Not only does this place have great bagels, but their service is amazing! They were very friendly and quick in store, but when I left my wallet in the store before traveling back down to DC (where I live) their staff went out of their way to find a manner in which to contact me and ship my wallet back down to DC. I will definitely be returning!

Fast service (order at the back before paying). Nice selection of spreads and meat — lettuce, onions, cucumbers complimentary. These guys make a damn good bagel sandwich.

The bagel, lox, cream cheese (I asked for it on half per my personal preference), service, staff friendliness, music, wifi, and seating were all great. Just what I needed. This is a gem in NYC by the train/bus/megabus/etc stations. Enjoy!

Fantastic Bacon Egg and Cheese. Fast and good value

We ordered ahead of time online. Everything was ready gif pick up and the food was awesome! Fresh and delicious. I had heard about how everyone has the breakfast sandwiches on rolls and it did not disappoint. Soft and delicious with the crispy bacon egg and cheese. Also the staff was super friendly and courteous. We will go back for are next trip.

This is a cute small bagel shop, you can sit in and eat but it was a little tight so I took my food to go. I was able to place my order and didn't have a long wait. I got the turkey bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel and coffee with extra cream and sugar and everything was delicious. I love that my food stayed hot and my coffee extra hot as I walked back to my hotel to enjoy it.

In and out shop with a lot of options for cream cheese. The bagels were great, toasted well with good proportions. The coffee was good too, wish I'd order larger.

Love this place. Prices are good considering being in Manhattan and on 34th. Street, service is good, everything is fast so you don't lose time. The workers are great and easy to deal with. Small cozy place to have quick breakfast or lunch. I recommend to anyone.

This place is a hidden gem. The bagels were super fresh. We had the blueberry and everything bagel. They have quite an assortment of creme cheese. Will definitely visit again!!!

Bagels were really good (ordered cream cheese on whole wheat), the place is suuuper comfy and nice. Wide selection of food and snacks and even some over the counter meds if I remember correctly). First time ever being in NY and this was a cute local place to have breakfast in. I wish to go again sometime.

BEST BAGELS in NYC. My friends and I got 12 bagels to share (8 people) and the owners were extremely helpful and understanding when we had a small misunderstanding regarding the price. We were all blown away by the incredible taste and quality. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place

So this place is amazing!!! We came in eating day after day when visiting nyc and these guys delivered it ! Fresh Bagels, lots of options to fill them with, spreads, sausages, eggs, vegetables and more. Top that with their in store Bodega groceries and you are good to go !

No bagel influencers making this place famous but it’s a solid spot for good bagels. I stop here most days on my way to work. The guys on the line are super efficient (I’m usually in and out in under 3 minutes), and the gals in front are super friendly. I almost always walk out with a smile. Note to management: a few weeks ago you changed your bagel supplier to a very inferior one. They were awful and I’m glad that that was a very short experiment. The ones you have now (Jan 2026) are great!

So good! Best bagels we had during our stay in NYC and cheapest, crispy on the outside soft and chewy on the inside....these were the benchmark for bagels for the rest of our trip and none others ever came close.

Ate there every morning while staying in NYC. Staff was friendly when you entered. They had a great selection of bagels and they were very fast. Glad I found them the first morning. There was no need to go anywhere else for breakfast.

Amazing bagels. Packed with filling, just what you need in NY with jet lag. And the Empire State can be seen in the distance. Don't be a tourist, and miss the huge sign that says 'Order here' at the back. Thankfully, the staff were lovely and humoured my stupidity. Just a few tables if you want to eat in, but if we go back, we'll order double and have enough for lunch they were that good!!

