We had a great time; the Imperia-style stockfish and rabbit were excellent. The only flaw was the way the raw meat was prepared, which, while tasty, was still a bit stringy. Professional service, a very nice place. Prices were reasonable. We'll definitely be back.
Great place for pasta. Lady with neck tattoo was super nice.
Very good lunch in this trattoria near the seafront. The choice of dishes was not very wide, but there were some off-menu items of the day in addition; however, traditional dishes were present. Friendly and very kind staff; to be noted a whole bottle of fresh water offered as soon as you sat at the table and not added to the bill. More than fair price, good dishes, tasty and not too heavy.

A little gem in the center of Imperia. Traditional cuisine, excellent quality raw materials, well-presented dishes without too many and useless frills! Exceptional trumpet zucchini flan, as well as the brandacujun and the Onegliese-style stockfish. A moving moment when I tasted the Ligurian-style rabbit, it touched chords tied to my childhood memories, of when my grandmother used to prepare it for me. Coffee made directly in the moka, with water and a quarter of cherry spent €64 for two people, embarrassing quality-price ratio, clearly in favor of the customer. Very good
Trattoria in Imperia, a few steps from the port of Oneglia. Tables inside and outside in two locations. A few tables immediately outside the restaurant and others in front of the restaurant, across the road. Fast service, few dishes but quality. Appetizers, first and second courses and six off-menu items are indicated to you. Fast service. All the dishes chosen were excellent. The waiter was very kind and helpful. We will be back.
A charming and welcoming place, with splendid solid olive wood tables! The wait staff is courteous and polite. The dishes are all fresh and delicious, carefully crafted by the chef. The final treat is the moka pot coffee, reminiscent of those old trattorias we frequented as children with our families.

I always return with pleasure especially to eat the beef tartare.. Service a little slow this time. The white wine by the glass not so great.
Trattoria in the center of Imperia-Oneglia, just steps from the Calata Cuneo port. The menu isn't extensive, but the dishes are good and plentiful. The wait between courses isn't long. Excellent value.
Beautiful place in the city center, tried for the first time. The selection of dishes isn't extensive, but the effort and quality are evident; they say fewer but better. We showed up a little late and sat inside. We ate very well, and the portions were generous, so I struggled to finish them. The only problem is that I don't know if they were closing, but after the second course, the service sped up. I had the feeling they wanted us to get up, but after the bill, we discovered there were other tables still sitting outside, and we could have finished at our leisure. Next time, we'll try to arrive earlier!
Amazing Ligurian food. The staff was friendly. I loved the stuffed sardinen and the gnocchi with lime and shrimps. The tables were a bit too close from each other, consequently little privacy.
Good price quality ratio. Not high class cuisine, but good home food.

Pretty and stylish location, the service was mediocre, food tasted really bland (we had 2 pasta dishes - marinara with pulpo and ragu), the rose housewine was tasty but also a lot more expensive than usual for this area. We would not come here again, rather disappointing experience.
Visited two days ago for dinner and after reading the good reviews I was excited about having dinner here. Unfortunately the Battuta di Manzo (meat tartare) was underwhelming. There were finger prints all over the edge of the plate and the meat was full of chewy tendons. Must have a been bad quality meat. I have never had such a tough tartare. I had the Tagliatelle con pesto as well which was much better and priced appropriately. I will not return here. I did not take pictures of the food because it did not look that great.
