One of the nicest Taco bells I've ever been to. The people that work there were extremely friendly and they made my order correct. That said a lot for Taco Bell to get my order correct the first time! 😄 For some reason the food tasted better here than any other Taco Bell I've ever been to!!!
I ordered in store and ate in store. I was served a cold chalupa. I was really hungry and in a rush so I didn't send it back. Other than that food was okay standard Tacobell. Restaurant was clean and had a nice cashier.
I just had the Steak Power Bowl delivered to my house and lemme say that it was the BEST Power Bowl I’ve ever had & I’ve had ALOT of them from a bunch of different locations. Whoever prepared it, you deserve a raise!!! Everything was placed so neatly and great portions for each ingredient. Don’t even get me started on the steak. It was the best looking steak I’ve ever seen from a Taco Bell and it was so delicious! Had to leave a review after this. Thank youuuuu 🙏🏼
Honestly from the moment the girl came across the speaker you could tell she actually wanted to be there and was happy to take our order. The staff as a whole were very nice and accommodating and the food was simply awesome! Not gonna lie my taco looked like the advertisement. Thank you!!!!
We often stop here after our trip to six flags. The wait inside is always longer than going through the drive through. Make sure you get here before the park closes to avoid crowds.
Food is good, sometimes stale but what can you expect from fast food? They make my order correctly nearly every time, which is impressive compared to other chains. They're pretty fast. Just avoid the inside at any costs. People like to think it's a zoo for the kids to run around
I am surprised this is the best taco bell I have ever been into. People were nice and smiling. Most I been into are non emotional or frowning. Also, the food prep is fresh and makes the food more tasty. My guess is that other franchise employees leave food out and do not follow guidelines and will cause stomach aches. All the food here was also decent size portions and is not trying to cut corners like others!
Mike & Val are simply amazing and the best hosts you can ask for. This Taco Bell location doesn't feel like a fast food joint, but instead feels like you came home to eat. overall I was satisfied. I was surprised that everything was hot correctly made and actually marked. This place has made improvements with there food quality and readiness. The dining area is very mater of fact... eat and leave. The employees were nothing more then cooks in the back as it's primarily self ordering. However this location did surprise me with the food quality and I will return.
Food ordering is via the two kiosks only so sometimes it might take time as it depends how fast the customers can finish placing their order. Also, sometimes there might be a line of customers waiting for their turn to place order on the kiosk. We liked the kiosk option to place the order. We were disappointed about Chalupa fillings which were bare minimum. The chipotle chicken grilled is good. The facility is new and clean including the restroom. The staff is good. Lot of parking area.

These restaurants are perfect while going to six flags … this is just a mile away from six flags : .. food is sooooooooo expensive in 6 flags and we weee waiting to eat something after a long day … a pizza slice costs 15$ in six flags and a whole box in Taco Bell costs 6-7$ , which includes a chalupa , taco and potato wedges … We ordered in mobile , and picked it up in 5-10 mins .. food was good.. chalupa was really good but taco was average .. service was good . Billing was good too.. lots of seats inside to sit and dine . There were few seats outside too.. good experience overall..

Received no straw for my drink Hardly put any sour cream if at all in my taco supremes Ordered chalupas got Crunchwrap supremes instead and was charged for them but didn’t realize until we left
Only reason theyre getting 3 stars is because what i ordered was super fresh and fast. And why only 3 stars? Because the workers are terrible. The cashier wouldn't take my $100 bill and then smirked at me like she was saving the world. It was real. And she was rude.

