Java Drive

Java Drive is amongst one of my favorite coffee shops. Complemented by a spotless facility and exceptionally friendly staff, Ashlynn and Bobbi. The true star is their ability to craft a genuine chai-latte and blended white mochas. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back!

They have really good drinks, I haven't really tried the food but the drinks are amazing. Their matcha anything is really good, their lavender lemonade is really good, their smoothies are kinda meh, my gf really likes their dirty chai, and their Mexican hot chocolate is good as well.

Went there this morning for an Iced Mocha and a Scone. They grind their beans fresh, and use a traditional espresso machine. You can definitely tell the difference in taste and quality. They were pretty busy, but the line moved very quick. Don’t be afraid if you see a line, it moves fast! Their whipped cream is soooo good! If they ask you if you want some, say yes!!! You won’t be sorry!

I loved Java Drive before but now I love it even more because Savannah is amazing and she remembered my drink order! I live 30 min away so I definitely don't come everyday or even once a week so the fact that she remembered was amazing. She deserves a raise! She's such a sweetheart ❤️

Excellent customer service and their drinks taste amazing! Java Drive to me is hands down the better choice if the opportunity comes versus other options in Jackson. The Mocha Frappe is my go to drink and it never disappoints.

Super nice people work there. My sister's favorite is the blended mocha. I've had several of their smoothies, banana and peach are my two favorites. Drive up for a friendly, quick and delicious treat!

Good coffee, great staff. I needed a low-carb snack, but they only had muffins. I got a blueberry one, which was great. I can't do that on a regular basis. Nice treat though.

The coffee was good, but don't go here if you're in a hurry. I don't understand how it takes 2 people 10 minutes to make 2 simple drinks when I was the only customer and they screwed one of them up and had to fix the mistake. Not very friendly either. Another small business that just doesn't deliver the customer service that the big chains like Dutch Bros do.

I don't understand how it takes 2 people 10 minutes to make 2 simple drinks when I was the only customer and they screwed one of them up and had to fix the mistake. Not very friendly either. We went for a double espresso and it was very sour. Even after adding cream and sugar. Don't feel bad though, it was better than the two places in Sutter Creek.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience needs to be addressed. The employee who took my order was extremely rude and pushy, and she showed absolutely no urgency. She even rolled her eyes at me while I was ordering, which as a paying customer is completely disrespectful and unacceptable. You could also tell she was upset because I asked for extra sweet. She made the drink so bad that I can’t even drink it. It tastes like straight syrup, and she didn’t even bother to mix it in. She didn’t greet me, ask how my day was, or show any basic customer service. When she handed me my drink, she didn’t say goodbye or anything. She just shut the window. On top of that, my order has been made wrong the last two times I’ve come in. I don’t know her name, but her attitude and lack of professionalism were very clear.

I pulled up to the window but didn’t see any open or closed sign , waited a few minutes she ignored me , finally I spotted a small piece of paper stating hours 7-3 … ok she could have simply told me she was closed … but I luckily found out that baskin Robbins has smoothies and will go there from now on , also BR is much friendlier and have lots of options for treats . The service at Java has gone way down .

By itself it’s extremely burnt, the only way to make it enjoyable is to add lots of sugar which is not how I like my coffee! I also got a breakfast sandwich, only to find out it was just a jimmy dean muffin. They are up charging for that disgusting quality. Not supporting their business anymore, I loved the old employees and old Java Drive.
