Sat down and was created by a waiter within a few minutes. Got hot and delicious food within a few minutes. Will come back for the $20 all you can eat on Monday and Wednesday!

Super sweet waitress. Laid back atmosphere. We got there at 2pm and they still gave us the lunch special (ends at 2) I had the original hot wings, I was apprehensive to go hotter than that because ive never had their wings. I wish I would've gone hotter. They were good though! Then I got the potato wedges. Their sweet tea was on point as well :). Check them out!

Our waiter Tyler in the bar area was phenomenal. He was super attentive and had a great knowledge of the menu. He made us feel welcome and we will definitely be back again.

Had the best server tonight from in a long time! Draft beers didn't taste on point, but Beau's service totally made it okay and no big deal.

Kourtney the manager SAVED my night with her customer service after an issue with an online order. She was very understanding on the phone when I made the call, when i got there she made sure I was 100% taken care of with the right items and added some fries for my troubles! Very thankful! Will be ordering online or just coming in again soon.

Ordered the 6 piece boneless wings hot with a side of garlic parm. It was amazing, food was fresh and hot Dom took care of us and recommended good flavors to us. I enjoyed his awareness. I will definitely come here again and get those flavors might even try the spicy garlic next time. This is becoming my new favorite wing place.

Ayo, me and my homegirl came here this past Friday. The food tasted fine, the service was nice, but gaaah damn!! You know how your car sounds when you're riding the rumble strips on the shoulder? That was our stomachs the next morning. I was down all DAY. Maybe it was the onion rings we shared, or the grease in general. She said the cauliflower wings were on point and we liked the Red Bull drink. Anyway, maybe change the name to Buffalo Wild Butts, because the only place we flew to was the commode.

We used to come here all the time, the wings taste great and they have lots of flavor options, but have stopped since having multiple bad experiences. They used to have great specials during the week which have changed several times and now it's very pricey. The customer service is terrible EVERY TIME. We have had so many incorrect orders, missing items, and dry wings. If we are craving wings we just make them at home now.

I have a love and hate relationship with this Buffalo Wild Wings location. Love when our wings come out just right (hot, fresh and crispy). Hate when I have to sit for over 40 minutes only to get wings that don't have enough sauce or rub and are at room temperature. I used to go on Tuesdays to take advantage of their wing discounts, but upon my last visit I've noticed prices have also gone up a bit. We have just opted not to go as often.

I have to give it up for Adriana I think that was her name, even though people were being unpatient, in the beginning she did what she could do and helped out in any way. Give that girl a raise! As a blazin rewards member I was extremely disappointed in this BWW. From the moment I walked in thr service was trash. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for someone to show up. It took us about an hour to get our order. We were told they were putting it on the tray and 11 min later, we got most of our order. A few minutes later, the remainder of our order arrived. No one really seemed concerned about the delay. They were not especially busy. No one addressed the problem, except the waiter, who told me the kitchen was screwing up. 2 minutes after we received our food, the people that came in behind us were leaving. No other tables seemed to have any problems getting their food. My biggest problem was that no one seemed to care that we were unhappy. The waiter did bring out complimentary chips and dip (one of the cheapest items on the menu). I agree with some of the other reviews, they need new management. They don’t seem to care about customer service. The waiter was good at first, but once he noticed I was less that pleased, he wasn’t even getting us refills. He basically ignored us until I had to get his attention for the check. No discounts, no apology, nothing except free chips and dip, that we didn’t touch. That is the last time they get my business.

I came here to try out the all you can eat wings and fries. And lets just say, they dont know their own promos. It cleary states wings and fries, not just wings. I wish I had taken pictures, because they served me a small handful of fries with the first round of wings. After that, just wings, no fries at all. I have attaches a screenshot of the promo so they can see what they are supposed to be serving.

Waitress never came by and asked if we needed drink refills. The wings weren’t hot when served and they mixed up the labels for the flavors of the wings. The fried pickles and fry’s were hot like they came out of the fryer when they were served.

Fried pickle tour: We are not impressed. The pickles are cut in chips, but that's pretty much the only positive. The cornmeal breading did not complement the pickle flavor, they were over-fried and therefore oddly crispy-chewy on the outside, and the "cajun-seasoned ranch" didn't taste cajun, just weird. I'm going to hope our server was new, because we had to explain to her what we were ordering, and she only refilled drinks when she brought some food and saw an empty glass. Between food service, we were on our own. I got the bayou po'boy, which overall was good. The shrimp was all smothered in their cajun ranch, though, and it was just too much of that flavor overpowering everything else. The teen got the chicken buffalitos, and they were too spicy for him, although that's just a personal taste thing. Generally, I got the feeling this was meant to be a drunk food experience. Over-flavored, lots of fried, loudish music, and TVs with sports on everywhere. If that's your thing, maybe give it a try, although I'd still avoid the fried pickles.

