Coffee ls always great paired with friendly service. We actually sought refuge in D.D as well as tons of weary travelers. From traveling during the 100 plus tornado 🌪 warnings . I almost broke my tail bone sitting on the long bench. It looks like there's plenty of cushion. There isn't.

I gave this place another chance... I've been 3 times this week.. the service is great and they did not disappoint. The coffee to me is actually the best in town. The breakfast sandwich is actually nice sized too for the price. It's been consistent. Glad I gave them another chance.

Just about one of the best cups of coffee i’ve had in the longest time, it takes a lot for me to put up with my family on a holiday but dunkin’ always helps me get through. THANK you Dunkin 🐱😄🎉

If you want a good breakfast sandwich that will fill you up, the sausage egg and cheese is a winner! If you're looking for a good coffee, the regular iced original blend is wonderful, and if you want the smoothest type of coffee they offer, you will want the iced original cold brew coffee without any sweet foam! Recently they've been filling their donuts up well, like the Bavarian cream and the Boston cream.. and they've been soft and fresh. If you see Daniel or kesla in there you're sure to get great service.. along with Cannon.

Donuts are good, coffee not a big fan. Get there no later than 9:30pm/9:45pm. We were told at 9:50 that the donuts had been thrown away and we would get there before the above time.

The place was friendly and welcoming. Though I had trouble communicating my order, we sure it out and I received an order of fine iced coffee and chocolate covered donut. It was delightful all in all. Ask for the hazelnut swirl syrup. You won't regret it!

My daughter placed her order online. When we got to the window her order was ready. The young lady working the drive thru window was friendly. I love their Boston cream donuts!

No butter for the past 3 weeks.. Still no butter, he said next week 12/24/25.

We've been going there since it opened and recently there have been some new faces very pleasant the gentleman was but they never have mint chocolate chip, This last time i did get chocolate chip. But 2 scoops cost 11 dollars for 2 of us. donuts are good not tried there coffee. Clean.. parking can be a challenge because of gas station.

I learned about Dunkin donuts when I was in Massachusetts. There's a Dunkin donuts on practically every corner. They consume it religiously. when in Rome... Here in the south, it's not even close. Too bad, really. With properly trained employees, Dunkin donuts has some of the best coffee around.

Some of the food was stale, the drinks themselves were fine. I will go back only for the drinks they were really decent price wise, and the drink tasted pretty good. I got the seasonal pumpkin spice good. Avoid the donuts.

Badass coffee, extremely slow drive-thru. Never fails as soon as you pull up to order they say hello and please wait. Even if cars are not in front of you or customers inside. I honestly think they train them that. I usually say good morning back and I have an online order because I refused to sit there 5mins before even taking my order or asking me if I have an online order. #FirstWorldProblems Update. Dunkin' has the best products in the area. This location has very uncomfortable seating. The employees are slow to address customers. This location seems to have a high turnover rate.

Amazing service, blond girl was super sweet, servive was slow but she was the only one working and she was taking care of me and two people inside. Normally I have no problems with this place, but here is the bagel they had the audacity to serve me this morning. I have to drive from Longview to Kilgore just to eat at this location, and that's during my commute to Nacogdoches. This is unacceptable.

I have ate here several times and the first two times it was great. This last time my sandwich was horrible and I didn’t even end up eating it. Too dry and the eggs tasted weird. The coffee is always good though. I actually prefer it to Starbucks because it is sweet and not bitter. So my review would really be more like a 3.5 star. I’ll probably be back based on the coffee alone I just won’t get the same sandwich I got the last time.

Donuts are just okay. Kind of like store bought donuts. This location is understaffed and cannot handle rushes because of all the products they may have to produce. The staff is very friendly though and apologies for the long wait. They were working very hard and deserve 5 stars if I could give it to them. They were playing the radio pretty loud. Created more of a nightclub atmosphere than a donut shop.

These two girls were so rude and awful to one of her own coworkers. They may think some of us can’t see it but oh we can. Awful employees but the girl they were being rude to was absolutely amazing and so helpful and kind. Hopefully management can resolve the issues with those two girl

Super slow service. OH wait I forgot where I was and I'm the wrong color. Of course everyone got their drinks before me including the ones that ordered after me. I ordered a super simple cold brew coffee, no extras. The cold brew is literally in a pitcher in the fridge. Grab cup, place ice in cup, place cold brew in cup, place lid...simple...well you'd think it would be but not this place. Oh yeah that's right I'm the wrong color. This place could use some training, you'd think with about 7 people standing around one of them would know how to make a cold brew. Nope not at this location. Big fat fail Dunkin!!! Way to go Dunkin your #1🖕.

