Relaxed environment. Bone-in wings are cooked just right (slightly crunchy skin). We love the asian zing and lemon pepper flavors. If you can't decide among flavors, they can put a different sauce on the side, too.

I’ve been to a lot of Buffalo Wild Wings locations over the years, and to be honest, many of them have been disappointing when it comes to service, food quality, and consistency. That’s why I was so impressed with this visit — it completely exceeded my expectations. After getting my tires changed nearby, my youngest son begged to go to Buffalo Wild Wings. We decided to give this location a try, and I’m glad we did. He ordered a huge plate of wings (as kids do), and I went with the TRIPLE-BACON CHEESEBURGER on the recommendation of our waitress/bartender. All I can say is: 5 stars all the way. The burger was absolutely incredible — juicy, flavorful, loaded with bacon, and cooked perfectly. Honestly, it was far better than I ever expected from a Buffalo Wild Wings. In recent years I’ve been let down by other locations, but this burger reminded me what the brand can be when it’s done right. The fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right, the wings my son ordered were fresh and tasty, and the service was friendly, fast, and attentive from start to finish. What really stood out was how much the staff cared. The waitress didn’t just take the order, she gave a genuine recommendation that turned out to be a home run. She checked on us, made sure everything was right, and created the kind of positive experience that keeps people coming back. All around, this was an awesome visit: great food, great service, and a team that clearly cares about getting it right. Hopefully this location keeps it up, because in my experience, not all Buffalo Wild Wings live up to the name. This one did. Absolutely a 5-star experience, and I’ll be back.

I did the buy one. Get one on the boneless wings as one does on Thursdays. And a couple of them were extra small. I looked at them and was super disappointed. When asked how my food was I let her know that it was amazing. But I feel like inflation or shrinkflation may have gotten me. She looked at the tiny wings and without hesitation went and grabbed some good ones. The customer service was phenomenal. I will definitely be back Monday or Wednesday for BOGO on burgers. Thank you Alexys! I almost forgot my ranch on my way out. She even caught me before I made it out without it!

OMG!!! Best wings I’ve had in years. Finally a restaurant that made the wings just how I like them. The service was amazing and fast serving. I definitely recommend this location for a EPIC experience. I will definitely be looking forward to coming back to this Buffalo Wild Wings 10 stars if I could. This location is under construction so I think the atmosphere will get better. The food was cooked well and tasted better than I've had at one of these in a long time. Didn't even have to send it back. Wings came out crispy and full of flavor. The waitress did seem to disappear for long periods of time, but so did the other tables' servers.

5 Stars for Val and the bartender(red head, slim fellow) scrubbing chairs with a brillow pad while the other 60% of the staff sit around and do next to nothing. It just feels like most of them weren’t doing much and I’d hate to stereotype... probably won’t be back but might consider getting food to go. 3 stars for the black bean burger, could be bigger, It was flavorful but I feel I got less fries than comparable restaurants. For 10$ there are better meals to be had. 4 Stars is generous.

I recently had a memorable dining experience at Buffalo Wild Wings the night before my move from Dallas to Austin. This visit left a lasting impression, thanks to the delectable dishes and enjoyable atmosphere. Upon recommendation, I tried the cauliflower wings seasoned in spicy garlic sauce, a delightful vegetarian alternative that didn't disappoint. My friends opted for boneless chicken coated in the flavorful Thai curry sauce. We also indulged in a plate of potato wedges, which were perfectly crispy and satisfying. The highlight of the evening was the crispy tater tots, generously loaded with chili peppers, blue cheese crumbles, and a combination of hot sauce, ranch, and blue cheese dressings. I made sure to specify a no-meat request, as I've heard they sometimes add steak or chicken. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We accompanied our feast with Dallas Blonde beer from Deep Ellum Brewing Company (my choice) and Michelob Ultra (my friends' choice). The Dallas Blonde beer's malt-forward profile, with its bready malt undertones, gentle sweetness, and hints of bitterness, paired impeccably with our meal. Unfortunately, the dessert fell short of expectations. Although we requested a warm chocolate fudge cake, it arrived cold and firm, accompanied by vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. This minor letdown was a contrast to the otherwise excellent experience. In summary, Buffalo Wild Wings provided a wonderful farewell dinner for me and my friends. The savory offerings, impressive drink selection, and vibrant atmosphere created a memorable evening. While the chocolate fudge cake missed the mark, the overall experience was a fitting send-off from Dallas.

