I made a phone order and it was the same lady came off very rude seemed like she didn’t like her job. I get there it look her a bit to Acknowledge Me because she was too busy talking to the cooks also to a very well dressed lady that I believe is the owner. She finally notices me asks “what do I want” I say pick up order for my name. She turned around, gives me my bag. I Asked for sauce and she said what sauce I said the orange one and she said yeah the hot sauce in a very rude way not so pleased with today’s service or that Lady I didn’t even get her name because she wasn’t even wearing a name tag.

I ordered a few trays for my husband’s birthday and it was a huge success! The chicken was so tender and tasty as well as the steak kabobs. Then we got a side of the delicious rice and salad along with the hummus and bread. Was a huge hit and I thought we would have leftovers, but nope everyone went back for seconds.

This was for a catering order. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! The kebabs were tender and juicy. The rice and hummus were so yummy. The service was wonderful! I had to move the time up last minute and they accommodated me. The event was a great success and the food was the biggest hit! I was very happy!

When you are in the mood for fresh kabobs on mesquite fire and tasty basmati rice, visit Grill Hut in Aliso Viejo. The food is fine, the service is good, but the seating inside is limited and the charcoal fume is noticeable. However, the seating in the open air outside is beautiful and relaxing. The restaurant serves Mediterranean food 🍱. We tried the Persian kabab “steak” with saffron rice and salad 🥗, it was good.

The meat was good but they did not give us Humus for it or the pita bread making the meal incomplete. So disappointing after you leave to find no Humus which is a complete fail for a Mediterranean eatery like this. The customer should not have to micromanage the workers to make sure they give you what should be included in the meal as stated on the menu, especially for the high price of this take out food.

So disappointed! This is the $15 Chicken Kabob take-out with two sides. I bought the most expensive dish and got the least amount of food. The rest of my team said the Ground Beef Kabob was super dry. We will not be ordering here again.

I arrived for lunch, as they just opened, and they refused to serve me due to my disability, and my requirement to have a service animal with me. They did not ask me qualifying ADA questions, but did offer to accommodate me like a third grade citizen taking an order outside, not allowing me to view the digital menu inside. As I do honor and respect rules of a business, I really hope the owner reviews the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act law, until then I cannot recommend this restaurant, to anybody that has a disability and a service animal. Nor can I comment on the food because I was not invited to order.

I ordered a chicken salad from Grill Hut for $19, and unfortunately, the only thing that was edible was the chicken. The salad itself was old and brown, which was really disappointing. I didn’t bother going back in person but called and left a message for the manager. It’s been a while now, and no one has gotten back to me. With this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.