The Dunkin in Kilgore is not the best. I've been there a few times as it is the closest one to my house (about 18 miles away). They are normally slow, typically from the time I order till the time I get my order is about 15 minutes. Half the time they don't have the donuts that we want. Today I got three coffees, (2 frozen and 1 hot), and a dozen donuts. It took 17 minutes starting from after I ordered. And all the donuts were stale. Not 1 or 2, 12 stale donuts, taste like they were made yesterday morning (36 hour donuts). Also, it was 7 different flavors of donuts.

I went through drive thru twice at different times and both times what I ordered they claim they did not have. The so-called night manager/lead is very rude. I want to get in touch with the owner of the one on 42 in Kilgore, TX but cannot find their information online. Can anyone help me?

What is the purpose of being opened 24 hours if you have no products to sell? The selection of donuts were very slim maybe 4-5 to choose from. There were not enough munchkins to even buy the smallest box. I understand the location is connected with another establishment. If you are going to adhere to their hours then make it worth wild and sell some donuts.

I usually brake for Dunkin. I really wish we didn't go out of our way to stop here. As for extra cleaning measures, due to covid, this place was dirtier than I would expect in non-covid times. Ordered a HOT coffee, to go. After preparing the coffee she hands it to me and says they have no lids... not exactly practical for driving. Well, I figured I'd sip it down so it wouldn't spill as easy... it was luke warm at best. Needless to say she was mad she had to make new coffee. It was a horrible experience.

Be careful, if you don't eat pork and order turkey sausage, she tried to pass off regular sausage for turkey, if he hadn't seen her cutting it trying to make it look right and ate it, he would've been sick! Not cool! Refunded, but still not cool!

I have gone to this establishment several times in the last 2 years and each time it’s a very long wait for service. Today, I ordered my usual coffee, a medium iced latte and received like warm water instead. This was after a half hour wait. After 15 more minutes I finally received my order made correctly.

Now I really didn’t want to write this review because I was just going to write Dunkin off all together. When somebody drives 20 min for a dang cup of coffee and to be treated so poorly is such a slap in the face. The employees ALWAYS have an attitude . Service was excellent, very friendly, helpful, pleasant staff. But, did you know the donuts are not made on site and not even fresh? I went on a Tuesday and there were very few donuts to choose from, I asked why and was told " we sold a lot of donuts this weekend"! This weekend, it's Tuesday!!!!

I used to come in several times a week and my favorite part was the amazing morning crew you had about a year ago. They were very friendly, energetic and had the best personalities. They were what made me want to come here. Over the past months it seems the entire crew was replaced and now service is slower, they aren't friendly or lively and seem to want to be anywhere else. It's disappointing to regular customers and really brings down the atmosphere of the store. Please fix this.

i went a little after five in the morning. there was no one in line or inside and the wait was so long the car behind me just straight up left. i waited a while to get a very cold, soggy uncooked kolache. the woman was nice and as usual the service is good, but the more i go in the morning the longer it takes and this was just not right.

9pm.. no coffee no original or Midnight coffee which I preferred. That they were closing and cleaning.

First, in general, the quality that was once DD just isn't there anymore with coffee or donuts. Second, this location is the worst I've dealt with which is saying a lot. Not only have they messed up every order I've placed here, they don't even seem to know their own menu when i ask questions on coffee choices. This would put them in par with the few substandard locations I've seen, BUT it's the 'I don't give a crap, don't want to be here and don't want to deal with you so hurry up and leave" attitude I've received here that makes this location an "absolutely must avoid" one. Don't waste your time or money. Go to Memi Ds if you're just getting coffee, I've never seen a larger select of sugar free flavors and they have real cream, oh and they were actuality nice unlike this DD. I'd rather drink the Wendy's coffee next door.

I ordered my favorite doughnut, the Boston cream. I’ve had Boston creams from New York to California over the years. Every Boston cream I’ve ever had has a white custard type filling this Boston cream at this particular store. This Dunkin here in Texas has a lemon filling in the Boston cream ??? now I asked the cashier and she said oh no they’re supposed to have a lemon fill I said oh really And then I googled it right in front of her and showed her and google confirmed. It should have a white creamy filling and she just kind of smirk and said something underneath her breath so whatever she’s wrong I’m right Boston creams do not have a lemon feeling that’s absolutely ridiculous And the other cashier admitted she said oh yeah, we ran out of something and had to use something else and she said a few words she was real nice, but what are you gonna do?

They missed part of my order, the croissants looked like they were made 5 days ago. My drink didn’t didn’t come with a straw. And the lady acted liked she didn’t wanna be there.