Came in tonight and had a few issues in the beginning as far as not being welcomed when walking in. Lady manager didn’t seem to have any care about welcoming her guest. Server was super friendly and sweet, she was busy so took some time for things to come out like silverware. The male manager wearing a red hat was 10/10. I have been coming to this location for years and I am seeing a change in management / team members for the good. This manager was extremely helpful and very personable and ensured we had a good experience. If this place was ran by 5 of this exact male manager, this place would be booming with regulars. Keep it up bdubs.

I like this location and the service is usually great. They have nice big TVs in the bar area. Parmesan garlic still one of the favorite flavors. Try the potato wedges with the buffalo seasoning 😋

Unfortunately, this is the dirtiest restaurant I have visited in quite awhile. Mold in the bar, walls and counters in disrepair, rust on the racks they hold their glasses on. No toilet tissue in restrooms, with clutter everywhere. Obvious Management or anyone in a leadership role is not paying attention. Food was hot and fresh, thank you.

Ordered food through doordash, restaurant never received my order. We had to have the guy (Dave) redo the order. He was shown the full order details on our phone. The order ended up being put in incorrectly and we ended up having to go back to the restaurant for the correct burger, the rest of us started to eat so the rest doesnt get cold and find out the other burgers are full of mayo that was not supposed to be on the burger, we also got an order of boneless wings and wasn't given the sauce for them. We wasted a lot of time and extra trips to end up still disappointed from the meal we just spent $70 on. Even after going back they still got the burger order wrong. Horrible service.

I ordered a pickup order of 10 wings. When i went to pick up i noticed the wings were a lil dry so i asked host for a little more sauce on them and they basically took my wings and drowned them in sauce. So much that it wasn’t enjoyable, i could only manage to eat a couple of them. I found myself wiping half the sauce off because there was just so much. This place was basically empty when i arrived, i can see why

The service has declined quite a bit compared to two years ago, when it was much better. Today, I went with my family and left disappointed. During our visit, the cook kept yelling every five minutes to announce that a dish was ready. This was not only uncomfortable but also startled the customers, who kept wondering where the shouting was coming from. All the tables were dirty and I had to sit where there was still cups from the previous customer. The staff did their best to serve us, and I understand they are doing what they can to keep their jobs, but overall, the experience was not pleasant. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll return, and I cannot recommend this place.

I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich through DoorDash and it was poorly assembled. I called to see if it could be re-made. They also told the door dasher they were out of ranch. The person who answered placed me on hold and put the manager on the line without me requesting one. The manager automatically disagreed with what I was advising. I asked if I could bring it up there to show her, she insisted the sandwich was right then said sure I could bring it up there. When I got there I asked could they toss the patty in sauce like the picture, she said they just make the pictures look nice and that they’re only supposed to put a certain amount of lines on the sandwich. She said they could remake the sandwich and give me an extra cup of sauce, I agreed and was completely satisfied with that solution. When I asked about the ranch she said they couldn’t give it to him because it wasn’t paid for and I will have to select it on the app for future reference (the option isn’t available, as well as the extra sauce option she told me I needed to pick). When I made it back to work, I opened the box and the sandwich was drowned in sauce, versus the extra cup she offered. Terrible attitude and service provided by the manager, Jessica.

So I never really do these reviews but last night was probably the worst service that I have ever had at a restaurant.. ordered the all you can eat wings and with in the 2 hours I was there they only brought out my first order of wings I ended up just paying and leaving to go eat somewhere else last night.

Service was less than zero. Can’t even leave a review for the food because we left after waiting 30 minutes and still not getting our order taken. Waitress saw us but was more focused on printing tickets, etc. than getting orders in. Even the table next to ours got the wrong order but kept it because they’d waited so long. What a waste of time.

If you're an anti-masker, rejoice because this place is your sanctuary. Heck, the bartender, that I had to talk to because no one would help me up front, yanked her mask down to rudely say she was too busy. Add in their slow service and inability to answer the phone, making picking up a to go order a tall task, and it's an easy pass.

I had one of the worst experience ever at this place. I have ordered BOGO 6 piece thai curry wings for to go and had them picked up at 6.30 pm as per delivery time. I was shocked looking at the wings they were completely dry without proper sauce on them. I called them to see if they can do anything, they asked me to come back. I went and they say they heard me saying no sauce on wings and upon verifying there was sauce on wings. They returned the wings back to me saying there is sauce. These were the worst tasted and too dry wings I ever had at BWW. Firstly my concern was the dryness of the wings they never addressed that and were very rude and I had a humiliating experience at this place. Never going back to not just this place but not to any location of Buffalo wild wings!!!

