I’ve visited this location multiple times now and I must say that the team here is very friendly, helpful and always smiling. They also are very promoted with your orders. I would recommend this location.

They make it you take it home and bake. A pizza is typically much better than just about any chain and most Mom Pop places.

Oh my Pizza Goodness!!!! My family got the Stuffed 5 Meat pizza tonight and it was AMAZING!!!! This is the kind of pizza you dream about at night. We didn't think the family size was going to be enough for 4 adults but we all got full from HALF the pizza. The staff is extremely friendly... We are DEFINITELY coming back next week!!!

Showed up very close to closing time and Isaac was so professional and kind! I didn’t think to check the hours, but he reassured me several times that it was no bother and even chatted with my 7 yo and gave him stickers before we left. Excellent customer service and great pizza.

The pizza is consistently top-tier—fresh, flavorful, and generously piled with high-quality ingredients that actually taste like food, not cardboard disappointment. The staff operates like a well-oiled machine—quick, efficient, and polite. Special kudos to the young gentleman working the front; not only was he respectful and professional, but he practically sprinted to assist me, which made me feel like I was picking up pizza from a Michelin-starred gym. He knew the menu like the back of his hand and offered great topping suggestions for my picky family. All in all, this location runs like a pizza-powered dream. If you want fast, friendly service and reliably delicious take-and-bake pizza, this is the place. 12/10—highly recommend.

This was a curbside order. Joseph at the Kyle TX location was MOST EXCELLENT. The last two or three times, the employee said that she couldn't bring it out to me because she was the only one there. Joseph brought it to my car and was super friendly and professional. His actions were very much appreciated! The pizza was delicious with plenty of toppings, as always.

Atmosphere is 4 stars because it's pizza take out and bless the worker, the AC was having issues. Super sweet attentive workers that pay attention to detail. I definitely be back!

Prices were great when they first opened. Now they cost as much as Pizza Hut and Papa John's, but you have to spend more money on electricity to bake it yourself.

I'd give this place five stars but it seems every time I come I'm acknowledged when I walk through the door but it takes 5 minutes for these employees to actually get to me to make an order while I'm standing 5 feet from them.

Save your money,I had the NewYork Style Pizza it was very,very greasy,and had no flavor. This was my first,and last time to eat there

Worst service. Ordered 4 family size pizzas online. Online orders are placed in trays next to door without a nearby counter. I was by myself and asked for help to stack pizzas in my hands. I was the ONLY customer in the store. Employee came over, stacked two pizzas in his hands and literally just dropped them onto the two I was already holding. Dropped, not placed, then he walked away. No “thank you” or “let me get the door”. Zero customer service skills. What a disappointment. Some training is really needed. Won’t be back.

Unbelievably poor customer service. I’ve ordered from here several times and the customer service has deteriorated with each visit. Most recent trip, I waited over 30 minutes and the idiot wrapped my pizza with no cheese! Seriously!!! Who hires these morons?

Horrible service, poor quality pizza. My three year old could do better. And the management is pitiful. Natasha was the manager on duty and she had such an attitude. Don’t go here to say the least.

This has nothing to do with the pizza because I do like it. This review is based on how I was treated when I called in to inquire on how to get a code so that I can enjoy the online discount for the day. The male employee asked if I was a part of the rewards program. When I responded, "no" he laughed and told me "well then that is your problem" his tone was rude and made me feel dumb. I asked how I could become a rewards member he refused to explain it to me and made me feel embarrassed that I even called to inquire. When I asked to speak to the manager Natasha, she responded that her employee "didn't mean it that way" and that if I wanted to become a rewards member I had to come into the store a do it. Which after researching is a lie. She made me feel embarrassed for calling in to inquire about a code. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be ordering pizza from here again. I am a small business owner and would never treat or talk to my customers the way they did.

Ordered my pizza on a Sunday morning to cook during football. Went to pick it up and nobody was in the store and the doors were locked. Checked the hours online, on the door, both said the store should be open. Will never return.

Estimated wait was 31 minutes when we placed the order. Over an hour later and it's still not ready. Management here must suck if they let them be short staffed like this on a Saturday.

Quality has seemed to go down at this store, the last three purchases have all been messed up in one way or another. We've had thin crust so thin the toppings cook to the pan and it turns into 50 different peices. We've ordered one pizza and had a completely different pizza made. We've also had pizza with huge bubbles, it was like an air mattress for the other pizzas.

Extremely disappointed with the flippant carelessness of this location. Ordered two pizzas via Door Dash. Delivery was great but our Garlic Chicken pizza was missing added mushrooms, peppers, and black olives that I paid almost $5 extra for. Clearly those filling orders are very careless. I double checked my DoorDash receipts to make extra sure I added the requested toppings and I did...and I was charged extra. I used to love this place due to reliably and quality but this experience sits very poorly with me. Probably worth ordering wonderful already baked pizza from Marco’s from now on.

So my husband and I went into the store at 7pm on 12/28/24, we hadn’t had Papa Murphys in so long, drove from San Marcos, wasn’t greeted even though the store was empty, the male manger on duty I'm guessing pops out from the back and asks if we’re picking up. We said we wanted to place an order. Manager says they can’t take in store orders. I ask if the kitchen is closed? Manager says no we’re just only making online orders, because we have to save enough pizza dough for Wednesday. My husband asks if we should place the order online? Manager says we could place the order online but he’d rather us not because like he said they’re trying to save the pizza dough they have until Wednesday…. Me and husband just looked at each other really confused and politely told the manger it’s ok and left. Honestly I’m still really confused about the whole situation… Turning away customers? Wednesday is 4 days away? Making us feel bad if we did place an order? It was just really weird. A big part of why customers love Papa Murphys is because it’s one of the few pizza places you can customize your pizza during your visit and watch as it’s made. I’m sure this manager was told to only serve online orders, and I really don’t understand the “only having enough dough to last until Wednesday” but it’s really sad to be treated like trash as a customer, I can’t imagine how they treat their employees

Unfortunately the only way to see the quality of the pizzas is after baking them. The tomato sauce did look funny, was very dark in color so yeah always check your orders.

I ordered a gourmet vegetarian pizza and asked them to add Italian Sausage and extra cheese. Picked it up, drove 30 miles home, only to discover the pizza only had Italian sausage and cheese - no veggies. I called them and they said they couldn’t help me because they were about to close. Said I needed to go online because it was an online order. Went to their app and my order confirmation - and there is no customer service number or email. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but this is not acceptable.
