They were fast and food was fresh!
“Best Chick-fil-A in Houston! The team here is outstanding; friendly, fast, and always welcoming. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is top-notch. Going through the drive-thru feels like a heavenly experience because of how smooth and efficient it is. Huge shoutout to David! he always goes above and beyond to make sure customers have a great experience. Plus, the whole team of young, hardworking staff is fantastic. Highly recommend!”
Most everyone already knows- it is their pleasure to please! They are friendly, efficient, and consistent. My wife and I enjoy dining in or driving thru. They have some nice shade trees. We'll sit there, eat, listen to music, or talk and thank God for such good food! They are not open on Sundays, and for all the right reasons. We love them!
Family had a long day traveling. After all that stress Chick Fil A was comfort food that we know and love.
Had some trouble the girl who took our order in drive thru some how took our order and payment but they couldn't find it. Thankfully Dylan corrected the problem and took our order and got it out to us. Thank you so much Dylan
My friend and I went to this location last week with each of our 1-year-olds. The hospitality manager, Sam, was amazing. It was like he knew what we needed before we did! He brought both of us high chairs, helped me carry my drinks from the cashier counter, etc. The restaurant as a whole was clean and the entire staff was helpful and friendly. Though that never surprises me when I go to a Chick-fil-a. During a prior visit, the manager working the drive-thru window was also so great. This is definitely our favorite location!
Customer service is always on point. Food was ready qhen we pulled up to the window/door. We ordered 4 meals and a side of grill chkn nuggets. We received a very full bag topped with napkins and chikfila sauce and pulled away. We always check our order but this time we didn't because they were very busy with all 3 lanes full and we're on our way out of town.. Sadly our order is missing the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich for my husband. 🤦♀️ We don't have time to go back so it is what it is.. It sucks but it happens. Always take the time to check your order ppl! It always happens the one time you don't.. lol..
Great service at this location. The young man that was the cashier was so polite. My order was wrong, and the manager corrected it immediately. The food was hot and fresh!!!!
Consistently great service with a welcoming and helpful staff. The facility is well-maintained, including clean restrooms and dining areas. The food quality remains high always a reliable choice.
We passed through on our way and it was the best chic fil a we been to fresh chicken nuggets, fresh fries and the sandwich was spicy yummy. The service was good and the food was on point.
Recently remodeled, this is a good Chick-fil-A to visit. Aside from the healthier meal options, they have a dedicated Hospitality Manager (Sam), who makes sure that everyone is taken care of. (I have never seen that in any other Chick-fil-A restaurants that I visited in the past.) I love that I can also order from the table using the Chick-fil-A mobile app - and earn rewards at the same time! They have free and reliable wifi connection. There is an employee assigned to the dining area who restocks the condiments table and clears/disinfects the tables. Service is fast and friendly. Food is enjoyable; coffee is good. They have a play area for kids. There’s a drive-thru here and ample parking. The place gets busy inside and outside.
It's Chick-fil-A, what's not to love? This location has a wonderful indoor playground as a bonus. We already like the food and the restaurant was clean. They bring your food to you in a timely manner, ask if you are happy, and then come clean up after you. You can't see this location from the freeway so "google" for directions.
This location is great! The added bonus is that my niece works here. 🤣🤗 But everyone I've come into contact with had always served with a smile. I'm also a Door Dasher and they take care of the customers that I service just as well.
Guy in front me in the drive thru was giving the kid working there a hard time. When I get to the window, kid tries to apologize to me and I tell him it's not his fault that guy was an asshole. The manager heard this and gave me my food for free.
The parking lot is a little weird to navigate, but the customer service is excellent.
I just want to give kudos to the staff here. It’s known that Chick-Fil-A is typically a busy place but this location is ALWAYS drowning in business. Double and sometimes triple lanes and still wrapped around the building and down the street. But the staff here is without a doubt working harder and more than other location because of the constant traffic yet still always friendly and speedy getting those lines moving and it’s very commendable. Just wanted to give you guys a pat on the back.
My kids love this place! In our opinion, it’s the best fast food restaurant around, with tastier, healthier options than most. I highly recommend!