Taco bell you have to do better. The food was good but if I ask for extra rice and pay extra for extra rice I would expect the portions to be bigger. But instead I paid extra for the normal portions you get anyways 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🙄

They were severely understaffed at the time of my order, which I understand, but we waited an hour and a half for food that was ordered via the mobile app. The food itself was fine, but they should have handled the situation differently. It was chaotic with only one person running both dining and drive thru. With as much traffic as there was, dining should have been closed.
Noooo... absolutely, awful food. Find a real, authentic Mexican restaurant. Save your stomach.
Cant make something without the original ingredients. Does not follow custom orders. Spit up my meal on the first bite. Covered in creamy hot sauce garbage. How hard is it to not add this garbage on the food.
The people here are so mean to you at service it's crazy i had a door dash order to pick up and there was confusion about the order the workers just slammed the door in my face for no reason i wasnt even doing anything crazy just wanted to ask a question about a door dash order. I can not believe how rude these people are

The food was cold tacos and chalupas that had tons of cheese and lettuce with hardly any beef. There is no customer service people standing around on their phones, you ask for something and they look at you like you’re crazy. The tables are dirty garbage all over the floor inside and outside the restaurant. Overpriced food for an underwhelming experience we will never come back to this Taco Bell. Wish we could give less than one star for a review.

Awful ordering experience. You have to self-order then everyone clusters near the counter waiting on their food. Chaos... this location is not equipped for the locale and the let out of Six Flags, need more employess, at the counter preferably!! And for the record, I will always want a PRINTED receipt right after my transaction. There's no option for that, only email or text.
Chicken nuggets were horrible at this location. Really enjoyed them at the Howell Taco Bell but this one served mush nuggets they were truly inedible.
Ordered around 10:30pm on 04/11. Have eaten at this Taco Bell since opening due to its proximity to Millstone. My cheesy fiesta potatoes had some sort of cleaner or bleach spilled in them, heavy ammonia-urine smell and taste realized only after biting into them. Would not issue refund after not trusting the entirety of the food for obvious reasons, and did not answer the phone when called (would pick up and hang up immediately to stop ringing) before returning to the restaurant in person to complain. Workers seemed unsurprised when told of the issue. Waiting to hear from Taco Bell for further resolution.
Update 8/2025: I decided to give them another try They got my Catina taco perfect. Then I ordered $8 ,12 piece Cinnabon bites cream cheese only, not the Carmel ones. Waited 15 mins. I figured it be worth it. I got home to a bag of Cinnabon bites that were not only mixed Carmel and cream cheese but they were not warm and over half of them were hard as rocks. I’m done. Never gonna waste my hard earn money or appetite. Original 11months Ago, review below: Live pretty close to this location and it’s easy to get to with ok parking. I don’t know what it is or maybe they need to use both drive thru windows but my order is always wrong. Like Always. I’m never there when it’s busy. I never have to wait in a line but I have no idea what the deal is. From missing sauces (printed on their own receipt) to missing food. One time I couldn’t take it so I drove back about the missing dessert of my order. Instead of replacing it they gave me a coupon to spend more money and get something free! I was stunned. They are too new for this sloppiness.

We've visited this Taco Bell multiple times before, but yesterday's experience was truly horrific. The ordering machines were malfunctioning and failed to provide a receipt, even though money was deducted from my credit card. They also mixed up several of our items, and we accidentally bit into two that contained pork and beef. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, we were told to wait. After waiting an additional 20 minutes with no resolution, we decided to leave. We were left both extremely disappointed and disgusted by the entire ordeal.

Placed online order 942141. When I arrived for pu, I ordered 1more item, order # 476e76. At time of giving me food, I specifically asked if everything was there. Yes. When I arrived home, missing a steak bowl, 3 cheesy potatoes and a beefy 5 layer burrito. I called and the associate that answered said, oh yes we have it. R u close? I said no, but being that it was several items I had to go back. I told that associate that I wanted refund as well. A FORM OF COMPENSATION! He hung up on me, when I got to the Jackson location, the manager gave me $ back no food. HE WAS SO RUDE , especially his associates screwed up my order. I did nothing! Waste of my time. He was so rude slammed window. For a manager to treat a customer that way is horrible. Do not ever go to this rt 537 Jackson nj location!!! Oh and he refused to give me his name!
Found out from my young daughter that when she went there with friends and their family, she was denied a new taco when she expressed she asked for no lettuce. The taco wasn’t touched, or eaten. The cashier told her it was her fault and she couldn’t the correct one. They’re lucky I wasn’t there!
they ruined my doordash order and are incapable of answering a phone call. the fact that anyone working at this taco bell even got employment blows my mind. whoever is managing this establishment should be fired along with the rest of the useless staff. the “service” i have received is absolutely despicable and unacceptable. i wish i ordered my dinner from somewhere else so i didn’t have my entire night ruined.

