We went to this trattoria for lunch on August 15th. A delicious lunch! We had a starter of prosciutto and sweet, ripe figs, and an excellent prosciutto. For our first course, agnolotti with roasted meat sauce, typical of Piedmont, were cooked just right, revealing all the tradition and care of those who cooked them. The highlight was the fritto misto, which I found exceptional: every piece was amazingly fried, not greasy, and perfectly dry. The apple was truly delicious, and then the fried pavesino with chocolate inside was a real treat. The service was friendly, yet professional. The dessert, peaches stuffed with amaretto and chocolate, took you straight back to your childhood. Highly recommended. A must-try for those who want to eat well and spend a fair amount. The price is absolutely right, the restaurant is welcoming, the staff is elegant, and the staff is delightful.

Excellent: Ivrea cuisine, traditional dishes. Some specialties are original and new even to Piedmontese people, because they're typically Canavese. Good, really good, we loved it. The service is polite, attentive, and thoughtful. The prices are fair. The place is charming, clean, and welcoming. I'll be back with great pleasure.

Passing through Ivrea for a trip to Gressoney, we discovered this gem. The restaurant, recently renovated, is very welcoming and classic in style, and I'd say very relaxing. On November 1st, there was a set menu, from appetizer to dessert, offering interpretations of local dishes with meticulous attention to ingredients and a remarkable ability to balance flavors. Truly remarkable. The Amaretto-based dishes and the classic Piedmontese fried fish, cooked to perfection, were noteworthy. Excellent cuisine. The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff and managers rounded out this wonderful experience amidst the typical flavors of the area. With plenty of water and wine, the menu cost €30 per person. Very competitive. I recommend it to everyone.

We went for lunch with colleagues. The menu was typical Piedmontese, with the option of a mixed fried fish dish upon reservation. The quality was good, but I wouldn't rate the portion size as high, especially considering the price.

Good dishes of traditional Piedmontese cuisine. The mixed appetizer was of excellent quality, unfortunately they lost out on the Piedmontese mixed fry which, although it was good, in the long run was too soaked in oil to make the breading no longer crispy. The service started normally and then we were abandoned for 45 minutes at the table, tired of not being considered we left without consuming anything else. I understand the place was full, but dedicating a person to go around the tables would be preferable to leaving customers, who want to order something else, even without drinks. It's useless to try to call them being busy running from one table to another with blinkers on.

I went for lunch, there were two of us. Mediocre food, small portions, but high prices!! They didn't show us the menu so they could set their own price. It was definitely our mistake for not asking. We won't be back and we absolutely don't recommend it!!!
