Great food great service. Sometimes there is a decent line, and sometimes they are a bit understaffed. They also run out of one entree or another, but I can understand that. Overall definitely a great restaurant. A favorite for my wife and I.

Panda Express has always been a great go-to spot to pickup something quick and get back to what you were doing. This visit was no different. I went through the drive-thru, placed my order, and I was on my way to my destination. The young lady at the drive-thru window was very pleasant and got me taken care of. The food was good once I had an opportunity to eat it. My favorite items to order are teriyaki chicken, Kung pao, and orange chicken. I like that they offer chicken egg rolls since I don't eat pork. I don't eat beef either which is why all my favorites are chicken dishes.

My friend and I came in tonight about a hour before closing. The food was fresh and Gina provided excellent customer service. She took time to explain the best portion options, made fresh honey walnut shrimp for me, and checked on us while cleaning. Someone give her a raise.

I've been coming here for years, but today was the best experience. The gentleman working the drive though around noon was very nice, and the food was made quickly. I was in and out in less than a minute. Normally I have to wait a couple minutes for my food. I hope to see this continue.

Clean and tasty with quick service! One of the best. Chicken was juicy rice almost perfect, Vegetable Spring Roll was 10 out of 10, crispy outside and tender on the inside Highly recommended! Superb!

The orange chicken is life!!!! Spicy citrus sweet goodness and generous portions. Never had anything here i didn't like and the price is idea. They're also very generous with the AC too lol friendly, helpful associates make it an easy stop!

The Panda Express was standard, but the service stood out as exceptional and the facilities were impressively clean. We decided to drop by spontaneously and while contemplating our order, the friendly and patient lady server assisted us. If I ever have a craving for Panda Express, this location would definitely be my top choice.

I LOVE Panda Express! I have to admit that I usually order in the app and then pick up my food. I don’t have a lot of experience dining in the restaurant. However, when I pick up my food in the drive-through, I know that I am in for a treat. If you have not eaten their teriyaki chicken, then what are you doing with your life? It is so healthy and fresh. It is basically just chicken that is grilled and then they slice it. It’s up to you if you want to add the sauce. It takes away the healthy aspect but it is so delicious! I wish they sold it in bottles. I also love their mushroom chicken and their chow mein. My dog loves their fried rice, so I usually get him a carton of that. I really don’t eat fast food, but this is the one place I don’t feel bad spending my money. You can actually eat very healthy and all of the vegetables are super fresh. The employees are very friendly. I am including a picture of Teo… the friendly drive-through employee at the League City location located at I 45 S. and FM 646. Just to eat there and enjoy!

Had a great experience at Panda tonight around 7:30.I got a plate with chow mein orange chicken and broccoli beef. The food was fresh and tasty, but what really stood out was the service. Cristian, one of the employees was super funny and genuinely made my night. His good vibes and jokes had everyone in the car smiling. It’s always nice when someone goes the extra mile to make customers feel welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We came in to the store for lunch, we ordered two bowls and an order of egg rolls. We were 22 cents short on our order and Tori was so kind and applied a discount so we could afford our meal. Such great customer service!!

I've been here a couple of times and this restaurant has always been nice and clean. The drive-thru is usually really busy but they still take time to explain things to you and help you with your order. This is one of the few places where you can actually get grilled chicken, the teriyaki chicken. I feel like the food here is reasonably priced and cooked fresh. This is always a good place to get a meal. My wife usually gets the bowl which is enough food for her and now she'll probably start getting the kids meal because it's a lot of food also. I get the two entree plate and it's a lot of food. They have a pretty diverse menu with plenty of options. They have some great cold drinks here also.

Let me start off by saying I haven’t eaten Panda Express in 2 years. My food was amazing! My chicken and veggie egg rolls were cooked to perfection!!!!!! Paty was very patient with me and all my questions in the drive thru. My chow mein, orange chicken, and chicken teriyaki was also amazing! I will definitely be visiting this location more after today.

It's an alright place to eat. The honey walnut shrimp is my favorite dish they serve, unfortunately, it's a hit or miss. Some days it's crispy and hot, other days it's like warm and soggy ( I understand it depends on how long it's been there but it's still disappointing) but the staff is usually friendly and they usually keep the food choices readily available.

Chow mein noodles and honey walnut shrimp was quite good. Believe I will order this from now on. Restaurant was clean. Staff was a little slow to wait on us, but got our orders right once they did wait on us.