Came in during the dinner rush. To my surprise dining in wasn’t horrible. Annaliyah took our order and was knowledgeable on the menu. She even came to our table and refilled our drink after we sat down. Dinner itself was warm and to our satisfaction and came out quickly. Definitely recommend for anyone to come.
My family and I have been coming to this Chick-fil-A for many years now. They are such a great location. Even during busy times, the staff is always so friendly and gets you in and out in a timely fashion. The drive-through line goes very fast and is well organized and maintained. The food is always fresh and hot, whether you order through the mobile app or place it at the restaurant.
It's Chick-fil-A, what can I say? The employees are usually doing their best with the exception of the food not always being right for the prize. One day I had a sandwich with only one bread- how do you manage to forget that? The chicken sandwiches are smaller, but the prices are higher. I love the waffle fries every time, so I keep going back. The salads are not the best, in fact, there is another fast food restaurant that has far more superior ones. Chick-fil-A rocks overall.
This is the only spot I go to for Chick-fil-A. I tried another location in South/West Houston once never again. They were taking down people’s license plates for orders, and I was like, why do you need my plate just to get a sandwich? I didn’t go back. But this location? They just ask for your name, and they’re always so nice and friendly. I keep coming back every time.
The managers of this one should get a raise.. all of them classy folks with top customer service. I wish every restaurant had a manager like these people.. shout out to Cade fast nice polite friendly and funny! See yall again soon!
Chick-fil-A, the chicken fillets are so small I didn't realize that when I ordered them individually. It seemed like they've shrunken. Other than that everything was great.
I ordered 2 meals and asked for a specific amount of sauces, and they gave me half of what I ordered. I should be able to get the same amount of sauces per meal deal. Then they got the wrong sized waffle fries, too! They were supposed to be the same size! One was smaller than the other! Which is why they get 1 star for food. I had to eat nuggets plain. How can someone expect to eat 2 meal deals with 2 sauces and 2 ketchup packages??? And then, on top of that, get the wrong size waffle fries, too. Seriously..... smh! Which is why they only got 3 stars for service.
I can't evaluate the food today but 12 years ago I use to eat it and it was great. The breakfast was good and the many healthy chicken options were good. I don't eat meat but I do like the 50/50 unsweet tea and lemonade combo low carb with a hint of sweetness 😉 😌
Drive through was handled fast and easy. Long lines went quickly. People were friendly. 4 stars because I didn't get a straw with my orders.
I can’t help but rave about the fries 🍟 here—they're honestly the best I’ve ever tasted! Each bite is a burst of deliciousness that keeps me coming back for more. You simply have to try them!
Hobby Lobby has great sales. Best place to shop for crafts.
Came through the drive thru, the traffic was a little confusing, and definitely frustrating at first, but the line moved quickly enough that it didn’t seem to matter. I feel like there has to be a better layout, but they do good with what they have.
Nothing like driving 15min home to your family only to hear them ask where their favorite dipping sauce is. This location fails me 3-out-of-4 times when I go through the drive through. Even when I remember to ask, the employees just nod their heads. Come on management…step up your game!
This is the slowest chick fil a over ever been to in my life. There were only 4 cars ahead of me and I was in line for 15 mins before I even got my food. Never had this kind of issue at any other locations.
I have always loved Chick fil A and never had an issue, I went today for my birthday treat, and ended up ordering food, why not? My sandwich was not cooked, I could not eat it. They didn't give me the chick fil a sauce and switched my tray for extra nuggets. I know you should check your order before leaving but I was in a rush and there were a lot of people. It was one of those days I guess
The fact that I pay for my meal in full and mostly get shorted with a partially filled drink full of ice or 4-6 waffle fries. Makes it worth driving to Sugarland to go to a real chick fil a. Check your food and drinks before you leave. Skimming customers because your rates haven't reflected is gross practice.
I ordered a couple of milkshakes. They forgot to put the whip cream and cherry.
Wish yall were a little better at acknowledging delivery drivers 😔
Chicken is juicy but so salty, too much salt which is not healthy for the customers.
