spot when we discovered Filppy’s. Our experience was exceptional. I ordered the Italian beef, which was flavorful and well-prepared, accompanied by crispy fries that complemented the meal perfectly. My wife opted for the BLT and was equally impressed; the bread was toasted to perfection, and the ingredients were notably fresh. This was our first visit, and we left with a strong desire to return and explore more of the menu offerings. Highly recommended!

We were a group of 5. We waited an extended amount of time to receive our food. The gyros, cheeses burgers and fries with cheese were delicious. The restaurant was clean but could use updating.

Vienna beef with rosen buns. The fries had an odd after taste. The pop was in a small cup, not filled to the top, no refills. This is sad as there is very little cost to fountain drinks.

But the toilets and sink are clean so that's nice. I think it's good pricing for what the food it. Not great, not terrible, right down the middle.

So we came in here to check out the Italian beef and the chicken (the two items we would have catered). Unfortunately before we got our food my wife said we are not patronizing this place. Reasons: The gentleman (he was friendly) taking our order was wearing a Trump 2028 hat and Fox news was blaring from the TV at the noon hour. I can't argue with that, since we are both business owners and would never put our political beliefs "in your face".

I think your charging the wrong sales tax made two purchases and the tax is over 9 percent. Update called owner and stated I made two purchases one credit card and one cash was charged the same sales tax. I had stated you have to itemize your sales receipt to show that credit card fee..not lump it as a tax, decieiving the consumer. If it were posted in the establishment or on the menus I would have paid cash easily. None of the employees working seemed to care about that issue.

4 piece fried chicken dinner under cooked that didn't have a breast pretty much raw French fries. The only thing that was decent was the bread. It wasn't hard this time.