Ordered natchos thinking nobody can mess up nachos something quick and fast , there was no melted queso on it . Just the topping of shredded cheese and it was not melted all the way , I asked the waitress for more cheese and brought 2 sauce cups with cheese and I did the best I could left most of the natchos because they charged me 80 cents per cup when they added no queso , then the waitress asked me if she can keep the rest , never have I been asked that I’m just given my change . This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in a very long time. Came here with my company for a company lunch we planned. Restaurant was not busy when we arrived or during the duration of our time there. We got our first order of drinks, but did not get refills until an hour later. Ended up being there almost 2 hours and our food never came except for one salad (and it was way too salty to even eat). We ended up leaving without anything other than first round of drinks. Staff was rude at the end like we had been the ones that messed up. My boss and coworkers had attempted to ask management several times for our food and they disappeared after several requests. We won't be returning here ever again. 2 hour wait with no food and no reasonable time expectation, especially when restaurant is empty, is extremely unacceptable.

This has to be the worst location. I used to get BWW every week (Boneless Thursdays was like a tradition for us) until I moved to Katy and this was my closest location. This location NEVER participates in any of the promotions, and NEVER allows me to use ANY of my account rewards. Now I get wings from here like once a year and only as a last resort. Also, service is incredibly slow even if the place is empty.

I never rated a restaurant so low in my life, but I had to warn all my friends out there about coming here. Service times was crazy long. 30 minutes for 2 beers. An additional, 15-30 min for food. They accidentally charged my card to another account. They fixed it. I got sick while eating the wings. And felt sick until the following morning. To top it off there was a whole scope of sketchy people in the parking lot. The only good thing about this place is that I got to meet my friend for a good laugh or two.

This place is going downhill. Being the nearest BWW, I frequently order to-go and dine in both. In the recent months, the service has been absolutely terrible. To go order is always a mess up and late and no one showed up to serve during dine in. Tables are dirty and no one cleaned them, a lot of left over in many tables and they’re not cleaned for a long time. We had to do it ourselves and then waited 15 mins trying the QR code which didn’t work and then needed to go find someone in the kitchen to attend us then was told they were busy. Wasted over 30 mins and had to leave for another restaurant. They need to hire enough staff to run this properly or close this down!

If I could rate it lower I would. Not because of the food but due the the poor service our waitress Madison provided to us during our visit on 05/21/2022. Madison was our waitress that Saturday night, we were out celebrating our newly high school graduate at her “favorite” restaurant. Upon arrival Madison took our drink order it took about 10-15min for her to put in our drink order on the system, we were sitting right behind the computer. After entering our drinks in, it took another 10min for her to get our fountain drinks out. I completely understand if the alcoholic drinks are delayed as they come from the bar but all drinks were brought out at the same time. Madison then took our order, in the middle of one of us ordering she was distracted by the table behind us, immediately stopped for 1-2min then turned back to us asking if she had taken one our attendees order. While our attendee was repeating back the order to her she turned to the next person in our table without acknowledging what our attendee was saying, not even an “I got ya” just completely moved on and turned her back. One our attendees order was wrong, Madison was no where to be found. One of us needed a refill, Madison was no where to be found. Finally she comes around asking if we needed anything, we did not disclose with her food order was wrong as our attendee was almost done with her food, it didn’t matter at this point. We asked for a refill it took her a while for her to bring it out and she just slides it over to the person requesting the drink and walks away. Maybe about 15-20min after someone else needed a refill. Madison was nowhere to be found maybe 10-15 min later she comes out of the restroom rushing to the back end of the restaurant. We waited for her to come around and asked for the long over due refill as some of us were still eating. We ask for our bill at this point because who knows when we will see her again. 10-15min pass by no refills no bill. We watched Madison talk to co-workers and attend other tables. One of us got up to ask someone at the desk if they could get us the bill they said we had to wait for waitress. We saw the manager who greeted us to our table and explained we were waiting for Madison to bring us our refills for over 15min and our bill. Manager apologized, got our bill and to go drinks. Some of us were not done eating but at this point food was cold and we were not planning to wait another 10-15min for to go boxes.

We were never greeted at the hostest stand. Then some waitress said grab a seat anywhere and we will bring you menus. We sat down and after 5 mins my husband had to ask someone. The redheaded bar tender lady dropped off menus said nothing and walked away. We Did not get to eat. The waitress walk right past of 5 times. I called out to her that were were ready and she ignored me. After about 15 mins we just left. It was the redheaded bar tender. Very rude.

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings with a group and was extremely disappointed with the food. Everything we ordered—wings, appetizers, fries, and a burger—was either dry, overcooked, or nearly burnt. It was clear the oil in the fryer hadn’t been changed, which the staff admitted but said wouldn’t be addressed until the next day. The wings were so dry that they were hard to eat. While the server was fantastic and tried their best, the food quality and lack of accountability from management completely ruined the experience. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re looking for quality wings/food.

