I dont know how this place is still operating. Customer service is horrible especially the Hispanic man preparing food. I asked him for a knife and he acted like the world was coming to an end. They weren't busy so his reaction was very unwarranted. Very unclean and sticky floors!

Ordered what used to be the tried and true Fuji Apple Salad. The lettuce was wilted and even rancid if I may use that description. Chicken poor quality and not how I remembered it. Seems they used lunch meat instead of fresh roasted chicken as previously. Will not get this salad again.

So disappointed in this location tonight. I usually visit this location during the day and clearly the service is better in the morning and afternoon. I ordered a Fuji apple salad and the salad has zero pecans and zero apple chips. Thank goodness I added avocado and an egg or this would basically be a bagged salad I could have picked up from anywhere. And why is the caprese melt so sloppy. Again, I've ordered this before and have never received it with sauce all of the bread. So annoyed and definitely wishing I would have looked in the bag and unwrapped the sandwich before leaving the restaurant.

Worst customer service out of the many Paneras I have been to. Major attitude from the lady with glasses. Looks like she doesn’t want to be taking orders. I should have waited for the other young lady who looked much more pleasant to deal with.

5 stars to the lady bussing tables. My concern with this location is the staff. There were 3 young adults probably under 20 yo, and the woman bussing the tables. NOBODY working the front wanted to helped me, they all looked at me and went back to making sandwiches and cutting meat. I waited, looked around for a kiosk machine, thought about ordering thru my phone, asked the woman cleaning “how to order” and she pointed where I was standing and said “yes” then waved at the staff behind the counter and I had to ask them if I can be helped. Then she said “hold on I’m coming” got to the machine and looked at me. The entire experience felt negative and if this location shuts down too, it’s cause of the staff. The cleaning lady was very nice, even after I ate and needed a bowl to go, I went searching for her because, once again, everybody behind the counter acted like they couldn’t see me.

I was not happy with the service I received from the person who took my order. I feel they do not go the extra mile to make me feel happy with my order, every time I asked for something extra it seemed like it annoyed her…my 2 daughters work with the public and I know and have heard of the right and wrong way to make a customer feel good after service has been rendered

Worst location in the city! Didn't give me all of my order but it was too late to make it right because they closed. Also, preserve two chicken noodle soups and one was nothing but the broth and filled half way. So disappointing. Panera bread has really gone downhill.

You order a rapid pick up for your Sip club membership And they leave an empty cup on the pick up section. They also mark your order is ready for pick up, but you still have to wait for them to actually get your order ready. I guess they’re just trying to beat the clock.

I stopped by on a Sunday around 3:00 p.m. hoping to purchase a dozen sesame bagels, but unfortunately only three were available. I understand Sundays can be very busy, so I just wanted to share my experience regarding availability.

This was my first time in Panera and I told the cashier that as well. I wanted soup in the bread bowl. She explained how they cut the hole in the bowl and put the soup in. When I got home the soup was in a cup and the bread bowl had a circle cut out only on the top not even a hole for the soup. I see the pictures and this is not it. Plus this is a cup not a bowl of soup for $9.00. I am so disappointed. I ordered an Asian salad which I am glad I did because it was the only thing that was appetizing!!

We ordered the whole Ciabatta Cheese Steak and after a few bites notice there is barely any meat in the sandwich. This will be our last time here at this location. Customer deserve to get what they order, not plain bread and little cheese on it.

We decided to eat inside after placing our orders to go because normally the atmosphere is very nice. Or so we thought, once we got our food and sat down to eat it’s where it went downhill. We were met with the kitchen staff talking down on a worker that was apparently making mistakes on the order to go. A Hispanic woman was helping pack up orders/prep them and was talking loudly to a girl saying she is messing up the orders. She didn’t stop there, she kept telling her, clearly unleashing her anger towards her. Which is never right, regardless of what happens, one should be respectful and professional towards others. That didn’t stop there, she kept going at it, but decided to speak in Spanish. Which I understood, and it’s never okay to talk about someone especially in another language that they don’t understand. That was not handled the right way, unleashing in front of customers, made us lose our appetite. Do better, be nice to one another. We are humans, bound to make mistakes. We can grow and learn from each other as a team. Not belittle them. Disappointed.

Will start with saying I love Panera but today I was deeply disappointed and infuriated by the lady who appeared to be the leader for the shift. When reaching for my order I immediately noticed the way the Spanish lady spoke to the lovely lady who was just trying to do her job with bagging the orders. Not only was she belittling and insulting her but to have to talk about her in Spanish made it worse. Having your leader speak about you in a language where you don’t speak or understand is horrible. It doesn’t matter if she was not understanding how to do her job, people need guidance and respect and having her speak to her the way she did today made me lose my appetite. Can’t imagine what she says or does behind the scenes if that is what she displays for Panera customers to witness, poor worker for having to endure it. Could not stay and continue to hear it anymore and decided to take my food Togo. So disgusted and disappointed.

This place is disrespectful and disgusting. They see a line of people/families and continue talking in the corner don’t even take our order until I said “is someone going to take our order” the family behind me ended up leaving because they felt disrespected by being ignored! This establishment needs better staff. They get paid to ignored customers which is sad

9/15 here at 8pm the Caucasian, heavy set lady with glasses about 5ft with reddish hair. Picks and chooses her customer service approach. Very short and rude with me after I patiently waited. Great customer service makes a huge difference.