The kids meal I asked for it to be two wings and two drumsticks, it comes with 4 wings. when I got the kids meal it was all 4 drumstick wings. The fried pretzel bites were so heavily breaded. You could not taste nothing but bread and flour couldn’t even taste the pickle … The manager came to the table. He said he would take the appetizer off the bill which he did. He then asked me if he wanted something else. I said sure he charged for that item and left it on the invoice… Did not remove the appetizer as a courtesy. Overall, we don’t have to come back here to this restaurant. The food was meeehhhhh, alright but nothing to brag home about… Definitely should focus on customer service and cleaning items around the restaurant

Called in to place a pickup order and spoke to a marquita or a quita she kept placing me on hold, I had to call back 2-3x and kept being placed on hold. Customer service was definitely poor and being placed on hold for more than 10 Minutes each time without anyone coming back on the phone is ridiculous.

This place is horrible…not just this location. In the past few months we have had horrible experiences with BWW in Odessa, Louisville, Denver, and now here in Irving. I understand what it means to be short staffed, but for the employees that are there to be outright rude is not acceptable. The girl at the front was on 2 phones at the same time obviously on a personal call and mentioned “Western Union” multiple times only to acknowledge us once to say “I forgot what I was going to say” (to whoever she was talking to, not us). 45 minutes later, we have some of our order but we’re missing items as well…45 minutes and $40 for dry cold wings and lukewarm potato wedges. They forgot our ranch so we could at least moisten the wings…and we didn’t get the carrots and celery that we were charged for. All of this occurred as we heard other employees turning customers away by saying “it’s going to be an hour wait if you’re not sitting at the bar or you can just leave, our dining area is closed”. Even though there were employees sitting at a table, standing around eating mini cupcakes, and on 2 phones trying to Western Union money to someone. The sticker attached to our receipt that states who checked the order to ensure it was correct was left blank and our order was incorrect. It’s sad when employers try to implement things like this to keep customers happy only to have their employees show this level of disrespect towards customers and their jobs. Never again BWW, never again.

He never came back to offer refills. I asked for a Togo container....twice. Sad. The wings were good but the Onion rings was cold, sent them back. They refried the same rings!!!!!! Hard as hell. Sad. The sign sign to seat yourself so we did. We had to flag down a server after 13 minutes waiting to place an order. After he put our order in, he didn’t come by again for nearly 15 minutes. I literally got up and filled my tables drink order. Watched 3 other tables get up and walk out of the restaurant during that time because no one came to see them. After we drank our one cup of self-served soda, it was obvious things weren’t getting any better. He came by and said he forgot about us. Clearly not our day. We told him to cancel our order and walked out. Probably won’t get me back to that location but hopefully they improve.

This location is the absolute worst. We went to go watch nba playoffs and eat all you can eat wings. First off, the wings were colder than Antarctica. They did not seem fresh and hot. Why promote all you can eat if you’re giving us poor quality food. On top of this, to make matters worst they had one showing of the basketball game on and they could not even switch the other tvs to show the game so I ended up breaking my neck watching the damn game on the screen behind me. Believe it or not I am having to wear a neck brace writing this one star review which should really be zero stars if I could. This took about 30 minutes to come out and we asked for a refill, but NEVER got a second round. The wings also took 2 hours to come out, so it was around 8:30pm or over before the wings came out. This was also when we got our first and only refill of our water. Our original waitress disappeared and we were checked out by a different waitress. I asked if we could get separate checks so we can use our apps for the bogo free wings and asked if we could get the bottomless apps removed since it wasn’t bottomless. She started giving an attitude and said she couldn’t remove it since we already ate the first round even though we didn’t get refills. Again, only ever received the first round of apps and never got refills. She said the only options were to keep the bottomless apps in the ticket or she can split the two apps into the happy hour prices which would be more expensive so why even offer that? At that point, I asked again politely if we could get it removed and she still said no. Ended up getting the 3 separate checks with bogo50% instead of the bogo free. Started giving more attitude because she didn’t ask for our phone numbers the first time. We ended up getting everything changed to bogo free, but still had to pay for the bottomless apps that were never refilled. This was not a great experience at all.