I placed a pickup order on door dash and was here at 10:30 when my order was ready at 10:35. I had to wait in drive thru for 50 mins! I walked up to door while my car was waiting in line to ask if they could just give me my order they wouldn’t even come to the door and said drive thru only. Meanwhile my order sat for an hour, don’t accept pickup deliveries if you can’t hand to someone when it’s ready. 7 workers in there no one looked my way. Worst service.

The food is always very good and fresh All the employees are all talking amongst themselves and playing games with each other back in the kitchen-they made it into their own little party area - with loud music playing throughout the restaurant -I used the wash room and it was filthy -looked like it hasn’t been attended to in a week - finally after 6 minutes waiting at the counter for their party to end -someone came out from the back to take my order -my order was taken -waited another 6 minutes and they gave me some one else’s order -so I had to wait again for my order to be completed -when I went to look for a table to sit down -I only found one clean one -and still had to wipe it down myself -as all other tables were greasy with left over food on them that hadn’t been attended to -lastly it looked like the floors hadn’t been swept in about 3 days -sorry if this sounds a little over the top but just giving my true experience after stopping in for lunch -they need to get their act together
I ordered online at about 9:30 pm. It didn't give me option for in store pick up. So I ordered drive through. But it was open so I went in with my 2 little kids and requested to give my food there. They denied so I went in drive through line. I stood the no one answered on mic so drove by the window and I got extreamly rude reply. They denied food for my hugery kids and shut the window rudely. I don't recommend this place. I will never go there again. This place should closed. I reported to tacobell.
This location is going downhill. I live a very short drive away. We used to love it, but lately it has been less than stellar. I placed an order via drive thru today. The screen was broken and flickering. Placed my order. Received the bag, did a quick check to realize, my cheesy fiesta potatoes were made a spicy potato taco? That’s not what I ordered! I told the woman at the window, who gave me attitude. Got the correct potatoes and drove home, to find another part of my order was wrong! Even though it was listed correctly in the receipt! So disappointed

They had made us circle our car around the Drive Thru four different times at 10:30 at night, took up over an hour of our time with this constant back and forth. Almost made us circle around again for just a drink that was ordered separately under the same name. Staff was rude, they interrupted when we tried to speak. If you’re hungry after six flags. DO NOT come here!
We placed three orders online, but when we arrived, a man who claimed to be “Mike the manager” was extremely rude. He told us that only one order per car was allowed, in a very disrespectful manner. Being so close to Six Flags, there should not be a limit on how many orders a customer can place per car, especially when orders are placed online in advance. When we went inside to pick up our food, he told us we “run our mouth too much” and refused to serve us. His behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should never be expected to stay silent in the face of such rudeness.

Ordered chicken quesadillas with no jalapeño sauce. Ordered on the app so there shouldn’t be any confusion. They made it wrong like they always do. Not sure why they continuously feel the need to put jalapeño sauce on them every single time. My son will not eat them with the sauce on them. So I just wasted my money not to mention he has a baseball game so he’s going to be starving because I don’t have time to go back and exchange them. I tried to call them to see if they would give me a credit for a future order and they just let the phone ring and ring and eventually just pick it up and hang it up. Did it to me 3 times. No way to email corporate about it since they want you to go through social media which I’m not doing. Last time I will waste my money at this location.
