Great customer service! Delicious rolls!

Chris and June were so kind. Kokoroll never disappoints! The rolls are always fresh, creative, and full of flavor. The service is fast and friendly, and the vibe is cute and chill. Definitely one of my go-to spots for sushi cravings!

I walked into Kokoroll because I had my car getting worked on down the street and didn’t expect to find the most hospitable restaurant. There hand rolls were delicious and everyone was so kind. I love a place where I feel welcome and cared for. This place is definitely that! I will have to come back to try their ENTIRE MENU!

Best poke bowl in town. The only one that I found that offers soba noodles. The sauce included is also on point which I found other poke places that are too salty. The rolls are also excellent as the quality is always consistent. One of our favorite neighborhood spots that my kids keep asking to return.

Usually just order delivery. LOVE your menu, but please have the spicy pork option consistently, prefer that over the bulgogi. Love that your menu isn't huge, but almost infinitely customizable.

WOW!!! It was our first time here and we were totally blown away! From the friendly staff to the artistic decor to the amazing food...YUM!!! We were soo excited to eat our food that we forgot to take photos lol. The menu is fully customizable with convenient papers forms to fill out your order to your liking. The sushi burritos and poke bowls were phenomenal with quality sushi grade fish and an abundance of other fresh ingredients. Their sauces were delicious and freshly made in house... *chefs kiss* We also had amazing handrolls with crab and the tayaki red bean desserts were the perfect cherry on top. The owners Jun and Chris were so warm and welcoming, you can tell they put their heart into this restaurant. We highly recommend anyone to come check it out and we definitely will be returning again whenever we are in area!

For the amount that we paid, the sushi rolls were pretty tiny. My Unagi roll was almost entirely rice, with almost no barbecued eel.

Disappointing Return Visit: It’s been a while since I visited, and I was excited to try this Poké bowl spot again, but I was really disappointed and let down. The rice was stale and dry, which ruined the whole bowl. The portions of ingredients were extremely small, especially for the price. The portions used to be much bigger. I was honestly surprised how lackluster this bowl was. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I'm expressing my disappointment with the service I received. I placed an online order and received a confirmation text, but upon arrival, I found the business closed due to a power outage, while surrounding establishments remained operational. Not my first time with bad service here.

They happily cancelled the order but did not return the money. I contacted customer service and they called the restaurant. The restaurant employee said that I took the order and they will not return any money to me! But this is not true! They just stole my money!!!

The most terrible place in the world! I made an order online by mistake without looking at the fact that this place is far from me and immediately called the restaurant and cancelled the order. They happily cancelled the order but did not return the money. I contacted customer service and they called the restaurant. The restaurant employee said that I took the order and they will not return any money to me! But this is not true! They just stole my money!!!