Ive ordered bww every week and have been receiving bad for two weeks. Last week they sent me 10 thai curry instead of 5 and 5 maple Chipotle. This week i recieved 5 plain wings instead of maple Chipotle and they were absolutely disgusting covered in white spots, smelled foul. My tater tots were under cooked. I no longer feel safe ordering from them again.

Came to eat here tonight with my family and some friends since we were at a nearby location. The ac was broken so everyone was very uncomfortable. Drink and food service was very slow. When we finally received our food it was barely even warm anymore. Most of the adults had already finished their food by the time the kids meals came out. This is by far been the worst Buffalo Wild Wings location I have ever been to and I LOVE BWW. the food was surprisingly fantastic even after the poor service I received. upon walking in, the place was filthy with multiple dirty unbussed tables that had not been cleaned up and we're not cleaned up the entire 2 hours I was there. Upon sitting down in the bar area it took 15-20 minutes for anyone to address my table and take my first drink order and another 15 to 20 minutes just to have my water delivered. after I had seen how slow the service was I took it upon myself to go to the bar and try to order an alcoholic beverage where again I waited 15 to 20 minutes and was not even acknowledged by the bartender behind the bar(I gave up and never got my drink) after a small appetizer it took yet another 30 minutes to be addressed again for my main order to be taken I waited about 30 more minutes for the food to come out, again as always the wings were great and the order was made correctly and came out hot and fresh however upon eating halfway through my meal two contractors had started opening up and tearing down a moldy wall right in front of my table! During business hours and while there were still customers eating in the vicinity. It was disgusting, unprofessional, UNSANITARY the smell was awful (even the pregnant server addressed how disgusting it was, and this should have been put on hold until after business hours. This was not a good look after the filthy tables that were sitting for hours around me not being bussed or cleaned and for how poor these service was this location can do much better and should do much better especially for the area it is located in.

Manager should update online ordering to reflect actual wait times. Waited at pick up bar for 10 minutes before someone came out of the kitchen to assist. Now in my car 30 minutes after the quoted ready time.

Don't bother ordering online, you'll still have to stand at an empty takeout counter for 10 minutes while your food that's supposed to be ready gets soggy in the box because the employees walk past and look at you. Order in person, at least if it takes 10 minutes to hand you a bag it'll be actually fresh.

I worked a 13 hour shift and wanted food and a quick drink. I’m a simple guy I don’t really complain. I got here after all day not eating and to have a late night birthday meal. The bartender immediately said I can’t get a drink and I can go order to go instead. Then bent over the booth and got back on her phone.I’ve worked for Bww. The bar stays open late. I get you wanna go home. But after the day I had I was ready to eat for 30 minutes and go home. So I left with no food and I have to go drive somewhere else that won’t discourage me for coming in right at 11 when they close at 12. Thanks for the warm welcome to my birthday.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this establishment, primarily due to a staff member named Kevin. While my visit started off well and the waitress was attentive and provided excellent service, things took a sharp turn when Kevin became involved. Kevin approached our table to deliver the food and, without any courtesy, rudely instructed us to "make room for the food," as if it were our job to prepare for the meal. This unnecessary and disrespectful comment set a negative tone for the rest of our visit. His rude behavior continued throughout, which completely overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable dining experience. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and at least some basic courtesy, but unfortunately, Kevin's behavior made our visit uncomfortable. While the food might have been decent, the poor service left a lasting impression. I won’t be returning to this location anymore until there are significant improvements in both service and overall atmosphere. #BOYCOTTKEVIN

OVER 2 HR WAIT. We placed an order to be picked up at 5:00 PM and we didn’t get our order until close to 8PM. My husband waited and the whole time our order was sitting on a different area. When we finally received our order it was cold. We didn’t get a refund from the restaurant and the guy working front desk was on his phone the whole time. Extremely unprofessional

The nachos were disgusting and the chips tasted like they were fried in 10 year oil. The chicken in the wrap was grey… It tasted like it has been sitting in a freezer for awhile. The service was poor as well.

Me and my friends wanted to get a drink & food after a long day at work after one drink and food we immediately got the bill nothing else asked I wish Lizbeth wouldn’t have rushed our service we still had over 40 minutes to our service.

I literally just left Buffalo wild wings on Fry Road Paying $45 for my order and the chicken was old and hard my french fries were old and hard very Stale and cold I am extremely upset because they’re now closed. If not, I would have went back up there and took this mess back to them. Very upset. Will never eat there again. I want my money back for this.