I recently visited Bagel and More in NYC and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and fresh, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive. The bathrooms were spotless, which is always a plus in a busy city. Moreover, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire visit pleasant. Stumbled across this place when super hungry having spent 2 hours at B&H queueing for eclipse glasses. So happy that i did ! Big old bagels, generously filled, great staff, and awesome smoothies (the 'more'). I bought 2 bagels but wish I'd bought at least 12

Yummy yummy yummy.... visiting New York we had to try the bagels. Loved them. They have so many options to choose from. Also a lot of options for flavored cream cheeses. 😋 I had the Everything bagel with bacon and cream cheese. I loved it. It was so good. They had delicious coffee and juices and smoothies. I highly recommend this place to locals and visitors. It did not disappoint. Thank you. 😊

What a hidden gem! Delicious bagels, good coffee brew and lovely customer service. Humble place with a few tables but with such a welcoming atmosphere. We had the egg and blueberry bagels filled with bacon, egg and cheese. We had to come back the next day as we really enjoyed it. Lower priced as well but with higher quality than some other places we’ve been in the main streets. I totally recommend this place!

This is a wonderful bagel shop on 34th Street in Manhattan. We were lucky and at about 9:30 on a weekday we didn't have to wait too long and got a table outside for our group of eight to be able to sit. This was our second visit to this shop and I'd definitely be going again the next time I'm in NYC.

Just came here for a cup of tea, and I'm not going to lie, this is one of the best damn ginger teas I've had in a minute! I definitely recommend better than any other coffee shop on this street because at least they have good service and they have seating available. The others do not have a place to sit, charge your phone, and listen to some hiphop chill out...

I ordered a bagel sandwich. The filling was great- delicious and generous. But the bagel itself was just ok , I was expecting more from a new york bagel.. was a bit too chewy for my taste. But overall ok. Not a lot of space to sit inside so great option of you are on the go.

Nice service but mid bagels and pastey cream cheese. Wouldn’t recommend going out your way there a lot better options in NYC.

Asked specifically “do your everything bagels have salt?” IMO a must for an everything bagel is to have salt. The guy behind the counter said yes. Quite obviously he couldn’t be bothered. Not really a good bagel either. Very average.

Bagel was good, the coffee - awful Price range I would evaluate as $10-20, not $1-10 as in the description.

I went in here for a whole wheat bagel and what I received a very stale-tasting bagel that is one of the worst I've had in NYC. Perhaps Brooklyn Bagel has spoiled me, but this was quite a disappointment for a store with "Bagels" in it's name. The store itself is clean and nice looking and I can't speak for their other foods, since I didn't try anything else.

Ordered a smoked salmon & cream cheese bagel. They charged me ~$10 for a bagel and cream cheese, no salmon. Make sure to watch carefully while they make your food to make sure it's right. Otherwise it was fast and they were friendly enough.

The food is good I guess but the guy taking the breakfast orders is so rude and has no patience. It was my first time, and he spoke to me in a broken English and was rude when I asked him a question to clarify. Is not like there was a big line, there was only me there. Didn’t even get me a chance to clarify what I wanted. The girl in the register is very nice but for that guy I won’t be coming back. Horrible service from his side.

The bagel isn’t worth it at all! It wasn’t worth $10 at all. Didn’t taste fresh at all.

Do not goto this place if it’s the morning Monday - Friday they will have some serious wait times and Attitudes. On the best part the construction workers are taken care of so well feel free to come in with a list for the whole job site this place will accommodate you, and say oh well to the rest of the population. It just seems like the average everyday guy is just not as important.

The two Hispanic guys in the back where you place your order are always having a personal conversation and appears to be intentionally ignoring customers on the regular. Really not a good vibe there and they always seem get your order wrong.

Without a doubt the worst pastrami and cheese on a bagel I have ever had. The pastrami was tough and full of fat. The service was slow for no one else in the store. I should have gone next door to the Subway.

I put an order in this morning through Yelp/Grubhub, but it was closed when I got there. Never been before, but all the hours listed online says they’re supposed to be open. No signs on the outside of the store saying otherwise. Luckily I got a refund from yelp/grubhub

I arrived there on a Sunday where they close at 5 p.m., but even with Bagel in the name oh, they threw those out by 4:15 p.m. I bet if the boss knew they'd be pissed off cuz I'm going to just go across the street to the reliable Cafe Bistro next to AMC Theatres Dunkin Donuts and Five Guy Burger

I didn't think it was possible to have a bad cream cheese bagel in NY, but here we are. I ordered plain with plain. The bagel was fine but the cream cheese was gritty and tasted like chemicals.