Pretty disappointing experience. The place wasn’t clean and we sat for over 40 minutes without anyone coming by to take our order. It’s not even many customers inside. Ended up just walking out. Definitely won’t be back.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and 15 count wings, the chicken on the sandwich reminded me of what they serve in school, a round 1/4 inch thick puck between bread, poorest quality crap. The wings were the smallest I've ever seen, more like pigeon or chicky wings, smaller than my thumb. Save your money...

Absolutely disgusting. We were sat and all the tables around us had not been picked up. Manager and servers walked by several times glanced at the dirty tables overflowing with trash and did nothing about it. Instead, they started dropping off more dirty cups, plates, napkins,etc.

I like this place and I've been using it consistently Even when the supply and demand of ingredients were difficult due to COVID-19, I understood everything except for the items I ordered sometimes, but the celery I gave this time destroyed all my patience It is serious enough to delete all the good reviews left before that. How can you guys continue to operate without food hygiene.. Would you eat this?

Ordered 10 boneless wings. 5 were regular hot wings. 1 looked questionable. All wings felt hard... almost stale. They also ran out of French fries and sent tator tots instead. Definitely got cheated.

They doesn’t come ask do want anything don’t provide napkins unless you ask and if you order something the guy who is taking order showing some weird expression on his face and he is not even noting down the order and he comes back with missing some items. They doesn’t even care to clean the table the picture says it all. He didn’t say that bar is closing at 1130PM and after we order some drink then he is saying that it’s closed. They doesn’t care about customers but they just make more conversations with their fellow colleagues the worst experiences I ever had in any restaurant. His fellow co-worker behaved rude and speaking rashly when we asked for some napkins and was saying that I wasn’t taking your order so I don’t care 😏

This place sucks just like Wendy's I did not get my food till 9:00 pm and I order at 7:45 there was only a few people there to top it off my food was cold and the waitress never came to ask if we wanted refills never again

We came to the Irving location to do our fantasy football draft and decided to sit at a table near the bar while we drafted. Our draft took about 3 hours and during that period, we ordered food and drinks. Toward the end of our draft, the bartender Brian decided to not serve us anymore drinks "because he felt uncomfortable". I kindly asked why and he said basically made it seem like we were all drunk. In 3 hours, we had 3 drinks each so basically 1 drink an hour. I called the manager over, Eve, and she said she would not make Bryan do something he is not comfortable with which I understand but we tried to explain the situation and she didn't seem to care at all. We asked her what is the limit per hour on drinks that would qualify us to be cut-off and she said 3 per hour. We had 1.. proven by the receipt. We asked her if he's uncomfortable for whatever reason, can we get served by someone else and she said no. We also told within the first hour we were there, we each ordered 1 beer and Brian forced us to order food otherwise "he would not serve us more drinks" which we told him we are planning to order, we are just trying to do our fantasy draft first. Nonetheless we ordered the food which 30 mins later he came back when one of us tried to order their 2nd beer in which he said no because we hadn't ordered food... In which we said "no we did, it still hasn't come out yet". His response was "oh I'll be honest I completely forgot to put your orders in". One of our friends had an expired license so he couldn't drink but for video purposes, he did a cheers with one of the drinks (didn't drink it of course) for the video so we could send it in our group chat since not everyone could make it to the in-person draft. Brian saw that and didn't like it, and I explained to him it was just for a video and he said "well I don't know that". I told him, "I mean you just watched us cheers and take a video with my phone, plus the drink is right next to me, our friend has not taken it...". He kept repeating he didn't feel comfortable still. So Brian (maybe it was Ryan) and Eve basically: 1. Wouldn't serve us alcohol. 2. Contradicted the businesses policies. 3. Forced us to order food via an ultimatum. (was fine since we planned to order anyway) 4. Forgot our order. 5. Refused to serve us further. 6. Manager couldn't even remember her store # when I asked her. She gave the wrong one, maybe intentionally after I told her I'm going to file a complain to corporate as well? Honestly, I felt like our group of 5 were being profiled in some way by Brian. The manager was just doing her job but she didn't help the situation. She even said "he's new" but did nothing to remedy and instead was confrontational and said we were arguing with her. I told her no we aren't, we are just explaining the situation calmly and we don't expect a resolution but just wanted her to hear us out. My friends and family have come to the Irving location over others many times and the staff have always been nice. We've done draft parties there before with no issue and we have had much more to drink during football game days as well. I honestly hate to be that guy but the level of disrespect and service for folks who have for a decade+ provided business to this location versus any others is insane to me. All because Brian felt "uncomfortable" and had no logical reason or explanation as to why when we asked. I hope someone has a conversation with the staff and just tries to put better policies in place to prevent these sort of ridiculous situations that have no validity. I will say the food was good so that was the bright side at least. Bad service is what drives businesses downhill and I would think Buffalo Wilds Wings does not want to go bankrupt...