I went through the line to get a Cobb salad with nuggets… babe why was there no nuggets in my salad? I called and a very kind woman named Natalie said to come through and they’d replace it for me… why’d they forgot my dressing🫠 Natalie was kind and so was the blonde young man taking my order. Just double check the stuffing and bagging🙏🏼
It took around 15 minutes to get oir drive through order (pretty sure they forgot about us) didn't get a receipt and since we were on a hurry at that point, we forgot to check our order and we were missing a chicken biscuit, an order of hashbrowns and a fruit cup. It was a total mess
March 16th - Both sandwiches I ordered via carry out were wrong. We ordered a Deluxe w/American (this isn't even a modification, it's literally a menu item on the app), but they gave us a Spicy Deluxe w/Pepper Jack. Completely different item....well, it's a sandwich, at least. We also ordered an original with no pickles, add American. They gave us pickles, and did not add cheese (which I paid extra for). Fries were undercooked which means they got soggy almost immediately - and just like so many others, the container was only partially full. Of course, requested sauces were missing....as always. Food is expensive, especially these days, so for a lot of us, ordering out is a splurge we only get to enjoy occasionally. Its super frustrating when we don't get what we pay for. And even more so when it happens often. I decided to send a message on Facebook about it - more of an fyi than anything, because I knew nothing would be done without me going back to the restaurant and I wasn't in a place to do so. I expected that maybe I'd get an "I'm sorry about that...next time you're around the store, stop by and we'll make it up to you!" Didn't happen. As a matter of fact, they didn't respond at all. Not so much as an apology, not even a sad little emoji face on my message. They saw it, and completely ignored it. Am I surprised? Nah. I know exactly how this store is run. This isn't a review coming from a disgruntled ex-employee...I haven't worked there since 2021, and I'm definitely not disgruntled. Life has since awarded me a much better opportunity than what I was spinning my wheels on at this restaurant. Suffice it to say, I'm happy I was cut loose when I was, because judging from the service I and others on these reviews are getting these days, it's continued to go downhill since 2021, and I was already super frustrated with the entitled management and inadequate coworkers back then. Fast food is a hard business to be in. I get that. I know it firsthand. But when more focus is placed on the speed of your drive through and order fulfillment than it is quality and accuracy of the orders going out, the result is poor service overall.
Twice in a row forgot something in my online order. They won't give you a refund unless you drive back to the store. I don't live close so I just had to take the loss
Do I live near this restaurant and go often but unfortunately this particular cfa always makes a mistake on my food and doesn't give me something. Unfortunately I'm already home by that time and I have to drive another 30mins round trip to get the missing item. I've never had to do this with any other location. It never seems to get better. I guess that's my fault and I should always look. Anyhow just thought I'd finally leave a review about it since it seems to happen so often at this party location.
Missing food and sauces multiple times. Long lines and waits all the time. Not up to your typical CFA standards.. 2 stars instead of 1 because there are some members on their team who try to improve customer experience while maintaining good composure.
I stopped at this Chick-fil-A because I wanted some of their awesome nuggets. I was directed to an outside lane of their drive thru. A nice guy was taking orders. After waiting a really long time, I finally made my way around to where the take out staff was delivering orders. I waited a really long time, and finally they brought my order out. I was trapped in the outside lane forever. I asked one of the employees passing by, what was going on? They said something about the orders getting mixed up, etc. I finally had to back out of the lane, hoping not to get in another jam. After leaving I was finally able to eat the nuggets. I was so disappointed in the quality of them. They seemed kind of mushy, and lacked the nice trademark crust. I won't ever stop there again.
this morning, we stop by at this restaurant and i want to say that the food was good, but the cashier was not too friendly they appeared to be too busy to give customers a greeting word, it was me the one that greeted them, the cashier's name is LAMAYA. i was surprised for the lack of courtesy in other words poor customer service. management should keep an open eye on those issues.
I've been having their Sandwiches quite often but for the past 2 times I've had sandwiches which tasted raw and uncooked. Most of the sandwich tastes good but one part of it almost wants to make me vomit. It's just so bad. Something has definitely changed and it doesn't feel good enough.
