Fast, yummy, did it EXACTLY as I wanted it. No problems... EVEN asked if I wanted extra sauce like sour cream or guacamole added (for a price of course). I went through the drive through but it was like I could here them smiling through the intercom. Some places I just wish I could tip people. This would DEFINITELY be one of them.

This guy is a great person and the best windshield repair person I've met. I'm only 45 but I've felt w more then a few and his work is absolutely the finest you csn get in the area, maybe for 500 miles. Thanks again.

I love taco bell and this taco bell is always clean and the workers day or night are always so friendly and helpful when i cant decide what i want or they suggest the new items they got and if they mess up which is rare they give me free twist

Just make sure to check your bags to make sure all items you purchased are in bag. They tell they are but I'm always missing something and I don't drive away anymore without checking my bag. Other then that they are great.

When it's rush time, they kind of just toss things together. My order came with a bean burrito when I ordered 5 layered burrito. Ordered the new Big cheez-it crunch wrap and just got a regular crunch wrap with my order. Recommend checking orders thoroughly before leaving the past month. I had almost every other order have some mistake.

Visited this place and was greeted by a staff member named Angel. I let him know it had been a long time since my last visit and requested some recommendations. He very happily told me about their promotion Luxe craving box. It came loaded with a taco, gordita crunch, burrito and nachos for $7! Such a great deal for the price. Thanks for the recommendation Angel.

This is based off the interior design. . . This is one of the nicest Taco Bell’s I’ve ever seen. It’s got the dark wood and black wiring style. I like it! The island has plugs for your devices and hooks for your purses, book bags, or backpacks! I applaud this one. Nice.

Im a truck driver, was stuck at a hotel while rig is in shop. These ladies where so courteous and nice; even after the dining room was closed, and near to main closing they still allowed me to order food. They had me come to the drive through on foot after a quick call, even jumping into line real fast to grab it.... Thank you to their staff for being considerate when others are inconvenienced!

Taco Bell is awesome. I usually stop by for chicken bowl. The staff was very friendly, parking was not an issue and I was in and out fairly quickly. I highly recommend.

It's a good place to eat, is a little hidden, but Google maps will take you without a problem. Inside looks a little old because the floor is not shinny anymore, I think it needs a new floor and a paint renovation to make it looks like others Taco Bells. The restrooms were not well clean. Otherwise the food taste great as others locations and the service is excellent.

This is one of the newer remodeled Taco bells. It's very nice on the inside. It looks old and new at the same time. Service was fine, no problems. The food tastes good. It was a little dirty though. Nothing a napkin can't fix.

I feel really bad for the employees here. They were slammed and seemed to be extremely short staffed. I heard (who I assume to be) the manager yell from the back "FRONT COUNTER!!!!!". Clearly that person could see me waiting at the counter for ~10 minutes. Waiting for an order I'd already paid for. Yet they never bothered to come to the front their self... I understand they may have other stuff to do but customers having a 45 mins total wait is outrageous. And anyone could see the other employees were extremely busy and stretched thin. When I worked at Taco Bell, it was all hands on deck during heavy rushes. When we got backed up, everyone jumped in, including all managers. I saw 2 guys making the food. A third was cooking and the person on drive thru was bouncing back and forth to help. Anywho, I then went to the drive thru where I spent 30 mins waiting. The employee at the window was really nice and apologized for the wait. All of my food was hot and made correctly. Hire them some help and a new manager. Bc based on what I saw and previous reviews, management is the root cause of all the issues at this location. Working fast food is hard enough already. Even worse when you don't have a strong team leader. A bit lengthy I know! But believe me --- I had ample time to write and edit this whilst waiting in the drive thru. My high rating is for the employees. -2 stars for corporate and management. Do betterrrrrrr hunnies...

I like their food but it's the staff/s at the take-out counter that I don't like. They gave me the wrong order THRICE in my past visits even if the order list at the screen was right. I always have to check my order when they give it to me because it is too much of a hassle to go back especially if it's not my fault! It's just so frustrating! Is it too hard to be efficient and reliable??!