Wish I could give zero stars but today my dad and I went to try out a drink and they were taking awhile to make the drink, of course we didn’t mind cause we weren’t in a rush and saw there wasn’t many workers there as well so we were being patient, until we saw one of the employees (didn’t catch her name cause they weren’t wearing name tags??) stuck one of her hands in her pants scratching herself with her back turned to the customers. That was utterly disgusting so we then asked for a refund and the same lady that did that action kept telling us that we could still get the drink after the refund but we refused it. Like if you really needed to do that you could’ve gone on break or just not do that at all since you’re working with food!

Suuuuper slow. Four people working but no one putting orders out. Everyone waits 20 minutes for their order even if it’s done already. When I got the food home many of the donuts were obviously from the previous day - old and dried out.

Came with friends for ice cream. The doors were closed at 9pm. The closing time is 10pm. Rude black lady with bad attitude…opened the doors and said lobby is closed. She is a liability to your business. Get rid of her. I won’t be back to this location.

When I first started coming here, it was my first time experiencing dunkin', and it was a good experience until it wasn't. It became consistently not a good experience. I've been served bad avocado spread that made me sick and I consistently have to wait at least 10 minutes (even though I always order ahead). Once, I ordered a large drink and a fourth of it was missing. Another time, I pulled up to the drive thru and the worker inside pretended she didn't see me and hid in the back of the restaurant, until I pulled up to the window and knocked. Finally another worker showed up and helped me. There aren't a lot of options in Kilgore after Midnight, which is disappointing, and now, I can't honestly recommend anyone go to this dunkin'. A shame

If I could give this place a 0 I would. When I pulled up to the window I told them what I wanted, waiting for the reply after and she told me one moment so I waited. After I asked a a question about getting something else and she ignored me. When I got up to the window they had no idea what I ordered. Waiting for too long and they end up messing up my coffee

Ordered a coffee, the girl read it back to me to confirm, I pulled up and she even said “you got the large ice coffee with coconut milk and espresso?” I confirm AGAIN and I pay for it. On the highway driving away I realize the coffee is cold brew, chocolate swirl, plus regular milk. ENTIRELY DIFFERENT DRINK. This is not the first time either. Other people are saying the same thing. Your best bet is to find another coffee spot, unless you want to risk this happening to you.

The morning crew was very rude and gave me the wrong amount of change back and whenever I told them they got upset and did not want to hear what I had to say, but whoever is counting the money is counting wrong and that is not OK

I really hope management gets control of this establishment before the staff runs it completely in the ground! Rude is not even the word for these people. We love Duncan Donuts but until something is done with this group of nasty people you can bet I won't be back.

I've given this location 3 tries within the past three weeks because I like their coffee, but I'll never return. Drive thru is horrendously slow and inept so I tried to go inside and order at the counter, but the doors were locked and only the drive thru was open...this was at 7:20 in the morning! Really slow! Seems like they can only handle one order at a time. I mean really, in the drive through, one person orders and they won't take the next order till that person is driving away. It's ridiculous! Update: worse than ever! I ordered on the app, arrived to the drive through, waited almost 2 minutes to order. When I finally got to the window, I was thoroughly ignored until I started knocking on it. Finally, (4 minutes after I reached the window) they let me know that their espresso machines was down and they couldn't fill my order! Also, they couldn't get me a refund, I have to jump through hoops to try and get my refund. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Second time that we've tried this place. 6 months ago it was very dirty and we got shakes when we ordered malts. Last week I ordered a hot fudge sundae but received a chocolate sundae instead. The girl told me that was their hot fudge! My wife got a cone with melted chocolate ice cream. There won't be a third time.

Donut was stale & the service (from someone named Shar I believe) was terrible. They were very rude and acted like it was an inconvenience when we only asked one question. They seemed in quite the hurry to rush us out of the drive thru. The iced coffee with vanilla & skim milk was good. Just not worth the trouble.

'Hot' coffee served luke warm, 'fresh' donuts were horribly stale. Furthermore, WTH is that smell? Are you people nose blind? That smell = dirty kitchen = food poisoning! Incredibly poorly managed. I was here on 10/4/2020. Normally I visit this place at least twice a week. This past Sunday around 6:30, I pulled up to the drive through and waited about 4-5 minutes with no answer before I pulled up to the window. There was three people standing inside about 20 feet away from the window. One had a headset on, the other two were just standing there talking. After waiting for another 4-5 minutes I drove off. This place has really gotten slow. When there's one customer inside and no one else, I have to wait to place an order in the drive through. There needs to be better training or something Just tried Dunkin' again this morning 12/18/20. 5:30 sitting at the drive thru and wouldn't you know, no answer after 5 minutes. I'm done with this place!!