First off; I do Love Chick-fil-A, but I shouldn’t have to ask for lite-ice in order not to receive a full cup of ice when I ordered a large diet Dr Pepper, not a large cup of ice with 4 ounces of soft drink. Please try to save cost elsewhere and not by providing less value to your customers. 👍
Was in the far right drive thru lane and it was moving like a snail. Left lane closest to the store was moving like crazy 12 cars went and I was still waiting, due to there being 4 people taking orders in that lane. I was just passing through but will never stop here again. I’ve never been to a chick-fil-a that feels like they don’t care about customer service. The kids on the left lane were chatting and having a good time while the left lane had one worker and seemed to be struggling.
This was an order of $755 to be pickedup between 7:30am to 7:45am, catering order placed online. Which I was at the store and let an employee know I was there at 7:15am to be able to get the order. I had to have my daughter brought to me since things ran so late. At 8:15 am the person who was now late for work took the order, we did not get informed that it was not the full order from Chick fila. I asked them to open the play area for my daughter and after 10 minutes without anyone opening the play area, her and I left and I get a call $172 of the order did not arrive (From the place the food was going to, not Chick Fila). I had been gone for less than 20 minutes and get back to the Chick fil a and let them know they did not have the 4 trays of minis and they told me they will have to remake them. I asked, "What do you mean, when did you finish them because I was here till 8:30 am and nobody gave me the trays and it is now 8:48 am?". The workers ignored me and stated it will be 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I asked about the trays and I was told another 5 minutes. I got a message from the group they now already have food from somewhere else and to cancel that part of the order. Which I did tell Chick fila, now since it is close to 2 hours after the time of pick up to cancel that part of the order. I was told they have to get someone for that. A few minutes go by and now they are bringing the trays of minis out. I told them again, "It is 2 hours late and the people have other food now, so it needs to be cancelled." The employee just handed the bags over and says "Sorry" with a I do not care look on her face. Then gives me some little gift cards. I did have my daughter with me so I just take the bags of food and leave. I did not want to make my daughters day any worse with wasting anymore time with these people. The rest of the day was spent making up for how Chick Fila made my 7 year olds day start out badly.
So my wife and kids come here a lot…. But this time I ordered food for my kids through drive thru.. when I get home, I’m missing a sandwich. And of course since they had closed they wouldn’t answer. So I came back this morning to get my money back…. And with no receipt they wouldn’t give it to me, luckily we still had the bag and was able to get a picture. Managers (both), were the unfriendliest I’ve ever encountered at a chick-fil-A. Long face, didn’t want to hear my complain…. They didn’t apologize for the inconvenience and lastly, didn’t offer a drink or anything for the frustration caused. I see how many other restaurants can be this way but Chick-Fil-A? The nicest people around? Best service you’ll get at a fast food restaurant? Not this location…. Not coming back here ever again!!!!!
My husband and I recently moved to Rosenberg from East Houston. Our favorite past time on Fridays is to get chick fil a. However, since relocating to this chick fil a location, it has been terrible. The service time is long, our order is always wrong, and the workers are rude. Don’t go here. Choose another chick fil a
I use to love coming here awhile back. I figured going yesterday for food would be a great birthday meal but unfortunately a worker didn’t want to give me my birthday reward and me and my family got food poisoning. Our fries were soaked in grease. I’m super disappointed and we will not be returning. We went around (12-1pm)
I just waited in line for 15 minutes. The employees outside for whatever reason didn't take my order. I couldn't get out of line and drove up to the window and let them know my order hadn't been taken. The employee told me I'd have to go back through the line again because the line was too long and he couldn't take my order. I will NEVER come back to this Chick-fil-A again!
Told them to put cheese and they did not listen to me n said to put Chick-fil-A sauce n did not put it in the bag will not be going there agin
I Honestly have never experienced this low level of experience in a chick fil a. By low level I mean that the food is not hitting/ tasty or even good. The service is bad and I won’t complain about the long line to be mindful. I got chicken noodle soup with NO CHICKEN and a water down sprite. Seriously this chick- fil-a is the worst ever I’ve been to.
I'm not sure of the people who have reviews this location are employees or what but everytime I order here there's an issue. Yesterday I received a half full LARGE fry. It was corrected, by giving me another HALF FULL FRY. last time I ordered my sandwiches a certain way and guess what, I didnt get it the way I asked or how I paid for it to be, the solution then? Well add rewards redemption to repurchase. I got it about a month and 5 phone calls later and it wasn't even for all items that were incorrect, just two sandwiches on an order with 2 meals, a salad and a 3rd sandwitch. I will not go here again. The trip to another location is much better then the half the normal size chicken patties and half full fries with watered down lemonade. Please try to do better because you're specific restaurant is making chickfila look bad.