I have mixed feelings about this place. The food tastes fine. Just like any other Taco Bell. So why not 5 stars? You wait forever to get your food. Drive through or inside... It doesn't matter. The other part is the inside... It is dirty... Not like garbage laying around dirty... Like the place has not had a deep clean in a long time. Look at the floors around the edges, or the railing bars. Built up grime. Look at the walls around the corners where people walk. Built up dirt like they ran out of windex. Look at the ceiling and some of the walls... Wallpaper peeling off and looks like they have not been cleaned in years. So if you want five stars... clean the place up and start getting more than 50% of the orders right.

Every time I go there is a problem. They forget an item or the wait is unbearably long. If not those things, the food is cold/old. I’ve even been told that they were closed by an employee via the drive thru speakerphone during business hours. This store offers a true Taco Bell experience to say the least.

Ordered door dash pickup at this location and it took for everrrr. I waited In the lobby for over 10 min and noticed that about 15 cars went thru the drive thru while I was waiting. On another note the lady who made my food and handed to me was very sweet and respectful and was apologizing and her energy just made my night. P.s. I might go back and ask her to be my friend.

Seems that this location is raving with the same reviews and experiences I had. The customer service is downright disgraceful. Had to wait a good +10 minutes in the front counter for my mobile order and it was literally in front of my face. When the person finally served me they called another name before even attending me. I had to tell them I was there for my order. I've gone at least 3 other times in the past week and the same conclusion of waiting +10 minutes front counter for someone to serve me. If you want your food served well, get it through their drive thru. That way they can't begin to ignore you. Other than that this locations food and presentation has improved drastically the last few times I've went recently. But if you expect a difference in service through the front entrance. There are restaurants very nearby who serve you far faster and far nicer.

2 stars for the hard working employees only. Zero stars and shame on the management that left the young employees all alone without guidance or leadership. The place was a big mess. The drive through was not moving, the orders were mixed up and late and no one was up front to take orders. People were very frustrated

This is the third time I have ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme from this location and the meat in this item is nowhere to be found. My last trip I even asked for extra meat which I did not mind paying extra for and I still seem to have ordered a vegetarian meal. I think I will be skipping this Taco Bell for a while.

Stopped in for a quick lunch, walked through the door to the counter and was told to order from the kiosk. Worked my way through that, placed my order, food was great. Here's my complaint: I don't want to use the kiosk, I want to tell a person what I want. This literally was NOT an option today. Sure the girl offered to help but that's not the point. I just left work, I don't want to come here and work! I don't know the system nor do I want to. And there were only 2 kiosks! I think having them there is fine, I just want to keep my choice of whether or not to use it.

My kids love taco bell and unfortunately this is the only one nearby. The place is home to flies and gnats...and it smells musty and tables can often be found dirty. Customer service is always good and food service is quick. I'd give it more stars if the place was cleaner.

Ordered on the app. Went in to pick up food. Noone at the counter. No employees to be found. Waited for another 10 min at least. Noone came. Other customers standing around waiting for assistance. Restaurant was dirty. I cannot attest to the food as I never received any. I canceled my order and went to Manteca Northgate location. Had a very good experience at that location. That Lathrop store needs to be investigated.

Honestly, on of the biggest disappointment for a resturant. The food comes out cold and/or not what you ordered at least 90% of the time. I drive across town to Manteca instead of going here which is less than a couple of min from my house. Complete garbage, i refuse to go there anymore.

I came her today around 4pm. I used the drive thru. I gave the lady $10.30 and my meal was $6.30. She gave me my drink followed by my meal. She said thank you. I was on my phone at the time. SHE NEVER GAVE ME MY $4 change. When they do till she might get written up for being several dollars over.

Every time I come Here it’s trash! They gave me a power bowl with no beans and barely any chicken. It’s always cold as well and I had A crunch wrap and the tortilla was super hard. This Taco Bell sucks

Was at this location last night and couldn't believe when I was getting a soda, the napkin dispensers had mold and mildew on a lot of it. I posted a pic of it. Glad I went inside to order, so I can see what it's like instead of the drive through. Not coming here anymore. How do I know things aren't like this in the kitchen near food.

