Emma is an amazing worker she’s very friendly and funny and my food is always made perfect when she’s on shift!

Great pizza, even better wings, and it's a family business so good personality. Delivery can take a while but that's the only real issue that I can think of so easy 5 star. Recommended for a good hot meal

where do i start ? the restaurant is very clean and well taken care of. the food is always bussin and can never get enough wings and sweet sauce pizza. friendly atmosphere from all of the staff and scott the manager. definitely recommend papa leos to anyone and they are always dropping new menu items too !!

Friendly staff, tasty food. Ordered a 1/2 sheet of cup n char pep and cheese with traditional sauce, 20 wings 1/2 med, and 1/2 sweet chili including breadstick, totaling a little over 45 bucks to feed a family of 4, and about 45 to 60 min to pick up(on a Bill's game day). Pizza was pretty good, but I would advise to order it to your exact liking, (ie: you like stretchy cheese when pulling your pizza apart be sure to order it as an extra) pizza had an zesty old style taste, dough and ingredients were to the right ratio, wings...oh man the wings were crisped perfectly; despite being placed in styrofoam container not one wet slippery wing, just crisp! Breadsticks were pretty good, slightly chewy, but nothing a little toaster oven can fix if its a true bother! Sum it up, as of this day of review Papaleos' scored a 5star bcz of price, food( taste and the abundance), friendly service.... giving an extra star for the guy who said GO BILLS! Thanks guys!😊

Stopped in tonight to take advantage of their Wednesday .49 cent chicken wing special. Their garlic parmigiano flavor is awesome. I was quite surprised that they even include Bleu cheese and carrots at no extra cost.

Lockport location has earned all 5 stars by all four of my kids my wife and I . they're all wearing mask anyone of them taking orders has the calm cool demeanor and they get you out the door almost as fast as u walk in ! We have never experienced a legit problem with that place in the past 2 years of ordering food from there

The gluten free pizza is pretty good. They use kith and kins dough. Usually come here when they are not open. Haven’t had any gluten issues, that’s a plus!

Cost is reasonable, pizza is awesome! One of the best places to get pizza in this area. You might find a place that has pizza a couple dollars cheaper, but it won't compare in quality! We've been getting pizza there for years. If you're going to stay and eat there, the seating area is very nice.

Recently got a delivery from here for a family party I was having. It was fantastic. Pizza and wings were still steaming when it arrived and it was delivered at the exact time I ordered it for. Delivery guy was awesome and the person I ordered from was polite and helpful in picking the proper package for the amount of people I was entertaining. I will use them for all my parties in the future and highly recommend that you do the same!

I've gotten pizza from here plenty of times and it's always great. Today my pizza was on the burnt side. How ever that is perfectly alright they work hard here and always provide great service and food. It was a 95 degree day ans I'm sure Every one was very hot today. Thank you for being friendly and great price and remember people sometimes things aren't perfect but papa leos keeps it pretty darn close. Thank you too the staff and owner!

I had a very good experience at Papa Leo’s, everyone was very nice and helpful, but their one worker Jaymis was super nice, he helped me figure out what I wanted to eat and they made it and got it to me pretty fast, I would totally recommend going to Papa Leo’s and even asking for Jaymis!

The best gluten free pizza I ever had! WOW! UPDATE: 12/21/19 1:45pm husband called to order a gluten free pizza. same as we always order. was told by the person answering the phone they were unsure if they had gluten free crust. then we ordered our regular order with the same veggie toppings as usual. was told that they cannot guarantee the pizza will be gluten free with all those toppings. we canceled the order. the person on the phone seemed to want to discourage us from placing the order by first not knowing if they had gluten free crust, then installing doubt that the pizza would be gluten free.

Best place in lockport for a great pizza an wings! Scott is a very hands on out going manager who truly cares about his clientele. Fast friendly service with a staff who want your experience to be memorable.

Papa Leo's will always be my go-to for sweet sauce. They're my favorite. We always try to stop by when we're in the area. Also, the cup n char pepperoni is the best! Also, their price for an xl pizza can't be beat.

My husband and I have lived in Lockport for about 4 years now, and we have had so much trouble finding a good pizzeria in Lockport. One place would have good pizza, but the wings were not good or vice versa. We have finally found a place that has BOTH that are good (for Lockport area that delivers) Papa Leo's also has great prices!!! We will be ordering here from now on.

These guys are amazing! We love their specialty pizza, mostly the chicken cordon blue and the chicken parm, but all the food we have ordered from them has been outstanding!! Not to mention they are quick and always so friendly. Moving out to lockport made us worry about where we would get our pizza and if it would be up to the standard of our favorite formers in Kenmore...Papa Leo's raises the bar for those guys for sure!!

Papa Leo's in Lockport is great! Great staff, great food. Scott Brown does an amazing job of managing it. The staff are always pleasant and fun to interact with. Such a great crew! They were great about contactless delivery when we were in COVID isolation. Very understanding of our situation and that we wanted them to be safe as well. Couldn't ask for better people and service.