This is the slowest chick-fil-a we've been to in the Houston area. Employee took forver to take order in the inner line of drive-thru. The outer line was moving much faster. Seems like not all their employees are good at their jobs. Also the pup cups were served in tiny sample cups, not the regular wide-mouthed soup cups. That is being inconsiderate of the dog sizes & breeds. Not stopping by this one again.
I’ve been to this CFA countless of times. And the customer service just keeps going down. This morning I came and I asked for the chicken mini’s with honey and the guy had an attitude it’s like he was mad I interrupted him talking to his buddy. He said what drink and I said Dr Pepper. Didn’t tell me the total just had me pay no thank u nothing just went back to talking to his friend. And by the way my order was wrong all bc he didn’t pay attention. Do better. I thought CFA was known for their service not for their rudeness
The last three separate times that we have ordered from here they have forgotten a substantial amount of food. This latest order was missing two Chick-fil-A sandwiches. The line is always very long, but if you’re going to risk going here, you need to sit there and count all the food while sitting there at the window to ensure your order is right. Highly recommend other locations first.
This Chick-fil-A is overrun with children. They don’t have adults that are taking care of them. You can’t send your kid into their playground without supervision. The teenagers are not told to respect people and act like total idiots. Done with this place.
I decided to stop by to have a bite. I love the Chick-fil-A sandwich. WORST PLACE!! I was trying to get to the parking lot to park. There was cars in lines in all directions. It took me 20 minutes to get to a spot to park. The cashier Dwayne ignored everything I said. He didn’t even Acknowledge a word. NO THANK NO WELCOME!! Very rude employees..
I go to a lot of different chic fila’s and this one is by far the worst. The portions are a lot smaller. The food is cold but burnt at the same time. The orders are always wrong. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but this is like the 5th time I’ve been burned by this chic fila. I understand you can’t be 100% all the time but they manage to be 0% all the time. To top it off they didn’t even say “my pleasure”, probably cause they know it’s not good.
I would give it a zero if I could! Not only have the slowed their line down, forgotten things on my order - I tried again today - attempted to order breakfast using my points to only be told that they aren’t serving breakfast although they should be until 10:30 - then I’m told I still have to wait in the long line - Never again! Will go to the Greatwood location! This one has declined drastically
Smh. Cant believe i have to write a bad review on chicfila. This location is the worst. They can't get an order right even when you order thru the app. Then the manager could not refund me for their kitchen mistake, They could only reimburse me thru rewards. Ruined dinner for the family. Get your act together chicfila. Horrible service and management.
The drive thru right lane is ridiculous! One car after another on the left and the right took forever. Them I call the restaurant twice and no answer!!
This location is not far from the crabb river location both have the same problems so pretty much copy and paste they run the same way have the same issues and please fix the fountain drinks the DR PEPPER is not up to par. So as far as comfort for customers. It is too crammed.. the bars need to be taken out as do a couple half walls and open up the floor more we are constantly bumping into each other, breathing on each other while we pick up or wait for food. The restrooms are very small as well. Nuggets are over cooked all the time now and so dry…and for @$19 it is unacceptable, and so are the fries being overcooked, they were hard and dark golden that’s not normal chick fil a. There is no order in this establishment. Also concerning the 30 piece they should of never went to a box like mc donalds.. they are thrown sideways in the bag coming out and grease on the bag.. no respect for the dollar nor presentation. If it doesn’t fit get a larger bag, but they won’t you have to ask for an extra bag and fix it yourself. The black salad trays was the best for the 30 piece.. and I would just open it and put a napkin in it so it would not sweat so bad since they would not put a tissue paper which I think it still should be put in the new boxes but they won’t. I would take these trays to meetings but do not anymore due to it looking cheap now. I don’t know what happened to this location plus a few others (I have to put in the review for one location due to spoiled chicken in Louisiana it is somewhat newly built and the service and food was terrible 😣 so sad)
If I could leave zero stars, I would I ordered a 12 count meal fried cook extra I went up to the window and the lady was handing me back two pennies. I told her to keep the change or leave it for someone else. She took my receipt and change and threw it away as soon as I got back, it was 12 grilled nuggets with hair wrapped around two nuggets do not eat here I called back to speak to a manager and they said that there’s nothing they can do about it.