This panda express is great at their busiest times. When it's slow I advise you to see if their food is hot and fresh. One time my food was old and cold. Sorry elsa the cold does bother me anyway, I prefer going around noon or after 6.

About what you would expect from a fast food Chinese restaurant. The food was just warm but flavorful, the service was adequate and the tables needed cleaning. As a whole the store was clean but the bathrooms needed attention. No paper towels to dry your hands. (makes you wonder what the employees used). Do I don't think I will be back !

Manager, Deb, was rude and actually said she was "too busy" to provide my son a sample even though he was polite with the request. She was unprofessional. Customer service is literally her job. I would have given 1 star but Josh was great, professional, helpful and great with kids and adults. He is sole reason I gave higher rating.

Food tasted great but the wait time for the mobile order was disappointing. Was quoted 30 minutes, but when I arrived, the order was not even started. And then they didn';t have enough of one of the items.Got everything only after 43 minutes passed. The organization and respect for customer's time needs to be improved.

Not a fan of this location. There is this one lady who is just rude. Not personable at all. Unfortunately she’s always the one who I have to deal with the last 3 times I’ve been here. The rest of the staff is good. Get rid of her and I’ll up the stars. Sorry if she doesn’t want to be there but it doesn’t mean I should feel like I should go f myself every time I order.

I wasn't impressed this time. I've eaten here before, and it tasted better. The food seemed as if it had dried out or been cooked for a while, just sitting. It didn't taste fresh. The Black Pepper Steak was waay overcooked until it was burned. May give this location another try🤔

I realize the majority of people are probably getting the fried rice, but the plain white rice should be available at opening and that has never been the case when I've eaten here. Like ever. It's always a 15-20 minute wait.

Unprepared-When my son and I visited our local Panda Express. They didn't have much chow mein so I asked if they could make fresh noodles. I was willing to wait for my food. My son also wanted noodles but opted for fried rice. We looked at the egg rolls which looked very over fried. Asked for fresh egg rolls and the worker said they were fresh. Both my son and I decided to not order egg rolls. I paid for our food and waited..and waited..and waited. After my son finished his food, I went to ask about my food. They had fresh noodles but the broccoli beef was down to the bottom of the serving dish.I asked for my food to go and both workers acted like they had forgotten about my food. Needless to say, I took my food home. Not very happy about the preparedness of this visit.

Scared to eat here anymore. The parking lot is always empty and the food is not moving so is not fresh and hot. Last time, everything I ordered was cold. Have to pay a premium price for the walnut shrimp. Although it tastes good, not really worth the price. This place would be better off as a buffet.

I love their orange chicken however I gave three stars because 90% of the time you go there they are out of any other thing that you might want other than orange chicken. A little bit frustrating. It's worth going there for the orange chicken. They used to have these awesome BBQ ribs but of course, it never fails, when you find something you really like somebody decides they need to discontinue them. I do not get that at all.

This place never answers the phone! They also told me they dont offer delivery so I would need to come pick up. 2 hours later a delivery driver contacted me asking if I already picked up my order. It offers delivery service on their app! Weird. Got the run around from the manager once I was finally able to get ahold of someone And still waiting for my refund for delivery charge.

I like Panda Express but this location is special and not in a good way. We came last week and they said because they close in 30 minutes they have limited entrees and sides, and named off what they had. We ordered an entree they said was available and the man said it was old so he didn't recommend it. So why offer it to begin with? So we left. We came back today, ordered 3 entrees that they rung up with an upcharge for each due to it was "premium" and when we got to the window they said they only had enough for 2. They couldn't make more because the cook was on break they said. You can't make this stuff up. We recently moved to this area so this Panda Express doesn't compare to the one we were accustomed to. Too bad.

I walked in and was greeted with in a good time. I asked to sample just a small portion of the honey chicken and was told I couldn’t try it, but I’ve heard some good things about it. I didn’t purchase because I’m particularly finicky with a taste of food being too greasy or sweet. I got my usual and the food was just ok and doesn’t compare to the panda in Missouri City off Hwy 6. The bathrooms were clean and service area were also.

I ordered Beijing chicken with super greens. The greens were tender and warm, The chicken tasted a little old. The coating of the chicken was a little tough, All you could really taste was the coding and not the actual chicken. There is more breaded outside then there is chicken. The wait was long waited about 15 minutes in line. Not really a lot of food for $12, you get way more veggies then meat. You get about 6 or 7 pieces of small meat

I would say you basically get what you pay for. The staff was very nice so that was a plus. But the food was just okay and by Chinese takeout standards the rice was very cheap tasting. In terms of vegan options being able to currently get the super greens or the orange chicken all for about 10 bucks is actually pretty good. I wouldn't say anything is better than going to a local Chinese takeout place but it is a little bit cheaper and it is nice to know you can just go to the random Mall panda and have some vegan options.