I don't like to post negative reviews, and this is more to corporate than the actual location. The food has completely gone down hill, freeze dried beans, add water and mix. Boil in a bag meat, boxed/prepackaged taco shells, nothing is done fresh there anymore. Should have ordered from Del Taco, and went the extra 5 miles down the road, they male food like Taco Bell use to do. Last time I order taco bell, or should I say yaco hell 🤔

Made a $32 purchase on their app. When I showed up they said they could not for fill the order due to fryers being down which is fine. The problem is they could not give me a refund and told me that’s a third-party I need to take that up with. You would think $1 billion company would have a way to refund you when they screw your order up. In the meantime I’m out $32 and unfortunately taco Bell is dead to me.

Or you sit in the front and have to call for someone because 6 people are busy in the back making 3 tacos. 4/1/2022 - again messed up food. This place is awful. Dirtiest Taco Bell ever. The bathroom was filthy, pee in the urinal and all over the toilet, trash overflowing, sticky floor. Its 8am and nothing was clean. The dining soda fountain area was caked with dirt and old soda. Has not been cleaned in a long time. Waited 3-5 minutes to even be noticed. No one was in this place but me. I hope the owners read this and take action quick. I left instead of ordering because I didn't trust the food was handled safely.

So I drive a truck for a living and I rarely eat out. But today was payday and I thought I treat myself to Taco Bell I know right but I go in there and I ordered a Cheesy roll up a bean burrito no special orders and two soft shell tacos and I leave and I'm about 45 minutes down on the highway to where I can comfortably eat it without traffic halting my lunch. And lo and behold I have two soft tacos no cheese I have not a bean burrito but I have a rice Bean mixture of sorts I don't know I've never ordered it and there's a reason why cuz I don't like rice the only thing they got right on my order was the cheesy roll up very upset with no response from the store / company when I called two separate times. I definitely would not return again without some sort of an incentive.

Still the slowest and worst customer experience Taco Bell in the area. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE for pickup at this location. Took 49 minutes from placing order to getting it in my hands…no apologies or here let me make it up to you given to myself or the other 4 people waiting for their online orders at the lobby.

The last 2 times I ate from here and got a quesadilla it was literally just a tortilla with a cube of chicken and no cheese. There is no quality control here at all and I would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone. This place is the reason why I stopped eating Taco Bell completely.

Very bad experience….nobody cares for the front lobby even you are standing there for 20 mins to order no body will show you. Rude manager and staff with customer and also with DoorDash delivery person’s. Bad bad bad bad very bad. Completely ignoring you even after they knows somebody is standing to order.

Wow pretty consistently receiving poor ratings and just found out one reason why! Every taco and chalupa was put in the bag upside down and barely wrapped! Nothing like a chalupa & taco fixing bag with a side order of pita and shells... How good do you have to be at making a taco to know you can't turn them upside down... they should close this location!

Ordered via the app the new nugget meal, checked in my order at the drive thru speaker, was told everything would be ready, and when I pull up to the pick up window I’m told they have no nuggets? Not blaming the employees but instead MANAGEMENT who still has the nuggets available online and is leaving the employees to face tons of angry customers, do better, will not be returning to this location

This is not the first time the guys here do not give the right quantity but charges. We ordered 10 chicken chalupas and the gave only 8. Stealing has become a habit and shows as if they do not know how to communicate. Atrocious and I am going to complain it to the corporate if these are not addressed.

5/30/2023 My son placed a mobile order like around 8:23pm. He’s been waiting for the order in the car then continues to wait in the lobby, he gets part of the order. It’s 9:55 pm and nothing. He can’t even ask for an update because no one is in the front. He is finally able to speak to someone and ask for his order and they say they don’t know what happened. I called at 9:40 pm, someone answers they say they don’t have any orders then hang up on me. Does not even say, please hold or I apologize, nothing! Don’t even waste your time on this Taco Bell. Taco Bell I want a refund. The has been far the worst experience. Never coming here again. Update on the review, it’s 10:02 pm , my son finally got a refund and never got his order. What a waste of time and no food. Don’t waste your time. Not worth it.