Got to order a pizza the other day and got home when I checked it, it was made wrong. I called the store and spoke with Scott who did everything in his power to make it right. Not only did he make it right but he went above and beyond to do so. I’m normally not one to complain or leave reviews but he deserves it for the amazing work he did that day.

Great local pizza place. Had to wait a little longer but I wasn't bothered by it. Scott came up to me and said h wouldn't serve my wife and I imperfect or cross-contaminated pizzas as the wife and I both have celiac and must eat gluten free. That made me feel so reassured. Pizzas are always delicious, fresh to order. I don't give a 5 star review often but this place is worth the perfect rating. A must see for anyone local or if you're just passing through town on vacation. You won't be disappointed!!

Papa Leo’s is an excellent choice for lunch and dinner. The food is tasty, hot and diverse! My favorite being the wings! The customer service is excellent as well. Personally, I think Scott shines among the rest of the amazing staff. He is welcoming, caring and enthusiastic! He always tries to help as much as he can with anything I may need. I highly recommend going here for a great dine in or take out experience! Ask for Scott too while you’re at it!

This is one of our favorite places to get pizza for the family. Very friendly staff. Super reasonable prices and consistent, high quality food. I love to get slices during the day while I'm at work. My favorite is the sweet sauce with the cup & char pepperoni. On the weekend, our favorite is the pickle pizza dipped in ranch sauce. I never thought I could like a pizza so much. Highly recommend!

I was giving this place a 3 star, but came in to revisit, and had a positive experience. They do cards, and online ordering. The food was very good quality, and my cashier was nice enough. They do pizza by the slice and I got one regular pepperoni slice and a sweet pepperoni slice (I thought it was a great idea to have 2 types of peperoni flavor, and both were delicious).

We ordered 2 pizzas and I had unknowingly missed part of the address. We waited for 2 hours with several phone calls asking where our food was. Turns out it was a couple houses down from us the whole time. Even though it was my mistake and I was blaming them, Darien wanted to fix my mistake by personally making and delivering the order again. The pizza and service were awesome. Highly recommend.

Papa Leo's was the first pizza place I tried when I moved to Lockport. I have yet to find a pizza place that can match the quality of their food. They always have good monthly deals and the food is always delicious. There was one instance where there was a mistake in my order, but they fixed and threw in a gift certificate, which was way more than I would have expected.

Sweet sauce is really good. Pizza is really unique. The resteraunt isn't the cleanest place in the world and use a remodel on the inside. But I really like pizza. Really good lunch special with 2 slices and a refillable drink.

Good pizza. Friendly service. Ordered their Veggie pizza. Unexpectedly came with Green olives! (plus black olives, onion, mushrooms, and diced tomatoes.)

Pizza was great but the sauce was definitely on the sweet side. Other than that it would be 5 stars. Service was great. Staff friendly.

They have a great pizza sauce and I haven't had a bad pizza there yet, they also make a pretty good steak sub. I wouldn't call this place great or very inventive but they make solidly good food at a reasonable price.

If you go in with simple expectations, you will be really pleased. It's a basic Pizzeria, casual, clean, young staff but friendly, and decent Pizza. You can find much better Pizza in this area in some places, but I liked that this place is fast and cheap. $2 a slice. My slice was loaded with cheese and pepperoni. It was really good, when I needed food fast, and it was really savory. Four stars because of the great ratio of value to price.

Ordered steak tacos, and also chicken wings. You have to order the chicken wings extra crispy and or plain, to keep them crispy and the tacos with extra meat or they are kind of on the smaller side. But besides that usually very good, especially when Ed, and Scott are there!! Would definitely recommend trying them out if you havent.

Great place to stop in for a bite to eat. Wings are big and fresh and the pizza is pretty good if you like sweet sauce and their bread sticks are decent but could use some more fluff if you know what I mean. Staff is friendly and greets everyone that comes in.

Good food, pleasant staff, but the wait was a little disappointing. I went right at the end of the linch hour, there were two people eating in, I ordered a 8 inch tuna sub and I was told it would take 10 minutes. I would recommend calling ahead to pick up your food to go for lunch.

My favorite place to get subs here, but I haven't been swinging by a lot lately. Their 8"-and-a-drink is a good value, and I like the new rolls they've been using. Plus, they don't use the cheap shredded lettuce that wilts real quick. You know the stuff. My main complaint is that orders take a while to fill, especially if you eat there. Still, it's worth the wait. Also, Leo's uses a sweet sauce for its pizza, dips, etc -- not my preference personally, but to each their own. Staff is pretty laid back and polite, though again, I can't recommend them if you're in a rush. If you've got the time to eat in and stay a while though, they've got some good stuff.

Called to order our food for the game guy answers phone with an attitude. Then asked to read back my order, and he keeps saying banana peppers. I say no I didn’t order that as I only eat pepperoni. He tries telling me I did and wants to argue with me about it. Dude you need to learn customer service. You just cost your store a nice order today and all my future business. So I ordered from pizza oven where they were very kind.Update. Emma called me to see what happened and apologized for the incident. She was very apologetic and we spoke for several minutes. Thanks for calling and speaking with me, and I will order again soon thanks to Emma!