Waited on my food for an hr while the rest of my party got their food they all ate and finished and I never got my order I literally had to walk out because my food never got done while others that came in later were getting their food all o got is too see people eat lol but it’s ok I won’t be stopping by again at this place

Attention manager: Please listen really closely when I say ,,,, please figure out your pick up procedures. If you don’t want to pay staff get a self check out kiosk. I just spent an hour waiting on order for Q (ask your staff) … truly not the best experience. Food itself is normally acceptable but in last 6 experiences my avg wait picking up an online order is 35 minutes past “ready for pickup” time.

The first time I let it go, but come on multiple times now. Never going back to this location. Again this isnt the first nor second time. This last time same scneraio just different amount missing,my order was missing 10wings and yes I understand human error but not the first time, seems intentional. The fries, literally not even half way full. I spoke to a manager and the same sentence "my apologies it won't happen again", 15min later I get the 10wings that I was missing. Make sure to count your wings ppl. Not going back to this location at all, this has happened way too many times.

Food consistently tastes like it was cooked the day before and left in the heat lamp all day. On top of that they never get the order right. Oh and double the wait time it tells you if you’re going to pick it up.

I was at the bar I asked which beers are on happy hour as I am a turist and the woman there was like whatever is on the happy hour menu, but the only thing it said is 2$off.. so i asked which beers ans she just didn't wanted to help, then she was gossiping with the other girl and people who just arrived were at the bar area got tired of waiting and left... disaster of customer service. I was going to eat and have a few drinks ended up getting a beer and left. This also happened the first day I was in town but I thought maybe she was having a bad day so i came back just in case and again the same thing... I can't even believe she decided to keep gossiping instead of taking care of people who were waiting.. my first day there i asked if margaritas were on happy hour (I didn’t have my glasses) she said the same thing "whatever is on the happy hour menu" that sentence was longer than a yes or no.. NEVER AGAIN TO THIS PLACE

VERY BAD BAD SERVICE I ordered SPICY CHICKEN DIPPERS 15 with some dipping sauces using their website. I scheduled a pick up at 7:50pm last night when I placed the order at 7pm. I drove almost 30 minutes to get there and waited more than 10 minutes for my turn to meet the staff at the counter to pick up the order, and then i got a notice that they were out of chicken dippers with a rather indifferent attitude and only a perfunctory apology. They had over an hour to prepare my order since I arrived around 8:25pm, yet they never informed me that they were out of stock when they had my phone number and email on the order. And worse, they didn't offer me anything in return, just a quick apology and she went into the kitchen to avoid me. The employee asked me for the last 4 digits of the credit card I used to pay and informed me that her manager would refund the money to me. Come on, I don't drive more than 30 minutes to get there and leave with a hungry stomach and empty hands. The experience was terrible and I am very disappointed with the way they handled my order. Now I have to wait and see when they will refund to me.

I wish I could have option to put negative stars. This place used to be very good quality food and services but not anymore. This location should be close due to staff issues. They gave us food was cold after 45 minutes wait. Bar services cant handle 3 people. Very disappointed!!!

Horrible service. they have a sign that says wait to be seated then attend you 10 minutes later saying you can sit anywhere. it look 30 minutes to get my food. I paid with a $100 bill my total was $41.10. it took 10 minutes to get my change. They then proceeded to give me INCORRECT change. it was supposed to be $58.90 but they gave me $54. Service is horrible and horrible workers. I have two other people with me that witnessed this horrible interaction.

I have not ordered Buffalo Wild Wings in a while. I wanted something different the day after Xmas. I ordered an online order of $50.00 to go. Food pick up time was 1:00 pm and the young lady stated 3 minutes. I had no problem waiting. But to get home and have cold and dried up French fries is ridiculous.

You will have your arteries clogged by eating at this location. Seems like they haven’t changed the oil in 10 years, the wings are dark from how old that oil is! I removed the wings from the box to show you just how disgusting the food is. Where is the city food inspector? If you like your heart functioning and value your life DO NOT EAT HERE.

I am with my daughter at Methodist West in the hospital. I ordered traditional wings from Buffalo Wild Wings, 19910 Park Row, Katy, Tx. We got our wings and never have I been so disappointed of the quality of wings from anywhere. We were only able to eat half of what we ordered…….not cause we were full but because they were over cooked. I called the store and the person who a swerved the phone said I must have to ordered the extra crunchy. I told him I did not order them that way. So he goes into a spill about how each batch is cooked for a set time. It doesn’t matter to me what the cook time time is. For whatever reason they are overcooked and we are sitting here in hospital not able to eat our food. My daughter and I are still hungry….. and the store could care less. So beware of ordering from here. They won’t try to make things right at all.

Place had nobody there. Dark inside, not very well lit. Food sub-par although the waiter was nice and helpful. Nachos had 5 pieces of jalapeño and about 1 tablespoon of cheese with a "dribble" of sour cream. Chips aren't fresh either.