First time, I had such a bad experience in Taco bell. Food was cold as hell. Felt like it was prepared hours ago. Threw away half the food. I see only 2 people working inside. I ordered steak street chalupas but I got chicken. I called and asked to get them replaced and the lady said to come in and she remade them but gave me chicken again. And she reused the same chalupa tortilla because it was hard. They messed up twice for 1 order and this happens often

I arrived at 6:40 to pick up a mobile order. I was told to wait in the parking lot for my order. It’s now 7:05 and I still don’t have my order. I’ve seen three people with mobile orders be turned away. The employees were extreme kind to me, it seemed like the manager wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. Update: I waited 30mins for my food and the only reason I did is cuss the employee working drive thru was absolutely incredible, kind, and amazing. Ownership needs to step up for their employees.

This was the worst costumer service I've ever seen from any Taco bell out all the Taco Bells I've even been to. There was only one costumer in front of me and When I placed my order through a kiosk, it literally took an hour wait from the time I placed my order till I actually got my food. Most employees were just standing around and didn't bother to ask the costumers if we had received our food yet or if they could help with anything. Don't waste your time by going here and think you'll be in and out, unless you have some serious time to kill.

Worst experience.. we got the food which is not hot at all.. it was very cold including the fries.. when we asked its cold they said we have to re heat everything and prepare it will take time for couple of minutes and they were like instead i can give you a refund!! As we couldn’t wait that long we opted a refund and the food was half eaten like we ate a little then only we knew it was that cold direct from fridge including the chalupa, potato, chicken and fries. They have then taken that food too.. i don’t know why would they waste that food taking back as it was already taken a bite.. anyway the service was very rude the window person was not nice.. im like how could they give food without heating.. it was a waste of time for us!! Very bad service at this taco bell

Time and time again I’ve gone to this location. They are an if drinks , not enough staff to handle orders inside (which they do have a register and a kiosk ) I even ordered from the kiosk and waited 15 minutes inside and no one came . I ended up going through the drive thru to get my food . A total of 30 minutes . The back is filthy and today was the final straw when I went to order and they were open but when I pulled up the girl said sorry are fryers aren’t up and running . I have to go 15 minutes off Airport to get my food from another location!! DO BETTER!!!

One of the slowest and worst Taco Bell when it comes to waiting for the food. Takes forever even for mobile orders if you go in after placing an order still have to wait around good 20 minutes Management need more man power 👎

I'd rather drive across town to manteca to get food. These guys don't know how to make a correct food order. Horrible food prep. Never again will I go to this location.

Just got done working a 16 hour shift and Was extremely tired and hungry. Taco Bell on Harlan Rd is my Go-To quick bite And never Came Across Any Issues….. Until Tonight. Was met with the worst customer service. ( Simapreet K ) @ 12:25am 02/08/2026. Was greeted with a rude look on her face like I was a bother. “The paying customer who’s loyal to this specific location.” When she handed me my order I told her thank you and have a good night and was still met with a rude look from her like she drank vinegar. Maybe she was having a bad day or having personal issues going on…… Leave home at home and work at work. Also 3 sauses for 6 items I ordered. Clean stalls or work in the back because customer service is clearly not a strength. I don’t ever leave bad reviews btw…. So that should say something

Customer service is really bad, the staff is very rude. They take almost an hour to make the food and even with all that time they gave us the wrong order multiple times. On top of that the tables are never clean and bathrooms are really dirty.

Today I have ordered food . It was a pickup order and the lady was so rude . Me & my boyfriend came in and my boyfriend told her that we have a pickup order . Firstly she arrogantly spoke that pull out to the window & because our car was away from the speaker and we were not able to hear properly and asked again that what did you said . (Just for the clarification) & then she be like come to the window so rudely . This is not the end . It was so disgusting that she gave us wrong order I specifically selected the items because I am allergic from beef and she added that to my burrito. I was not expecting this from Taco Bell . And maybe in future I will not order or get anything.

Not one to ever leave a review - but seems like management is a huge issue. Running out of the most basic things lol. the kids who work their are great - but when inventory runs low on a weekend (coming from a restaurant owner) seems like management is an issue - if I’m not mistaken the manager is also a woman (nothing to do with gender) but Taco Bell your manager is a ticking time bomb, she yells at customers when she speaks under her breath on the mic in the drive thru - god forbid you don’t hear her cause she will start yelling at you. Lady if you hate your job that much go back to school and change you career lol.

