Entre platicas con familiares,hemos coincidido que están robando piezas d lo pollos rostizados ya que al momento d empacar dan la espalda al cliente y no vemos lo q ponen en la bolsa, al llegar a casa y revisarlo faltan piezas en una ocasion la pechuga en otra ocasión no coincidían las piezas dieron una pierna grande y una muy pequeña, es una pena y de gran decepcion del servicio. For a few months now, customer service has been terrible; the person who serves you is always rude. Added to this is the fact that the quality of the chicken is terrible. Sometimes it's undercooked, other times they give you the chicken you want and not the one you asked for, or they give you reheated pieces. I no longer recommend them.

Two weeks in a row, I've been going to the chicken coop between 1 and 3 pm and they say "there's none," and the wait is... 30 minutes to an hour?! I know that's how long it takes for them to cook completely, but I always see the cob already on the table and half-cooked. Am I just so unlucky that they're always undercooked? And then they're so rude. It's like this everywhere else. I'll update this comment soon in case anyone's interested.

What a mess to pick up the application order, the system should be inside the rotisseries, not in the bakery, the code and order are requested at the rotisseries and they send it to the bakery, then you have to look for someone to serve you or wait for someone to be free, ask for the code because they don't have it visible, go to the rotisseries and wait for them to place the order because they don't have it ready, WHAT A MESS YOUR INCOHERENT LOGISTICS 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 😡😡😡