I haven't been to BWW for couple of years. Last time I was here the food was okay, but took forever to come out. This time, I ordered a burger, wings and vegi-sticks. . The vegi-sticks came out as is in the photo. I didn't eat any of it or altered the photo in any way. It looked like they took it out of their garbage can and served it as food. Dried up cracked carrots and stale celery sticks. They didn't even bother to cut off the stale brown ends off of the celery sticks. Service was mediocre at best. . I don't know about the rest of their menu, but the fact that they served this garbage and expected me to eat it....smh

As soon as we walked in it said to seat our selves abd we did and we waited for 20 mins and dint get serviced so we got up and left keep in mind the place was empty no more than 4 tables

I got here with the kids, place is empty, patio is dirty and staff never came to ask what we wanted to drink! We just walked out and left!

Everyone it’s seems very busy on just 4 table were active. I arrived at 11 :00pm but there’s all the dirty table, there is no place to seat. I sat on the table which was still unclean. I asked one server she said yes coming , I am just surprised they were just looking on table but no one is coming to clean that. Finally one lady from bar and remove all the dirty trays after 10 min but didn’t clean the table I said thank you so much but she was angry and behavior was so rude. I can mention the name but she did not even put her name tag any way it’s all most 11:23 still no one came to take order. Finally one lady came and surprised that oh no one came to help you out . Instead of saying apologize as she notice 4 time. Any way I got the order at 11:44Spent almost an hour Morgan was good and very attentive. I want to see her when ever I’ll be back to Irving . She remind me when I was start my carrier in restaurant with full of energy

I had a bad experience. I had been waiting at the counter for a few minutes to take my order, and no one showed up. I decided to talk to some waiters who were chatting at the back of the restaurant. A woman (I think she was a waitress) came up to me with a very bad attitude, telling me that she wasn't in charge of that area and that I didn't have to talk to her, and that I should be patient while waiting for someone to come. She didn't even give me a chance to say anything and left. She didn't have to be rude to me since I hadn't said anything to her; I just wanted to be served. This happened at 8:20pm

I used to love this place. Sadly we went last week…. The absolute worst service and completely inedible food. They even decided to close the bar area at 7pm! Because it was so slow. I ate 1 wing of 12 and threw the rest away Please close this store!!!!!!

Do NOT go the the buffalo wild wings in los Colinas…you will die before you get served and the manager is super rude! Got up and left and will never go back to this place again! The manager needs to get fired ASAP!! She cannot run the restaurant properly and treats customers like they are eating in a prison lunch room!

Racist bartender. We are a multicultural friend group and the bartender kept finding excuses not to serve us. We waited 2 hours for food before he finally admitted to never putting the order in and that was only after saying “he didn’t feel comfortable” giving us a second round of alcohol because we didn’t order food yet when we did. Waited an hour and a half for water and only gave it to one person at the table so he clearly wasn’t concerned about our alcohol intake. He was just being racist and tried to get us to leave with his bad service. While we talked to the manager he even came over yelling and pointed at our black friend and said “that one”. We will never be back there. If you are a person of color I wouldn’t recommend this Bdubbs. There is no telling what this guy will do. He is a hateful person you could see it in his eyes every time he came to the table.

absolutely horrible. my boyfriend went to pick up our online order, where we requested the teriyaki sauce on the side and paid extra for flats only. realized they forgot to give him our drinks so he had to drive all the way back to where they told them they didn’t have sweet tea, coke, dr pepper or any other option he asked for and then comes home to 20 dry wings..not all flats..with just 1 little container of teriyaki sauce..lol. now they’re closed and there’s nothing we can do about it. in what world would 1 side of teriyaki sauce be enough for 20 wings!?

Today was the first and absolute last time I will ever order from here. First off I placed an online order and placed the order under my boyfriend’s name since he was going to be picking up the order. When he got there they asked him for his I.D. to pick up the order which is confusing because do y’all regularly have random people coming in asking for specific orders with names that they just guess and hope it’s correct so they can get free food? Then he brought the food home and the wings are overcooked with barely any lemon pepper seasoning on the wings. The little seasoning that they did try to put on there was mostly in the bottom of the container. If I could I would give this BWW 0 stars.