There was an app issue and my card was charged three times. Surprisingly, the district manager was at the store, and they started arguing with me and not helping me and making me prove that I was charged three times. I showed her the text messages. I showed her the emails and because it wasn’t showing from Dunkin even though the emails listed her store number she still didn’t believe me. Why in the world would I try to scam you for $12 worth of donuts and coffee? Seriously your customer service sucks and you should not be a district manager. My card was charged three times I didn’t get any food. Their service sucks. Do not go here if I could give it zero stars I would.

The only reason this place even deserves a 1 star is because of the food. They need to have a whole new staff. They are all rude and lazy. They make us feel rushed when we come and order a lot. And complain to other customers about us because of the amount of food we ordered....which should be a good thing for the company! As you can see in the photos a Dunkin donuts “glazed” has hardly any glaze on it compared to the one from Liberty Donuts just down the road. Liberty glazed donut was evenly coated, fluffy and tasted fresh. The Dunkin Donut was hard, hardly any glaze and looked and tasted a day old. The service? Hands down Liberty Donuts! Friendly, offered a smile first thing in the morning! Dunkin? Grumpy, no smile or thank you at all! Now, the main sticking point, Dunkin Donuts charges $1.69 a piece for a regular glazed donut!!! Elsewhere? .99 cents to $1.09. I got 4 donuts and two soft drinks for a total of $12.78!!!!! The same thing at Liberty? $8.85! Never again Dunkin!

There was barely bacon on my avocado toast with bacon. This is absolutely unacceptable. Why would you pay for bacon just to get crumbs of burnt bacon on top of your food.

I went inside and ordered a wake-up Wrap with turkey sausage, and I asked for egg white bites. The cashier corrected me and informed me that they were called omelet bites. I get my order and I am presented with the bacon and cheddar omelet bites. I asked if they could exchange it for the egg white and veggie omelet bites, they replied by saying the bacon and cheddar were the only ones they had. I asked for a refund because I should have been informed that they didn’t have what I wanted. The cashier went to get the manager who never appeared in front of me. I was completely ignored. Never got my refund or an exchange for what I actually wanted. I learned later on with a google search that the eggs white and veggie omelet bites were discontinued in February. I am not a frequent Dunkin visitor so I was unaware and I feel like they should have informed me instead of giving me whatever they wanted. And before you say that I should have read the menu, even the bacon cheddar omelette bites were not displayed on the lobby menu.

Wish there was negative stars as a rating option. I would like to shout out to the employees and managers at Dunkin Donuts for having the most disgusting awful attitude with my family - our wake up wrap had a huge hair in it when I opened it - the hateful employees were so bothered by the fact they even had to do their job at all - and then the managers refused to make it right. I will never be returning, I’d rather pay extra to drive further and not be treated with disrespect, oh and also to not have to eat hair. Your employees shouldn’t roll their eyes and slam their hand over having to make something right that they did wrong - you guys have some real issues to address.

I placed the mobile order at 4:17PM he finally got done making the two drinks at 4:35PM. (Nobody in the drive thru, me and another person inside, so it wasn’t because it was busy) someone placed stickers on the lids covering the straw holes so the straw won’t go in the lid. I ordered two iced lattes one with regular milk and the other with coffee milk. I ordered this was because the coffee milk is so sweet so i mix both drinks and it really good. I get this order 5 days a week. So i know how they taste, smell and look. It wasn’t until i go back in the store to request a refund they tell me they are OUT of coffee milk. So they just decided to take it upon themselves to make my drink however they felt like making my drinks. I like to think I’m a simple man either make my coffee the way I want it made or give me a refund. The large lady at the counter said she can’t make my drink the way I want because they are out of the ingredients and she can’t give me a refund because I placed the order on the mobile app so that was a waste of $16.09

Could have said, “Hey, give us a couple of mins and we’d be glad to serve you.” Plus, giving people dirty looks gave us bad vibes. We live very close to this donut shop and would have loved to support it. They consistently don’t have ice cream, donuts are terrible, restaurant is filthy, and the cashier had such terrible body odor that I could smell it across the counter. I come here every Monday or Tuesday on my way to Dallas and order a bagel with cream cheese. For whatever reason there is always only cream cheese on one side of the bagel. I’ve ordered several different ways asking for extra cream cheese and even asking for them to spread it on both sides yet there is never more cream cheese. Probably my last time going there today since they cannot figure it out and I’m paying extra for something I’m not getting

Dunkin' Donuts has good coffee most of the time, that said, this particular store always seems to mess something up with your order. The food is never that good and not worth getting. Pictured below is the last time I ordered a large coffee. They didn't fill the cup up all the way; why pay for a large when I'm missing 1/4th of my drink? And when I asked them to add a little more milk they said they would have to charge me more. It's a waste of money to go here.