The fried rice was hard through out the dish..hurted my tooth pretty bad when I chewed it. They replaced the fried rice, but it too still had hard rice in it as well. Wow..come on Panda! This place has good eats, but this experience was a low blow to me. Especially since it hurted my tooth..Ouch!!!

Been coming here since it open. They always had good food and served the portions you paid for but now It's hit or miss on getting good food and getting what you paid for. Something you need to know. If you see a tall guy serving on the line. Turn around and walk out. He is stingy, very stingy. You want get what you paid for. I saw him training a new worker. His words when the new worker name Ivan was fixing a order of rice "when you put it in there don't press down" I watch Eric show him how to fluff the rice to make it look like there was more in the container. Eric said he's been working here for 2 years. I laid the Fondation here and been coming since they opened the doors and this is the first time I've seen him.

The staff wasn't very unpleasant and the food had been sitting for a while. The price that was told to us was not the price we paid. Our bill was supposed to be $8.99 plus tax. Instead they told us it was $12.99. I'm going to pass on coming back to this location. I've had great service at other locations. This location seems to have personnel issues with management on how they treat customers.

Beef and broccoli with rice had some fuzz in it. They were very kind to make it fresh but then that new one had a hair. The Panda in Texas City is definitely better! Service was great though.

Katy who was on duty on July 1st 2024 , needs additional training in customer service. If a customer asks when the next batch of veggies will be out and decides to wait for same, there should be no reason for a nasty attitude. Just saying... Power greens were lacking kale and customer wanted to wait, why should that be an issue? Maybe Katy was stressed out having to float between the drive thru and taking orders from the front of the restaurant 🤔; whatever the case was, Katy your demeanor was nasty! Your annoyed and disgusted facial expression plus the mumbling under your breath didn't go unnoticed. Kudos to the cook and cashier who offered excellent customer service.

Have to edit this review on Oct 1, because despite saying they will be open at 11am they have no food ready at 11:15am on a Sunday. Absolutely nothing. People are turning away after waiting in both the drive through and locked door. It's a chain so their menu options are limited. Food quality can be inconsistent depending on when and who made it. Always go in a look to see before you order. Staff is friendly and portions are usually large. Be sure to get some extra sauce packets for left overs.

The assistant manager named Chris is very rude and can be aggressive. I felt very uncomfortable with him and I didn't even stay to eat in the store. I then called because I wanted to speak to the actual manager and he lied and said he was. I told him I want the manager not the assistant manager and he said what for. I also asked to know his named to report him and he refused.

I rarely write reviews, but I was highly disappointed with my Panda Express experience. I ordered only two side dishes, and I kid you not I sat in that drive thru for over 20 minutes waiting for my food. I suppose the car in front of me had ordered something that wasn't quite ready, but it should be common sense to have that car pull into a parking spot and have it walked out to them rather than holding up the entire drive thru. I would have been fine with it if it had not been for the RUDE worker at the window. No apology or anything! Very poor customer service. I'll be driving the extra few miles to visit the Panda down the road for now on because they are nothing but very kind and quick.

I was charged 18.75 for a large box of shrimp and one egg roll and that is not what they’re drive through menu says the lady at the window tried to tell me that it was 14$ for a large box but the drive through menu says $10.20 I said no ma’am that is not what y’all’s drive through menu says or I wouldn’t have ordered it and I’ve been trying to call back to speak to a manager about a refund but of course no one answered!!! Won’t be going here again

If I could give this place less than a star I would. First, this place was dirty and nasty but that was least of my worries. So I get in there and they are out of a lot of the food. So I wait more then 10 min for it. Then I get my food and the out a teaspoon of chicken with my order. I think the girl was upset that I had a big order and she did that on purpose. Then I order some Rangoon's and they are out of sweet and sour. Why are y'all even open??? So they cheated my out of a lot of food in bowls. If the only reason I didn't tell her something is because I didn't want to get my food spit on. But nite to the owners..... Order enough food for your establishment. Then train your employees not to cheat the customer out their food.

My family and I love Panda Express food. Especially teriyaki chicken. But this location never has chicken teriyaki. . They always reply "Can you wait 20 minutes we are out for the moment" or " We don't have anymore available it's frozen". I can't stand this location and their lack of service and food. This franchise owner's manager needs to be put on check.

