Opinions de Opus Jericho
My kids love this place! In our opinion, it’s the best fast food restaurant around, with tastier, healthier options than most. I highly recommend!
Came in during the dinner rush. To my surprise dining in wasn’t horrible. Annaliyah took our order and was knowledgeable on the menu. She even came to our table and refilled our drink after we sat down. Dinner itself was warm and to our satisfaction and came out quickly. Definitely recommend for anyone to come.
My family and I have been coming to this Chick-fil-A for many years now. They are such a great location. Even during busy times, the staff is always so friendly and gets you in and out in a timely fashion. The drive-through line goes very fast and is well organized and maintained. The food is always fresh and hot, whether you order through the mobile app or place it at the restaurant.
It's Chick-fil-A, what can I say? The employees are usually doing their best with the exception of the food not always being right for the prize. One day I had a sandwich with only one bread- how do you manage to forget that? The chicken sandwiches are smaller, but the prices are higher. I love the waffle fries every time, so I keep going back. The salads are not the best, in fact, there is another fast food restaurant that has far more superior ones. Chick-fil-A rocks overall.
This is the only spot I go to for Chick-fil-A. I tried another location in South/West Houston once never again. They were taking down people’s license plates for orders, and I was like, why do you need my plate just to get a sandwich? I didn’t go back. But this location? They just ask for your name, and they’re always so nice and friendly. I keep coming back every time.
The managers of this one should get a raise.. all of them classy folks with top customer service. I wish every restaurant had a manager like these people.. shout out to Cade fast nice polite friendly and funny! See yall again soon!
Came through the drive thru, the traffic was a little confusing, and definitely frustrating at first, but the line moved quickly enough that it didn’t seem to matter. I feel like there has to be a better layout, but they do good with what they have.
I went through the line to get a Cobb salad with nuggets… babe why was there no nuggets in my salad? I called and a very kind woman named Natalie said to come through and they’d replace it for me… why’d they forgot my dressing🫠 Natalie was kind and so was the blonde young man taking my order. Just double check the stuffing and bagging🙏🏼
This is the worst location by far. There is no safe place to enter , I tried to take my granddaughter who is two. In order to go in you have to cross the drive through and a ridiculous gate which blocks the entrance not even a side walk or path to enter. I used to park under the trees and enter but now it’s blocked off for curbside. This is very poor planning and unsafe. I won’t be back. I drive to Fulshear
I am very disgusted with Chick-fil-A about my recent experience. This unprofessional female employee that claims to be a manager decides to negotiate with my order that was previously made all wrong. I ordered a 12 pc meal lg fry lg sprite and a med Mac and cheese. I was given an 8 pc meal with med coke and a Mac and cheese. Now I go to get my order corrected and i am given a 8 pc nuggets no fries a med sprite and a med Mac and cheese. Remember im having to go back for their mistake and get a negotiated meal not my meal. She said I can only get one side although I paid for a meal and a side of Mac and cheese the first time.
don’t bother placing a mobile, it’ll come way later than people who just placed their order, the people who work here seem to be straight from the side of the road with how they act especially the older ones, and older lady who works here consistently has poor hygiene that just makes you lose your appetite, you’re better off going elsewhere.
extremely inefficient. i sat and got my pre ordered food and had to wait fifteen minutes behind people waiting to get their food. no way to get out of line. What’s the point of me getting my food and it getting cold if i have to sit and wait in line?? do not recommend, and clearly extremely under qualified
I do not typically leave reviews, but I feel compelled to document this experience. I visited this location during a non-peak hour and was the only customer present. Despite this, I was treated in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner by multiple staff members. I am a 71-year-old woman and found the lack of courtesy and professionalism concerning. The cashier appeared unable to remain attentive, and the manager struggled to communicate clearly or appropriately address the situation. This created an uncomfortable and concerning environment for a customer. This location appears to have significant issues with staff training, professionalism, and management oversight. I hope ownership or corporate management addresses these concerns promptly.
Editing my review as this escalated: as we left, this manager, Chris, hugged one of the children and then obligated my sister into hugging him as well by putting his arm around her shoulders before she had a chance to decline. This is bizarre, unwanted physical contact. I came here with my sister and her three young children. She’s been avoiding this location due to one of the manager’s continuously flirting with her and making extensive, unwelcome conversation with her under the guise of “good service”. It was incredibly uncomfortable to try and eat with someone watching and smiling all the time. He will approach more frequently than other guests to check on her. We only came back because she said he supposedly was moving a while ago. But alas, he is still here and it is still uncomfortable. While his advances aren’t overt and gross, they are very obvious. Being forced to be polite in the face of too many compliments about her physical appearance and too much personal attention when there are plenty of other customers that are not receiving the same level of attention does not make the meal enjoyable or increase our willingness to come back. It feels very purposeful and made worse by having three children under nine around.
