I have never been more hungry after eating a Chipotle burrito than after eating one here. They are very stingy with the meat. The cleanliness and service are up to par otherwise, but with other food options nearby I'll go somewhere else next time.

Food was fresh, but the portions were smaller than expected and the cashier didn’t seem very welcoming. The service felt rushed, which I get since there was a line, but it made the experience less enjoyable. What really bothered me was that a new hire was watching training videos loudly on a tablet in the lobby while customers were eating. It was hard to even have a conversation with my family over the sound of safety rules being read out. Training should really be done in the back or office area, not in front of guests. Overall, not the best visit.

Got there around 3pm today. Guy at the register was horrible. Had to give me change and acted like I ruined his day. Rushed me through and was checking out the guy behind me while I was still counting my change and getting my food. Rude as hell. Never been treated this poorly at a Chipotle. Acted like he didn't care. Hire better staff.

Don't stop here, unless it is only option for you. So greedy stuff , portions like a half of what supposed to be. Food looks terrible. 01/07/26 about 8 pm. Very bad experience. Not recommended!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! If you have the option to go to a different place, do it! Customer service was terrible, very unfriendly, and not accommodating. They were out of sour cream, out of chicken, out of chips, out of FORKS! They also filled the queso cups about half way. While telling my family and I they were out of chips and sour cream, you could clearly see online orders being made w sour cream and chips above them. They should be prioritizing their in person customers, over the ones that aren’t there yet and waiting in line! The restaurant was a mess from the floor, tables, drinks and utensils station, to the bathroom. Horribly run and managed.

I am very concerned as we waited to be served the guy serving food was handling the mop bucket he seen us and approached us to handle our food with same gloves.🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮 That he was mopping he handed the food . Not recommending this place. Chipotle please Train properly your staff

My chicken was cold and had peaces of steak in it. Service was bad and terrible customer service. All the tables were very dirty and the whole place was a mess. Do not recommend.

Worst Chipotle I ever visited, portions where so small, and what bother me more, the chips, what is this crap? Dry, no salt, overcooked I'm going to the spot next door next time.

Got here at 9:25pm (they close at 10:00pm), this is on I5 and had been driving a long time with family! Walked in and the dining area was blocked off with chairs except for a couple tables and restrooms were blocked off. We went to the front to ask if we could use the restroom and was told that they mopped them already, so they were not letting anyone use them for the rest of the night! I said that the restaurant was open another 30 minutes so the restrooms are supposed to be open still also! The young lady had an attitude and said "we close them early if we clean them"! So we decided to order food and go next door to use the restroom. But in the back they were playing extremely loud rap music that was inappropriate and you could hardly talk to each other! I have been to this location many times during road trips and the staff is never friendly, it always seems like it is such a inconvenience to them to make you your food, it's always dirty and music is always crazy loud....but this was the first time it was dirty rap! I love the company and food, and always chipotle When we can! Nothing bad to say about the company....just this location!

rible experience from start to finish. The woman was stingy with the meat and got visibly annoyed when I asked for more. Rude and unprofessional service, poor quality food, and zero respect for the customer. Total waste of money — I wouldn’t recommend it this location if your are a big fan like i am.

Oh no, that sounds like a terrible experience! Here's a paragraph about your recent Chipotle visit: My recent visit to Chipotle was far from satisfactory. The guacamole was served in large, unappetizing chunks, and the order was messed up not once, but twice. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude, yelling at customers, and the bathrooms were in a disgusting state. Despite requesting double chicken, my bowl was missing this key ingredient, leaving me extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Never again

Currently sitting down eating my bowl and I feel like I am eating in a sneeze. This chipotle is GROSS. McDonald’s playground level. Vomit on the urinal, mops, brooms, and every table has crumbs on it. I have NEVER left a review on a restaurant but this one is needed. There’s literally handprints all over the front door and it’s slimey! Unacceptable experience, someone needs to GO!

Chipotle is a New Age soup kitchen that forces you to pay. Terrible management Zero ability to gauge supply and demand trends, despite having decades of data. Thursday night 9:15 PM they’re sold out of everything and the way they were talking. They had been sold out of everything for at least an hour. Chipotle charges far too much money to be so unreliable. Running out of ingredients and prepared foods like guacamole and cheese is in reality. Unacceptable considering how they’ll force feed scraps down your throat during midday just so they don’t have to throw away some food that sat out for too long by mixing it in with fresh food. There’s more reliability and consistency and fresh food at White castles in one location then across all chipotle‘s combine. It’s seriously about time to write chipotle off for good. You literally have a mall across the street They literally have one of the busiest highways in the United States of America right behind them and somehow there’s not enough data to forecast demand.

Berly going to be 8 and no tables are clean only a few and the clean ones they have chairs up and not letting us sit on them with 2 more hours to go they are out of guacamole and outta chips one guy is running the food orders and register since the cashier is out of sight there's no forks and mess everywhere in the dinning area will not be returning they guy was too bussy closing the dining area instead of helping to get the long line going or in the kitchen so somebody else could help the guy that's making the orders and having to also ring people's orders very disappointing