I ordered 6+6 boneless wings on bogo and after seeing FREE boneless wings on website, I asked the waiter if it’s free, she confirmed Free by asking me to sign in and took my number. After bringing the wings, i got doubt and asked again if its free , then she and her manager rudely told that its applicable on Take out orders only. Why didn’t she told before it self ? The manager also justifies by asking us to check before ordering. Why can’t he teach his staff to inform about promotions correctly? They bought me a lot of wings and charging me more !! They want to upcharge me It’s not fair !

Went for work lunch with 3 coworkers. We were definitely served yesterday’s wings. Cold, dry, tasteless. Super disappointed. Top it off they don’t even have Dos XX. They ran out, at a sports bar…..yikes.

The service was awesome until one of the girls decided to brush her hair in the open in front of customers with food and drinks on the table… hair follicles and dirt fly into the air !!!!…. We don’t want anything for free at all we were just letting them know that her actions were not professional or sanitary.

Came in on my lunch break for a quick meal. Sat myself at a empty table per the "seat yourself" sign that was out. Then sat for 10 minutes with no service before I decided to go somewhere else while I still had time. No server said a single word to me or made eye contact with me while I was there. Sure it was busy in there but if your too busy to serve me your too busy to take my money.

My friend and I wanted to eat wings for dinner here, but upon walking in, there was no one at the counter to sit us down at a table. There were also several other people standing waiting to be sat down in front of us. At a few times a service employee came to the front, but didn't acknowledge us all waiting, and walked back to the kitchen. My friend and I left and went to Twin Peaks instead, where service was instant and we were taken care of.

Came here with a friend and waited several minutes while the staff pretty much ignored us. Eventually we left due to a lack of any service at all. I understand if you're busy, but you could've at least said "Welcome in, we'll be with you in a moment" or similar, not just straight up ignored us and another group multiple times. It's almost like you don't care at all. We ended up going to Twin Peaks down the street and got fantastic service.

Stopped there for lunch, sat at the bar for 10 minutes watching the bartender pluck mint leaves. No acknowledgement as I was the only person at his bar. Ended up walking out. Noticed there was minimal amount people in this establishment and there is probably a good reason why. Went over to Twin Peaks, amazing how quick you are acknowledged here. Will never give BBW any business ever again, go out of business already.

Wings was dry hard and crunchy. I paid $34 for 20 wings!! They were so tiny and all they did was sprinkle seasoning on some dry wings with no meat on them. I was so stunned I didn't eat it

Food felt like it just came out of the fridge. Got my order wrong. I could’ve gone to the store, bought the wings, went to a different store to buy a fryer, and still made it faster than my food was made. Will not be coming back. Also they were pretty much out of stock on everything. To quote my waiter “we only have ranch, bleu cheese, and wings. The originals.”

If I could give negative stars I would. We arrived at 5:30 for dinner. We are now leaving at 7:00 after only having an appetizer and 1 set of drinks. Our server got our drink and appetizer order then NEVER showed back up to take our order meanwhile she goes to EVERY other table to serve and get orders. After a long wait to JUST ORDER, we finally decided to ahh the bill and leave. Yet where do our waiter to ask for the check? No clue. Had to ask a different serve for the check. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. This place would be better off closing its doors only they can’t because there is also a line of 50 people crowding the doors waiting for ToGo orders but don’t worry “it’ll be out soon.”

I visited this restaurant no of times, but the recent experience was horrible. Recently They stop taking orders before 1 hour of closing. Employees are new I think, they don’t have any idea about taking orders. But they way better than manager. He is very very senseless guy, I ever seen a worst guy like him. I ordered online and went to take the order before 20 minutes to closing restaurant , he said take the order tomorrow. I said I need food now or else you can refund. He is not okay with that too. After some arguments, he is okay to give refund but he took 7 to 10 business days to refund. So I thought it’s my bad day. After that I visited again in noon time. But the food was worst. I can’t explain how worst it is. Previously I ate there so many times. May be the management changed. Now its became like disgusting restaurant . I highly recommend don’t go this place. “If you Enter its your own risk” I don’t have option 0 star to give. 👎. I can recommend buffalo wild wings in grapevine. The food is great in taste and service is awesome. It’s 15 min from Irving, but it’s worth to eat in that restaurant.