Place was clean. Employees were nice. Service was prompt. Only 1 complaint...when i went to use the mens room....there was NO HOOK to hang my jacket on . Or anything thing else....very awkward when you are in a hurry to use bathroom.

They are usually good, but got 2 slices today and they were super old. No telling how long they had been sitting out for. Very gross, will think twice next I think of stopping there.

The food isn't bad but pretty average no less. However the prices reflect the product no equally. Wouldn't recommend a dine in here though, it is very boring and dated. There is also a claw machine that is very loud and annoying.

Original post: Good food. Pizza, wings, subs can't go wrong. Oh prices are better than most pizzerias. Update: 2/13/22, as always pizza was good. Except for the two hairs baked into the pizza. Hair nets folks, hair nets. Wings were perfect.

I stopped by and ordered the meatball sub (8" size). I appreciated that the bun was not thick; I don't need all that starch. However , the meatballs were pretty good size and it satisfied my hunger. The taste was pretty decent as well.

Giving Papa Leo's only two stars mainly because the pizza is not really great.. Ordered pizza and it took over 2 hours to be delivered (house was only 5 mins away from store), and the business has an over powering grease smell. Would definitely rather have other local places before going here..

Used to love this place, but lately every time I go they play games with coupons. Recently I gave them cash and the man at the register tried to convince me I owed $6 in sales tax on a $20 pizza, he then took the coupon. Not giving them my business if the employees won't even bother to honor what you give them.

This place is a joke. Only pizzeria probably in the world that doesn’t serve cheese pizza. Why? Because they only make cheese pizza during lent. Go to Molinaro instead. Really good pizza.

Ordered 4 items, only 2 were delivered, called them they said they'd send remaining items right out, called them back 40 minutes later because food still hadn't arrived, they told me driver had to make other deliveries first. Overall took 1 hrs and 45 minutes to get my order. I don't like being lied to.

Tried to dine in but took over 45 minutes to get food so we had to rush out because we only had an hour for lunch. So when we got to eating the food, the cheese pizza we ordered had pepperoni. The chicken sub had a tiny piece of chicken.

Awful service. The 'crew' mostly stood around doing nothing. They screwed up my order completely. Then left me sitting waiting for 15 minutes while my food was ready. DONT GO HERE! The 'crew' doesn't care about quality or service.

I just went in for lunch and ordered the 8 inch chicken Parm sub deal and was told about a 8 to 10 minute wait I ended up waiting 40 minutes. every table had something on it, and the pop machine was covered in dust and stuff all behind The machine. But what would put me off after all of that was that the sub that I got was inedible because of the amount of sauce and cheese they put on it not to mention they put one chicken finger not even a big chicken finger one chicken finger on my sub. This place is the worst place I’ve ever eaten, hands-down.

Ordered a simple 10 fingers and fries. After getting home and opening them, they were soggy, clumped together, and most weren't even cooked in the middle. Fries were on the verge of mashed potatoes. After calling I was offered a remake, and for me to drive back out to get them, or a huge 10 percent off my next order. SMH.

What's wrong with these people? Can't they make a decent sub that doesn't have SOGGY rolls? The Management better do some serious TRAINING or this place will be abandoned by the Public. It looks as though it's already begun. There wasn't a soul in the place other than the staff who took FOREVER to produce the food. Definitely wasn't worth the $23 I paid for these subs.

We went to this pizzeria for a quick bite to eat but instead we ended up staying there for about a half an hour. We were the only people there and the pizza took about 15 mins....that's unreasonable. Then after receiving the pizza we got some napkins from the dispenser only to find that there were broken fake nails in and around it. We got up and told the guy at the counter and he just nodded like this is not gross at all! We were greatly dissatisfied and will never return. They really had horrible costumer service. Although the pizza was ok, the tables were just discusting and the water was gross so, after that I am sure to never return with my family.

This is the first time I have left a bad review for a restaurant. I was told 20-30 mins for a pick up order. It took over an hour and they were clearly not busy. The pizza was THE worst tasting pizza I have ever had. The cheese had never melted, but was also browned? It was flavorless and looked like plastic. Cheap garbage. Inedible. My kids couldn’t even eat it.

Man I hate the drag down local businesses, but this experience ruined it for me. We ordered online, which I’d never suggest to anyone ordering from here. The app said it’d be done in 30 mins. I get there and they can’t find my order. Turns out they hung the ticket and never told anyone else. So they say it’ll be another 20-25 mins. I get it, mistakes happen. I worked at a pizza joint for 9 years. So I’ve seen it all. So I wait 25 more mins in my car and go back in. Mind you, I’ve only seen 2 people go in to pick up their orders during the 30 mins I’ve been there.. so not busy at all. At least to my standards.. I go back in and they tell me it’s gonna be a bit longer. I’m now watching them work to kill the time. It’s obvious they missed a few of my items… they scramble to get my order together. I finally walk out of there after an hour spent waiting there, on top of the 30 mins I waited to drive over and pickup. The staff is severely disorganized, and lack proper training. They desperately need management.. The food was below par, but it definitely wasn’t gonna taste good after that experience regardless. I truly hope they can get it together.