I was charged for food I didnt receive after waiting 10 min for them to cook it. Realized I didn't get all my food when i got all the way home. The food I did get was overcooked and small portions for what I ordered. called and spoke to str manager who was very rude. I asked for a refund for food I did not receive and was refused. I was hung up on. tried calling back and employees either unplugged the phone or decided to ignore it. Great customer service huh? I spend way too much money at this place, more than I'd like to admit because it was my favorite place to go. NOT ANYMORE. I will not pay to be treated that way.

So we've been going to this particular PE for as long as this location has been open. Tonight was by far the worst ever. First off it was dark and hot in there. Tonight we walked in and i guess the manager must not have cared for us, kinda got a race vibe or didnt feel the need to serve us. She asked what we wanted, so we started our order and she walked away. She didnt come back to help or help the man that looked scared to death. There was 1 person on the buffet, 1 person on the window and 2 people plus her on the food. This is a busy location and at 5 in the evening even more so. The scared man working the buffet had the shakes so bad i dont know how he was not spilling our order. He tried to ring us up before we were even done ordering. Got ojr order and went to sit down. The ac vents started dripping in my hair. So instead of saying anything we just moved seats. We ate fast. No one reated us like normal, no one said anything as we left. They also had all but 1 door locked. Seriously this was the worst trip to PE ever.... So so disappointed..

Have to wait in front of store every time I use the drive through. The never have the food ready. I could understand if it was busy, but there is barely any customers. Wait for chow mien, wait for teryaki chicken, wait for rangoons. Somthing to wait for every time. Going to the 1764 store from now on. Takes less time. Bad service folks. Need to clean up your act .Plain and simple.

I pulled at 9:40; 20 minutes before closing, and sat in the Drive thru saying “hello” thru the intercom to just be completely ignored, no response. As I sit there I clearly see one of the employees mopping the floor. I look at her, she looks at me and continues mopping. I get out of my car and go to the door thinking maybe the intercom or something doesn’t work, I go to pull on the door handle and of course, the door is locked! She (the employee) looks up, looks dead at me, and continues mopping!! I couldn’t believe she just ignored me like that! I tug on the door a couple times and she looks up a couple different times, and at NO TIME did she come and tell me they were closed for the night- the least she could of done if they decided to close earlier that scheduled! Disgustingly rude! I will NEVER go there again! And if I could have given 0 stars, I would’ve.

Rude people work here! Messed up my ordered had to pay extra to fix it, then when asked what size I wanted they said we do not carry that size even though the menu says they do!!!!! Followed by a snatch of my debit card and a silence death stare when reciving it back. I will never go to this one again. I was trying to surprise my husband with some of our favorite dishes from here and felt as if I got scolded from this place because someone could not under stand my order and made me go back through the line and pay more money to fix it just to get a rude snappy attitude from someone. Very offended! And the paper copy of my payment had my order correct, so I know the individual at the window understood what I was saying so! Twenty something dollars down the drain to some poorly manage, rude adittude company!

I've been going to this panda for 3 years now the last few months service and food has become horrible!!! Food not tasting the same, portions less, 2 times now they are out of mustard and hot chili sauce. Seems like the owner is cutting corners. Also they used to do military discount now they say only for the service member. (Not a big deal but not how theybised to operate) I'll be going down the fwy to the one in LA marque from now on.

This is by far the worst Panda Express in the area. The last 5 times I've ordered food from their drive-thru, they've consistently under serve me the amount of food that I paid for. My last drive-thru order, they only put enough fried rice to barely cover the white bottom of the styrofoam container. They gave 2 piece of chicken with my string bean chicken entree and 3 little nugget size chicken with my sweet fire chicken breast. Don't expect to satisfy your hunger when you order food from this location especially if you're placing a drive-thru order. Buy your food somewhere else where you can get your money's worth and not feel like you're getting ripped off.

When you're closed, don't leave the place lit up like you are open and have your hours posted so small people can't read them until they are at the door. When most fast food places don't close their lobby at 9 or their drive through at 9:30, doing this is not cool. You're basically tricking people into trying to give you their business and then refusing them after they've made their way to you, parked, and walked to the door. Not cool, guys.

Used to be one of my favorite places to eat, til just now. My boyfriend and I both found hair in our food. We didnt raise hell about it we just stopped eating spit out what was in our mouth and said we are done with Panda Express altogether.