Only reason why you’re getting bad ratings for everything is because y’all don’t sell lunch for breakfast like the others do that’s the only time I come to Chick-fil-A is just to get lunch breakfast is no good so now I have to drive to the next town
Horrible time getting a refund, or help with my order when it was packaged incorrectly. Tried for several days to contact anyone but kept getting the same automated message from “Noah”.
This is the worst location by far. There is no safe place to enter , I tried to take my granddaughter who is two. In order to go in you have to cross the drive through and a ridiculous gate which blocks the entrance not even a side walk or path to enter. I used to park under the trees and enter but now it’s blocked off for curbside. This is very poor planning and unsafe. I won’t be back. I drive to Fulshear
I am very disgusted with Chick-fil-A about my recent experience. This unprofessional female employee that claims to be a manager decides to negotiate with my order that was previously made all wrong. I ordered a 12 pc meal lg fry lg sprite and a med Mac and cheese. I was given an 8 pc meal with med coke and a Mac and cheese. Now I go to get my order corrected and i am given a 8 pc nuggets no fries a med sprite and a med Mac and cheese. Remember im having to go back for their mistake and get a negotiated meal not my meal. She said I can only get one side although I paid for a meal and a side of Mac and cheese the first time.
don’t bother placing a mobile, it’ll come way later than people who just placed their order, the people who work here seem to be straight from the side of the road with how they act especially the older ones, and older lady who works here consistently has poor hygiene that just makes you lose your appetite, you’re better off going elsewhere.
extremely inefficient. i sat and got my pre ordered food and had to wait fifteen minutes behind people waiting to get their food. no way to get out of line. What’s the point of me getting my food and it getting cold if i have to sit and wait in line?? do not recommend, and clearly extremely under qualified
I do not typically leave reviews, but I feel compelled to document this experience. I visited this location during a non-peak hour and was the only customer present. Despite this, I was treated in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner by multiple staff members. I am a 71-year-old woman and found the lack of courtesy and professionalism concerning. The cashier appeared unable to remain attentive, and the manager struggled to communicate clearly or appropriately address the situation. This created an uncomfortable and concerning environment for a customer. This location appears to have significant issues with staff training, professionalism, and management oversight. I hope ownership or corporate management addresses these concerns promptly.
Editing my review as this escalated: as we left, this manager, Chris, hugged one of the children and then obligated my sister into hugging him as well by putting his arm around her shoulders before she had a chance to decline. This is bizarre, unwanted physical contact. I came here with my sister and her three young children. She’s been avoiding this location due to one of the manager’s continuously flirting with her and making extensive, unwelcome conversation with her under the guise of “good service”. It was incredibly uncomfortable to try and eat with someone watching and smiling all the time. He will approach more frequently than other guests to check on her. We only came back because she said he supposedly was moving a while ago. But alas, he is still here and it is still uncomfortable. While his advances aren’t overt and gross, they are very obvious. Being forced to be polite in the face of too many compliments about her physical appearance and too much personal attention when there are plenty of other customers that are not receiving the same level of attention does not make the meal enjoyable or increase our willingness to come back. It feels very purposeful and made worse by having three children under nine around.
Not impressed. I bought a combo ( I was going to buy the wrap and fries by itself, the guy convinced me to just get the combo even though I don’t drink soda) so I said sure I guess, I’ll take a bottle of water instead of the soda. I get to the front, they’re trying to give me tap water in a paper cup, I said hey I was told I could get a bottle of water. The manager told me “it’s gonna cost you extra”. I’m obviously confused because I’m paying extra already for the combo and I don’t even want a soft drink. I told him I don’t have cup holders and I don’t want tap water but he insisted I pay the extra for the bottled water. I said nvm and just took my food and left, still paying for the whole combo. That’s messed up and not good customer service. Won’t be back to this location
10/10 do not recommend dining in when placing a mobile order. • 12:01- received my order, minus condiments for the sandwich and a drink. Was told my drink would be out shortly, so I figured I’d wait until then to ask for condiments. Also didn’t want to leave my table since I was dining solo on a quick break from work. 12:14- finally got up to get missing items. Went back to the table with napkins and condiments, drink would be coming out shortly. 12:26- received my drink, only after getting in line and requesting it at the register. Left the restaurant. • At least the food was good. It’s just rare that service is better in a drive thru line as opposed to dining in.
