Delicious food, wonderful service by Juan, Roberto, and Pedro; they are all amazing conversationalists who constantly visit their tables and know what people want before they even ask for it. I went with four people late in the afternoon around 6:00PM and it wasn’t that crowded which made service very swift. Food was very good but lacking in flavor. I had the fried chicken with gravy and the chicken was overcooked and tasted burned. The gravy itself did not have much flavor to add to the chicken. Lemonade was tasty but too sweet, however that helps if the ice melts and doesn't dilute the flavor too much. My companions enjoyed the pancakes, nice and fluffy, they were gone right away; they had berry pancakes and birthday pancakes. Service was excellent, they served the food right away, constant attention if everything was good, very satisfied. The environment was a bit dull, the windows were closed and just the overall ambiance too quiet and dark. I remember that place being more bustling. It is a good place to take the family once in a while since it is rather expensive. Try to go either late in the evening or early in the morning as it does get very full by midday.

My husband and I just needed and wanted comfort food so we chose Denny’s tonight. Our server was happy, courteous, and checked on us continuously during our time there. I had the Bourbon Chicken skillet and it was served sizzling hot and very good. I like extra sauce so some was included in a small cup. My husband had the Steak with mashed potatoes and veggies and he liked it. We noticed our server had to bus her own tables while also waiting on several other tables at the same time. She is very good at multi tasking!

We eat at this Denny's a lot, but this Friday night was especially bad. We pulled in and we were surprised at how full the parking lot was. In spite of that, we were seated fairly quickly. We ordered our food and then we waited. And waited. And waited. It took at least 30 minutes before our food was brought to our table. In my opinion, the reason the parking lot was busy was due to the slow service. When it was time to leave we hit another bottle neck. The young man running the cash register was trying hard, but it was still backing up. The food was typical Denny's. We were feeding our two grandsons and we were taking advantage of the kids eat free promo.

Pulled at 11pm on 12/8/25 with no guests in the restaurant and the employees were gathered around the kitchen talking, they saw me pull up and they made an upset face and rolled their eyes. If you don’t want to work then might as well just quit and allow someone the opportunity to actually want to work there and enjoy what they do. I gladly went to the one and Ocotillo drive in which they provided excellent service with the food on point. Don’t waste your time here, as the service as you can tell is super poor. Might as well close the restaurant early so that the employees can be happy.

Had dinner here last night, and unfortunately, my wife got sick after eating the buffalo boneless chicken, which turned out to be undercooked. Very disappointing and concerning, food safety should be a top priority. I’ve filed a complaint with Denny’s corporate. Hope this location takes it seriously.
