They rush you in and rush you out. I don’t know what happened to the older woman who used to work here, but the two younger ladies behind the counter don’t really care about anything except getting your sandwich in your hands and getting you out the door I actually wanted to buy two sandwiches and a dipper. I gave my first sandwich order and then she immediately went to the woman next in line and asked her what she wanted. So I walked out with my sandwich and I’m going to find food for everyone else.

Ice machine busted, no ice tea available. Put "sauces" on the bread first instead of last, so bread is soggy, damn oven beeper constantly going off, been to many subways, this one is just bad IMO

Bad servicing skills w the lunch time ladies, they run things the way they want instead of doing it the way the manger would like it. For example they make everyone’s order all together & then charges everyone when done making everyone’s order. Wastes my lunch time and got a soggy sandwich afterwards 😖

I ordered for catering. Showed up and they stated they did not make my order. We confirmed that this was the correct store location. The woman working proceeded to argue and would not quickly make my order as I was the only customer in the store. I had called customer service through ecatering and they refunded my money but advised that the store owner did receive my order but did not process the order. Very poor customer service and would not work with me to make it right. Left empty handed to my event and had to go to another restaurant for quick catering since I was the one having to pick up food for our event. Very stressful and absolutely ridiculous.

8/8/24 6pm- only lady working there has bad customer service. There's a picture advertising chicken salad on a sub or wrap..she said at that store only wraps no sub, I mention is advertised. I order and when it was time to pay, I told her I had a coupon, she said that store doesn't take paper coupon only online discount. I asked her how she said she didn't know. I looked online but it didn't give me option. So I told her I couldn't figure it out and that I would pass. She said next time ask first. I think they should put a sign on their door "no coupon accepted ". While there a costumer ask to use the bathroom to wah her hands before eating and she bluntly told her"no" another costumer asked if not to late to add vinegar&oil in his sandwich and she said too late as it was such an inconvenience. I would say 0 stars for her customer service & their own rules. No longer using that subway store.

Hercules online hours said open till 9:30. I got there at 8:25 and door locked. Pinole online said open till 9:00. It was 8:40 and store was dark. Rodeo online said open till 9:00. It was 8:50. Store was open, very clean and great, friendly service. The server's beautiful attitude made up for my frustration at the other two stores.

She says some lie about corporate making them charge it as a philly. The philly is $2 more because it comes with extra cheese. Which she didnt put on or tell me about even though i specifically asked why is it $2 more when I can clearly see its $11.99 on the menu? Yeah its only $2 but its the principle. Pretty pathetic to be scamming your customers for pocket change like that. Money must be tight for the owners.

Terrible service, veggies are not fresh, bread was overdone. Put an unripe avocado on my sandwich. They pile ingredients in the middle of the sandwich rather than spreading it out. Could barely eat my sandwich. Never coming back.

Their service is terrible if I had a choice I would rate it zero stars! , the employees there are sloppy and don’t pay attention , one of the ladies shoved in my sandwich without even asking if I wanted it toasted . Why does this business even exist!!!