Not impressed. I bought a combo ( I was going to buy the wrap and fries by itself, the guy convinced me to just get the combo even though I don’t drink soda) so I said sure I guess, I’ll take a bottle of water instead of the soda. I get to the front, they’re trying to give me tap water in a paper cup, I said hey I was told I could get a bottle of water. The manager told me “it’s gonna cost you extra”. I’m obviously confused because I’m paying extra already for the combo and I don’t even want a soft drink. I told him I don’t have cup holders and I don’t want tap water but he insisted I pay the extra for the bottled water. I said nvm and just took my food and left, still paying for the whole combo. That’s messed up and not good customer service. Won’t be back to this location
10/10 do not recommend dining in when placing a mobile order. • 12:01- received my order, minus condiments for the sandwich and a drink. Was told my drink would be out shortly, so I figured I’d wait until then to ask for condiments. Also didn’t want to leave my table since I was dining solo on a quick break from work. 12:14- finally got up to get missing items. Went back to the table with napkins and condiments, drink would be coming out shortly. 12:26- received my drink, only after getting in line and requesting it at the register. Left the restaurant. • At least the food was good. It’s just rare that service is better in a drive thru line as opposed to dining in.
I visited this Chick-fil-A location with my family around 9:15 PM — about 45 minutes before closing. We were excited to enjoy dinner together and started placing our order, which included a Chick-fil-A Deluxe Meal, a Kids Meal, and a Cobb Salad. I asked if I could remove the bacon from the salad because I’m allergic to it. As we were about to pay, At that moment, one of the employees came up to the cashier and said they couldn’t make any “special” items — such as adding or removing anything from the salad — because it was too late. That was really disappointing to hear, especially since the restaurant was still open and we weren’t asking for anything unreasonable — just a simple allergy request. It honestly felt like they just didn’t want to prepare the order so close to closing time. I ended up asking them to cancel everything and left. I’ve always enjoyed Chick-fil-A for its great service and hospitality, specially this location, but this experience was very discouraging.
I’ve never left a bad review before, especially for a chick fil a, but I’m so disappointed in this location! They were doing a “mystery box” mobile order thing tonight and my app would not let me put a mobile order in to this location no matter how many times I tried. Another first as I’ve never had an issue with the app before. I mentioned this to the young man who took my order who told me to tell the people giving me my food about my app not working. I did and they were SO hateful about it. Like I was trying to steal a stupid mystery box or something. Not that big a of a deal but no need to be rude about it.
I ordered breakfast through the app before breakfast was over they still accept orders before 10:30. And when I got to the window after waiting about 15 minutes in the drive through line, I was told, they can't help me because they are out of breakfast even though I saw the car next to me get a breakfast item why did they still serve her and not me if its "out". not my fault that you don't want to make more after 10:30. But if you have a hard cut off time at 10:30 at least honor the orders people placed before the cut off time.
I’m typing this review as I’ve now been waiting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes. How is the drive-thru worse after creating a second lane?! I’ve been to this location 3 times since the second lane was created and each time the wait has been ridiculous. This location needs a better system for handling the drive-thru because fast food should not take this long. I will be driving down to the Crabb River location moving forward.
I ordered a southwest salad and a spicy pretzel club sandwich with no tomatoes. The first time they brought the food out the salad had no dressing so I had to go ask for some. Then I opened the sandwich and it was a grilled chicken sandwich on a wheat bun even though the box was labeled with someone else’s order and name they had put my orders receipt on it and brought it to me. I had to go up once again and ask them to correct the order. They rung it up again and then when they brought it out it again, it was an original pretzel club with tomatoes, not spicy without tomatoes . This place seems to be run by a bunch of kids who do not care about customer service or experience. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience of me having to correct my order 3 times, even though the manager had to come ring in the mistake order. I would not recommend this location to anyone who values customer service, quality or speedy service.
Don’t order delivery on a weekend, they don’t get your order right and they won’t fix it, if you call they leave you on hold for over 20 minutes until you get tired and hang up. And they ask you to go into the store and get the food that you paid delivery for. If I wanted to leave the house to go get food, why would I order DoorDash!
This place was so bad it made me want to start doing reviews. Service: only highschool kids are running this place. They’re falling and tripping around, throwing paper balls at the trash can like it’s basketball. Throwing water at each other, where is the manager! Is he just one of the immature staff in this place? Instead of taking our order, they were laughing at the kid who just fell behind the counter to get attention from everyone else. Food: they gave me the wrong order and it seems I wasn’t the only one. We overheard multiple people asking about their order. Guess their specialty is no longer the chicken, but instead getting the order wrong. Ambiance: wet floors, dirty bathrooms, overfilled trash cans. The vibes are here for sure. Staff yelling at each other saying, “don’t take more orders!” I’m a huge people person and love to socialize and respect our food service workers, but this is just absolutely ridiculous.
