Over Priced and Awful! Never again $48 bucks for 3 meat combo, the meat was mostly fat, and tasted like it had been boiled in hot dog water! The portions were extrmely small, the mac was terrible and dry, the yams were wattery and mushy, the greens were horrible! The only thing that was descent was the BBQ SAUCE!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

This man has been out of wings for 3 weeks. Just come for the baked potatoes ! Haven't bought wings from them for 3 yrs. Because they was always out. Try them again. Same result. Staff said.." we ant got no more chicken for the order" just call them and cancel. No sorry nothing. The order was placed 30 min prior to my arrival. They didn't even their system turned on because the device was unplugged. The girl literally plug it up while I was standing their. Wasted lunch time even though ill get a refund from the app. The lack of professionalism and the inability after 3 yrs to have wings in stock after 3 weeks is crazy. I tried 3 weeks ago to order wings and a waffle....Same mess. SNo stock ! So i got the Brisket potatoes Call on all your orders and I always have to wait no mater what the pick time says ! This place is a hot mess ! Poor management, poor training of staff, and really chose a better option if your expecting quality service with a smile

It's been 2 years but things aren't improving at all: - they have 2-3 virtual brands as ghost kitchens, but they NEVER have the items on menu. Workers are tired and just respond "I don't have it", so I have to work as a damn telephone operator negotiating things. It's been going for 2 years and nobody cares. Can't make an order? YOU cancel/modify it, don't put it on me. - they don't double check the order so people blame delivery drivers for stealing the food. I did about 50 orders from your place and half of them are about unhappy clients, being late and my ratings drop after working with you - here on picture kids didn't get their 4 kids meals on dec 8th. And lady was angry at me. How can you forget 4 kids meals? - PS: owner, what do you do with staff? Why are they so unhappy?

I tried to give this place a chance, but the food quality was poor and the prices were way too high. They even have a sign saying not to complain about pricing, which says a lot. The place was dirty, the wait was long, and even with a lot of staff working, the food still came out disappointing. Not impressed.

Today 11/22/2025 Dickey’s sponsored a fundraiser at a California state prison where they overly charged inmates for their meals today. My husband order a chicken sandwich which only cost on the streets $11.49 plus tax but they charged him $24.00 giving them an additional $12.51 profit. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves these inmates are already serving time and depending on outside help from family friends and girlfriends/wives to ensure them of having any financial support just for you guys to think it’s fair to overly charge them for a simple sandwich while only charging outside customers not even half of the price for the same thing is ridiculous and out right just wrong where is the equality Dickeys get it together fair is fair and I think you guys need to refund those inmates all their money back and offer a free meal deal

I ordered via Uber Eats at 7:40. I did a bundle order. By 9 pm the store closes saying they ran out of baked potatoes. I understand when something runs out and I was refunded, however why wasn't I notified upon ordering or at least 20-30 mins after ordering that my meal would be canceled. If I had known I could've ordered somewhere else before all other places are closing for the night. Literally canceled my order then closed without the option of just replacing that order.

I paid for an order online, and they called me back that they were out of the item. The total cost was $28.. They made several promises that a refund will be processed and never did. I am still waiting! Too, they never offered any options like a different meal! I basically was ghosted! I am a senior citizen and this is how they treat us or any customer is sad!!!.

First I haven’t been to this place in a year or so, I paid $76 for an oxtail plate, side of fried pickles and a loaded potato. The potato was good, my pickles was soggy and my oxtails was 90% fat. The service was horrible. Got attitude as soon as I walked in from an employee with long breads that did not have a hair net on dealing with all the food. The Hispanic girl was very polite, took over after the other employee left me there as I was ordering. It wasn’t busy at all just me and one other customer They were out of greens, Spanish rice, peach cobbler.

Ordered a $27 plate of Oxtails with Mac N Cheese and Greens and literally got 2 SMALL Oxtails! YES only 2. No way this is worth $27. When I called the restaurant they acted like they didn’t give a dam other than it was FRESH! You will NEVER have to worry about getting my money…If you Oxtails please don’t go here!!!

My oxtails were under seasoned and SUPER UNDER COOKED, too TOUGH to eat, my brisket was dry and crumbled apart and my hush puppies were cakey and under cooked. I ordered small oxtail, half pound brisket and small fried okra. If i didnt mind crunchy under cooled veggies id be upset at that too. WORST black owned bbq EVER for $63. And to do a black woman like this on election day… SHAME !!!!!!!!! 👎🏾🤬👎🏾

Palmdale location went under, this location is next. Dickey's Lancaster is falling into a sad state of disrepair from their tables to their physical signage to their digital signage. Such disrepair makes you question their equipment; our food was COLD and only mediocre. This location is an extreme displeasure to deliver Uber Eats from and it's ghost-kitchens are worse, there is a reason you will pay premium 💸💸💸 for Dickey's delivery, as a wait-time is a 100% guarantee. All staff are inexperienced and easily overwhelmed, their turnover rate of employees is atrocious. The menu is far, far, too large forcing staff to always stock the line with ingredients that will only be wasted or not have them at all. Staff cannot possibly be properly trained on all items available at all times of day! They are often out of essential items, when I came in they had maybe a days worth of firewood/pellets (their most essential item!).

Did an online order after work (to save time waiting in a line at a restaurant, since it was after work and I commute) I arrived well after the recommended wait time of 15-20 min and asked to pick it up just to find out it wasn’t made yet. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes and over heard a woman who must have been the mgr on shift remind the guy to always make two online orders and two in house orders so nobody’s order is missed. I Ordered two pulled pork on Hawaiian bread topped with Dr. Pepper infused BBQ sauce. What I got was dry pulled pork on burnt buns and NO sauce. I phoned the restaurant immediately from the number provided on their website and got the an answering machine’s outgoing message “I can’t come to the phone right now “ so I left a message. This experience was very disappointing, not only for the wait time since the order wasn’t made, but also for the fact I paid over $18 for two dry pulled pork sandwiches with zero sauce and on burnt buns. -Overcharged Customer