Tried again today. Upped their prices and limited their menu. $10 for a plate. Just isn't worth the hastle. Gonna YouTube how to cook Chinese food and make it myself. Generally I like going here. The food doesn't cost too much, tastes good, and is clean. However, today I went and everything I like to eat wasn't there. There was no beef on the line except for Beijing beef...think that's what it's called. All the other beef entrees were missing. I had to settle with a small choice of chicken entrees. The line was more than half empty. Hope someone solves this problem.

My first and LAST time ever coming here. I did an online order at 10:43 for a 12:00 pickup. I made it here and had to wait over 20 minutes for my order because it was never acknowledged until I arrived to pick up. Rafael was VERY RUDE and the food was HORRIBLE. Never again.

My son and I loved coming to panda. This Was our dinner spot… But for the past few months, it seems to be a trend, Somehow, the rice cooker for the brown rice is not working. And they never have brown rice. It’s never an option.

Krozz the drive thru cashier the night I went was rude. My order when received was cold. The lobby that is supposed to be open till 10 was closed at 930. Definitely don't recommend this location and Definitely recommend that corporate get better staff in this location.

Food is never fresh! Small portions! At like 830-9 pm they don’t cook anything additional so if there out of it at this time you are not getting it! Smh. Additional review! It’s 8:25pm, they literally have nothing cooked , maybe 4 proteins and they all looked old and dry! I ask if they are going to make any more chicken and string bean and now there not cooking anymore food for the night!! At 8:30 and you close at 10!! This is the worse panda!!

You pay almost $2.00 per shrimp because they charge an extre $1.25 for the order. Almost $10.00 for 5 shrimps. "NOT WORTH THE MONEY".

Save yourself some time and frustration and never go here.. The only reason they get 1 star is because that is the only option. It takes multiple times of bad service for me to write a review on a place and I am quick to write a good one when it's necessary. Not only did they refuse to cook anything an hour before closing, but after making a call to corporate, all I got was "this will be corrected", "have a goodnight". I'm not a huge fan of panda express anyway but it's supposed to be the "fast-food chain of Chinese food" so when I wanted to pick up a quick dinner for my family, it's a convenient option. I will never come back to this one or any other one. I have worked in customer service my entire working life, never have I ever had a place that makes food a living act in this way. My business will go to local businesses who appreciate having a way to make money to pay their bills. I have way better ways to spend my time then writing a review like this, seriously stop giving this franchise your money.

We stopped here on our drive from Houston Airport to Galveston on the first day of our vacation and let's just say it did not set a very good tone. In the drive thru line they don't have any menus set up before you get to the speaker in order to know what you want. The 2 employees who rushed us through ordering were talking over my mother so badly that she had to sternly say "wait! Please let me get my order out." Well, it did no good as we were rudely rushed through the window and had it slammed in our face twice only to drive away with not 2 but only 1 entree and no cutlery or sauces. Very unpleasant. The food was mediocre, at best.

The workers at this location are rude. We tried to go through the drive threw pulling a boat. Unfortunately we were unable to pull in. So I walked to the ordering mic. And they wouldn’t come on to take my order, knowing I was there to order. So I walked up to the window giving the courtesy that someone else was picking their order up. When they drove off I asked if I could place a order. The guy and lady both said no, either by app or drive through. I explained that we were pulling a boat. The guy said that was policy. The only thing good out of this was , the people that were ordering in a vehicle said they would order for us so we could get food. I myself have been working with the public to get their motor homes or RVs to their families to be able to make this COVID 19 easier to spend time with their families and still make memories. What is wrong trying to help people????

I stop today at 10:30am and I was told there was a few item only. I wanted white rice and I was told that will be 45min for white rice. They told me that this is normal and have new cook. I call and ask for manager and was told mananagers on meeting, I think they should take care of guest before meetings! This place is the worst

Service pretty much horrible every time. They never have what’s on the menu. I get to window and they have to change my order pretty much every time because they are out or don’t have enough. That’s bad enough and then they can’t even get the side right. You tell them the noodles at drive through and in person then still end up with rice or something other than you asked for. Third times a charm will not be back or recommend anyone to go there.

I ordered the teriyaki chicken along with honey shrimp and fried rice via Door Dash a few moments ago. The chicken had no veggies or flavor, looked gray. I was so very disappointed. I honestly couldn't eat the rest of my meal after that. Plus there was supposed to be no delivery fees today and I was charged a $3.99 delivery fee. I always try to post positive reviews but this was unacceptable.

