The food is good, but the service is awful, they mislead you by putting photos and prices on the menu that are not true. Example: the menu of the sandwich portraits chips sauce and a drink but they give you a 40g lays pack.

Barely stuffed , i ordered just chicken tika and the lady barely put any chicken tika . About 2 spoons(not scoops) in a whole footlong. The male employe though , did very well filling the following customer’s footlong

Customer service is lacking here. The lady working was pretty unpleasant and tried to pocket 1€ by giving me the incorrect amount of change. Luckily I counted it and sure enough I was shorted change. She proceeded to provide a long winded explanation as to why I was short changed. There are better Subways in the ghetto of the US than this. But, that said, my sandwich tasted like subway so there was some redemption.

I came with my cousin and I don't speak Italian so the employee was really rude and I felt racism as she was greeting all white so gently and politely just because i am indian she was rude with me and was talking the way she was doing favor on me, is this the way subway treat customers , she made me feel guilty and racism.

Unprofessional staff, really rude and slow at her job and really unhygienic, wiping her nose and making and serving food with the same hands.

The worse subway ever have tried compare all other countries. Service was not only slow but also lack of ingredients even been charged extra for Avacado sauce almost nothing inside my sandwich . So disappointed ☹️

Feels like a tourist trap, worst subway I've visited of all countries I have been. They charged me 1,5€ for a single stripe of bacon smaller than my finger you see in the picture, staff lied about the menu price (said drink would be one more euro without menu but was more 3,5€), poorest sandwich I had. For 11 euros you can eat better in a decent place in the city.

They add veggies and sauces after asking you. But they never mention that you are going to be charged extra. I landed up paying 2 Euros more for a sandwich of initially 4 euros. Extremely sad to see such strategy to earn some extra change from customers and leave them with such long term experience

The lady serving is extremely unpleasant and rude. considering that this is in a tourist area with a majorly of customers beings foreign tourists, a customers lack of ordering in Italian should not be a reason to make one feel unwanted and unwelcome. The sandwich itself was pretty good, but I won't go there again.