Placed an order on a kiosk to dine in and ended up waiting 15 min until I was forced to inquire what was taking so long since I only had about 30 mins for my lunch break. I was then told my order was overlooked for a bigger order that was made for a drive thru customer and that they would only then get started on making it so fine but what was I presented with? A sloppily put together meal with tacos barely filled with meat and veggies it had more shell than anything else and the toppings on my mexican pizza nowhere to be seen. I thought with all the staff in the back seemingly "working" they would be able to handle dine-in and drive-thru customers. Mind you I was the only customer present for dining in at that moment.

I went to get my order but I stood at the counter for 10 to 15 minutes. No employee asked me about my order. Everyone was doing their own thing and leaving. I even tried calling them but no one answered me. I have never had a worse experience than this. I will never go to Taco Bell again after today. I request the manager of Taco Bell to explain to his staff how to behave towards customers or else the staff should be changed. I have never seen such a bad staff in my life.

I’ve been having a terrible experience these past few months but TODAY was the last straw. I ordered two deluxe boxes meats replaced for refried beans and we got beef. My drink was also meant to be a large but i got a medium. The employees need to stop prioritizing drive-thru and pay atleast SOME attention to the people dining in. Higher more employees if you can’t keep up??? I’d rather drive all the way to Stockton then deal with this POOR service. Apart of my families dietary restrictions are enforced by religion so imagine how me and my family felt being faced with beef and not the refried beans I payed for. I have my digital receipt for proof and pictures of the box.

My family are vegetarian so we got mashed beans but they put beef in it. Also I do DoorDash in Lathrop everyday delay. One indian lady works there she does great but the others are doing poor. There were also many people also waiting for so long and we also had to. I recommend they suspend the manager

Worst Customer service of all drive thrus!!!! No good Morning or anything, just a "what do you want, ok, front window" avoid this location at all cost. I'm local too. Will be going to other locations from here out. Totally disrespectful employees.

I get there at 7:59 am on my way to work. At the drive through, they say they aren't open until 8am. I point out it's less than one minute until 8am and by the time the clock becomes 8am, they say they are not open and didn't want to take my order. This is not how you run a business!

We order online before 20 minutes but order not ready still after arriving we still waiting 15 minutes. But no any other customers no busy hours around 1 am in morning.

they might make $20/ hour but that doesn’t mean they’ll have any sense of timeliness or even know how to put the most minuscule amount effort into something. had to wait 2 HOURS for my online order, placed it at 6:15pm roughly, home around 8:45pm. when i did make it home one of our orders was all smashed due to how the employee packaged it, i tried giving the benefit of the doubt bc i worked in food service but this was crazy, employees walked around like they huffed some gas in the walk in or just trying to looking busy, truly i never write reviews! but this was sad, pretty pathetic that the managers don’t have this under control at this point

Got my order right, but the tacos were so little filled that I was mostly eating a taco shell. The burritos weren't as bad, but still pitiful overall. And since I got to the window 3 minutes before happy hour, they said they wouldn't honor the slushie happy hour price and made me pay the full price. Overall, I can't believe how someone can send out a taco that actually looks like this. Shame on you Taco Bell employee. Shame on you. And honestly, where's the quality control?

Ordered $30 worth of food through DoorDash. They replaced some items without asking and blamed it on the delivery person saying they asked the DoorDash guy to ask me if it was ok to replace those items which they never did. I called the location and spoke with the manager ( Zennaya) in duty who made it sounds like I was exaggerating. Food was cold and missing items. Very disappointed! Do a better job of keeping up your standards, Taco bell!

Horrible quality at this location. The Beefy Potato-Rito has about a teaspoon amount of beef (see pic with the potatoes). The 5-layer burrito had an extra taco-size tortilla inside the burrito, and made me wonder why. My guess is that it gives the burrito more volume and the appearance of it being more full of ingredients. I felt ripped off. Do not go to this location, or if you do, really question the quality of the product.