If I can give them 0 stars I would poor service very rude servers at time of ordering wanted only chow mei in a small box & made a big deal o it if it in why I should get a full meal it’s not what they want it’s what I want for my child. Told me string bean will be out in 5 minutes & when it was ready they gave me a small little plate with some in it which was less than a cup full after what I payed with the meal. Mostly the two ladies up front are the worst I wouldn’t be coming back here no more & definitely wont be recommending it to none of my family or friends.

I mean how do you have 4 cars lined up and say on the website that y’all are open but then say y’all are closed! Aren’t y’all suppose to prep everything at 9. I had to tell the cars waiting that they are closed

Jeyla was absolutely rude. It seemed as if she was rushing me to take my order and basically threw my food out the window without all items in the bag. She was too busy having conversations and giving out crappy attitude that she forgot my rangoons. I guess her conversation was more important than getting my order right.if I could give negative stars I would.

SO disappointed in this experience. I ordered ahead through the app and arrived at the drive through to be told I had to walk inside. I could not walk at the time due to a medical procedure, and was told that I had no other options. When I asked for my order to be cancelled, I was told it was impossible. I finally argued to the manager who said I would need to wait 10 additional minutes and then get back in the drive through line to pick up my food. Those who went through the drive through were getting their food quickly. This was a terrible experience that was humiliating for someone with a disability. The staff should be ashamed.

Peep this… you work all day, drove an hour and half to get home, place an online order to be picked up while having the convenience of going through drive thru. Then to be told I have to wait another 7 to 8 minutes because you are out of 2 of the things I ordered. Then you tell me to park and come inside because online orders are for inside pick up only. Only place ever. Then come to find out they are out of another item I ordered and they didn’t have sweet tea. What a bust. The only positive is the hot food. Thank you for that much. I’m starving.

It’s around 5:50 pm May 5. There was a line. It just rained. The speakers wasn’t working and were cutting off and on. so i went to the window to place my order. the girl in the window had a terrible attitude told me to get to the back of the line. I thought she was joking but she was serious and Refused to take my order. There was like another six cars in line. I just left. Terrible service

I used to eat here a lot, but recently the food is usually almost out where they serve the last of whatever you ordered. I noticed my fried rice was cold in spots and 30 minutes after we ate, my wife has been extremely sick. It's the only thing we ate today so I'm assuming something was spoiled. The only thing different we ordered was mushroom chicken (for her). Upon research, it looks like this has been common at this location. It's sad because I ordered Panda at the other location within downtown League City to cold food too. I probably will never do business with this company again.

I was at panda on Tuesday the 14, at 6pm me and my friends walk in was only 1 customer no one of the workers greeted us waiting to be served while we were looking still no one come and ask if we were ready we just turn around and left and I can't believe what kind of manager runs a store like that, I will never go back to any panda express because is not the first time happening, that happen the same in Alvin texas,

i thought the Panda Express at Gulfgate was slow, jesus christ this is the slowest drive thru ever. Black lady at the drive thru just ignored me and never took my card. There wasn’t ANY customers inside at all, there was no reason for them to be that slow and lazy. They need to hire a completely new set of employees.

Made an order on the website, and went to pick it up around the "Ready for Pickup" time (8:30PM). Restaurant says open until 10PM. Arrived at the Drive-thru speaker, and a man's voice said to please wait a minute. We waited 15 minutes there. Kept trying to talk to the speaker, and nothing. Drove up to the window and saw a woman inside, she gave me a "thumbs up" and soon walked out of sight. Waited for her to come back for about 20 minutes thinking they were busy. Never showed up. Knocked on the window many times. No answer. Went to the front door which was locked, knocked there for about 10 minutes watching the employees ignore me before the lady walked out to me to tell me they closed at 8PM. There were no closed signs anywhere. She said she would cancel my order, then closed the door and walked away while throwing her hands up as if I was in the wrong. Order is still marked as "completed", and we ended up wasting about an hour of our time. Did not get food or a refund yet. Restaurant appeared to be open as all the lights were on. This location used to be great, but I'd suggest you stay away. Employees don't seem to care, and neither does management. They couldn't be bothered to put up a "Closed early" sign, or tell customers what happened. They were wearing their headsets, yet ignored everyone who was waiting at the drive through.

The honey walnut shrimp is doughy and dry. The rice almost white and no flavor. I don’t know if they didn’t cook it long enough or what. Never ordering from them again for sure.

They were out of the Green Bean Chicken, completely out, none to be had. There were others just sitting empty at 5:20 on a Sunday evening. The girl working didn’t seem to care. We had to wait about 30 minutes before we could get food.