I visited this Chick-fil-A location with my family around 9:15 PM — about 45 minutes before closing. We were excited to enjoy dinner together and started placing our order, which included a Chick-fil-A Deluxe Meal, a Kids Meal, and a Cobb Salad. I asked if I could remove the bacon from the salad because I’m allergic to it. As we were about to pay, At that moment, one of the employees came up to the cashier and said they couldn’t make any “special” items — such as adding or removing anything from the salad — because it was too late. That was really disappointing to hear, especially since the restaurant was still open and we weren’t asking for anything unreasonable — just a simple allergy request. It honestly felt like they just didn’t want to prepare the order so close to closing time. I ended up asking them to cancel everything and left. I’ve always enjoyed Chick-fil-A for its great service and hospitality, specially this location, but this experience was very discouraging.
I’ve never left a bad review before, especially for a chick fil a, but I’m so disappointed in this location! They were doing a “mystery box” mobile order thing tonight and my app would not let me put a mobile order in to this location no matter how many times I tried. Another first as I’ve never had an issue with the app before. I mentioned this to the young man who took my order who told me to tell the people giving me my food about my app not working. I did and they were SO hateful about it. Like I was trying to steal a stupid mystery box or something. Not that big a of a deal but no need to be rude about it.
I ordered breakfast through the app before breakfast was over they still accept orders before 10:30. And when I got to the window after waiting about 15 minutes in the drive through line, I was told, they can't help me because they are out of breakfast even though I saw the car next to me get a breakfast item why did they still serve her and not me if its "out". not my fault that you don't want to make more after 10:30. But if you have a hard cut off time at 10:30 at least honor the orders people placed before the cut off time.
I’m typing this review as I’ve now been waiting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes. How is the drive-thru worse after creating a second lane?! I’ve been to this location 3 times since the second lane was created and each time the wait has been ridiculous. This location needs a better system for handling the drive-thru because fast food should not take this long. I will be driving down to the Crabb River location moving forward.
I ordered a southwest salad and a spicy pretzel club sandwich with no tomatoes. The first time they brought the food out the salad had no dressing so I had to go ask for some. Then I opened the sandwich and it was a grilled chicken sandwich on a wheat bun even though the box was labeled with someone else’s order and name they had put my orders receipt on it and brought it to me. I had to go up once again and ask them to correct the order. They rung it up again and then when they brought it out it again, it was an original pretzel club with tomatoes, not spicy without tomatoes . This place seems to be run by a bunch of kids who do not care about customer service or experience. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience of me having to correct my order 3 times, even though the manager had to come ring in the mistake order. I would not recommend this location to anyone who values customer service, quality or speedy service.
Don’t order delivery on a weekend, they don’t get your order right and they won’t fix it, if you call they leave you on hold for over 20 minutes until you get tired and hang up. And they ask you to go into the store and get the food that you paid delivery for. If I wanted to leave the house to go get food, why would I order DoorDash!
This place was so bad it made me want to start doing reviews. Service: only highschool kids are running this place. They’re falling and tripping around, throwing paper balls at the trash can like it’s basketball. Throwing water at each other, where is the manager! Is he just one of the immature staff in this place? Instead of taking our order, they were laughing at the kid who just fell behind the counter to get attention from everyone else. Food: they gave me the wrong order and it seems I wasn’t the only one. We overheard multiple people asking about their order. Guess their specialty is no longer the chicken, but instead getting the order wrong. Ambiance: wet floors, dirty bathrooms, overfilled trash cans. The vibes are here for sure. Staff yelling at each other saying, “don’t take more orders!” I’m a huge people person and love to socialize and respect our food service workers, but this is just absolutely ridiculous.
